Very busy on Saturday between 6 and 7:00 PM. There was no room at our place, so it was way too crowded. You're better off going later. Lots of choice, easy ordering at the kiosk. They bring it to your table once you have entered a table number and brought the sign with you. You can also order via the app for pickup or have it delivered to your table. In the men's restroom, there are too few toilets; there is only one, so you have to wait. That is way too few when there are 250 people present. You stick to the floor there. There are no walkways near the parking lot, so you end up walking through the cars queuing for the drive-thru.

Had a quick bite here with the grandchildren on the way home. What a madhouse! Super busy, lots of honking cars. However, the food was brought to our table very quickly and everything was a complete set for 5 people. The McDonald's in Zoetermeer Oosterheem could learn a thing or two from that.

It's a nice place, good service people, but it's hell of noise, plenty of people..

Usually very busy and they could pay a bit more attention to keeping the building clean.

The order was delivered incorrectly; when we went to the cashier with the receipt afterwards, we could look at it. Since we didn't see any adult staff, we just left. Today, 22-08-26, Mac Crispy and Chicken 20, that was really tasty. But I don't know what they did with that curry, gross. And then in a bag, how do they come up with that?

Good quality and standards again. Despite being busy, there was a short wait and the staff was friendly. Everything was clean. It's often a stop on the way to or from vacation.

Mcflurry was with sauce even though ordered without, burger was sour and service was slow.

I just went to the McDrive here to order 6 McNuggets. The line at the McDrive was long, but it moved really fast despite the crowds! The service was very good. And the McNuggets were just fine. I definitely want to come here again.

It's a McDonald's on the highway, and that's exactly what you'd expect. The food is (obviously) like any other McDonald's, and it gets very busy around rush hour. The signage from the highway and how to navigate the parking lot could have been much better.

It was fun and a bit busy. The children enjoyed playing at the playground! Simply great.

My food was messed with. Picked up from the drive-in, got home I opened the hamburger container to find a hamburger that had already been chewed on. Disgusting, unhygienic, threw the rest away too, no idea what else was tampered with. Unreachable by phone as well.

Lovely to spontaneously stop by McDonald's with friends. Had delicious fries. I recommend getting a milkshake with it; it's really so creamy and tastes great 🥰

Nice to be open 24/7, but that only applies to the drive-in. We stopped there around 5:00 AM wanting to have a quiet meal inside, but we found a big mess at the parking lot and, to our disappointment, were unable to have breakfast.

I use the McDonald's drive-thru regularly, but even when it's quiet, it takes an awfully long time here. I've been waiting for another 20 minutes right now, even though there were only 4 cars in front of me....

Great McDonald's, centrally located near the highway. Used the drive-thru a few times. You get served quickly and smoothly, and the food is hot here. Actually, I am always satisfied with McDonald's! Even though it was very busy yesterday, we were helped well and in a friendly manner.

Terrible staff and very unhygienic. An employee spilled a drink over one of us, stood there watching, and said absolutely nothing. Nothing was done about it afterwards either; furthermore, no cleaning, no apologies, absolutely nothing... Very bad.. The employee was also walking with two trays and didn't even know how to handle them, which is why the drinks kept falling off... If you can't walk with two trays, then don't do it and take a service course.. They really should hire cleaners as well, because the drinks haven't been cleaned up; people walk over them, and staff almost trip over them, and they won't even bother cleaning it up afterwards.

Many branches could learn from this example. Clean, good products, and delicious coffee.

The usual food. But the parking lot is a mess. Work vans everywhere (logical when you're on the highway) but only tiny parking spaces and very narrow passageways.

We had a good meal. It did take a bit longer before we received our order, and it was cold there.

Absolutely fantastic! Excellent service and super fast – exactly what you want. We were especially pleasantly surprised by the little extras: there were even free mints and something to clean your hands with. Great service, we will definitely use their services again!

It was so crowded that there was no place to sit inside. Outside, it was cold and wet!

Honestly my favorite MacCie, always those incredibly hard masks! I've measured so many people at this MacCie! And yes, the McFlurry could be a bit fuller, but that certainly doesn't spoil the fun. Even when the wrong product was delivered, we received a new one and were allowed to keep the wrong one! Yes, great service!!

The food was fine, but the fries sauce was absolutely disgusting. I had to wait a long time for a meal for two. The atmosphere wasn't great, especially the noise. And it was expensive; it wasn't worth the money.

Stopped here Friday afternoon after a long journey for a break and a delicious meal. Despite it being quite busy, with lots of schoolchildren, the food was ready quickly. Friendly service. The fries were lukewarm, but otherwise, the food was delicious. The parking lot is messy, with a narrow two-way lane. I used the disabled parking space (with an official parking permit!), and then there's this selfish person who parks right next to it, making it very difficult for someone with a disability to get in. Of course, this is due to the antisocial behavior of a customer, and McDonald's can't do anything about it, except to create slightly larger disabled parking spaces.

Just for a quick bite, and then drive on. And... nothing special for too much money.

It was Sunday, my father and I went to McDonald's, but we waited 20 minutes before we got our food and the food was cold, they took way too long to prepare it, but they didn't bring it.

People, if you're going to MC Drive, I would definitely skip this one. If you're unlucky, they'll let 3 or 4 cars go first, not alternately. You don't see your order on the board, so suddenly I had to pay for 3 burgers when I only ordered 2. This is the worst MAC yet. I went yesterday at 2 p.m.

Update 27-11-2025 We arrived around 2:00 PM for a quick bite to eat. Despite the crowds, mainly consisting of students, there was plenty of room to sit, ordering at the counter went smoothly, and a friendly waiter brought the order in no time. It was actually quite clean. 2025 Open 24 hours a day. We arrived around 1:30 AM, and it was crowded in front of the MacDrive. Even cyclists were parked there. Plenty of parking to eat everything in peace. And yes, there are always those antisocial people who throw their trash out the window instead of using one of the many trash cans. There are two ordering options, so it moves along nicely. Be sure to know how much you have to pay, though, as it can get a bit confusing.

Lukewarm Mac Nuggets again. It's always a party here, but not really. Always cold fries, everything that should be hot is cold. And always back to the counter to exchange them.
