Update 23 Dec 2025; After a dip in service and quality, I've been satisfied again in recent weeks. Especially today; I've literally never seen such a cheerful person in a fast-food restaurant. Fantastic! This person also offered energy drinks to the rest of the staff and tried to encourage others to get in a good mood as well. The food was ready quickly and in good condition! There was also delicious fresh lettuce, and for a change, it was clean inside. That's definitely something they could improve on. 2022; For several months now, we've been waiting to see if they're open. They don't communicate anything about opening hours. BK, people specifically come to you, so make sure your opening hours are available online! There was another waste of gas today. I arrived at 10:05 PM and the light was on, but I received a notification that you'd already been closed for three hours. Can I claim my 24 km of gas from you then?! I was really craving a plant-based Whopper and am usually happy with the service, but your arbitrary (short) opening hours and communication are terrible. Why are other stores on the same site open?

Lukewarm drinks, bad drinks, and staff who don't say a word—no please, no thank you, no sorry. Dirty toilets. Don't work in hospitality then.

Truly the dirtiest BK! The toilet looks like it was last cleaned in the last century, with indefinable splatters all the way up to the ceiling.

The main goal was the toilet, but we also ate a little. The Twister fries were very good, the chicken nuggets not so much.

Burger King Veenendaal stands for quality and consistency. The food is fresh, perfectly prepared, and of a high standard. The service is professional, fast, and extremely friendly. The clean, peaceful atmosphere and excellent value make this restaurant highly recommended. A location where hospitality and quality come together. 👑

Beware! They'll give you fake change as change. We paid 50 euros, and they only gave you fake change. Check carefully what kind of money they give you back.

If you're hungry, you can pop in, but otherwise it's a dreary place. Drive a few hundred meters further and you'll find McDonald's. It does have some atmosphere, though.

Based on my own experience, I'm satisfied with this Burger King. I usually go when it's still quiet, and then the food is ready quickly and tastes good. I'm a big Burger King fan, and it's much better than the yellow M.

I attended an event every first Sunday for three months and placed an order here through the Drive-In each time. I received the wrong order three times in a row. And the third time, even after changing it, the order was wrong. I had higher expectations for Burger King.

This is truly the worst BK there is. Be prepared, you'll literally stand in line for half an hour for your food if the restaurant is even open. This place is absolutely useless.

Digital ordering takes a lot of time and there's not enough explanation on the screen to arrange your rewards. When you think, "I've got it," there are no rewards products you've earned as points, which haven't been added to the order. If I want to order them (points offers) even though I've entered the code, I don't have enough time to ask for an explanation because it's often very busy with dine-in, takeout, and drive-thru orders being processed simultaneously. The guarantee is that the take-away order is freshly prepared and the food is hot when you eat it immediately. We'd like to see more explanation to make it easier to add the points rewards to orders.

Here, they still pay attention to the burger making process. Everything is neatly stacked, even the cheese is placed on top of the meat instead of halfway to the side to prevent the cheese from melting. The location is also excellent, close to the highway entrances and exits. Plenty of parking.

I have to say, Burger King really surprised me in a positive way! The food was delicious and everything looked freshly prepared. The staff were friendly and quick—what more could you ask for? The only thing I could say is that the seating area could be a bit more spacious, as it was getting quite cramped. But all in all, thumbs up for this Burger King!

Food is fine but in and have never been so disappointed with a restaurant well your fast food restaurant those people there are just crazy with their clothes I feel uncomfortable and those gentlemen with long hair just act normal they are so close not acceptable you think maybe we can't do anything about this but you can put stickers on the floor of I don't know how much distance and waiting for food takes way too long and box of chicken nuggets at the end which we ordered after 4 double wrappers with 4 of us and twister fries and 4 colas and we still wanted chicken nuggets my life wasted waiting 20 minutes for chicken nuggets this is not possible and the opening hours have to change because they are never correct disgusting!

I just arrived at 00:30 for a late snack on my night shift, where after waiting for 15 minutes I was surprised to be told that they would be closed from midnight. The cleanest Burger King on a highway I've seen in a long time. Many parts of North Rhine-Westphalia could learn a thing or two from this. The order was quick, even though it was the veggie version (which usually takes a bit longer). I think some people mistake Burger King for a three-star restaurant or think their burgers are magically conjured up. Just complaining. I can't complain at all. All in all, 5/5 middle-lane crawlers.

Opening hours are open until 01:00, but because no customers come, staff indicates that they have already cleaned all machines and are closed while it is 00:30. What kind of nonsense is this, stick to your opening hours or adjust them. This has happened a few times now, really absurd and they don't care. VERY BAD !!!!!!!!

I had to wait so long for my order at the drive-thru that I could have just as easily gotten better quality food myself somewhere else. The food was okay, but the service was terrible, and they barely spoke English. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Took 25 minutes before getting food, Friday 18.40. This is not fast-food it's ultra slow food. 1 euro for a paper mugg you can't return because the machine doesn't work. Nobody seemed to be in a hurry, almost like a bad joke.

Veenendaal-West at Burger King. What really stood out: the friendliness and calm appearance of the staff at the order counter. Food arrived quickly, nice and hot. Wheelchair accessible, disabled parking available, entrance and driveway to the building can be done - with or without some assistance.

Untrained and especially slow and very unmotivated staff. Ordered at 10:14 PM, my food arrived 28 minutes later. That's not fast food anymore. There were really 2-3 vouchers issued in more than 20 minutes of waiting. A long line of cars was served even more slowly and were still in line when I left again. Oh and the fries were just old, dry and cold. It had clearly been there for a very long time. The burger was still okay, but come on, what a travesty. Obvious lack of management here in the evening.

Today we went through the drive thru at the end of the afternoon. We were helped by the friendliest and happiest employee ever and also clearly understood. As a company you can be happy with such employees!

Fast service, hot food, quiet atmosphere, terrace to enjoy the sun (when it comes out). I will return 100%.

Unfortunately, at 6:00 PM there were no more milkshakes, no apple juice and we could only choose sparkling. Tables weren't really cleaned. Many seniors, they needed a lot of time to place an order. This resulted in a very long line at the ordering kiosks (perhaps deploy someone who can assist with this?). The food tasted great.

Went through the drive, went fine. When we were parked we discovered that the fries had been forgotten. We didn't receive a receipt either. Walked in with everything, had to wait some time. Not even something like 'we'll be there soon'. After a while someone finally came to the counter. Didn't speak Dutch (doesn't matter) very arrogant, didn't look at us. She clearly didn't feel like it. She had some trouble with the receipt, suddenly an angry 'open the bag!' + childish hand gestures, she needed a code from a citizen. Colleague also came to help I think. Didn't look at us either. Couldn't get a smile or anything from it. Receipt has been printed, something had clearly gone wrong with the order. I was happy to pay for an extra fries that had been forgotten, but because of the attitude of the two, we didn't feel like arguing. I'm easily satisfied, but this was a shame. Enjoy your meal!

This location only comes for food, but the whole does not exhale cosiness or atmosphere. I didn't dare to go the toilets with my young kids. The whole looks a bit dull with (when we were there) full trash cans, wet on the floor. Sitting here is pure because it is functional, but you could make such a moment more fun as BK. Incidentally, we rarely get to fast food license plates, but we do get the feeling that the average Mac atmosphere and experience understand better.

Most nasty burger king I've ever been to. Drive tru takes fifteen minutes before you are helped. 2 XXL menus. What do we get, 2 small twister fries. Do the employees even dare to claim that that is large? Completely blown away. Add a medium drink and, thank goodness, a normal burger. Double the expense for the same menu if it were small. Arrogant employee, uncooperative. What you would expect from someone who is an EMPLOYEE. Anyway, I won't recommend this to anyone.

Not very busy, but still had to wait 2x 20 minutes for order.... Fries: cold Woppers: all the toppings on a maximum of 1/3 part of the sandwich, as if it had fallen.... Reason for slowness: good question...
