The Burger King in Schiedam has a dirty table outside. The cleaner isn't doing her job. You are also ignored if you ask.

The food was great, and the tables were okay too. Unfortunately, I had to wait 10 minutes for my food, and the toilets were very dirty and broken. I ended up not going to the toilet; I just held it in.

Open until 23:00 is incorrect. At 22:30 we were already not allowed in. Great job!

The food was okay, although it wasn't completely warm. The deposit cup didn't work in the machine, not even after reactivating it. The staff didn't want to help either, so yeah, great system, but not really.

As a visitor, I observe that the branch on s-Gravelandseweg in Schiedam has completely collapsed operationally and hygienically. This is not an isolated incident, but a structural failure by local management that is severely damaging Burger King's reputation. A list of critical shortcomings: Food Safety Violation (HACCP): Staff do not wear hairnets, female staff work with loose hair over the serving counter, and the milkshake/soft serve machine is refilled without gloves. Furthermore, food is regularly served cold. Physical Unsafety & Health: The toilets are in a deplorable state, smelling of urine. The floors in the toilets are permanently wet without warning signs, posing an acute risk of slipping and liability. No Enforcement of House Rules: Customers openly roll and spin joints in the corners of the restaurant, often in the immediate presence of minor children. No staff member or supervisor intervenes. Unacceptable Work Ethic: Employees are loudly chewing gum, joking loudly in a non-Dutch language, and are primarily concerned with their appearance. Customers asking a question are met with rolling eyes and audible disapproval ("tjuri"). Total Neglect: Tables remain dirty, the floor is littered with leftovers, and the trash cans are overflowing. This attracts vermin and creates unhygienic chaos. Completely Absent Management: The supervisors refuse to assume their supervisory role. They barricade themselves in the back office with the doors closed and are unapproachable, while the workplace escalates. By doing so, this branch violates not only Burger King's internal standards but also statutory hygiene and safety standards. Local escalation has proven impossible due to the unwillingness of the management present. This requires immediate, mandatory auditing and intervention from headquarters/the franchisee. The owner of this specific property is responsible for the behavior of the managers.

Not the friendliest BK out there either. On top of that, the milkshake wasn't good. It was resolved, though.

On Tuesday, June 16th, I stood in front of a closed door at 10:30 PM. Google says they are open from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and the Burger King website says from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Is it really that difficult to provide the correct information?

Normally the deal is: a free Whopper for a review. Now that I received a Whopper with my order instead of a Euroburger, I thought it would be polite to at least leave a review, so here it is!

The hamburgers were way too salty, a real total failure. 🤔 Or someone is in love and doesn't pay attention to how much salt they use anymore. I understand that you season beef with salt while cooking, but everything in moderation. This was really over the top.

This franchise basically steals drink cup deposit money. I was charged 2 Euro deposit for 2 plastic drink cups, 1 euro per plastic cup, for dining in the restaurant. When I try to return the cups, the recycling machine does not work "at the moment" apparently. I returned it at the counter, and the lady collected the cups and said she will refund my bank card. Although I scanned my card, I did not get my deposit back. This is an illicit scheme to rip your money off. They collect their cups, and withhold your deposit forever.

The hamburgers are very tasty. Nothing to complain about. Being more customer-friendly wouldn't hurt. A very good day, sir, or something similar would be nice, and a smile wouldn't hurt either. I went through the drive-thru, so I can't say anything about the atmosphere inside. This Burger King gives you what you want. Food, and that's it.

Loaded Fries disgusting, tasteless, bacon is very cold, not cooked

A really nasty business. I placed an order via Thuisbezorgd, received my order after 2 hours, and it was super cold. When I opened my order, I saw a very long hair in the fries. I contacted them immediately, but they refused to refund my money. Really disgusting. Unacceptable.

After a day at the beach, we had a delicious meal with our two sons at this Burger King. There were also hats scattered throughout the shop, which created a lovely atmosphere. Thank you for the delicious food and yummy ice cream.

Delicious burgers, more flavor than McDonald's. One friendly woman behind the counter; the rest of the staff was a bit prim and unfriendly. It's really annoying that you can't get your deposit back in cash; a reason to just go back to McDonald's next time.

The burgers were cold and sat on the counter for almost 10 minutes before the fries were added. The menus were incomplete (sauces and drinks were forgotten). There's also no baby changing facility in one of the restrooms. All in all, a one-time visit, never again.

I didn't know Burger King also sold microwave meals. When I get home, want to enjoy my Big King XXL burger, it's cold. My wife's whoppers are cold. Never again Burger King, even McDonald's is better!

Besides the fact that it's a regular Burger King, I don't understand why customers are being kicked out of the restaurant an hour before closing! They give you takeout orders without any information. Orders are often mixed up. There's no option to order a regular cup; you have to pay 1 euro for reusable cups, and they still give you a paper one.

Spacious BK. We arrived before noon, and it took a while for our order to arrive. But I think that was a good sign! No reheated old burgers, freshly made, as much as possible.

As for the food – like any other branch, it's quite good, although not entirely healthy. But... The place itself is a disaster. You come in at 9 PM to eat on site, and then you get takeout because "they're closing soon." An hour before closing, you're asked to leave. Besides, they charge extra for a reusable cup, but you get a regular disposable paper one, which isn't even an option! It's pure theft.

Don't go there very often, a while ago I got food at a Burger King, I really wanted a double Whopper but was disappointed. Returning the cups (deposit) also didn't go as it should. Establishment wasn't kept tidy, dirty tables and looked messy. Maybe too picky because it's a fast food restaurant.

Floor was quite sticky in several places, option to have the food brought to your table was not there (and it was not even busy) and ketchup was forgotten...can happen of course but it was not busy and then still a mistake in the order, is just sloppy and annoying. Taste of food was just fine, but eating there is not really cozy.

Great service, warm and good food always had so far. Inside at the drive, and internally in the restaurant itself. Ice cream is still there for a nice price.

Personally, I think this is better than the MC, but it's your own choice. The burgers have more flavor, and when I eat one here, it tastes much better. And hot food, which is important to me. The staff is also neat and customer-friendly. At the drive and inside the same from my experience. And food always hot so far. As a customer you can also go to the toilet without any hassle. And sometimes it's nice to have an ice cream for the kids.

I went with my kid to order some menus, I didn't manage well the digital menu so I pay anyways. Afterwards, I just approached to one of the employees that were dispatching items to let know that I would like to have my drink without ice, "Pritaite" assist me in a rude way just because she already seved it and I gently begged her to please change my drink without ice, she looked at me mad and said in a rude way next time order in the machine not here, anyways she changed but her attitude was awful! And put the beverage over the table very strong like trying to make me notice that she was mad or something. That treatment isnt proper to a cuatomer that politely ask for something, could be different if I asked that in a rude way or if I were unpolite to her. By the way my nuggets were to dry like they were old or were already fried in the morning, didnt like it the food and the service.

It was very nice was at burger king with my friends and kids it was amazing the people were very kind the food came fast everything was still warm the drinks tasted good so in my opinion its sooo much better than McDonald's!

The food was super delicious, I definitely recommend crispy chicken! Service was very sweet, asked for a napkin and was helped right away. Atmosphere was very nice, quiet people and a nice view from the window.

Usually not busy, sometimes an item is forgotten, but that is quickly resolved. Food is always good.

Check your order, they don't do anything right. I had the wrong order twice and I'm from The Hague and I drove by. I can't go back and forth to change my menu. What I ordered was very bad and the kids were very dissatisfied and if you tell them that, you won't even apologize or do anything to make up for it, a waste of money!!

The food at Burger King, where I used to always prefer this to the big yellow M, has not been what it used to be for a long time. The Whopper goes from a really big bite to a search picture of a flap of meat between something green. In addition, customer friendliness is very hard to find. If I want fast food now, I would rather go to that big bright M, which apparently still knows what customer friendliness means.

Fast service and the food was tasty, normally it sometimes happens that the food is served cold, but that was certainly not the case at this location, I ordered chicken nuggets and a whopper and that was well received, so 5 stars. Just got a whooper and spring water here. Just like last time, it took an excruciatingly long time. Was the first car in line and still waited almost ten minutes for my burger. There was bacon on the burger and no cheese. While I ordered it the other way around. It was also stated that way on the receipt. The boy at the window, who seemed stoned as hell, couldn't say a word and refused to say sorry or goodbye. Just brought the wrong burger. She is able to change from a blue bottle of water to a red bottle of water. But with difficulty. A long wait and an order for one burger and a bottle of water... and yet you get everything wrong!?
