A complete disgrace! Terrible! And I know what kind of business I choose to know!

Order never arrived! Extremely long wait and no food!

Very disappointed with my order. The bun was dry and squashed, the burger was very sparsely topped, and several ingredients did not look or taste fresh. I had selected two sauces, but there was barely any of one on it. Additionally, the burger was lukewarm and I found it very small for the price (over €10). For this price, I really expect more attention to quality and a more generous amount of toppings and sauce. The delivery was faster than indicated, however, and the order was neatly packaged.

If you're looking for a restaurant where they buy pre-made food, this is the place. The quality is terrible, the hygiene is appalling, and the work environment and customer service are awful. I'm giving them one star because it won't let me give zero; otherwise, I would. Btw: If you want to work there as a delivery driver, be aware that they won't pay you what you deserve, you'll always lose out, and they couldn't care less about you. Cheers.

Ordered at 23:30, order NEVER arrived!! They didn't even ring the doorbell; at 3 AM the order suddenly showed as delivered, but the order was nowhere to be found, no phone call, no message, just the order gone, and you wait 3.5 hours for that. Just DO NOT order here. You won't even receive your order, and the hassle with Thuisbezorgd just to prove it isn't worth the effort.

Ordered and already waiting for over 2 hours, never ordering here again. Delivered after 2.5 hours, fries are cold, milkshake melted, and delivery person grumpy. Too bad because the burger was quite tasty, but they won't see me again.

I was completely disappointed. I ordered the Truffelicious menu. The burger had little sauce and no truffle mayonnaise. The meat didn't taste like beef. There was almost no lettuce or onion, it was too dry, and there was little sauce. I could only taste a few spices, but it didn't feel like I was eating a burger. The fries were overly salted and dry; they were inedible. The menu didn't indicate that the fries were seasoned with paprika or anything else. Not my taste; I would have preferred to have a choice or order the classic version. I'm not satisfied; I feel like I wasted my money. I won't order from this restaurant again.

We were received very kindly and had a super delicious meal. Huge thanks to the friendly employee who served all 7 of us quickly and excellently.

Very disappointing experience. Our order took no less than 2 hours and 15 minutes to be delivered. In the meantime, we contacted them to ask how much longer it would take. We were told that it would only take a few minutes and that the order was already on its way. Ultimately, it took another 45 minutes or so for the food to arrive. When the order finally arrived, the fries were cold and soggy. Additionally, we had ordered two burger menus, but the drinks were completely missing. The long wait, incorrect information regarding the delivery, and the mediocre quality of the food leave us very dissatisfied with this order. Unfortunately, this is not an experience we will be repeating anytime soon.

I’ll sprinkle a bit of positivity here… looking through the comments I was a bit apprehensive about ordering, but the burger turned out to be warm and tasty and the delivery was cheap, although a little slow (around 90mins). Turns out that’s the time frame the store operates around. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered from this place. The worst food any restaurant can serve. I don’t even know how they are open. Ordered a burger with peanut sauce and they didn’t even put any peanut sauce in there! It’s the worse burger I have ever had. Absolutely disgusting

I have always ordered burgers here and was always satisfied, which is why I am extra disappointed with my latest order. There was a piece of plastic in my food, which is simply unacceptable and dangerous. I reported this, but despite the complaint, I received no compensation or serious response from customer service. It is a real shame, because I used to enjoy coming here, but after this experience, it is difficult to still have confidence in the quality and service.

I ordered from Burger Business, but the order didn't arrive until after 2 hours. In the meantime, I called multiple times, and each time I was told that the delivery person would be there within 5 minutes. When the order finally arrived, the food was almost cold. The fries were very hard and the burger had no cheddar, even though I had ordered a Chicken Chipotle menu, which includes cheddar. If you cannot handle this, please stop delivering.

Never order food here! Waited an hour longer than the expected delivery time. It was eventually delivered without apology or excuse, but it was cold. Several items were also missing from the order.

The burger was really good even it wasn't as warm as it should be. The fries on the other had were cold and overfried. But the worst was the milkshake. It was at room temperature and had nothing close to the texture of a milkshake. It was like drinking milk with caramel and espresso flavor. The store should exclude areas that are far away and because of this the quality is negatively affected.

My favourite avocado burger in Tilburg. Tasty food, always the same quality. Very nice and friendly personnel. I'm always happy with my order. Thank you! When ordering online, you need to wait longer, so it's better to go there and pick it up.

Waiting time on delivery was pretty quick as for Saturday evening. I ordered the first time from that place. As far as Chicken burger was OK, the cheeseburger was total disaster. Cheap minced frozen patty that tasted worse than frikandel. Seriously?? Dissapointed.

Don't order here! We've been waiting over two hours for two simple burgers. When you call to ask where your food is, they snap at you that it's busy and there's nothing they can do. Nothing they can do? Maybe accepting fewer orders is a good tip. I expect and hope this place goes bankrupt soon.

Can't I give a star rating? First of all, it took almost two hours, so it arrived eventually, but it wasn't great. The fries were tough, the cheeseburger had no cheese, the satay sauce was cold, and the burger looked like it was from Aldi. When we called to ask approximately what time it would arrive, the man on the phone immediately got angry, as if we were the problem?

Ordered at 2:13 and was delivered at 3:44. An hour and a half for a burger menu, and the fries were cold. I understand it can be busy, but this isn't the first time. It's really unacceptable; the quality is good, but because it takes so long, it deteriorates until you receive it.

Yesterday night i ordered at 1:20am and i ordered 1 BURGER 1?!! and received it 2 hours later? it eventually arrived at 3am…that’s isn’t a hour to deliver somebody’s food? how can you explain a wait of 2 hours for one singel burger and coke… very very disappointing. by seeing the other reviews its a frequently thing please start treating your customers how they supposed to be treated and how YOU would like to be treated and to receive your order at a proper time.

Sometimes you have those days when everything goes against you. And that was the case for the people making the burgers today. 1st time wrong order, contacted them and received great help. 2nd time it was the wrong order again. Called again and top service again. This time I didn't receive a great burger. But every previous time the food was good and I never had anything to complain about. Despite the circumstances, always top service.

Order of 20 euros, I only received a product worth 5 euros...beware of thieves!

We ordered from you now, and we will never do it again... Your chef is lying about our order, we were waiting for 4 hours all for him to say to us he never even made it, lack of communication and his lack of will to help and understand is truly scary... I had to wait two hours on a simple Tuesday night, and what did I get? A bone-dry chicken burger, the chicken drier than the bun... lukewarm fries even drier than peanut butter. I gave it all to my cat and started cooking myself. What a mess. Not recommended.

If you want to order from this place you definitely took less going to the Supermarket buy every ingredient, go home, have a shower, cook, whatch a movie and finally HAVE DINNER. I don’t suggest this place for your mental stability.

I eat here often, and all the food is delicious. Tenders are tender with a subtle black pepper flavor, and the fries are perfectly seasoned. One minor complaint is the truffle mayonnaise; it's more like a regular mayonnaise. Otherwise, all the food is definitely recommended, especially their signature burger sauce!

Absolutely not recommended. I have never eaten such a disappointing burger. The taste was downright nasty, even cheap frozen burgers from the supermarket are of better quality. What worried me most was the condition of the meat. Shortly after eating I started to feel sick, and I suffered from it for days. That really raises questions about the hygiene or freshness of the ingredients. The delivery was on time, but that is also the only positive thing I can mention. Never again for me.

The Burger Business website states that everything is 100% halal. I receive a burger with bacon that is not halal. It was pork and not turkey. I see that as deception. I called them and they confirmed that it is pork and that everything is 100% halal except bacon. This means that what is stated on their website is not correct. I waited almost 2 hours for my order. I received coke while I ordered fernandes. Fries were rock hard and inedible. An employee of burger business wanted to give me a discount on my next order. I said that I will never order from them again and therefore want my money back. They told me that I have to contact Thuisbezorgd. Pure scam.

After waiting 2 hours, my burger arrived. I really understand this when it's busy, but if you can't even get them on the phone to tell you how long it will take, it's really annoying. The burger itself was ok, not very special and not worth €16, fries were lukewarm and way too salty. But the worst part was that there was a hair on my burger when it was opened, really gross. I ordered food twice and had to wait two hours each. When I tried to call, I got an automated number that asked for my postal code. When I entered it, I got a message saying the person I was trying to reach was unavailable. It's a shame because the food was delicious.

The fries are okay , delivery time 50 min . The biggest problem is the meat, the burger is not fresh is artificial meat like the pig meat for burger they sell in supermarkets for 1.5€ and this is crazy for a 16€ burger , although nothing in the restaurant is fresh but at least they should choose a good quality meat a caw meat not a pig saggy meat. Hope my opinion is helpful to the business to be better.

I would highly recommend avoiding this place because comments are true. They either make you wait 7 business days for your orders or food arrives but completely different order than you have had made. For example I will put a picture of recent order just as an example how it looks like 😄👍🏻They saw that I want 2x chicken strips but it was too much work so they decided to put some random burger 😃

There's always a problem with my order. Today I didn't get the first order. The freezer was warm, but the burgers were cold. Last time I got NICS, after 2 hours when I called, they said the courier was waiting a long time and would come back. This is impossible.

If the order is correct, complete, and fresh, it's great. But it rarely is. Another wrong burger and a cold order... It's too expensive to have to guess whether it's right.

Delivery drivers can't find your house even if you give a clear description of your location. They're also very unfriendly. So you end up with cold fries because they spent 10 minutes searching even though they'd already called. That's not worth 19 euros.
