Very bad thing. 30 min delivery indication.... ultimately almost 3 HOURS!!!!! Waited. Order never received. They keep promising that someone was on their way, but that's a lie. NEVER AGAIN

We got there within 45 minutes and everything was hot and tasty, unfortunately I forgot the sauce for the fries. The delivery person was nice too

0 stars would have been better. Had to wait more than 2 hours for cold, soggy fries and lukewarm, well-done burgers. Better to burn your money and go to bed hungry than order something here.

Waited 1.5 hours and paid 5.35 for a build your own burger that arrived completely bare (this was not the order). Soggy fries and a soggy burger are a known risk of ordering food. But it was indeed very damp and very swampy. The piece of meat was somewhat okay despite being served in a wet package. I will never order food here again

2.5 hours delivery time and forgot drink. Too bad I can't give 0 stars because that's what they deserve. You get a big mouth and incomprehension in return when you ask to have the drink delivered. We ordered here yesterday. First we received half of our order and the other half did not. Called immediately and our drinks were still in the shop. The delivery person would bring the other half that was still in his bag. 45 minutes later our other half arrived cold, we immediately called and they would bring it again. (This also took a long time) We were still missing our drinks and that also arrived later. Then they forgot the sauce the last time and the mozerella sticks were now suddenly chicken pieces. So wrong again...

After ordering it was around 35 minutes and its arrived , fries are absolutely banging! Very nice crispy and spicy fries , but the hamburger meat is processed...and its not tasty Bacon was crispy though

If you cannot deliver within 3 hours, you should simply close yourself down as a delivering restaurant. Especially because we are far from the only ones who regularly have to wait hours for their order here. No matter how busy it is, such a delivery time is unjustifiable and downright sad. Answering the phone is apparently too difficult a task, so I think it's a miracle that you understand how to get beef cooked. In any case, our order was cold or at most lukewarm. The quality of your order here is too often a kind of roulette, so I strongly advise everyone against ordering here.

Ordered food via home delivery. We had 2 burgers, fries and mozzarella sticks. Mozzarella sticks were not warm and cheese was not melted, burgers were tasteless, soggy and looked like they had been in the box for hours. There were no fries included and the icing on the cake was that we had to wait more than 3 hours before it was delivered! Called the back several times, but could not be reached by phone. Not a pleasant experience unfortunately.

Wow, if only we had read the reviews here. What a crappy tent. Ordered food at 7:30 PM. Would be there at 8:25 PM. At 8:55 PM I called (after several attempts) to find out where my order was. Ordered at 6:50 PM, finally got my food at 8:45 PM. This happens every few times you order. So you want to be sure that you have your food on time. Then don't order from Burgerbusiness.

The food (if it comes at all) is fine, but man, what a clown place. No way to get in touch if you still don't get any food delivered after an hour and a half. You only get a voice on the phone saying that the person you are calling is not available. In short, a worthless shit case.

Think carefully before ordering here. In any case, do not rely on the expected duration of your order shown or the time they confirm. Ordered with a time shown of 45-65 minutes. Every time I order from them, the delivery of the food takes at least an hour and a half. Just like yesterday, we finally ordered a new burger with sauerkraut and bacon, etc. We got a burger without sauerkraut and without bacon and the onion rings were wilted. Tldr: Don't order here unless you like your food cold and very late. Xd Almost half an hour late and everything was extremely cold. Ordered 3 burger menus on Monday at 5 p.m. with delivery time of 5:45 p.m. It wasn't there yet at 6:25 PM. Called Burger Business and they said it was just on its way. So bad service, you have to wait a very long time for a few burgers. And only received a 'Sorry then' when I indicated that in my opinion I had to wait too long. When it finally arrived, the food was no longer very warm. It was lukewarm. I will never order from there again.

I waited for my order for 2,5 hrs in total. After 1,5 hour waiting I called restaurant and heard I will get the order in next 20 minutes maximum. I waited 1 more hour. The order arrived cold, the fries were so hard you couldn't bite them and I got completely different burger! Ordered chicken and got beef (tasted horrible). I do not recommend and will never order again. Not worth the money and not waiting almost 3 hours. Disaster.

The veggie chicken burger and milkshake were delicious! Unfortunately, the fries were a bit limp, had cooled down and (perhaps because of that) did not taste fresh. I waited more than 1.5 hours for my order and I think that is really too long for one menu.

WOW !!! Never again from that place !! I made order bit after midnight , my order came at 2:33 am Burger totally destroyed , The fries were probably reheated, and the best from order was Coca-Cola... No information from restaurant that order will be late or whatever , people at that time normally are sleeping already .. BIG 0 !!

If there exists a god he is not conscious about the horrors that Burger Business commits in its kingdom. I ordered two hamburgers after a long day of work that looked really nice at the photos. They were 22 euros, quite expensive but I accepted it. The expected delivery time was 30 minutes but just after two minutes the website told me it was going to last at least an hour. After two hours of waiting ( it was 1 in the morning) I called for the first time and they told me it would be arriving ANY SECOND. I waited excited down the stairs for 45 minutes, as I had to be at the door of my house before the delivery guy because I did not want him to waken up my housemates. I called them again and they told me they did not know where the delivery guy was! incredibly, the guy told me as well that the kitchen had already closed and he did not even tell me they were sorry about the incident, they just said to send an email. I went to bed really angry and one hour later, at 3:30 in the morning, someone rang the bell of my house and had waken up everyone, to my surprise it were the two most disgusting and cold burgers I have ever had. I hope no one ever eats here again.

We had a nice time with good friends and acquaintances on our roof terrace. The sun shone on our faces, Edith Piaf on the speaker and it promised to be a beautiful evening. Unfortunately we then ordered from Burger Business. First of all, they forgot more than half of our order. And I'm not talking about a drink and a sauce, but literally half the burgers, the side dishes, and the overall juice. Our second attempt (read: second delivery attempt) was still far from sufficient. We were still missing a drink and the sauces. As you can imagine, our fries were already cold more than an hour later, so luckily we didn't need the sauce anymore. Teun is still very sad because he still doesn't have any coke. He seems very dehydrated. Moreover, we were treated in a very customer-unfriendly manner, and they responded with sighs after we pointed out their inability to deliver a simple order for the second time. NEVER AGAIN!!! I make an order and it says that my order will be delivered in 39 minutes. It took more than an hour and a half. You are also not called to communicate, no, the customer has to call herself to ask where her order is. Good quality burger. Beef, chicken or vegetarian. Lots of toppings such as (free) veggies, bacon, cheddar, Old Amsterdam and sauces.

Just ordered a burger menu €18.50 I clearly indicated in the comments: no vegetables, no sauce and then they deliver the final score with everything on it, so I call politely and don't get a new burger, worst of all, the employee almost gets angry with me during the conversation while I wanted to solve something last time. Burgers were cold, but tasted okay and 1 burger was ordered without red onion and it was included. We have ordered before that we were satisfied, but this was really bad. Service and definitely that lying. If you cannot handle the pressure, it is better not to accept any more orders and we may come back again.

Food arrived cold, called and did not want to bring new ones, not treated kindly, burger was raw which I then wanted to eat. 80 euros down the drain for food that wasn't even good to eat, I know that a beef burger doesn't have to be completely cooked, only the outer edge was brown, otherwise it was so raw that it wasn't even edible, maybe something less smoking in the kitchen! 😂

I ordered a burger without bacon, they saw that I am Muslim, I got a burger with bacon. When I got home I saw it, I called and asked if they could change it and bring a new one. Wow, I even pay delivery costs. They said they didn't have time but if I bought new ones they would fix it. Worst service I've ever had and I've worked in restaurant 4.5

De truffelburger was echt heerlijk maar wel een beetje te duur :)

Eten is echt heerlijk en vooral de kruiden op de frietjes, maar dat is ook echt de enige reden waarom wij hier bestellen. Ons bakje friet was echt mager gevuld en zat nog niet eens voor de helft gevuld. Toen we belden kregen we te horen dat ze het te druk hadden, ze maar een bepaald aantal frituurpannen hadden en ze maakten van hun probleem ons probleem. Er kwamen allemaal smoesjes en een excuses kwam er niet.

Eten echt erg lekker. Burger zijn smaakvol en heerlijke frietjes. Alleen wordt er áltijd wel iets vergeten bij de bestelling die ik heb geplaatst..

De friet was slap en leek oud De burgers waren amper gaar De broodjes smaakten oud Eén van de burgers had de verkeerde saus, die de ontvanger niet lust, dus dat was einde broodje voor hem. Al met al een teleurstellende ervaring en ik denk niet dat we in de toekomst nog daar gaan bestellen, zeker niet omdat het nog best duur is. Erg jammer

Vandaag besteld bij Burger Business. Er was voor ons twee maar een van de twee bestelde gerechten geleverd. Meteen contact gezocht. Ik kon kiezen: of 20% korting de volgende keer of alsnog bezorgen, maar gezien de drukte kon dit wel even duren en kon er geen tijd afgegeven worden. Dit is natuurlijk geen oplossing voor mij als klant. Sta voor je service of beperk deze op voorhand.

Met mijnzoon naar Burger Business geweest. Over het algemeen goed maar met wat aandachtspunten. We hadden 1 big boy menu 1 bacon and cheese menu 1 mango passuevrucht shake 1 oreo shake 6 chicken strips 1 mais Laten we starten met zeggen dat je wel een grote eter moet zij wil je hier alles opeten. Je krijgt veel friet en de burgers zijn niet bepaald klein. Ik vergiste me ook in de porties bij het bestellen. We kregen het niet op 🤣 Dit zijn de pluspunten Brioche brood is superlekker en zacht De paddies zelf zijn goed op smaak en vers. Niet te gaar en een beetje pink in the mide. De maiskolf was echt heerlijk zoet. En de frietjes waren lekker chrunchy Wat zijn de aandachtspunten Hoewel de paddies lekker waren, waren ze wel een beetje hard. Je moet namelijk goed bijten. De frietjes zijn aan de zoute kant De shakes zijn echt te zoet We moesten 15 miniten wachten, maar dat werd toch snel 25 minuten. Niet erg maar in een lege tent merk je niet dat ze het druk hebben met bezorgen. Wat mij wel stoorde is de prijs. We waren 45 euro kwijt. Op zich niet al te duur. Maar je besteld een menu en wilt er een milkshake ipv cola bij, dan betaal je snel 3 euro extra. Dan loopt het snel op. Aanrader =ja Kom ik er weer = ja, maar niet te vaak. Waarom niet meer sterren? Toch teveel aandachtspunten voor mijn liking. Toch zijn ze gied bezig en hebben ze het druk.

Ik was niet tevreden met mijn bestelling op thuisbezorgd.nl. Levering van 3 milkshakes duurde lang en ze waren niet zo koud. Ik liet een beoordeling achter op de website van thuisbezorgd. De volgende namiddag werd ik gebeld door ze. Dat ze mij graag nog eens de bestelling aan wilde bieden. Deze werd snel geleverd en nu waren de milkshakes lekker en goed. Helaas kon ik niet nog een beoordeling achterlaten of mijn eerdere beoordeling wijzigen. Dus vandaag zo alsnog een positief bericht. Heel netjes hoe dit opgelost is. Vertrouwen hersteld :)

Verbazing wekkend lage score. Bezorging duurde lang maar de burger was werkelijk fantastisch. Groot, rijk belegd en heerlijk gekruide friet.

Het eten was er sneller dan verwacht en de burgers waren heerlijk! Helaas waren ze de drankjes vergeten maar na een belletje stonden ze binnen no time voor de deur met de drankjes én iets lekkers voor het ongemak. Top service.
