The fries were already lukewarm when I saw them through my car window. My son loved them 😅. The service could be better. If you only ask me which milkshake I want at window 2, I'll be fine.

Unfortunately, the service was poor; the person was hard to understand and I had to pay, but I didn't even know how much! I had to ask.

On October 22, 2025, I visited this "restaurant" again. The "wopper" was delicious, but the fries were cold and raw. Not to mention the sheer quantity. At 9:38 PM, I received my order. It was packed (I had asked to eat in). The answer I received was: "I'm not allowed to give you any more trays because we're closing soon." (According to Google, they don't close until 11:00 PM.) This is pure waste and not environmentally friendly at all.

On Monday, July 21, 2025, at 20:58, I visited the Burger King drive-thru in Vlaardingen. I ordered two loose Whoppers , one regular and one veggie. I waited approximately 8 to 10 minutes in the drive-thru. When the order finally came, I told my brother, who was in the car with me, that the food wasn’t even hot, it was slightly cold. The regular Whopper had an odd taste, and the meat was a bit bitter. Although I still ate it, I was concerned about its freshness. I gave the veggie Whopper to my daughter, who normally loves it. After a few bites, she said the patty was very hard. I tasted it myself and agreed, it was tough and unpleasant. Just two minutes later, she didn’t want to eat it anymore, so I asked her to throw it away. This is the second time I’ve experienced poor food quality from this location. The last time was through Thuisbezorgd, and although I received a refund, it’s disappointing to see the same issue again. It truly hurts to spend hard-earned money on food that’s cold, stale, and not fresh. As loyal customers, we expect better standards. Burger King needs to monitor this location more closely to ensure quality control. I had already stopped going to the Schiedam branch for similar reasons, and now the Vlaardingen location has proven to be just as unreliable.

What a joke , waited 30 mins for burger and chips and choc milkshake. No sorry, just a melted milkshake that had been on the desk the whole time . Got to watch one girl break the machine and start laughing . Finally got offered a new drink after I sat down but not drinking anything from those service girls . Cost me 17 euros for a just a burger in the end . Couldn't get out of there quick enough . Let down on information and service by incompetent immature girls serving .

Am usually a fan of this BK, the food’s usually okay, but today, my veggie big king XXL smelled and tasted like literal feces and had black charred bits on it once I took apart the burger. Really weird. Also annoying how you’re forced to buy a cup for a euro, but they only rarely actually take the cups back.

Already closed the door at 21:55 and opening hours until 00:00??

We had ordered and take so long waiting, when we have our ordered they got wrong, when we bring back the cap, machine got malfunction, obviously long waiting just to help us, again they make wrong again,the receipt is short, again waiting for the manager and what we got is stupid attitude. We strongly advice not to eat here if you like to enjoy your meal.

I went back to Burger King after a long time. I tried the King menu. The crispy chicken was seriously overcooked. The chicken nuggets were tasteless. The fries were hard and very salty. In short, I won't be back. The deposit system for the cups is vague. You get the cups from a vending machine, then you get a receipt (which doesn't work), then you have to go to the cash register to get your money back. King Fusion Twix afterward, barely any caramel, and you have to stir it yourself. Everything costs extra, like sauces. A cup deposit isn't even an option, it's mandatory. You can only get a refund with a receipt via Tikkie. Burger King: Quality: Extremely disappointing.

These days, you have to pay a deposit to get a plastic cup in a restaurant. When you return the cup, you get a receipt with a QR code, which you have to scan to get your €1 deposit back...what's going on, you have to fill in your information? What nonsense. This was unfortunately the last time I ate in a restaurant. It's a shame, because it's usually very quiet when I'm here. The burgers tasted as usual, absolutely delicious! And the service from the local staff was excellent and friendly—5 stars! The service from Burger King management, or whatever department implemented this, gets zero stars :-)

Went in for a burger and was forced to buy "reusable" plastic cup that i dont need and will never use. Asked the employee why cant i get a normal cup and not waste plastic, bro jusr said "just do it man" its absurd and funny at the same time. Anyways, in terms of food, its sad how poor the quality has become. Burger king used to be slightly better than mcdonalds now they both just inedible. Yuck.

Slow food, not fast food! It took 25 minutes to get my order even though they are not busy. Staff is quite relaxed and don’t care if it delayed.

This is the 2nd time I have been disappointed, the first time it was poor communication with the bk drive! And order was not completed and now via home delivery it happened again, my order is again incomplete. Order through drive through, and the worker gave us hard time with major attitude problem. Problem: we ordered two item in promotion app. The worker asked if we had two account. I said one for now, because of the hassle. The worker said one item one account, and rushed us to next step. In the end we said two account and the worker made such big deal about it. Again with bad attitude. We got the manager involved with it. I just said alright and left, but definitely ruined the mood. I saw that both the worker and manager were headache so it’s best not to argue. Not coming here again. I just wanted the burger and simple small interaction. Addition: no other Burger King Franchise asked for account checks for drive through.

I see no reason to give fewer stars. Nice service. Good food and they are fast. But nice and fresh. Better than the KFC across the street where they still have to catch the chicken when you order.

Everytime we go to the burger "king" they always mess up our order EVERY TIME. They never get it right. One time they forgot litterally a whole menu, last time they forgot the fries and two burgers, and this time they they gave us the wrong drinks 😴. Maybe y'all should hire people that can actually read and do it right. 😠

Drink no ice went well. Fries were full of salt, but hot with freshness. Bun was fluffy and didn't taste fresh. Was just on the cold/lukewarm side. The disadvantage is that I was not asked whether I wanted a small, medium or large menu. So the biggest one was given to me. -1☆

I had just been waiting at the drive for three minutes, there was no response, so we continued driving to the window. So one car is not busy... then being completely ignored, scandalous, we just kept driving, what a ball tent!! This is very unfortunate!!!

So I will never go to Burger King again. You have to take a deposit cup, no choice and then ask for money back via a small amount. A lot of effort and typing for one euro, but you are not allowed to pay 10 cents to throw away the cup. I'll go to the Mac, there you have a choice

Oct 22, 2024. Ordered for 64 euros for delivery, but all fries for 9 euros were missing. BK Vlaardingen is then unreachable by telephone. I left a message on the phone via the original order, but I haven't heard or seen anything since! Bad.

Good food and nice staff. Interior looks shine and WC’s are very cleaned. The best Burger King in the Netherlands. If you ask nicely to one of the staff, they will help you right way without hesitation.

First wait 15 minutes through the drive thru. Apparently they were on a lunch break at 7:00 in the evening. Then we didn't get mayo as requested when ordering. Wasn't thrilled. Was refused to give mayonnaise. By now the food was cold. It really doesn't look like anything!!!

Too bad, I came for the chicken wings, but they are no longer available in the Netherlands. Haven't been there for too long to know this. So I don't have to come to BK anymore. (The 1 star for BK in general) This location is nice and big. Dirty order screens, yes. And no toilet paper. The children were satisfied with their order. Chicken sandwich a bit sparsely filled.

A Whopper remains my favorite and this is my favorite location. Food is fine, but the interior could use an update. To my great surprise, they have removed the upholstery from the benches and it looks better than last time with all the tears Until then it will remain my BK where I will definitely come again next time.

Large burger King, hygiene is sufficient, but no attention for the guests. Bonnetje got stuck in the self-service kiosk and went to the counter to report it. Good afternoon. We often visit your chain of establishments with our family. Unfortunately, the conditions seem to get worse with each visit. The food is not an issue, but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The high chairs for children are always dirty and sticky. The restroom has an unbearably unpleasant odor. The floors in the dining area are covered in stains, and shoes stick to them. Tables and chairs are also sticky and dirty. This is the case in every one of your locations. Is it really so difficult to at least disinfect the high chairs? They are unpleasant to touch. The staff is not friendly. Your establishment attracts many people, yet the service is completely lacking.

I bought menus. they didn't give me fries, 1 hamburger and a small piece of salad were missing from the burgers. hastily smeared ketchup and ready to eat. I don't recommend it. much better at KFC.

During my recent visit to the Burger King at Schiedamsedijk 18 in Vlaardingen, I was unfortunately very disappointed. First of all, it took a very long time for my order to be taken, even though there were only a few customers in line. The staff seemed disinterested and disorganised, which clearly contributed to the slow service. When my food finally arrived it wasn't much better either. The fries were cold and limp, and the burger seemed hastily put together, without the fresh ingredients you'd expect. In addition, the hygiene in the business was substandard; tables were not clean and there was trash on the floor. All in all, my experience at this Burger King location was far below par. I hope they improve their service and quality soon as this was definitely not a visit worth repeating.

What a terrible store with unmotivated, grumpy staff. The food was cold, ordered hamburger without pickle and what was on it? Pickle of course. But the highlight and reason for this review was my milkshake that I was really looking forward to, a choco oreo shake for which you paid 4.50 euros. When you get home, it's a vanilla Oreo shake. I return after dinner, tell the employee that it is vanilla instead of chocolate and he makes a new one and I see that it is just white shake again. I indicate again that it must be a chocolate and I think this is vanilla. That boy indicates that it is really chocolate, without even looking at me and that's that. So I walk away and check my milkshake, and indeed vanilla. But because I didn't feel like arguing and got the clear feeling from him and his colleague that I would get that, I left. So a ride for nothing, a bad feeling and still not my milkshake.
