Fine branch. Unfortunately, they do forget part of your order more than once.

Very quiet, friendly staff. Food standard, of course.

Just bad. Absolutely no atmosphere and cold inside. And unfriendly staff. An order that is incorrect is treated nonchalantly. And the quality of the food is really poor. We won't be going here again.

Tables dirty. There were crumbs or drops of soda everywhere. The trash was also still on several small tables. The floor was sticky at some tables and the toilet wasn't exactly clean. Our order was ready reasonably quickly (11 min.) But my burger and fries were quite cold (the fries were extremely salty).

We went first time to burger king, we had a thing to celebrate and children choose this fast food to try. We make an order of 4 sets plus few thing extra all around 50 euro. Our order was on 4 plastic trays. We put all on table, kids took what they wated, we also start eating. I was surprised that we have extra fries and burger, but I was sure kids messed up adding things on a screen. Ater 10 minutes! Old lady what gave us our food, came and said that I have things what I didnt order, and I should come to her (?!) and give it back. That I can see that on the paper is fishburger and I ordered few chicken ones and she took few things (also mine souce). And she was very not nice and loud, all restaurant looked at me like I went and stole it. I will never go there and non of my family, I will tell everyone what happened. In other restaurants mistakes happends, but they just say sorry and try to fixed.

A neat, clean place, but it remains one of many. A bit the same everywhere. But easy to get to. And the food is good and the staff friendly.

The food here is tastier than at McDonald's. You can't really expect service or atmosphere here.

The positive is that we have a Burger King. The negative is that it is this one. Almost no customers inside. And then when you order via the drive-thru, where we had to wait 10 minutes for the ordering station. I really needed 10 minutes to decipher that menu board, so thanks for that? Then you get to pay and wait 10 minutes. Then you get your drinks and are sent to the parking spot for another 20 minutes. In the end, we only got half of our order. How can you have no customers, take your time, and then not check your orders?

Is this a double whopper? I thought there were 2 pieces of meat in it Paid 8 euros for this whopper

The drive-thru was already closed at the early 22:15.

I cannot comment on what the food is like inside because I was not even allowed in. Their website says they are open, so we came there, and when I waved at the blonde-haired employee inside, she waved back at me in a very unprofessional manner and pointed at something indicating that they were not ready to start yet. Extremely unprofessional.

Every time I go there, something always gets forgotten when you pick up your order. Check this carefully. Because once I arrived home and only then realized that a complete menu was missing. Furthermore, it's a shame there is no air conditioning inside. You don't want to sit inside there when it's 35+ degrees, but it's already like that when it's 25 degrees. It is nice, though, when one of the staff members comes to bring your food to the table while sweating 😅😂 And of course, it's a shame they don't do delivery yet, but maybe it's better for now if the basics are still so bad.

Today at 18:30, for unclear reasons, no new customers were admitted. People who did go inside were turned away. The entrance door was locked. The air conditioning is broken. It was unbearable inside, and consequently, apart from us, there were no customers. It was impossible. Poor staff.

I thought it would be nice to have a nice meal at your place with my best friend and my almost 3-year-old son. We had ordered the Jr. Meal Boys for my son. There was a toy girl inside; okay, that can happen. But the chicken nuggets, which my child is normally crazy about... He indicated that they weren't tasty and spat them out. I tasted them too, and those chicken nuggets were truly inedible. Just downright disgusting. I went back with the chicken nuggets and was told that I could throw them in the trash and that it would be passed on. Sorry? What good is that to me? Really not polite at all and not how you treat customers. Not at all willing to help find a solution, even though the fault was clearly yours. We never want to come back like this.

It's 36 degrees outside, the air conditioning in the building doesn't work, so I had to eat in the car. I feel very sorry for the employees who have to work in these conditions.

Very unfriendly chain. It was very stuffy and hot inside, even though the air conditioning in the restroom was running pleasantly. The vending machines ran out of receipts, and despite other customers pointing this out, the staff did nothing. When not enough was given, the staff were reluctant to return what was paid for without a receipt. I have eaten at other Burger King chains before and never really experienced major problems there.

Still normal portions, thankfully! Decent milkshake, nice indeed.

We wanted to grab a quick sandwich at Burger King because, after a busy and intense morning, we were on our way for an afternoon of heavy Death Metal in The Hague and hadn't had lunch. We didn't have much time, so we just made a quick drive-thru. The vegan long chicken burgers we ordered went fresh into the pan, so it took a while, but you definitely get a good burger: fresh and at the right temperature; it was delicious. So, the food and service were good, the atmosphere... well, not really necessary, right! Oh, and the Death Metal afternoon was awesome too!

You order 2 Whopper menus and 2 cheeseburgers at the drive-thru, and what do you get? 2 Whopper menus with wilted, undercooked fries and 1 hamburger.

At this branch, none of the staff take it seriously..... Soooo slow. Staff just stand behind the counter helping with their mouths full.

Toilet incredibly filthy, and that for a restaurant. You wonder what it’s like behind the counter. A clean toilet is a calling card.

It wasn't busy at all, but there was a half-hour wait with only 3 cars in front of you. Plenty of time to write a review; I've never experienced it being so slow. At any drive-in or takeaway, the restaurant was almost empty.

I got a Big King with only one burger on it instead of two; this really ruined my day.

What a lousy place these days. I just removed my 4-star review from 2 years ago. Things have really gotten structurally worse, and those 4 stars didn't reflect reality. The food tastes good, but it's often thrown together, meaning there's more sauce in the wrapper than on the burger itself. The restaurant is often or always closed in the evening. Then you can only go through the drive-thru, and it is really, truly slow. It happens all too often that something gets forgotten (and that can happen, of course), but the fact that you then have to stand in that drive-thru for another 30 minutes to pick up your forgotten burger is truly ridiculous. They sell you loaded fries without any problems, but they do forget to tell you that there are no forks left. And they happily don't put cutlery in the bag. Then you get to go through the drive-thru again and find out there are no forks. Just give me a knife and a spoon then. And then you get two knives... Ever eaten loaded fries with wooden knives as sushi sticks? Well, neither do I, because the knives bend and it doesn't even reach your mouth. To cut a long story short: the service and atmosphere here have structurally deteriorated, and the quality is starting to suffer significantly. One plus point: the prices are still reasonable compared to other fast food chains.

For the second time in a short while, we are faced with a closed door. This time because of "the warm weather" - it is 20 degrees. Give me a break 😂 Oh right. There were about 30 people eating inside. In the meantime, we just popped over to the neighbors. On the way back, we run into people who ate a burger inside but still have to go through the drive-thru for an ice cream. STOP 😩

The burgers are tasty; I actually always order the Whopper... I always find the rest less impressive. You don't need to go there for the atmosphere... but then again, it is a burger joint.

You walk in on Mother's Day at 8:15 PM and get immediately kicked out: too busy, too many orders...........seriously.........what an Extremely Disappointing Quality

They serve old, dirty rolls and your fatbike gets stolen outside.

Charged €2 deposit for reusable cups, but received disposable paper cups instead. When I asked for a refund, staff refused, saying it only applies to reusable cups – which is exactly what I was charged for. Also, the temperature inside the restaurant was around 30°C, even though it was about 16°C and cloudy outside. Poor customer service.

I have noticed that very little cleaning has been done lately. Such as full trash cans, dirty tables, and very filthy toilets. As for the food itself, it is perfect. The only thing that is very annoying is that you often don't get a receipt when ordering, and that they often forget to give the deposit money. And scanning the app also keeps failing.

To be honest, the food is not of good quality. It is clear that it was prepared in advance and has been sitting for a while. The chicken is dry and the taste is unacceptable. I hope the service will be better and more careful next time.

2 days in the raw we tried to eat first time 21:00 and the second 20:37 and both times they said we are closed... When you Google ut the shop is closing at 22:00 ... Shame on you

There is no service. Zero atmosphere, the staff are just standing there because they have to... you have to pay a deposit for your cup, but you don't actually get a deposit cup. If you say something about it... then you're just a whiner who simply has to pay.

I needed them. The phone number listed on Google Maps is unreachable. Not via headquarters either. I think that's a very bad situation.

Even at this chain, the beautiful, appetizing photos don't match what you get at all. Tasteless junk for way too much money. Now I'm absolutely never going there again.

At this store, you're charged for caramel sauce on your King Fusion Twix. This is supposed to be a standing order. Ridiculous.

What an experience...moving things because your mother just passed away. You search on Google for the nearest Burger King...and you see they're open until 10 p.m....haven't eaten anything yet, and it's 8:45 p.m....you order, which takes 10 minutes, and you get a very cold burger and a tasteless milkshake...you sit down and are told you can't eat inside anymore. A young woman told this to a group that came in after me. So I was lucky and thought I could quickly eat something in 10 minutes. When I sat down, an antisocial young man approached me and asked if I wanted to go outside. I told him I'd already ordered for the group that was coming in, and I was then called a liar. What a terrible place...people...get the KFC...I ate there two days ago, it was nice and hot, and you're treated normally... 0 stars is unfortunately not possible...dreadful place...!!! If KFC isn't your thing, go a little further and try the restaurant with the two golden arches.

We received lukewarm, almost cold hamburgers. It was very messy inside. Lots of trash. There was no toy with the children's menu because they were supposedly gone. They were given a delicious ice cream instead.

This is the second time I've been to Burger King, and they're actually closed. Employees are still inside, but I'm completely ignored. Several people who walked in were confronted by closed doors. And this at 8:40 PM. Opening hours are clearly posted on a sign at the entrance, but the employees clearly don't care.

November 28, 2026: Ordered at the kiosk and, as many people here say, no receipt. I wanted the drink without ice, but unfortunately, it didn't work out. I ordered fries with cheese sauce and bacon, but unfortunately, I had to count the fries—about 15 of them...

The food is good, the service is far below par. Anyway, I haven't had a restroom for a month. I can't get a receipt from the vending machine, and after eating, I'd like to wipe my hands with napkins, which they also forgot.

It's freezing inside! The air conditioning is set to freezer mode. It's just not pleasant to eat here anymore! The fries were lukewarm. But too cold to comment on them, so I ate quickly and got out of here. The sandwiches were good, so that's why they only get 2 stars! But do something about the air conditioning.

BK Spijkenisse. You're going backwards! The sandwiches are often stale. Loaded fries sometimes have nothing on them. When you order takeout, the bags are crumpled. That's so unappetizing! I just don't feel like driving all the way to Schiedam, otherwise...

Went through the drive-thru yesterday. It wasn't busy at all. I waited at least half an hour, and you'd expect to get a hot meal. The long chicken my husband had was still frozen solid! Ice cold and rock hard inside! Poor guy.

I ordered chili cheese, but it came with onion rings, which I only noticed when I was leaving. The fast service might be due to the food being prepared a while ago: my food was really cold... "drive-in"...not the best, but maybe eating in would be better.

Unfortunately, none of the staff wear gloves while preparing and packaging the food. Then your ice cream suddenly tasted different...

Check if you've paid the deposit! Fraudulent practices here. If you order through the kiosk, you're required to take a €1 deposit cup, which isn't usually a problem if you get a plastic cup from a vending machine. Instead, you'll receive a regular cardboard cup. You only get your €1 back when you go to the cash register and show your receipt. Imagine how many guests simply don't check their receipts, misleading BK. This is extremely bad practice, so check if you've paid the deposit!

This BK is the neatest one in the south of the Netherlands. We've visited a few, and so far, this one is neater, and the service is much better. They're fast, friendly, and accurate. The inside was also nice and clean.

The three of us had a quick lunch. The food was pretty good. It was what you'd expect from a fast-food burger joint. They did forget two things we were supposed to pick up. Sloppy and a shame.

Excellent, customer-friendly staff who are helpful. Medium or curly fries also come in a mini paper bag, a very small amount. The staff seemed to agree when we asked if this was correct and even added some extra. The ordering kiosk doesn't clearly indicate that the veggie burger already includes cheese and veggie bacon; it only asks if you want more at €1 per addition. You can only buy a milkshake in a reusable, returnable cup for €1 extra, but you then receive your shake in a regular disposable cup. A small amount, but I find it misleading. The burger is quite dry. I preferred the quality of Burger King in Vlaardingen.

Nice restaurant. The food tastes great and meets the quality standards of the Burger King brand. I'm satisfied with everything except the service, which always requires a 30- to 40-minute wait after ordering. They recommend parking across the street in the parking lot and waiting for it to be delivered. Meanwhile, there were about 15 cars waiting in the parking lot for food. This makes sense considering the long wait. This is simply unacceptable, and I won't be coming back. When you're hungry, you want to eat as quickly as possible and avoid any surprise waits of more than 10 minutes.

Good burgers, good fries. It's always quiet when I go there. That's nice, but you do expect it to be a bit busier. The tables are usually clean. There's also a sort of seating area for a more relaxed atmosphere. Great.

It was nice, the trash cans were a bit too full, but I think it had just been very busy.
