Large and clean - friendly service

Good food and fast staff but white stones on parking are no use. I broke my car on one of these, and all other white are black from people scratching their cars. Please remove it.

Had a chicken burger for 1.50, couldn't have expected much from it. Seemed fried at a low temperature, Greasy and wet. The premises are fine and clean, easy to drive to.

Just a burger king. People are always friendly any time I go there. Don't forget they close at 23:00.

The wait is long, the food... it's not worth talking about. I've eaten at various Burger Kings, but this one is definitely not to my liking. The service is hmmmm, debatable, and the wait time is nonsensical.

A Whopper remains my favorite and this is my favorite location. The food is fine, but the interior could use an update. To my great surprise, they removed the upholstery from the benches and it looks better than last time. Only the floor... that really sticks!

It is and remains a fast food restaurant, so the food was okay, and you get your money back if you order a plastic cup, which you don't have in Belgium; it is a good system. The only downside is that there are only two ordering kiosks for such a large Burger King, resulting in long lines of people. Otherwise, it is clean and there is plenty of parking.

Worker Ashi at the drive through talking respectlessly and not giving a proper answer on the question whether a certain menu is also available in vegetarian. He seemed the get annoyed at the question in general.

An absolute 5-star experience, this is one of the better fast food restaurants in the region. The food is always fresh, the meat has that iconic, characteristic grilled flavor, and the fries are deliciously hot and crispy. I especially want to emphasize the cleanliness of this branch in Vlaardingen: the seating area and the restrooms are well-maintained, which is certainly not a given at every fast food restaurant. The service is particularly fast and smooth; waiting times are minimal at both the drive-thru and the self-service kiosks inside, even during peak hours. The staff is friendly, efficient, and accurate, and my order has always been assembled flawlessly so far. A perfect choice if you are in the mood for a quick, filling, and reliably tasty meal!

Ample parking space, great offers and quick service

Unlike many other fast-food locations, this one was neat and clean. Service was minimal, and there were long lines at the (only two) ordering kiosks.

Screaming children, no receipt from the machine, strawberry milkshake tasted like everything but strawberries. Ordered a large menu but the fries had gone along with shrinkflation! They were the size of the small fries. A bit of a shame. Definitely not recommended!!

⚠️ WARNING: Stay away from here! What a terrible place. If you’re in the mood for an order that’s half missing and customer service that is literally unreachable, you should definitely go to the KFC in Vlaardingen. What a terrible mess. We ordered a menu, a burger menu, and fries with extra sauce (paid for a total of 5 packets of sauce). When picking up, everything was just sitting out in the open on trays, even though it was for takeaway. After I pointed this out, it was quickly stuffed into a bag. Once home, the real damage became apparent: one portion of fries missing and no less than three sauces missing. To top it all off, you try to call the location but are told the number is out of service. Unacceptable. Absolutely do not eat here; save yourself the frustration and your money!

I order here often, but after seeing this, never again. I had requested no pickles on the burger, yet I still got them, and on top of that, the burger had really very little ketchup. What kind of unprofessional people are these? This is the last time for me.

Burger King, every now and then it's quite nice to eat a real Whopper there again. Service and atmosphere aren't really necessary as far as I'm concerned, it's just about a quick bite.

Things have been going very badly for Burger King in the Netherlands for a number of years now. The food is always, yes really ALWAYS, cold. I have tried to visit branches other than the one in Vlaardingen, but generally speaking, it seems to be Burger King's policy to prioritize energy conservation over serving a fresh, hot meal to their customers. They grill the burgers and then store them in a device that, according to them, keeps the burgers warm!!! That simply doesn't work at all. The burgers become very dry and don't taste like meat, "but rather like a meat substitute." It is simply no longer the Burger King of the past; it is just a waste of money.

Top tier Burger King! Only downside; Some sauces are in cups, some are in bags. Bags are useless… Workers are friendly. This restaurant is also super clean and big. Good place to eat a quick meal. Menu’s for 5 euro’s as well in 2026!

Had a delicious meal, Burger King is very underrated and for me it beats McDonald's and KFC. Yummy.

I ordered a medium menu using a coupon and a completed review for a free whopper. Employees said the offer is only valid with a medium menu from the menu board. However, the terms and conditions don't differentiate between a medium menu from a coupon or from the menu board. It doesn't even state that the offer isn't valid in combination with other offers; only a free whopper with your next order of a medium menu, no more, no less... If that had been clearly stated in the terms and conditions, I would have adjusted my order accordingly. However, I was told I was wrong. This, even though I always order a coupon menu in combination with a free whopper with a review; this is the first time I've heard these terms and conditions. Besides, if it's so misleading to the customer? 🤷🏻‍♂️ The customer is king, he's always right in such a situation, I thought...

The staff is very friendly. If there's a mistake, they're quick to fix it. Your food is also served quickly.

The fries were already lukewarm when I saw them through my car window. My son loved them 😅. The service could be better. If you only ask me which milkshake I want at window 2, I'll be fine.

On October 22, 2025, I visited this "restaurant" again. The "wopper" was delicious, but the fries were cold and raw. Not to mention the sheer quantity. At 9:38 PM, I received my order. It was packed (I had asked to eat in). The answer I received was: "I'm not allowed to give you any more trays because we're closing soon." (According to Google, they don't close until 11:00 PM.) This is pure waste and not environmentally friendly at all.

On Monday, July 21, 2025, at 20:58, I visited the Burger King drive-thru in Vlaardingen. I ordered two loose Whoppers , one regular and one veggie. I waited approximately 8 to 10 minutes in the drive-thru. When the order finally came, I told my brother, who was in the car with me, that the food wasn’t even hot, it was slightly cold. The regular Whopper had an odd taste, and the meat was a bit bitter. Although I still ate it, I was concerned about its freshness. I gave the veggie Whopper to my daughter, who normally loves it. After a few bites, she said the patty was very hard. I tasted it myself and agreed, it was tough and unpleasant. Just two minutes later, she didn’t want to eat it anymore, so I asked her to throw it away. This is the second time I’ve experienced poor food quality from this location. The last time was through Thuisbezorgd, and although I received a refund, it’s disappointing to see the same issue again. It truly hurts to spend hard-earned money on food that’s cold, stale, and not fresh. As loyal customers, we expect better standards. Burger King needs to monitor this location more closely to ensure quality control. I had already stopped going to the Schiedam branch for similar reasons, and now the Vlaardingen location has proven to be just as unreliable.

What a joke , waited 30 mins for burger and chips and choc milkshake. No sorry, just a melted milkshake that had been on the desk the whole time . Got to watch one girl break the machine and start laughing . Finally got offered a new drink after I sat down but not drinking anything from those service girls . Cost me 17 euros for a just a burger in the end . Couldn't get out of there quick enough . Let down on information and service by incompetent immature girls serving .

Am usually a fan of this BK, the food’s usually okay, but today, my veggie big king XXL smelled and tasted like literal feces and had black charred bits on it once I took apart the burger. Really weird. Also annoying how you’re forced to buy a cup for a euro, but they only rarely actually take the cups back.

We had ordered and take so long waiting, when we have our ordered they got wrong, when we bring back the cap, machine got malfunction, obviously long waiting just to help us, again they make wrong again,the receipt is short, again waiting for the manager and what we got is stupid attitude. We strongly advice not to eat here if you like to enjoy your meal.

I went back to Burger King after a long time. I tried the King menu. The crispy chicken was seriously overcooked. The chicken nuggets were tasteless. The fries were hard and very salty. In short, I won't be back. The deposit system for the cups is vague. You get the cups from a vending machine, then you get a receipt (which doesn't work), then you have to go to the cash register to get your money back. King Fusion Twix afterward, barely any caramel, and you have to stir it yourself. Everything costs extra, like sauces. A cup deposit isn't even an option, it's mandatory. You can only get a refund with a receipt via Tikkie. Burger King: Quality: Extremely disappointing.

These days, you have to pay a deposit to get a plastic cup in a restaurant. When you return the cup, you get a receipt with a QR code, which you have to scan to get your €1 deposit back...what's going on, you have to fill in your information? What nonsense. This was unfortunately the last time I ate in a restaurant. It's a shame, because it's usually very quiet when I'm here. The burgers tasted as usual, absolutely delicious! And the service from the local staff was excellent and friendly—5 stars! The service from Burger King management, or whatever department implemented this, gets zero stars :-)

Best Burger King, food is good and hot

Went in for a burger and was forced to buy "reusable" plastic cup that i dont need and will never use. Asked the employee why cant i get a normal cup and not waste plastic, bro jusr said "just do it man" its absurd and funny at the same time. Anyways, in terms of food, its sad how poor the quality has become. Burger king used to be slightly better than mcdonalds now they both just inedible. Yuck.

Slow food, not fast food! It took 25 minutes to get my order even though they are not busy. Staff is quite relaxed and don’t care if it delayed.

This is the 2nd time I have been disappointed, the first time it was poor communication with the bk drive! And order was not completed and now via home delivery it happened again, my order is again incomplete. If this continues, I will send a message to the head office so that the branch can handle orders better! By the way, I would like free Chili cheese nuggets for next time that you forgot in my order.

Order through drive through, and the worker gave us hard time with major attitude problem. Problem: we ordered two item in promotion app. The worker asked if we had two account. I said one for now, because of the hassle. The worker said one item one account, and rushed us to next step. In the end we said two account and the worker made such big deal about it. Again with bad attitude. We got the manager involved with it. I just said alright and left, but definitely ruined the mood. I saw that both the worker and manager were headache so it’s best not to argue. Not coming here again. I just wanted the burger and simple small interaction. Addition: no other Burger King Franchise asked for account checks for drive through.

I see no reason to give fewer stars. Nice service. Good food and they are fast. But nice and fresh. Better than the KFC across the street where they still have to catch the chicken when you order.

Everytime we go to the burger "king" they always mess up our order EVERY TIME. They never get it right. One time they forgot litterally a whole menu, last time they forgot the fries and two burgers, and this time they they gave us the wrong drinks 😴. So I will never go to Burger King again. You have to take a deposit cup, no choice and then ask for money back via a small amount. A lot of effort and typing for one euro, but you are not allowed to pay 10 cents to throw away the cup. I'll go to the Mac, there you have a choice

Oct 22, 2024. Ordered for 64 euros for delivery, but all fries for 9 euros were missing. BK Vlaardingen is then unreachable by telephone. I left a message on the phone via the original order, but I haven't heard or seen anything since! Bad.
