The tastiest pancakes in all of Gelderland.

I went for a fluffy pancake with a crispy edge. Unfortunately, the bite was rather soggy. It turned out not to be the "Golden Tip."

What a fantastic place to enjoy a delicious pancake. And what a selection!

We had a wonderful meal here with a group of seven. As an appetizer, we had a roll with spreads, which was served warm. It had a crispy exterior and a light, airy interior with a delicious pesto and herb cream. The pancakes were delicious! One of us had the spare ribs, which are highly recommended. They smell wonderful, are soft and tender, and come fresh from the smoker. Plenty of choices if you don't like pancakes, and plenty of options for children as well. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. It can get a bit noisy at times due to the hardwood floor, but that gives the place a lovely character. There's a play area for small children, which isn't in the dining room. This means there's a bit more running around, but not a constant stream of children screaming. If you're coming with more than four people, we recommend making a reservation or calling ahead. Next time we're in the area, we'll definitely have another bite to eat here.

The pancakes are fantastic, and there's a fantastic selection! The flour comes from the mill a few houses away. The ambiance is very harmonious, and the children are well catered for. The service was very good on our first visit, but only okay and not as attentive the second time. Everything took a bit long, so unfortunately, we lose a star here. The pancakes are made fresh, so you should expect a bit of a wait.

Had a drink and bites, really great, been there before with special beer evenings with explanations from third parties, was also good but this certainly had its charm with cheat sheets 🤣 all in all a really great evening!!!!

Unfortunately, I don't understand the review at all. The food was average, if anything, the service was okay, and the ambiance was nice. But that's not the only reason I go to a restaurant.

Beautiful authentic building in a very atmospheric street. Pancakes were really incredibly delicious, not greasy, not too thick/thin and very tasteful. Service was very friendly and relaxed. This is also an absurd recommendation!!

Delicious food. Lots of choice and as many (if not all) local ingredients as possible. The back of the menu states where it comes from. Very nice. There is also something to eat for people who don't want pancakes. Didn't try this, but that will undoubtedly taste good too. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We could sit outside. Everything looked clean and well-kept. Definitely recommended.

Very tasty food. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. We had both the bread and the nachos as a starter, both were very good. Unfortunately I couldn't even finish my pancake (Molenaar), which I thought was a shame, because it was really very tasty. My wife had the pizza pancake, also very tasty.

We ate pancakes here for the first time in March. We have never eaten such delicious pancakes before. We were also going to eat pancakes there last Saturday. But due to a party with a large group, we were offered another option. Which was not possible for us. Emailed back and forth. It was resolved neatly and we reserved a new date. I'm looking forward to eating delicious pancakes again.

Nice opportunity opposite the church. Nice rustic decor and a nice menu, mainly pancakes, but you can also get a sandwich. Large portions and excellent service. Definitely worth a visit.

They sell the strangest pancakes, with the special frikadel pancake as a topper... but the bacon and the apple pancake are delicious. Plus point for Meibock on tap...

Whatever you choose, it is always delicious, the staff is friendly and service-oriented. They come to the table several times to ask if everything is okay. There is a nice play corner for the little ones. When the weather is nice it is also nice to sit on the terrace at the church across the street. All in all highly recommended, coming almost monthly since 2023; always a success!

What a cozy restaurant! The restaurant is nice and warmly decorated. The seats are also very pleasant. Brinks has very friendly staff. The menu is well varied, with something for everyone. Anything but your average pancake restaurant, so highly recommended!

We are on holiday here from France and we searched Google for a pancake house. Brinks was only 8 minutes away from us and the reviews were very positive. On the recommendation of one of the reviews, we took a loaf of bread from a local bakery and we certainly enjoyed it. The surprising range of pancakes (salmon and pulled chicken) were certainly popular. The service was really super friendly and attentive. They came by regularly to ask if everything was okay and if we wanted something to drink. To finish off, we brought fun socks with pancakes. A very successful evening for us and definitely recommended to others.

Review was deleted so again: just (not) eaten at Brinks and wrote the following review: If the butcher knew what the chef does with his traditionally supplied schnitzel, he would never deliver to Brinks again. The schnitzel arrived on the table floating in far too much fat. The crispiness was gone, the outer layer of the schnitzel was saturated. Bacon, onion also saturated in fat, ditto mushrooms that had also been fried for too long and had become soggy. Even burnt here and there. Rarely have I seen a meal with so much fat floating on a plate. Paid and left. They offered to fry a new schnitzel but we had little confidence of improvement after this plate with copious fats in which the schnitzel was floating. and I don't feel like waiting for food again. Will never come back here again. Waste of money.

Good service. They keep a close eye on you. We recommend starting the starter with the bun. This is a special traditional baked homemade bun with delicious spreads with natural herb butter. We had the Pizza and Parma pancake and the quality of the products used were sublime! Next time we will just buy a pancake with natural bacon or cheese because in our opinion this is how a pancake should be. We were able to taste these on the edges and that was a pleasure. We will definitely come back again this week. I was given a dirty glass which I found halfway through. I got a new glass and an extra water.

Very nice restaurant, excellent menu. I think the pancakes are quite large, so I would quite like the choice of two sizes. 1 person in our group opted for the jagerschnitzel and he thought it was great! He wondered why there wasn't a tent like that near him😁 (he's not from this province) The only thing we thought was a shame was a group of people with children who sat at the table next to us and those children were....er...quite present. Not even 5 minutes in and the crying was already a fact. I won't talk about it further, but it did leave a mark on our dinner. The service was also top notch, friendly staff and quick service. Desserts were also super tasty, and fairly compact so actually just enough to keep it tasty.

They have elevated baking pancakes to an art here. I have honestly never eaten such a delicious pancake. And we have been to many pancake restaurants with the children. Add to that the great service, affordable bill and the Zeddam friendliness and you can't give anything but the full five stars. We will definitely come back (more often).

Nice, cozy and very good service. We had dinner here with a group for our child's birthday. For the little ones there is a play area that is not in the dining area itself, so everyone is happy. Small menu, but sufficient. Pancakes taste good (and cooked, very important), generously filled but a bit thin for what you actually expect in a pancake restaurant. Location is nice, within a few 100 meters you can reach hiking trails and the forests are not much further.

It's lovely and cozy here, especially great pancakes. For those who are familiar with geocaching, there is a very nice cache there.

Heerlijke pannenkoeken, maar ook maaltijdsalades. Mooi zitten in de zomer op het terras. Vandaag fijn knus met onze 3 kinderen binnen. Wij hadden de okonomiyaki pannenkoek (fantastisch) en de geitenkaas salade. Kinderen gingen los op de friet, frikandel en pannenkoek combi’s. Genoten. Ook niet onbelangrijk: superfijn dat je voor de kinderen een kan ranja kan bestellen. Vinden ze toch het lekkerst en scheelt zo veel gezeur, hulde en dank 😉🙏
