The food itself was fine. We arrived 5 minutes before we were officially supposed to pick up our order. It still needed to be made, so we sat down to wait. Forty minutes later, no one came to tell us it was ready. Meanwhile, many people walked out with their orders after 5 minutes. Finally, I asked where it was and, without an apology, was given my order, which had already been waiting on a table at the side.

A very relaxed place for breakfast and lunch. Delicious bread, nice menu. Cozy interior and exterior.

The employee who scared my sister terribly on this Monday evening. She was going to take my garbage bag to the container. Because I told her that the garbage container is diagonally behind the Broodbode. She accidentally put it in the Broodbode container on the Grotestraat in Almelo. She thought that an environmental pass was needed for the gate, which was open at that moment. The child came back to me completely upset, because someone suddenly shouted at her from the back door 'not to throw that junk with them, ....Junk!' This person who immediately made his opinion about her known from the back door of the Broodbode should think twice before he goes on like that, .. Because with this, the Broodbode on the Grotestraat in Almelo has lost 2 customers. The sandwich never tastes the same to us again, as it did before my sister was taken out the back door by this ridiculous, scolding, vulgar person at the Broodbode. From now on, it is better to address the person in question about putting a garbage bag in the wrong container. This can't be that difficult, can it, sir?!!!

The ham sandwich with lettuce is tasty and well filled, just a bit too tough to eat with braces. Otherwise very tasty. Ooh, a white arretjescake is to take away. Not to eat on the spot... Maybe useful to mention. And eating an arretjescake with a fork is also difficult when it is almost as hard as white chocolate. But these are not really things to not come back for, so definitely come back!

The Broodbode is always a good idea! We were noticed upon entering, but after waiting 20 minutes we called someone in. It then took another fifteen minutes for the food to arrive. In the meantime (2.45 pm) I, as a pregnant woman, had worked up quite an appetite. The food was fine, but I would like to take the order a little faster. After all, it wasn't busy at all!

Breadman was always delicious. Today I ordered 2 sandwiches, 1 with carpaccio with 1 slice, 2 pieces of cheese and a very small sandwich. The 2nd was just as sad. The sandwich has become smaller, so there are fewer toppings, but the love that was once put into a sandwich is also completely gone. After this we went to HEMA to get a smoked sausage sandwich. Both were really not full. But €24 for 2 drinks and 2 small sandwiches. Sausage roll from ah is larger than this sandwich from breadman. I understand that everything has become more expensive, but you charge €8.50 for a sandwich, can it still be a sandwich with toppings so that you taste something more than bread? Became a bad disappointment.

When you walk into the bread shop, you taste the homely atmosphere. Like walking into your own house. It invites you to enjoy homemade fresh rolls there. You can taste that care and attention has been paid to it. I often get a ciabatta here, richly topped with ham, cheese and vegetables. A delicious smoothie of beets, carrot, ginger and apple juice completes the meal. Nice, friendly service. It is always completely full in the afternoon, but that is not at the expense of the atmosphere and service. It doesn't get much better than this. Try it and you will be surprised how delicious a sandwich can taste. If I have eaten here, I always take a cup of coffee with me to enjoy afterwards. Definitely worth it!

Heel blij dat er zoiets als de Broodbode in Almelo is gekomen. Vriendelijk personeel, gerechten van deze tijd, met zorg en aandacht bereid. Zelfgemaakt brood en dat proef je! Kwaliteit, lekkere combinaties en variatie! Maar ook lekkere sapjes en smoothies!

I placed a large order at the Broodbode in Almelo, approximately 170 times the meeting lunch. Everything is fresh and delivered at the agreed time. Different sandwiches with different types of fillings, plenty of choice. The orange juice was also freshly squeezed, delicious! In addition, communication was quick and clear via email and the ordering process via the site was easy! Employees very friendly. No negatives.

It's amazing how inefficiently you can work with so many people behind the cash register. Sometimes there are more staff than customers, and people are still behind in terms of time. Returned orders several times because they were incorrect, and now forgot to place my order for the umpteenth time. You should expect a little more for sandwiches that you pay top price for.

Had lunch here several times for our office. Also yesterday. Recently the filling of the sandwiches seems to have become much less. All in all, these are tasty sandwiches at a fair price.

Today I bought a focaccia Roast beef teriyaki and took it with me. I felt really sad when I unwrapped my sandwich. 2 thin slices of meat with lettuce, a few spring onions and sauce. I'm really not used to this from the breadman. I know I didn't get there until around 2 p.m., but are you paying almost €7 for this?

Their Focaccia bread is just amazing. I usually take the Zalm teriyaki and I love it. The desserts are really good too. Slightly on the expensive side, but top quality.

Today I picked up an El Paso sandwich (roast beef panini) during my lunch break from work. Upon arrival at work this turned out to be a panini chicken. I am allergic to chicken. I called the breadman and I heard how unfriendly I was. Didn't even get an apology or anything. If I picked up a new sandwich myself (I indicated that I was working and was unable to do so!), delivery would not be possible, or the next time the sandwich would be at their expense. Yes, I will be without food at work. Mistakes can happen, but the way they are resolved, the tone of the conversation and the conversation itself could be a lot friendlier.

In de afgelopen regenachtige herfstvakantie hier tijdens een regenbui naar binnen gevlucht. Heerlijk maar vooral ook goed belegde broodjes. Uitgebreide keuze van brood tot beleg. Ook het gebak was super en wat ik zelf altijd wel fijn vind…….goede koffie. Bediening is behulpzaam en vriendelijk en de prijs/kwaliteitverhouding is uitstekend
