We ordered a Big Tasty, a roll, and two Happy Meals. The result: the burger and roll were cold, the Big Tasty didn't include fries, two Happy Meals were thrown into one box, and the second was empty. This caused the kids to argue. The order was paid in full, but the service was terrible. Please sort out how the staff is doing.

I've been to the Mac drive. And I missed one coffee and one hamburger. Unfortunately, you have to check everything.

The food was ok, but it was a shame about a mouse that was walking around happily between the people on the floor.

Fine with ordering but the lady behind the counter in the Spijkenisse mcdrive seemed to have little interest in her job.

Just what you'd expect, but the Mac is (very) expensive. A rather unremarkable menu for two costs around €25.

For once, hire people who aren't so incompetent and actually read the receipt. This is the umpteenth time this happens, and you're lucky I don't live nearby.

The toilets are truly filthy. It's beyond belief. Months of residue is caked in here. The toilet bowls are broken and almost always run out of soap. And I come here every week. McDonald's, this could be better!

During the 1 euro Big Mac promotion, despite the crowds, we were helped very quickly. The manager was friendly!

Their cash register is always malfunctioning and they are not friendly and order wrong

Bacon and egg muffins were lukewarm. Cappuccino wasn't hot, and I had to wait a long time at 8 a.m. with one customer ahead of me in the drive-thru.

Arrived today at 5:10 PM for something to eat. It was super busy, and the separate stall was closed. They finally opened it, and when we asked if we could sit there, they said, "Only if you have children." Everything was full, so that was obviously nonsense. We walked out.

It was 1 degree outside, I had to eat outside. We waited 3 hours, ordered 246 euros, and in the end, they mixed up all the orders, they yelled at me, it was terrible, I will never come back again.

Order incomplete Paid 4 plastic surcharges and received paper cups Fries/French fries cold and limp Burgers seemed to have been thrown together without a trace. The quality has deteriorated significantly since the Spijkenisse location was established.

Long waits for food, and not once have I had a complete order. The staff also always make you stand at the cash register and pretend they don't see you while they have 20 people in the kitchen.

Drive true was helped quickly, only the chicken nuggets were cold

Long waits and lines everywhere, people disinterested. It seems like an uncontrolled, out-of-control mess. At least in the evenings.

We ordered one milkshake and one McFlurry. After 20 minutes, we still hadn't received anything, even though two people who ordered after us had already received their food (large orders). I went to the counter and told them I'd been waiting 20 minutes, and then I received the desserts that had already been made. Completely melted! They clearly take much more account of people who sit in the restaurant instead of picking up their food. This is a shame.

Boring place and often cold food

I was going to all McDonald's stores because I travel for work. 3 days ago I took my wife and asked for the new hamburger menu (Big Arch). The bread was stale and the fries were cold.

Dry overheated buns with the egg muffin.

Despite the crowds, the food was quick, but unfortunately, the food wasn't complete. The hamburgers weren't warm... Otherwise, it tasted great.

Quick bites, mainly for kids' outings, often go wrong with orders. They receive the wrong items or too few of the items they ordered. This has happened several times, and they resolve it promptly, but then it takes a very long time to get the food. The rest is cold or melted again.

Very hectic and the staff isn't very friendly. Very messy and dirty tables.

The restrooms were fine today. I was there for a short break, and because it was quiet at the end of the morning, I think they were perfectly clean and tidy. Also, McDonald's, so it's always available. A nice cup of coffee.

Just a sandwich in between. McDrive fast and friendly.

You're thinking about going back to McDonald's after a while. I've stopped going because it's too expensive and the food tastes cold. But now I have to go to the bathroom first, and you're done, you can't wash your hands, and then you're standing there at the checkout with your unwashed hands. A good start, but it gets worse. The McDonald's Smart deal comes with cold fries. Then you go back to the car and get one hamburger instead of two. And you're still asking how it works because you don't see anything on the receipt, and three people have to come over to help, but I might as well not have asked... 🥲🎻 The scale has spoken.

The burgers looked like they'd been thrown together. One soda was only two-thirds full.

The food was fine, but they forgot two fries and forgot the chicken nuggets, even though they paid for them! The staff was more focused on each other than their work! It's a terrible place, I won't be back.

I'm not usually one to write negative reviews, but the experience we received with our order was truly awful. I've never had such bad burgers and fries compared to other McDonald's. The burger was burnt, the bread wasn't fresh, tasteless, barely any sauce, and both the meat and the fries were dry (overcooked) and cold. So bad, in fact, that our meal plan literally disappeared. Truly awful! We ordered soft serve without sauce and ended up getting soft serve with chocolate sauce and nuts. When we ordered, we were given a new soft serve, which was gone in literally two servings. We had to wait in the parking lot. The order arrived fairly quickly, but the sweet and sour sauce was missing. I eventually got it at the delivery stand. When we come (outside of dinnertime), it's usually nice and quiet. Plenty of space (including in the conservatory). Several ordering options. And we really like the burgers and fries.

This store is awful. Too difficult to prepare two things. You wait half an hour in line. Only to receive the wrong order three times. And then they whine when you ask for a refund because you still haven't received anything.

Late is late, no problem. As a matter of service, your team could be more lenient about this to ensure a satisfied customer. I arrive at the mcDrive at 11:02 and would like to order a breakfast menu. "Unfortunately, I'm out of breakfast menu." I'm surprised, because I'm politely greeted with a "good morning" and can't imagine they'll be out of stock before 12:00. Unfortunately, breakfast is only available until 11:00. I've never ordered breakfast before (I think it'll stay that way for now...). I made a quick choice from the other burgers (the oven must have switched to burger mode instead of frying eggs in those two minutes). This has made me so grumpy that I'm taking the time to report this in a review. I'm embarrassed that this is necessary for a breakfast, but come on, why be so strict? Wouldn't it be an option to clean the machines starting at 11:15 so that you can still help people who missed the traffic light or had to wait in your line in a pleasant way? And to top it all off, the order then went wrong. Fantastic!

The food was unfortunately lukewarm, but otherwise it was good. The toilets could use a more frequent cleaning, as could the restaurant floors.

Like all other McDonald's in the Netherlands. Fast service, friendly staff. Plenty of parking.

When we got home it turned out that there was an incorrect order in the bag. After a phone call I was able to pick up the correct order, a sincere apology and something tasty as a make-up. Well solved!

Order changes are often incorrect (like missing onions). Today, I received someone else's order at the McDrive. When I returned the incorrect order, the employee didn't even let me finish. They clearly didn't want to hear it.

Had a strange experience: A McDonald's employee brought the food and slammed it down on the table. Then we saw him eating leftover fries from other customers while clearing the trays. A strange occurrence... I'm not sure I can trust this.

I go there often, and everything has been excellent for years, both in terms of service and food quality. Inside, it looks clean and hygienic; there's little to complain about. The patio is also lovely in the summer, but my only complaint is that there are far too many smokers, who disturb people while they're eating with the heavy smell of smoke. This might also be a reason why most non-smokers prefer not to sit on the patio. But the establishment can't do anything about that; it's hard to prohibit it when it's outdoors.

Dear McDonald's, Why do I always pay a plastic surcharge on my takeaway milkshakes while everything is made of cardboard? Straw, lid and cup are all made of cardboard. This always happens and at several McDonald's, my question is why? is always 15 cents extra. Kind regards, Marvin

Yesterday after a long hot day I went to eat at the maccie with my boyfriend and best friend. I am a huge fan of the Mc crispy. I had huge cravings for this delicious mc crispy. We ordered.. but unfortunately when I opened my so called mc crispy, I saw a red glow. I took a bite anyway, and it felt like the devil came into my mouth. It was a mc spicy.. not crispy. I normally like spicy food, but I couldn't enjoy it because I had been craving that delicious mc crispy for so long. To be sure, my best friend also took a bite, maybe I was delulu. I wasn't. I went back and was helped by a sweet manager, he said that it was indeed wrong. I got a new one. After waiting 2 minutes and 13 seconds I finally got my mc crispy.. or not. I opened the box and smelled the pit. I saw the glow, and heard the devil whisper in my ear how spicy it is. “Am I being pranked?” I thought to myself. I took a bite, and BOOM. I burned my entire face. I gave the burger to my friend, because I felt too sorry to go back. They are already so busy.. but how can you do this to me maccie??? I just ordered a completely different burger afterwards. The big tasty. I got this one.. WITH TRACES OF MC SPICY ON THE BOX. I saw a red spot on the box.. it smelled spicy. Otherwise very nice maccie, really cozy and really recommend it 😁

What a madhouse we spent an hour explaining to that woman what the order was yes she was tired and didn't understand Dutch well 1 then you should definitely not work at mac if you are tired and 2 mac should offer a Dutch course to the employee. It was really a disaster

It happens too often that (especially when you go through the drive) they don't listen to your order. If you ask for a burger without cheese, you still get cheese on it. That can happen once, I don't make a big deal about it. But when you have this every time, I think your staff just doesn't care about the wishes of customers. Never heard of allergies?

Mostly good food. This week I had fries that didn't have any salt on them and they can be a bit cold.

Food great as it should be at MC Donald but here the staff is very nice and helpful. Also sweet if I may say so. A recommendation to go there.

Order to take away, was very busy. Long wait. Luckily checked if it was correct but still missed something. 3 stars given for food, remains mc Donalds so will never get 5. And then I wonder, how on earth are you supposed to eat fries with fries sauce if it is in such an awkward bag, but dirty over the fries or on the bag. Not possible, not even if you eat in a restaurant on site.

Waiting too long outside with your car

You really check your order 3 times they always forget something !!! I think it is the worst McDonalds in the region. This morning again the jam and butter with the croissant! They also cram everything in a bag, really a shame!

Quick bite, but hungry again after 2 hours, but I guess that's already known.

The food was cold and the chicken tough, when I went to report this at the counter they were mean to me and said that it should be cold (wrap) I understand that but the chicken was also cold. Eventually I got new ones but not as it should be. !!! Never go to McDonalds Stavenisse!!! And I had to wait a very long time for the food because they had no trays that took 15 minutes, and this is what they call fast food also half of the workers were standing around doing nothing.

There is a manager there, I'm guessing of Polish descent, now what a woman she is! Not customer friendly at all, no hint of friendliness

Cold food almost every time I go there, price quality varies widely

In comparison with Lelystad, for example, you pay a fairer price for breakfast here than there. 5.95 euros in Spijkenisse versus 9.20 euros in Lelystad. Bizarre.

The food is great honestly but most of the the workers are very annoyed which is to be expected if you work there. Overall its okay but its kind of a tense vibe so wouldng rate it too high

Ordering and picking up was not possible according to the app. Picked up and ordered on the spot and that did not go smoothly and was therefore divided into two parts, which meant an extra long wait while the first half of the order was already packed. Fries were therefore cold on arrival at home (10 minutes travel time)

Food and service are unfortunately not what they used to be here. Limp fries and tasteless burgers. Had stomach aches for days.

I wanted to get the new Minecraft happy meal, to my dismay it was not available. I find this strange because I saw the packaging for the toys and the meal itself. That's why this bad review is because I went to McDonalds especially for the Minecraft meal.

Food is fine. Something often goes wrong with the order, so please pay attention. Weekend very busy. Outside of that fine.

Half of the order was wrong, something was missing

What a bad experience. Macdonalds was probably short-staffed, so we had to queue for 30 minutes to be helped. That wasn't the worst thing, because it can happen. But I don't think I have to stand in a box. We are actually at McDonald's, where things have to go quickly. I don't have to take their time into account. I come there so I can get home quickly. But when I indicated that I did not want to park in a parking space, they were very rude to me and I was allowed to get my money back. I didn't want to. I wanted my food. So they made me go to the 3rd window and made me wait and no food came. Then I pulled up to the back to ask what was going on and was told I'm not getting my food. So I didn't think so. But the girl who helped me was my fellow countryman, so she understood me. Finally I got my food. But the fact that a manager (Elina) can be so rude to customers tells me why she also works there. But all in all a very bad experience.

I got diarrhea and itching in my scrotum from driving past the branch.

We expected to order a tasty snack at this establishment, in vain my order did not go according to the agreements for the umpteenth time. I had ordered a Quarter Pounder to take away. Once I got home I found out, to my total surprise, that my Quarter Pounder had unfortunately not been added to my order. This is a great shame because this is, in my opinion, the showpiece of McDonalds. So unfortunately I have to say with regret that my disappointment is immeasurable and my entire (yes really entire) day has been ruined by this unfortunate situation.

Here they have the best latte macchiato caramel!! With others you hardly taste the caramel, and always add nougat!! Fast service :)

How is it possible that EVERY time you order a cheeseburger and clearly state that only cheese and a hamburger should be on the bun, there is always something else on it? It is entered correctly by the person taking the order, so apparently there are really a bunch of brainless people working in the kitchen. Or the sauce is scraped off and sold as 'without sauce'. Mate, I don't take it without sauce for nothing. If you order food without shit, then I shit on your food and wipe it off, do you think this is food without shit? Are you going to eat it?

McDonald's Spijkenisse is the best! Fast, excellent service and always friendly with a smile and a joke. A truly top branch!

What a disgusting place I was eating a sandwich there yesterday and luckily I always look between my sandwich and there was a bung fly on it and I was almost taken away by the police because I went crazy.
