Ordered two menus. Even the first time, you have to refill your drinks at the refill station! The food is delicious. The male staff member is friendly. The interior is terrible. The atmosphere is bland and cold. Many tables are dirty.

Every time they have to make some mistake! Just now after a long day at work i order a double whooper to eat it home only to discover that the sandwich had only one burger! And no where on earth a burger king branch would be this cheap when it comes to fries. It’s like they’re handing out gold or something extra special.

The food was delicious and arrived fairly quickly. Nothing wrong with it.

There were no other customers and we still had to wait 10 minutes for the food. In addition, it was also cold.

What I find rather peculiar is that there's only one door between the downstairs accessible toilet and the dining area. When you come out of the toilet, you're practically standing at a table.

First, the guy at the ordering kiosk outside yelled at us because I couldn't hear him clearly, and he was completely rude. We ordered the ultimate cheddar burger. Everywhere it says you get cheddar sauce with it, but not here. Here, you're just laughed in your face when you ask if it's normal how he speaks to his guests, and then we're left to figure it out. I politely returned the food; I hope the guy enjoys it himself!

A double wopper is twice the size of a mc Donald's double cheeseburger!

I ordered two burgers: the Big King XXL and the Whiskey Master. I think both burgers have relatively little sauce on them, and they could definitely use a bit more heat so the cheddar melts better. The Whiskey Master burger was so dry you could have dried up the River Lek with it. And the onion was still raw, so it had a nice bite to it. In terms of service, generally speaking, they could be a bit more attentive to the customer. It's also nice when someone is open and approachable. Other than that, the combinations are good, there's plenty of variety, and it's great that you can pour your own soft drink.

The food was fine! But the hygiene is okay, and the staff was friendly. It's nice if you need something quick to eat.

The place seemed to have improved a lot since my last visit; the food was prepared better and the staff more attentive and polite. The food looked visually appealing and the taste was acceptable. Minor issues remain such as the automated kiosk not spewing out an receipt, or the self-service soda machine blasting its contents sideways instead of down into the cup. But it's nothing you can't laugh off. For a junk food court the menu is overpriced, but thanks to deals and promotions it's bearable. A current promotion for free whoppers is what lured me back to the place. I'm vegetarian and almost all menu options are available to me with plant-based ingredients, which makes burger king my favorite fastfood chain out of all available ones in the Netherlands.

The air smelled of fried ambition. Amy sat across from me with that red-blonde hair that the internet considers "scientifically unattractive," but to which Jan Willem van de Haan simply threw in a link—as if that were science itself. Tom Langenakker shouted that it was all nonsense ("As if your hair color says anything about you"), while Els, my wife, started hysterically discussing her bikini line at that very moment. She had apparently just seen a new piercing on Instagram and thought it was a spiritual message. Ramon sat silently with his milkshake and said, "They didn't ask me anything." Dave tried to say something about pale skin, but Els had by then settled into the bench in the children's play area with her phone and started judging people by their aura. I tried to eat a Whopper, but my fries tasted of guilt and social media. I accidentally spilled mayonnaise on my leather pants, which I'd just bought at Johnny's Vintage and Leathers on Etsy. Amy looked at her reflection in the window and said softly, "Maybe it's not the hair." I nodded. "No. It's Harderwijk." Els jumped up, shouted, "I am pixie dust!" and walked outside, towards the bus stop at Boekhorstlaan. Jan Willem quickly clicked "share." 3 stars – a great place for conversations that aren't about anything, but still reveal something.

As a Burger King, the building is a bit old inside. Could use an update.

I went through the drive-thru twice today (yes, those burgers are that good). The first time, I politely gave my code, and she replied, "We don't have it." A little later, the manager joined me: "Sir, what do you want? A159? Yes, we do!" Second round, same story. 😅 I'm starting to think I'm on a secret mission and only the manager knows my order code.

This Burger King is the best advertisement for McDonald's! Clumsy ordering kiosks (poor touchscreens, and it's also unclear whether you need to add bacon extra or whether it's already on your bacon burger...) When choosing between medium and large, the kiosk displays a price difference, but for a large Coke, you pay an additional 25 cents on top of the price of a "large" menu. There's no indication anywhere of what's on your burger, but if you have an ingredient you don't want, you add it (?!)... For example, with onions: I'd like a burger WITHOUT onion... or do I want that, but then choose in English? There's no logic to this ordering system. Then there are the moderately cooked burgers. The whole experience is poor compared to other fast-food restaurants. I also heard other people say, "Now I know why I normally go to McDonald's."

Terrible restaurant, the staff isn't helpful or willing to help, and they make promises they can't keep. Please choose La Place or KFC here.

The food was fine, but the service could be better. Even a fast-food restaurant could use a bit more effort. At the checkout, I was helped by a disinterested and unfriendly employee, who also took my order incorrectly. Fortunately, a friendly colleague resolved the issue promptly. When my order was ready, all they said was "yes, it's ready"—a simple "here you go" or "enjoy your meal" would have made all the difference.

The food was tasty but cold, and the place was a mess. Trash cans were overflowing, and there were stacks of trays. We'll drive to another Burger King restaurant on our route next time.

Truly degrading food. The bacon is raw, the bun is dry and disgusting, the fries are cold, and the chicken burgers are extremely dry. The cheese wasn't melted either; in short, it was awful.

There are better Burger Kings. Disinterested staff who stand around arguing with each other while your order sits there getting cold, ordering kiosks that don't work, and indistinct mumbling when your order is called! Apparently, keeping the restaurant clean isn't a priority here either, so it's better to drive to another location or the McDonald's just a few minutes away!

Always delicious and fresh, and affordable with coupons! Delicious!

Burger King as Burger King should be.

Unlike in Germany, the burgers here are actually warm. The food was delicious, and everything was clean, including the restrooms.

Maybe one star too many. Just get the much-hyped menu. Ordering now, delivery, seems like a turn-off with all that shouting out of the pickup number. Then get a drink—yes, your clothes can go straight into the wash, mainly air, and after about five tries, there's still a drink in your disposable cup. Then the taste—yes, only the fries had any flavor. The aforementioned burger? Yes, a mini bun with no flavor, a negligible, unappetizing piece (probably meat), with something else on top, no idea, probably applied with tweezers. The three pieces of chicken in a bag, cold and stale. One thing's for sure, never again for Burger King. Tried to report it, but ignore the customer, he leaves on his own. Indeed, and will never return to BK.

Got a menu, was the only customer in the place, had to wait 20 minutes for my order. I ordered a strawberry milkshake, but they forgot to put the strawberries in it. Very impersonal staff.

It's a shame if you don't stick to your own opening hours. If you take a detour, you'll find the doors closed. What a shame!

X-tra Long Chili Cheese Wopper with fries and cola €15. I didn't think this restaurant was clean, the toilet smelled quite bad. It took a long time for the order to be ready. It happens. The fries were nice and hot but undercooked. The bun wasn't really warm and it was soggy. We used to love going to BK. We don't say that anymore, especially skip exit 13 in Harderwijk.

Haven't been to Burger King in a long time, but wow... the burgers are terrible. Cold... and if you complain about them, they're freshly made. Sure! You have to get your own soft drinks, and the vending machine doesn't work. And don't even get me started on the prices! The restaurant has no atmosphere. No way! We'll skip it.

Very friendly people, everything at a leisurely pace, the only thing they still have to learn is how to make coffee, over-extracted, so it tastes like an ashtray.

Double whopper menu with chicken nuggets. The whopper was delicious and tasted fresh. The chicken nuggets weren't very crispy, but they were still tasty. Fast service and a friendly man at the counter.

Much better than Lelystad, I'd rather go here than in our city, which is always slow and dirty. Harderwijk is a great place, though.

Aah time to time nice to eat at Burger King

I ordered a veggie burger but got a beef burger. Not even an apology, but "Oh yeah, I have that here." The restrooms and tables were incredibly dirty.

Bad food, unhygienic restaurant and very dirty toilets where you have to hold your breath because of the pungent urine smell.

The burger was okay. Everything else was a bit dirty, and the floor and tables were sticky. We mentioned that the toilets weren't clean either, but they didn't take action. I understand that when it's busy, but we were the only ones there, and there were quite a few staff.

Man, things are going so bad in the Netherlands! Even the staff at Burger King isn't in the mood anymore. A quick question for the staff at Burger King Harderwijk: if you're not in the mood, please stay home and don't make your problem my problem. Sardoches favorite restaurant is more Burger King than Sel King (everything is way too salty)

I'll only say one thing: SALT. They didn't tell me that Burger King cooked its steaks in salt. Update after 2 hours, a good vomit as a bonus. For those who like it, don't hesitate.

I love BK but this time it was very mediocre. Soda machines gave watery products. Had to pass twice. In the meantime our food was cold. No sorry, nothing. Portion of fries was 3/4 of those at BK in Alkmaar. Washbasin in men's toilet is dangerous! Cold and hot water are connected the other way around than on the tap. Tables were dirty without exception. It was quite busy but that was predictable. Spent almost 20 euros per person and not happy!

Everything sticks, the floor, the tables, the chairs. Machine ice cream never had so bad. You are also ignored when you want to ask something because the deposit thing doesn't work properly.

Very nice place, my father and I love to get a burger/milkshake or fries. Otherwise great service, food is good, atmosphere is great. My best friend and I eat there sometimes and then mess around outside🤣.

This is really the worst Burger King ever! We had to wait half an hour for our order at a "fast food" chain. There was no more mayo, the ice dip sensor is broken, recycling cups could not be returned because the device was broken. The toilet was too dirty to look at.💩 Just like the whole place where all the trash cans were full. The order was wrong. And what was correct was lukewarm or cold. We came after a nice day at Walibi but this is really a disappointment! I wanted to speak to the manager about this but apparently he was not there according to an employee. When I indicated that I had a problem he asked why I told him. Well maybe because the manager is unreachable??? I advise everyone not to go here. Even the drive stood still for half an hour with people getting out of their cars and going inside to complain.

I waited in the drive for about 50 minutes. You can't get out on either side once someone is behind you because it's so narrow. I came for fast food but that didn't really work out. An average restaurant is faster. Note to self: don't go to this Burger King if you still have an appointment.

What slow shit. We wanted something to eat “quickly” after a long day. We had to wait more than 40 minutes for food for 2 people and the people who were also waiting were also constantly complaining about how ridiculously long they had to wait and then the food was cold and unpalatable. We really expected more from this. Portions were really small, fries sauce machine was broken and they had no alternative, only other sauces. We had to wait quite a long time. Restaurant was not really attractive. No, not for us anymore.

I ordered a milkshake with oreo but got a regular chocolate flavor and the staff served people who came after us first. It took too long to get a simple milkshake.

Ordered the double bacon king at the same time as a friend, he had a menu. I like the individual burger with chili cheese bites. He got his menu after ±5 minutes. I had to wait more than 25 minutes! While we ordered the same burger and I had chili cheese bites with it. Really retarded. The staff doesn't seem to care either and looks at the same receipt 10 times and then puts down 1 sauce. There is no pace and certainly no ambition. Despite this, the burgers at Burger King are always excellent.

What a bad restaurant, apart from the fact that it doesn't radiate any quality, professionalism and fun inside. For a hefty 18 euros crazy cheese menu, burger looks awful, is lukewarm and there are 3 cold slices of cheddar cheese on it. Absolutely not worth the money. And as said, doesn't radiate anything compared to mcdonalds
