Had a three-course lunch yesterday at brownies and downies in Delft. Really enjoyed it. The food was delicious. The service was super friendly and cozy. Really recommended. We will definitely come back here.

Today we had a great experience at Brownies & DownieS. We stopped by for a cup of coffee with friends and felt immediately welcome. The coffee was tasty and of good quality. What stood out most was how friendly and attentive the staff was. Recommended if you are in the area.👍🏻

Highly recommend this coffee, we were welcomed so lovingly and warmly. The waiters, most of whom live with Down syndrome, are so attentive and are very happy when you come into the cafe. Even if you don't necessarily want a coffee or something to eat, you should still stop by here and enjoy this special atmosphere. We will definitely do it again.

I went there with my 12 year old daughter. We went there for lunch for her birthday. She was put in the spotlight by the enthusiastic staff by singing to her. She was surprised by it and will not soon forget it. We had a great afternoon.

We visited Brownies and Downies in Delft. We were escorted to our table by the manager. Our order was taken by an employee with a down syndrome. But what a perfect recording plus repetition for checking. Ultimately it was brought by another friendly employee and this also went very smoothly. The whole way of serving us was actually very neat, even to the point of perfectionism. Many employees in the regular catering industry could really learn something from this. No distractions, but practicing your service profession and making sure your guests feel comfortable. It is also the case that before the opening of the business there is a work meeting every day called 'Plan the Campaign', so that everyone knows where he/she stands. The regular catering industry could also learn something from this. In short, it was a great lunch with tasty dishes and extremely friendly service.

Worst experience ever! I really can't say anything other than that this restaurant was a huge disappointment. From the moment we walked in we were not greeted and had to find a table ourselves. The staff was rude and seemed completely uninterested in our presence. The food was downright bad. My steak was way overcooked, despite me asking for "medium rare", and my friend got a cold pasta that had clearly been cooked for a long time. The portions were small, and the flavors were bland and not well seasoned. It looked like the food came out of a microwave. It also takes way too long to get your order. We waited more than 45 minutes, while the restaurant wasn't even full! The atmosphere wasn't much better, it was noisy and unpleasant. We will definitely never come back here again. This was definitely not worth the money we paid. A real letdown.

Brownies & Downies in Delft is highly recommended! It is a very cozy place with a warm and homely atmosphere. The service is friendly and involved, which makes the whole experience extra special. The menu is diverse and the dishes are delicious, with of course the brownies being an absolute must. You really feel welcome here and the concept only makes it even better. A nice place to escape the hustle and bustle of the day.

Nice staffs and they all worked very hard with passion. Do be patient and respectful when dealing with them as they had a lot of disadvantages should an order be wrong, delayed, or being forgotten

Yesterday I went to Delft for a day with my friends and had a nice lunch at Brownie and Downies. We had a delicious meal and the atmosphere was super cozy! It's that I can only give 5 stars because those who helped us yesterday were worth much more! The plate was beautifully and expertly laid out. We definitely recommend it! You can also go there for a cup of coffee and something tasty. Greetings girls from the countryside 😉

My mother and I had high tea with brownies and downies. It was very well taken care of, it tasted delicious and it was a cozy location. The staff are very friendly and bring the dishes to you with a big smile. There was 1 boy who was the real atmosphere maker and you could laugh with him a lot. All in all, it is definitely recommended. For anyone who is in doubt, definitely don't do it, it's really worth the money.

My family stumbled onto this cafe in Delft. The food was amazing and we all really loved the experience. Staff really friendly and very attentive. Also such a great idea for a business, and would easily be in my top 5 to visit whilst there.

Eating facility run by people with (intellectual) disabilities. Good to see how people work hard under the guidance of an entrepreneur to please the guests. Delicious cappuccino with something tasty for a reasonable price. Just behind the Markt in the center of historic Delft. Free bicycle shed a few doors away.

It is a very cozy place and the service is fast and always cheerful. The food was very tasty and the sandwich looked very good, especially for the price. The atmosphere was good, even at a quiet moment. It is nicely decorated and the food is great.

The vegan oyster mushroom burger was delicious! I don't think there were any vegan brownies. Hopefully they add this in the future.

Had a nice lunch with a friend and everything was to your liking

It was quite little, a soup beforehand, the plate was main for 4 people. And the 3rd round was a plate with different brownies. We thought it was too little and we were told that it is not a lunch but that high tea is a drink/side dish. Furthermore, nothing was done with our feedback.

Heerlijke moederdag high tea gehad! Het was erg lekker en origineel. High tea bestaande uit drie rondes waardoor het meer dan genoeg was :) personeel heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. Interieur is ruim en rustgevend. Voor herhaling vatbaar !

Heerlijk zelfgemaakt eten, echt genoten van oa de soep en écht verse jus d'orange. De bediening is vriendelijk en snel, net als de keuken. Je kan kiezen uit kleine gerechtjes van de kinderkaart en dan is er veel te proeven zonder dat je overvol naar huis gaat: geweldig concept. De zaak is mooi en sfeervol ingericht met veel groen en aardetinten. Genoten van een gezellige middag. Aanrader dit!

We have been twice to this chain in Assen when we were on holiday there and now that we passed through Delft we were delighted that Brownies & Downies has a location here as well. As always the food was great and we had a wonderful waiter who was really friendly and apart from English he also spoke really good German. We can whole heartedly recommend this place to anyone coming to town :)

Beautiful location - maybe the best of the 5 branches that I've been to. Menu was somewhat limited when we went - I think they rotate their menus every so often, and we just caught them with a bad selection. Service was friendly, but struggled a bit with the busy Saturday crowd. They had live music when we were there, which was great.

Unglaublich warmherzig. Jede:r hier ist top motiviert und erfreut, zu helfen. Das Konzept geht auf! und ist einfach nur toll. Gibt’s auch in anderen Städten und wir besuchen die Cafés überall gerne. Die Brownies sind der Hit und auch Kaffee & Kakao sind sehr lecker. Auf der Speisekarte wird jede:r etwas für den eigenen Geschmack finden. Sehr geeignet mit Kindern.

Heerlijk gegeten, mooie zaak. En vooral heel fijn personeel, voor herhaling vatbaar.

Wat een warm welkom! Gezelligheid, lief personeel, leuke gesprekken en heerlijke brownies. Wij waren er met 4 kinderen en ze konden kind zijn. Lekker praten en kleuren, zelf een puntenslijper werd gekocht toen bleek dat deze er niet was. Zo zonden de kinderen weer lekker verder 😄😄

Heerlijke brownies en superbediening. We vroegen om een puntenslijper voor de tekeningen op de placemats en die werkt voor ons gehaald bij de Bruna. Leuke jonge mensen de die graag komen helpen.

Personeel moet beter begeleid worden. We moesten vragen om bestek en borden. Langs komen om te vragen om wat te drinken is ook geen overbodige luxe. Brengt meer geld in het laatje.

Zeer mooie zaak, fijne bediening, jammer dat er zo weinig volk was!
