Great sandwiches and good service

We used to have sandwiches that were really generously filled. It was a real treat to order them. Last time, it was suddenly less impressive. Less filling, less special. I thought that can happen once in a while. But unfortunately, it happened again today. Four sandwiches that are missing something: just that extra bit of quality, just that extra bit of filling, just that bread that should have been brittle and crispier, just that extra bit of grilled vegetables that made a regular sandwich special. Such a shame. We are going to look for another sandwich shop.

I ordered an egg sandwich and a marinated chicken thigh sandwich here. It was supposed to be delivered at 10:30, but in the end, it didn't arrive until 10:45. The egg sandwich had everything on it except the egg itself, and my sandwich was really sour because the chicken and cucumber were both spoiled...

Ordered online, came 40 min late. When the courier called he was downstairs, it took me 2 min to get to where the courier supposedly was…he left with my order, I had to call the courier to come back with my food. Overall they are very hard to reach via phone or by the app, rude service. If I could I would rate it 0/5. The order came almost 2h after I ordered (1h45min). On top of that the courier tried to explain me how my door bell works (it don’t even have a door bell) and that the apartment number is wrong which is not. Horrible customer service even for the courier. The truffle kroket is very oily, the ribeye broodje is plain, the only decent thing was the tosti.

For what you pay, you get a meager (small) sandwich.

Very healthy and tasty, and friendly people. Rolls are fresh from a bakery, quality, no hard baguettes. Halal chicken and beef. The price is worth it for your health.💯✅

Ordered via Thuisbezorgd, it was clearly stated that it could possibly take a maximum of 1 hour and 15 minutes, then 2!!! Hours later super soggy, sticky rolls were delivered. The rolls are in good condition and really tasty, but time and time again they simply cannot deliver quality, and it isn't improving either!

As a barbershop, we regularly get our breakfast and lunch sandwiches for the team here. We are always very satisfied with the service, the quality of the products, and especially the friendliness of the staff. What we particularly appreciate is that our schedule is often taken into account. Because we work by appointment in the barbershop, it is nice that orders are usually prepared quickly and neatly. I am really, really sorry, and I still order sandwiches here regularly because they are actually quite tasty, but those guys over there really, really, really literally can't do anything at all. Reading comments on an order? Forget it. Making the sandwich you ordered at all? Forget it. Delivery within an hour? Hahaha, you can totally kiss that goodbye.

Sandwiches are always tasty and delivery is on time.

Truly a ridiculously bad experience. I order a tomato soup without meatballs → I get it with meatballs. I order a chicken pesto sandwich without bacon (I don't eat bacon) → I just get it with bacon. When you point this out, you also get an inconsiderate reaction. As if it's my fault. Very poor service. I will absolutely never come back here.

I ordered a sandwich here through Thuisbezorgd. After waiting an hour, my order arrived with the wrong sandwich. I called and reported this. They couldn't find a solution, so I told them I'd like to receive the correct sandwich. It would be delivered within half an hour. Then I waited another hour and 15 minutes for my sandwich, and it arrived cold. In the end, I waited two hours for a cold sandwich. This was absolutely terrible!

Had lunch with my dad, it was delicious!

I ordered and ate a grilled cheese sandwich here this week. It wasn't until we paid that we noticed the prices had gone up, but they didn't match the price lists. We were told (after we asked) that the owner was still working on it. Not very polite; change your prices first and then implement them. A panini sandwich, costing around €8.00, is really excessive for what you get.

Most worthless company ever. Big mouth. Carpaccio sandwiches are now roast beef. And they lie that's how it's been sold for years. They promise to refund your money, but they lie about that too. As previously stated in a review, this Pim lies and cheats to line his own pockets. He pretends he hasn't slept and that no one who works there actually cares. The prices have gotten ridiculously low, and we won't even mention the delivery time. Feel free to order your sandwich two hours before you want to eat, just maybe it will arrive on time. Just don't order. Order from BROODEGA, which is only good with good service, or from BAGEL AND BEANS, which is much better than this junk. Seriously, don't buy it, please don't; everything is wrong here.

Pim's 2.0 sandwich is truly the best. Don't change a thing, it's truly delicious!

Sandwiches are good in themselves, but the prices are really overrated from now on. Price-quality is out, from now on and for a while higher prices, but price signs have still not been adjusted. "Still need to be adjusted", they say. An average of 10 euros for a sandwich without anything on the side, such as a salad or fries, is quite steep. Then also 3 euros for a can of cola.

Good sandwiches, only the prices are getting higher and higher. And the prices on the sign are lower than you actually pay. When asked why you pay more than the sign says, you get the answer "Yes, we get other signs" I find that very misleading and not very customer-oriented.

Tasty sandwiches for everyone. Adjustments were also no problem. We sat down inside and also had coffee and soft drinks. Not big but fine for lunch.

Prices on the signs don't match the order list (difference €0.55 per sandwich). Prices on the order list don't match the price at the cash register (another €0.55 extra). The difference between the price on the sign and the cash register is €1.10 per sandwich. The response is that they're working on TV screens... How long does it take to update a chalkboard? The sandwich itself tastes fine. Size and quantity are below par for €9.50.

Not recommended. The sandwiches are tasty, the delivery is consistently too long, 45 minutes is nothing, and then they manage to add another half hour unannounced. Very unfortunate, it is not the taste, but they are consistently late and/or a very long waiting time. In addition, a sandwich for 13 euros (Carpaccio with goose liver) had hardly any goose liver (previously much more). When reporting, the response was that it was over and other (6) times it had probably been too much. Such a shame when a company neglects matters such as delivery time and complaint handling

Placed an order at 12:22 pm and still received nothing at 1:56 pm. With the previous order the sandwiches were very good. But unfortunately the lunch idea is completely gone due to the late delivery. I hope to still receive the sandwiches from this order. The confirmation email stated delivery time as 1:15 PM. In short, good sandwiches, but in terms of delivery it could be a little faster.

Ordered two sandwiches for lunch two weeks in a row. The first time it would take about 1 hour for delivery. That turned into an hour and a half. Tasted fine. Now ordered two more. Ordered at 12.15 pm, it would be delivered at 1.15 pm (long, but we knew that from last time). The sandwiches were delivered at 2 p.m. (!). We live a few minutes by bike, that's not the problem. The sandwiches had rather minimal fillings. For this price absolutely NOT okay. Very unfortunate. Next time just go to Kras2 again.

Very dirty baking tray. It seems like this man wants to retire quickly on the backs of his customers. Promise to refund money but nothing happens afterwards. Quality has also been much better. It is now substandard.

Carpaccio de luxe sandwich with foie gras curls is really the best sandwich in Tilburg. Not cheap but very tasty.

Sandwiches, Salads & Fresh Gravy PERFECT! Atmosphere was a bit less. Fortunately, the staff thawed out (perhaps an off day?) and it was still pleasant to sit in the end. We will come back, because as mentioned, they are very tasty sandwiches. Hopefully a more cheerful atmosphere from the start. I am very sensitive to atmosphere.

Two weeks ago, 7 sandwiches during the break for colleagues. While communicating by telephone I was asked for cash or debit card. Well, if you go to pick up and pay by card, they simply charge the Thuisbezorgd.nl prices, which is very unfair because I tell them by telephone that I am going to pick up myself.* I assumed the prices on their own website. A bit sneaky in my opinion....

Ordered sandwiches, they would be delivered after an hour. At the time they were supposed to be delivered, we received a call saying that something had come up and they were no longer coming. This is the second time that I have not received my order here after a long wait. A shame, because the sandwiches are tasty.

Small shop with tasty sandwiches, staff not so talkative... nothing radiated at all except for the cheerful blond girl She made the sandwiches with a friendly nod and also said a friendly hello to us. So in terms of atmosphere, there was still a lot to be achieved... it was also nice that you could sit comfortably. It was a bit small, we had misjudged it. But again great sandwiches.

Last time I ordered here, grumpy and ungrateful delivery person who can never say thank you for his tip, something is always forgotten, and if you don't follow up yourself you can end up whistling about your money, I have 40 weekly for my work here. /50 euros spent, but after today I will never order from here again, soggy and wet sandwiches that are simply unedible

Ordered sandwiches and soup, after which I received a phone call that unfortunately the soup was not available that day. Can happen; the money (12 euros) would be refunded. Ultimately, despite repeated attempts to contact us by telephone and email, no money was refunded. In short: lousy service and, in short, pure theft. That one star is for the sandwiches, because they were tasty in themselves.

Favoriete broodjeszaak in Tilburg. Verse en warme broodjes. De zalm tataki en warme kip zijn echt heer-lijk!!

Snelle levering, lekkere knapperige broodjes. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Nooit eerder hier gegeten en een broodje Martino besteld. Helaas echt veel te veel saus (mosterd, ketchup?) erop. Proefde niets meer van de filet en dat was jammer. Te duur betaald voor de kwaliteit van dit broodje

Came by the location to get some quick lunch as its close to my home. It's sunday but the order was done really fast. I got a vegetarian chicken sandwitch which was really good and an avocado one that was okay. Would recomend if you want a quick bite!

BESTEL HIER NIET!! of de bezorger is ineens foetsie of ze hebben wel een andere rede. Met andere woorden de eigenaar is een patoloog. Rukke bezorgservice waarvan niks klopt. Broodjes zijn verder goed maar bestelle NIET DOEN!

Wow wow wow! Wij zijn onlangs tegenover deze heerlijke broodjeszaak komen wonen en willen niet meer anders. Tijdens het verhuizen een mooie doos ontvangen met een luxe assorti, verhuisteam was very happy! Wij steken wekelijks de straat over en zijn erg te spreken over de versheid van de broodjes en het beleg. Van een broodje kaas tot aan eigen broodjes zoals de pim 2.0. Je kan het zo lekker niet bedenken. Leuke eigenaar ook, altijd vriendelijk!

Zojuist binnen 20 minuten het lekkerste broodje van Tilburg thuisbezorgd gekregen. Groene smoothie besteld, altijd maar de vraag hoe dat smaakt. Ook TOP dus! Lekkere lunch? PIMS!

Super lekkere broodjes! Uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit verhouding! Vandaag kreeg ik gasten over de vloer en ik heb bij Pims een lunch besteld (als een van de weinigen in Tilburg op maandagochtend al om 10:00 geopend!). Ik heb de luxe broodjes in tweeën gesneden en op een plank geserveerd, zodat iedereen kon pakken wat hij/zij wilde. We hebben heerlijk gegeten en de bestelling werd precies op het afgesproken tijdstip bezorgd! Absoluut een aanrader!

Prima plek voor m'n lunch; broodje kip met bacon was lekker! Vriendelijk personeel, krantje ligt klaar, en goede achtergrondmuziek.

Food took ridiculously long to be delivered. More than 80 minutes for 2 sandwiches, and the delivery location wasn't even far away from the restaurant. The food tasted didn't taste bad, but wasn't a lot either. 2/5

Vriendelijk personeel. Mooie zaak. En heerlijke broodjes, goed belegd. Ik kom zeker nog een terug, een aanrader.

We hebben hier laatst heerlijk broodjes Pim 2.0 besteld. Wat een verrassend lekker combinaties met gamba's en rosbief op een focaccia. Prijs is aan de duurdere kant maar het broodje maakt alles weer goed. Wij zullen meerdere broodjes uitgaan proberen van Pim. Bezorging is snel en vriendelijk

Heb al twee keer besteld: de Buddha en Fish bowl. Fantastisch is het. Alles is super vers en goed op smaak gebracht. Kan me voorstellen dat je het formaat klein vindt van de bowls maar wat erin zit is zo vullend dat het een perfecte hoeveelheid is. Prijs kwaliteit is super!
