Food delivered too cold. Quality is getting worse and worse. Just to add something: today 28-11 stomach ache and nausea. I will never order anything from here again.

Good and tasty food, only the delivery leaves much to be desired. Food is delivered almost cold (last on the delivery route?) but still tastes nice, I'm sure it would be 5 stars if they improved this.

Food is always delicious, friendly people, delivery sometimes takes a bit long, but the day is very understandable, the only problem is that they sometimes don't provide enough fries.

Worst place I have ever eaten at. First, he gives people who arrive fifteen minutes later their food earlier. My burger has exactly the things I asked to leave off and they didn't add the chicken I asked for. While I still heard them say that they had made that mistake. I just left... I will never come here again, even if it were free.

Delivery takes a really long time.

Had to wait more than 2 hours for my order only to receive cold fries and a different drink than ordered. Calling when you've run out of drinks and trying to arrange something to make up for it is the least you can do, right? I've had this happen several times now where I had to wait a really long time for my order. The only reason I keep ordering is because the chicken burgers are really tasty and the price ratio is better than Burger Business. So not a good tent.

The burgers were good, but the delivery was just bad. Was supposed to be delivered within 20 minutes, but after an hour nothing. Called, delivery person was on his way. After 45 minutes the order was delivered. As you can guess, after more than 45 minutes on the road, the burgers were simply very cold. Logical if you send everything with 1 delivery person. If you are on that route early you are in luck, if you are on that route later you will have cold food. A shame, because the burgers would have been much tastier warm. So pick it up yourself next time, I only live 4 minutes (cycling) away.

Ordered food at 7 o'clock, nothing delivered at home after three hours. I then drove to their location to check, the store was closed. We tried calling earlier, no one answered. Worst experience ever with a delivery company. I hope communication improves, otherwise I would like to close the business because it is really frustrating for people who wait for hours, hoping that their food will be delivered.

Bad service, cold food, absurd delivery times. Ordered yesterday at 8:15 PM, spoke to the Tilburg branch in advance to ask how long it would take due to another appointment of mine. Max an hour I was told. I ordered properly and the delivery time was 21.15. Once it was 9:30 PM, I quickly called to ask for an update. After a long wait I got an antisocial employee on the phone. He told me to come pick it up and that it would be there no later than 10pm. He also said that it was no problem that I had to wait so long, because there were other customers who had to wait 2.5 hours according to him. Then I finally got my order at 10:50 PM, 2 hours and 35 minutes later. You would say that it is at least warm. Everything but, it was inedible + we didn't even get an apology from the delivery person. He just threw it down like that. Never order here, what a shame. Antisocial people, bad food and bad service.

Worthless. You order something at half past seven and it closes at 8 p.m. You call at 9:00 a.m. to ask where your order is and it is taken very arrogantly. Apparently they don't know customer friendliness here. Waiting 2h30 minutes for an order is a thing of the past. And it's fine if you close, but make sure you indicate this on your website or make sure that people can't order for a while. I have ordered from here many times in the past, but never again because of that arrogant lady. Good luck with it and maybe do something about your service.

Unfortunately, 2 hours of waiting, the order did not arrive. The restaurant is listed as open, orders via Uber Eats are accepted but the restaurant is closed, similarly on Google it shows that it is open but in fact it is closed.

Delivery takes way too long. The staff in the shop casually tells you that they are closed for an hour... During rush hour! No one tries to help you or think in solutions. Come with false promises. I don't recommend anyone ordering here.

I don't understand why the reviews are so bad. As far as I'm concerned, it's the tastiest hamburger in Tilburg (and I've tried many in all these years!). Also find the people friendly. Delicious fresh and seasoned fries.

Ridiculous chain. Even though the food is good, you wait 2 hours for your food, and they can't even be reached by phone, I've been on hold for 21 minutes and they haven't answered yet! Bad thing this bad customer service!

My experience at this burger fast food was downright disappointing. The woman behind the counter was super unfriendly and smart, which ruined the whole experience. The food itself also left a lot to be desired; the burger was tasteless and the fries were too salty. The low point was when I found a long hair in my burger, which is absolutely unacceptable. The only bright spot was that the food was prepared quickly, but that didn't compensate for the overall poor experience. I definitely will not recommend this place and will never return myself.

Loved ordering from this place but the last two times were just disastrous! Waited for over 3 hours both times… called costumer service and was put on hold for nearly 20 minutes. Really bummed because I love their burgers but because of these waiting times I won’t be ordering again 😔

Delicious burgers... but unfortunately the staff is a disaster... when you enter the restaurant you get a welcome or hello... they don't even look at you... really not normal!!! I have been coming to them for years, but this time will be the last... better eat at McDonald's, the people there are nicer...

RECOMMENDATION Already ordered several times and each time it takes almost 2 hours before it arrives. On home delivery it says that it will be delivered shortly. When you call you get a grumpy employee on the line who always says that it is already on its way. Takes 1.5 hours longer than expected time

Great service and easy to locate. The burger 🍔 was amazing.

I waited 3 hours and 15mins for my order. I called them after an hour and a half and they said it hadnt even left the counter yet. They then proceeded to still not deliver my order for another 1hr45. They also said I’d get something on the house to compensate and got no such thing. Absolutely horrendous and disgraceful experience.

Echt constant is er wel iets niet goed. De brugers kunnen heel lekker zijn. Als ze niet zeiknat zijn en gemaakt zoals besteld. Maar elke keer vergeten ze weer iets en ik ben het een beetje zat. Heel fijn dat de bezorger dit keer vroeg of t klopte en aanbood het alsnog te brengen. Maar tegen de tijd dat die nachos er zijn, heb ik mn burger al lang en breed op. 2 sterren omdat de smaak wel goed is maar de rest is drama

Vandaag chicken burger menu besteld en twee hamburgers, moest wel even van de prijs bijkomen maar de kwaliteit en smaak waren wel heel erg goed. Als voor jou de kwaliteit belangrijker is dan de prijs, is het zeker aan te bevelen. Wel moeten ze een beter prijs overzicht hebben van hun menu.

Ik schrok even van enkele reviews die ik las nadat ik bestelde (net na middernacht en ze zijn tot 00:45 geopend). Om 1 uur gebeld en ik hoorde dat mijn bestelling onderweg was. Nog geen minuut later was hij er. En het was HEERLIJK!!!

Service is prima, de frietjes zijn uniek en ontzettend lekker. De burgers zijn ook wel okee, maar smaken niet speciaal en het is altijd een kliederboel. De thuisbezorgdozen zijn onnodig groot en niet makkelijk klein te maken, dus dat zorgt voor veel afval.

Llevo dos años pidiendo comida de este restaurante y la verdad que son mis hamburguesas favoritas pero tengo que decir que es muy molesto tener que esperar tanto a veces (pueden tardar cerca de dos horas para traer un simple menú). También siempre pido la misma hamburguesa sin pepinillos, y casi siempre los ponen. La última vez que pedí pagué 9€ por una hamburguesa y llegó sin tomate, con una pequeña lechuga fea y algo de cebolla. Espero que mejoréis a futuro y le pongáis atención a los detalles porque realmente es molesto recibir algo que no esperabas

Ik woon in de Reeshof het eten was nog lekker warm. De burgers waren verrukkelijk. Vooral de beef burgers. Dit is voor herhaling vatbaar. Ga zo door. En de bezorger was super vriendelijk.

I ordered two burgers (Original menu) at a late night. They delivered the order within 45 min as estimated in the confirmation email. Superb! The burger quality was amazing; juicy and along with crispy potatoes. Packaging also was classy. Our order included chewing gums in the shape of a small burger – great idea! Overall, I recommend this place and it is worth 5 stars.

I've been ordering from Burger Company for a few years now. Not worth it if you're hungry and want to eat at a reasonable time. Delivery regularly takes 2+ hours even if you order from their website directly. One time I called 1hr45min after ordering and they said it would take another 30 min. Their excuse is always that they're busy but they don't bother informing you, apologizing, or doing something to compensate. The food is good but it takes too long. You're better off ordering from somewhere else if you're hungry.

Heb hier zelf een keer besteld, enorm lekker en een echte aanrader, wel een minpuntje dat er nergens iets staat over allergenen en het moment dat ik erover had gebeld kreeg ik geen duidelijkheid voor mijn partner die een heftige pinda en notenallergie heeft, en hierdoor heel voorzichtig moet zijn. Afgezien van dat is het echt een toptent!
