I ordered a hamburger and they charged me for all the extras but they didn't add anything to what I paid.

There is a screen with a scale so there is no favoritism, only Smash's DELICIOUS meat juicy tender you can feel the quality. If someone has a craving for a burger I RECOMMEND this place

My boyfriend and I went there once, we were impressed by the fast service and the quality. The owner takes good care of the restaurant, its impressive that at time he runs the restaurant by himself sometimes during the week. We just talked about it again after so many months, this place stayed in our memories, because of the dedication we remembered.

Smash It burger + cheese, cost 10 euros. Maybe a bit pricey, but it was very tasty. Great staff, great atmosphere.

Burgers are very tasty. Employees looks busy. i wanted to eat sesame bun but ate Brioche instead. But it was delicious. Fries are tasty as well, and I recommend spicy sauce. ( cannot remember the name..T.T)

OMG I paid €36 euro for a burger, taking them more than twice the time to make it! Terrible service, food is at most average for the price.

Ignored for 5 mins while deliver orders were made. Next time will order via Ubereats.

Burger ordered exclusively without cheese, which suddenly had cheese on it. I can't eat cheese so this was a problem. Called in the hope of solving this, but the response was indifferent that we had to sort it out with Uber, no apology was possible, while you pay 20 euros for a burger that you cannot eat because the company does not listen to your order and subsequently is not helpful.

Fries perfectly fried and, despite we prefer our burger medium cooked and those were well done, all from the bun until the rocket, was delicious. The restaurant is quiet and clean and staff is attentive and professional.

I have come here many times to eat the hamburger and it was always good!, this time however we did not eat well, we had two hamburgers both had dry and tough meat, a real shame!

Burgers are freshly prepared. The meat (we had Angus) was very tasty. The bun was a bit dry and the burgers were rather spartan (without cucumber, lettuce or similar). There are also different vegan alternatives and chicken. The store is very clean and coolly decorated. A good stopover on the way to the ferry to Newcastle.

Friendly place to eat a good burger, especially the burger with truffle sauce. A little expensive but it's okay, the fries are randomly good.

We left the BurgerBar with a bad feeling. The worst was the Portobello burger; a sandwich with something that looks like garnish and nothing else. The fries are so greasy that I still have the taste of frying fat in my mouth. The rest was also less than mediocre. The staff works hard, especially on takeaway orders.

Dare I say, perfect burger? The patties are weighed right in front of you so you know you are getting your money’s worth. The cook takes his time in preparing the food. Burgers are so juicy and delicious. Fries were also great. The staff were super friendly too. I wish they had burger bar in the US.

Very good place for an honest burger. 1. Waited not more than 10 mins for our order in the afternoon. A gentleman at the counter was nice and helpful 2. Burgers: brioche deluxe is much better than the sesame bun - the latter is a bit dry. Size is very decent (had a 180gr burger). 3. Onion rings: cut too thin and fried too deep, so you almost feel no onion behind the batter. Guys need to adjust their recipes. Still, it's a good place for a quick lunch!

A Simple burger bar. You order at the counter and get a buzzer. You are called once the order is ready, can sit inside or on a sunny day outside. Take away is of course also possible. There are set options but you can also “design” your own The smashed burger was really good and juicy and recommended, toppings also good and bun crisp.

Food was ok burgers are different again. They keep changing things. And the workers. Put the lights way up at 21:30 like they were closing. I feel line for all the other spots in the city. They need to step up there game big time.

J'ai un avis assez mitigé sur ce restaurant. En effet, malgré le fait que le burger soit réussi, je ne suis pas ressorti satisfait. Si les prix des burgers sont tout à fait correct, ce n'est pas le cas du reste. Par exemple, les frites ne sont pas incluses avec votre burger. En soit, pourquoi pas, mais 4,25€ pour les frites ?! Même à Paris je n'ai jamais vu ça ! Et le plus absurde pour moi est le fait de faire payer les sauces, même les plus simple comme le ketchup et la mayonnaise. 1,25€ le ketchup et 1,35€ la sauce barbecue. Et puis si en plus l'envie de prendre une boisson vous prend, vous vous retrouvez facilement à payer un burger a +20€. C'est du jamais vu pour ma part, c'est incroyablement cher. Une chose qui aurait été fortement appréciable aurait été d'offrir les sauces (c'est pas grave s'il y en a moins), et réduire de moitié le prix des frites. Actuellement, c'est bien trop cher pour ce que c'est. Je ne recommande pas spécialement.

I have a fairly mixed opinion about this restaurant. Indeed, despite the fact that the burger was successful, I did not come away satisfied. If the prices of the burgers are quite reasonable, this is not the case for the rest. For example, fries are not included with your burger. In itself, why not, but €4.25 for fries?! Even in Paris I have never seen this! And the most absurd thing for me is charging for sauces, even the simplest ones like ketchup and mayonnaise. €1.25 for ketchup and €1.35 for barbecue sauce. And then if you also want to have a drink, you easily find yourself paying +20€ for a burger. This is unheard of for me, it's incredibly expensive. One thing that would have been greatly appreciated would have been to offer the sauces (it doesn't matter if there are fewer), and to halve the price of the fries. Currently, it is way too expensive for what it is. I don't particularly recommend it.

Amazing burgers. Had the spicy chicken - crispy tasty and fiery chicken with crunchy salad and pickles and a tasty bun. Really nice chunky chips too. Was quiet when we went which was midweek but cool music and a nice restaurant too. Open kitchen means you can see the excellent standards. Loved it. Will be back.

We went later on in the evening and it was lovely and quiet. The atmosphere was perfect and these guys really care about the food they make. By far the best, most delicious burger I've ever had. Props to these guys, they're doing a fantastic job.

Really kind staff, and trust me not every Burger Bar makes as tasty burgers. In my opinion this one and the one in The Pijp make better tasting burgers than the other locations. The staff here, is extremely kind and thoughtful, plus always smiling. Definitely recommend!

Very good Burger restaurant. Cooking is respected. I was able to eat a rare steak in Amsterdam. The bread is also excellent. I recommend.

If you have a problem with your order, dont even bother calling them, they dont want to help you out.

Quite disappointed with the quantity and quality. We ordered two ultimate vega falafel burgers and one XL beef burger. The falafel burgers were very dry and not fresh. The oil was not enjoyable and had an after smell. The amount of avocado on the burgers was a joke. The bun was just slices and not well toasted. The truffle fries hardly had any truffle sauce. And the portion of the onion rings was very small. Not happy overall. Quality can be improved.

Komen al jaren bij de BurgerBar. De enige die naar mijn mening verse heerlijke hamburgers kunnen maken. Kwaliteit vlees ruikt en proeft heerlijk! Niet te vergelijken met de Mc of andere burgers als je van puur natuur houdt. Ook de patat heerlijk natural! Echt een top zaak zelf bij afhalen smaakt het ook nog heerlijk! Voor ons de lekkerste burgers! Vriendelijk personeel niet te vergeten, succes!

Burger was good, I enjoyed fries the most as it was fresh not frozen. The service is a bit slow but I guess it’s because place is crowded. We ordered the classic burger and truffle from signature menu, next time I visit probably will go for creating my own burger sandwich (choosing my toppings and sauces) Side note they have falafel on the menu as vegetarian option 🌱
