I've been going to Johnny's Burger Schiedam every Saturday for a few weeks now, and it's always fantastic. Delicious burgers, great service, and on Saturdays, they have a fantastic manager who makes sure everything runs smoothly. Highly recommended!

Very disappointed. The fries were inedible, as if they had been fried yesterday and only briefly reheated. The burger was also very limp and unfortunately inedible. I ordered a few times and it was manageable, but after tonight, it's no longer good.

I waited an hour and 20 minutes for my order. This is the second time in one month that they've delivered a cold burger and undercooked fries. The delivery service doesn't even try to get to your door. They'll just call you from the parking lot and say they can't find your door, so it's better for you to go out and pick up your order yourself. This has happened twice in one month. They used to have really tasty burgers and the delivery people found your door without any problems. Now this company has gone downhill and you shouldn't order food from them!

Ordered food, then waited two hours for cardboard, dry, burnt fries. The burger was also a 3/10, while a menu costs €15. The delivery service was good quality after such a long wait and at those prices. Never again.

Ordered food for the family, only to wait two hours for two menus and then receive burnt cardboard fries with a €15 menu. The burger was also limp. All of this for at least €15 per menu (without any extras like ingredients, drinks, sauces, or side dishes!).

Ordered just before 9:00 PM and still nothing arrived after 10:30 PM... no notification of a delay or anything. After calling them, they said the delivery driver was on his way, but they hung up without saying anything else. I understand delays due to weather conditions, etc., but that's no way to treat customers.

Food was dirty and it took too long for the food to arrive.

I'm really disappointed with the Johnny Burger smash burger. When I opened the package, I saw that the burger was very thin and burnt. The meat was so hard and crispy that it was almost impossible to chew. After one bite, I simply threw it away; it was simply inedible. The burger had been grilled for far too long and was not at all what you'd expect from a smash burger. A real disappointment and a waste of money!!!! The delivery person was friendly! Worth only 5 stars!!! This is definitely my last order from them!!!! Never again! And I don't recommend anyone to order that burger! Last time, they forgot my drink too. Enough!!!!!!!

One time you get a normal portion, the next time a super small one. I just placed an order with fries, cheese sauce, and turkey lardons. Well, you literally get 8 tiny pieces of bacon. And when you call, they say, "Next time, just add to the order that you didn't get enough last time." I should expect a normal portion when I order food from you. The food tastes good, but the portions are terrible.

Sad to say, but they went from making some of the best burgers to some of the worst. The bun is a disaster — it completely falls apart. The patties aren’t seasoned as well as they used to be either. It just hasn’t been the same for quite a while now.

Ordered online and picked it up. And then large chunks of onion were put on my expensive burger, even though you clearly stated no onions! Waste of money!

Service mad slow. They put a mini wooden fork in my burger to keep it intact. 😐 Overall, burger was good and still hot. Would recommend if you have top tier patience though since this has been going on for years since I read the reviews.

The food is good but on the expensive side. I have a Mexican burger menu which consisted of a Mexican burger, a red bull and a portion of onion rings it was good but on the expensive side it cost €17.55. The atmosphere was fine they were listening to gangster rap loudly.

Ordered at 18:24 and delivered at 21:45. The worst part is that I had to speak to an employee twice by phone. The first time "the delivery person was almost there", the second time (almost an hour later) they offered to remake the order and add something extra. Almost 45 minutes later, it was finally delivered. Unfortunately without the promised extras... No more O'Tacos for us!

Order your food you get an estimated time of home delivery. 10 minutes after the estimated time I call the store I hear that they have not even started. They are only going to start now and it will take at least 30 minutes while the distance is 5/10 min maximum. No excuses nothing. Bad service.

I ordered from Jonny's Burger and Taco's in Schiedam on the evening of May 9, 2025. I ordered two chicken tacos and it was not stated that the food contained bacon, but I did get bacon (Bacon) in it. They really ruined our dinner for me and my kids. I called the restaurant and the manager makes unprofessional excuses that our bacon (bacon) is halal, this and that. Bad service and unprofessional management. Never eat there again. I'll never eat there again. 🤮

Ordered Chick and Cheez, food was not that tasty, few waffle fries, stingy with the cheese sauce, got 3x less per portion than at Johnnys Burger Delft, for 50 euros you expect some quality and a lot of food but they are stingy and not that fresh, from now on only order in Delft

Ordered here twice. Their chicken burgers are the tastiest I've ever eaten. They are nice and tender and they toast their bread a bit! That makes it even tastier. A tip: please use more sauce in the burger. I have to say that I don't think their meat burger is wow. It is not dirty (like HFC's), but a bit tasteless. In terms of texture it is good, I must say, they should just season it. They give a nice large portion of fries, nice and generous with it. Of all the places I've gotten burgers, this is the place I will continue to order from.

I don't recommend this place. I've eaten at Johnny's in other cities and it was ok. Here, unfortunately, it was very cold. The bread was not well baked. The tomato was hard.

It says on the internet that they are open on Saturday at 1:00 PM. If you arrive at 3:00 PM, they are just opening. They say they had other things to do that's why they are late. Outside of that you have to wait another 70 minutes for your food! Well not. Disrespectful employees, all children, no adults to speak to

Veggie spicy burger menu from €16!! please take this off your menu. I have been a vegetarian for years and so I really know how it can be done, but this burger really belongs in a waste pile... Also pitch black. No more Johnny's burger for me.

Ordered something they didn’t even have to make themselves. Frozen item. Called after 70 mins to ask about my order. Even then it took an extra 30 mins.

Ordered here for the first time via home delivery. Big disappointment. I specifically chose the American classic because the Thuisbezorgd website stated that it was a brioche bun. It turned out to be just a soggy sesame bun and a dry, tasteless burger. Way too expensive for what you get.

It took an hour and a half for the food to be delivered, while 45 minutes was promised. My milkshake was not included in the delivery. The piri piri burger had no piri piri sauce and you pay a euro to add bacon and then you get one measly piece of bacon on the burger. Little taste, not hot anymore and not what I ordered.

Tonight I enjoyed a Smokey BBQ burger menu, it was nice and hot and it tasted excellent! The comments field has been carefully checked for a minor adjustment. It was delivered on time and was clearly stated in advance. I think the price is a bit on the high side. For the price of the menu, you would have wanted something extra such as a small dessert/apple sauce and a few more wedges. All in all I give 5 stars because you deserve it! Will definitely order here more often!

It's a shame that a bacon cheeseburger only comes with one (1) piece of bacon. The burger was otherwise okay, if you really want a burger then it's certainly not a bad place, but for the price I expected better.

Ordered here for the 1st time. Delivery time would be approximately 40 minutes. Now 2 hours later and the order has finally been delivered. Called twice in between, it was difficult to reach by phone and the response was vague. I must say that the food tasted good but was a bit lukewarm.

I ordered again after a very long time (also because I got a 15 euro discount, otherwise I wouldn't have done it). My honest opinion is that the food itself is delicious, really, just like last time when you have to pay 14 euros for 1 menu and then you get your burger at home and when you pick up your burger your sandwich falls apart I don't think you can if you have to pay so much money for it. The last time I ordered it was even worse when we found everything that was supposed to be in the sandwich was next to it and it was also burnt, of course I immediately called and got a new one right away, so they solved that, but you don't want that. if you are hungry you will have to wait even longer. Johnny's burger is not recommended for me because every time I order something goes wrong and for the money I have to pay (because they are really not cheap) I want and expect higher quality. And if you still want to order or try it out, I recommend picking it up yourself, so you can view everything immediately, which saves a lot of time and effort and an angry reaction.

We have been a regular customers of this restaurant but we recently had an unpleasant experience when ordering. - The order arrived late after more than 1 hour. We chose 'zo snel mogelijk'. - When we called to ask about our order, a staff did not express any 'sorry' and even hung up right in front of us.

They are really dirty and messy. They work very long days wearing just gloves. They cook incredibly dirty food

More pricey than the competitors and not special. Hot wings were too dark in color. Tended to have a burnt taste. Large piece of spare rib with lots of meat, tender, but the taste was a bit strange and not spicy at all. The salad sauce was very sour. Crispy Chicken was nothing crispy about it, just a regular chicken burger. Normal fries were gone. All in all, very overpriced for what you get.
