Great restaurant, clean, beautiful.

I come here quite often and notice that the food is fine for a McDonald's. However, a lot goes wrong with the orders. Since I was called a potential thief after returning here once, I always check the order before driving off. Unfortunately, items keep going missing from the order. It is worth mentioning, though, that there is sometimes a real star working at the counter. A friendly man who knows how service works!

Pieter could laugh more and come bring me the sweet and sour sauce I've been missing.

Quick service as usually expected from McDonald's

Outdoor playground closed. We found out after ordering; it wasn't indicated at the front door. Dirty, slippery floor, dirty table, dirty bench. Cleaned the table and bench ourselves. The food is good, but there are no napkins. Wanted to order some extra, but the license plates were sold out everywhere. So, no thanks. Mind you, all this happened at 3 PM on a Wednesday. I don't want to know what it's like around dinnertime / the weekend. It's been a long time since I've had such a bad experience at a McDonald's.

I completely forgot I was going to write a review; we were here in May. The food was truly perfect; it was fresh and hot. The staff was friendly. The restaurant was clean and quiet. The manager even came over to us to ask if everything was to our liking. Many Meccis could learn a thing or two from this. Keep up the good work!

Nice hamburger restaurant, not expensive

The floor and tables were dirty, the interior is dated.

Was there at 11 p.m. The food was okay, McDonald's... But all the tables were covered in junk and sauce residue etc.

Fast service, hot food. And the following. There was a group of young people who started throwing food at my group. Naturally, I said something about it, and the manager came over to us right away. He spoke to the group of young people and made them clean up their mess. Great job!

Received food within 5 minutes, and it was very tasty. Also, staff were thoroughly cleaning all the trays at the drop-off points, so it was very nice to see that happening.

Very disappointed with this McDonald’s. We had empty energy drink cans with us. Instead of explaining to us in a normal way that this was not allowed, we were immediately sent away. When we left, we were even approached again there because of the same cans and because we were smoking an e-cigarette. The way the staff treated us was unfriendly and disrespectful. Additionally, orders are regularly prepared incorrectly here. Several times a sauce was missing, and sometimes even a burger. It is very annoying that you have to check your order every time because something is missing so often. Due to the combination of the unfriendly treatment and the constant errors in the orders, I do not want to return here. I hope the management does something about this, because this is not the service you should expect from McDonald’s.

The food was fine, the order wasn't quite right, things were missing. But this has been resolved. And it could have been a bit warmer. Otherwise, it remains a Mac.

Ordered breakfast this morning; it was different from usual, with clear baking tray residue or something similar on the egg, but according to the manager it was perfectly edible as is, everything according to the rules..... And when he remarked that it was cold now because of driving back, that was our problem...? Very strange, and not how McDonald's usually treats dissatisfied customers, in my opinion.

Nice, cozy restaurant; I usually go there when I'm at Walibi. There's usually nothing comparable at Walibi anyway.

Not long ago I gave McDonald's Almere Buiten 1 star, but this Mc is definitely worth 5 stars. Despite the crowds, the service was fast and good. Keep it up.

Despite the busyness, the order arrived quickly. Everything was nice and hot. Only missed lids on the milkshakes. Not hygienic in this hot weather...

A McDonald's as a Mc should be. Well-maintained despite the crowds, and our table was quickly cleaned by a friendly young man.

Always nice to stop by here! The food is tasty, the order is usually prepared quickly, and you can be on your way again just as fast if you are on your way. The staff are friendly and do their best to ensure everything runs smoothly.

For a McDonald's, it is standard a good, spacious location with sufficient parking and good staff. I never find the atmosphere in McDonald's particularly pleasant, but it isn't strictly necessary.

No napkin included. No option to buy the World Cup cup separately or with coffee inside. You see, I don't like fries and I've had gastric bypass surgery.

3 other cars ordered and no one contacted us. I drove to the window and they told me to drive around again. It's not nice that they only talked to the right lane. Not enough staff.

They cannot handle allergies; what is not a problem at any other branch is impossible here. The service from the manager is extremely disappointing in terms of quality.

Unbelievable junk food. The chicken tastes like flour, the fries are soggy, the staff lacks social skills, and it is packed with gorging people. A one-off event for the kids, but they have now learned what bad food is—loaded with sugars, salts, and flavorings—and why various diseases have been rearing their heads like never before in recent decades. I would rather slaughter a chicken myself, because this is more than rancid. The order was also incomplete, forcing you to beg for delivery while your food gets cold. No warning either about wet stairs where you could easily break your neck if you aren't careful.

They had someone working during the busiest time, and the girl was being very rude, acting as if we were the ones saying something wrong. We just kept waiting and heard nothing, and then four people next to us were already being served; terrible service.

They got our order wrong and then when we complained they didn't care and only did something about it when I asked the second time. There where so many kids screaming that I couldn't hear myself and teenagers vaping and smoking.

Got two chocolate milkshakes this afternoon, over 9 euros! Absolutely no chocolate flavor, at most a hint of banana.... rip-off

Although it was busy, the order was delivered to the table quickly. The fries and burgers were hot, just as they should be. 💪👍

It was way too busy; we couldn't find anywhere to sit down to eat. I stood for 7 minutes with two trays of food in my hands until one staff member cleared tables so we could sit down. Once upstairs, the four of us were able to eat sitting close together.

Happy Meal for children doesn't include a hot drink. Surely a global corporation like yours should consider that children, especially during the winter months, want something warm to drink. They said they could buy a hot drink separately. Yes, but it costs extra.

Unbelievable how this restaurant has deteriorated. Periods of cold food come home, and three times now I've ordered hamburgers and received cheeseburgers. I had the same experience tonight in the drive-thru and confronted an employee. Frustrated, I tore the bag down and waited 10 minutes for two hamburgers. When I got home, it looked like they'd just taken them out of the refrigerator. A tip to the manager: employ decent Dutch staff or staff who can read and hear the Dutch language, and more customer-friendly staff, because this is unacceptable.

Drinks fell off the tray they brought, sorry, I could barely get them off. It was nice to sit there with pants full of cola, the new food that was brought afterward was almost cold. They barely cleaned up the spilled drink. Good job there.

Very disappointed with this location. My order was large and fully paid for, but upon arrival, the fries and two cheeseburgers were missing. This is unacceptable and demonstrates a serious lack of control. I also saw employees smoking marijuana outside the entrance during working hours. This gives a very unprofessional impression and creates an unpleasant atmosphere for customers, especially families with children. For these prices, I expect proper service, professionalism, and a safe environment. This was absolutely not the case.

McDonald's in Harderwijk has become absurdly expensive. €3.70 for a small milkshake is absolutely ridiculous. The prices are completely out of proportion to what you get. Despite this, it's always busy, which is incomprehensible. Furthermore, there's often a lot of litter around the restaurant, which gives it a messy and unkempt look. This really needs to be addressed.

Why charge 1€ cup deposit if I still getting the paper cup?

The food was awful, I just ate a fish fillet and one slice of cheese, and it was €6.95. The burger was inedible, and the soft serve ice cream had hard chunks. What a mess. A terrible meal. 😠😠😠

It's always nice to grab a bite to eat here between work shifts. Always friendly and thankfully much smarter than other McDonald's locations I've been to so far.

Nice McDonald's. Very busy. It's a popular spot. This McDonald's has a lift for people with disabilities. You don't see it often at McDonald's. It was immediately noticeable, so I think it's worth mentioning and sharing.

Toilet on the first floor. Elevator wasn't working. It later turned out that the elevator could only be used if you reported it to the reception desk. A note on the door would have been helpful.

It was very busy, a bit messy, and there was quite a bit of trash on the floor. But fast delivery and friendly staff!

Whatever you do, not getting breakfast takes ages. The food was good, though. The point is, if you have to wait 22 minutes for your order, you could have gotten breakfast somewhere else.

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I always wait about 10 minutes, even when it's not busy. There's always something missing from my order: if it's not sauce, then wipes, then a burger. Often, they'll just replace the burger or add a different topping. I don't recommend it.

Got 3 out of 5 cheeseburgers, they were cold and the buns were as dry as hay. Had to wait a while to order, then waited ages to pay, and the pickup took ages...why? Because the staff thinks they work in a playground. They're just messing around looking through the window. Worst Mac ever.

My wife, known here only as Els, strode inside resolutely, as if the golden arches weren't just advertising but a gateway to a new ideological battleground. She spoke loudly about East German Currywurst and the forgotten dances of the Lipsi, as if the walls of this fast-food temple briefly recoiled in confusion. A play unfolded at our table. Matthias spoke softly about motorcycles and melodies, while I tried to make my order clear with quiet gestures. The waiter looked as if he were witnessing a strange ritual. Els, however, commanded everyone's attention: her eyes sparkled manically, her hands made circles in the air. She called the motorcycle club in the corner a brotherhood that reminded her of old times, secrets, and symbols. No one responded, but I felt the atmosphere thickening even further than the milkshake before us. There was laughter, there were frowns, there was even dancing – Els forced me into a short, awkward choreography between the tables. Children looked up from their Happy Meals, a man in a leather jacket lowered his hamburger. It wasn't the flavor of the fries I tasted, but the absurd feeling that we were part of a performance no one had paid for. When the bill arrived, there was confusion about collectivism and precision, about schnapps that never turned out to be schnapps, and about sharing a meal as if it were a political act. Els closed the evening with a hug that lasted too long and a fist in the air – "Freundschaft!" – that even stopped the newcomers in their tracks. I glanced one last time at the logo on the facade, gleaming under the wet neon light. A classic chain, a predictable place – and yet, with Els at my side, McDonald's Harderwijk transformed into a theater of memory, confusion, and poetry.

The service was very friendly to people, we didn't have to wait too long for our food.

Best McDonald's in the Netherlands

We ordered a latte and received a regular coffee, and complained. We didn't receive a replacement. Mistakes can always happen, but it's unacceptable that they aren't corrected. Worst service I've ever had at McDonald's (in all of Europe).

We were there on a Saturday night, and there were a lot of young people there, making it a complete mess. I didn't think the staff could do anything about it, as the group was so large. The food was so-so.

Small snack, there are nice restaurants and you could also walk, fish, terraces, etc.
