McDonald's in Centrum

This McDonald's is open late, and orders were taken quickly and courteously. The order was ready quickly, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. This is a prime example of McDonald's. I'd happily return.

Last night around 9:00 PM, I ordered and ate a McChicken menu. Later, I saw that a McChicken menu is supposed to include something from the Friends offer. So, I drove back, ordered another cappuccino, and politely asked if I could still get that Friends offer. To my surprise, I was told that this is only offered with a "Friends McChicken menu," even though the menu is exactly the same. The employee was completely unhelpful and clearly didn't consider the customer. This feels like deception and poor service. The attitude was unfriendly, and customer focus was completely absent. I advise people against coming here. McDonald's should listen to their customers better and be more consistent with their promotions.

We (2 adults and 3 kids) went there for dinner after an event in Schiedam, and the service was great! 🤗 The only difference was that the fries were a bit soft. We love crispy fries, so this was a bit disappointing. Everything else went smoothly.

This is amazing.. No fries available at McDonald's tonight (17-11).. 😳 How so? 🤷🏼‍♀️

I got the wrong burger. I tried calling them five times and didn't even answer. The burgers I did get looked awful.

All staff members are very friendly and go out of their way to make a visit to McDonald's a fun experience for young and old.

When I arrived, a friendly lady helped me. She even had a chat, which is always nice in this busy society.

Cold fries, dirty tables, a mess.

How can you manage to get an incomplete order three times in a row? Forgetting to pack fries with your menu orders, missing sauces you paid for. Veggie instead of not veggie. Apparently, you're supposed to open and check your order before you go home. And when you confront the "manager" about it because you have to come back to pick up the missing item, there's no excuse.

If anything is wrong with your order as long you have proof and the receipt they got you covered, staff is nice and friendly and even complimented my shirt once only improvement is to better announce closure. Keep up the great work 👍

The service and professionalism of the restaurant manager that day was not the best. It started with the machine that had no paper; I went to order the rump steak and they just gave me the number and left, they didn't even bother to put a new roll in the machines. Then my order appeared to be ready for pickup but it wasn't ready and the number disappeared from the screen! I asked why they removed it, I didn't get an answer, and more than 45 minutes later the lunch arrived.

Unfriendly staff. We arrived late last night, perhaps after a long day of work, which could also be due to the guests who come there. The atmosphere is unpleasant both inside and out. We'll just drive on from now on...

Terrible, probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, ordered with table service and had to wait 30 minutes for a coffee and croissant

Came here like a year ago. There should be security outside. To many loud people outside.

Unfortunately, our order was incomplete again. The hamburger and chicken nuggets from the children's Happy Meal were missing. Very disappointing, as this isn't the first time. Please pay more attention to the proper packaging of orders.

Fantastic service, went above and beyond. My daughter dropped her chips on the floor whilst eating and they replaced them as soon as they noticed.

Prices are rising and the burgers are getting smaller. I ordered the Quarter Pounder and was surprised at how small it was. The meat patties are bigger than the small bun. The Royal TS used to be my first choice. I expected at least the same size here and was disappointed. Next time, I'll order the TS again, hoping it's still as big as it used to be. At these prices, McDonald's is no longer worth it!

I actually have more of a question than an opinion, namely, does your staff have to film me on surveillance cameras during almost every visit I make to your place?

The staff is incredibly sweet today! I'm with the kids, and the staff is giving them lots of attention, and even giving them a free ice cream. See you all soon! And it's nice and clean today, too.

My child couldn't get a meatless Happy Meal; when I told them I didn't need anything vegetarian, just the drink, the fries, and the toy, it wasn't possible, and they immediately took it off the menu. So now my child had to eat chicken nuggets. How stupid is this? Wanting to receive less, and that's not possible. Think about it, people. How discriminatory can you be?

A little cleaning would be nice

The person behind the counter didn't speak Dutch and spoke limited English. It was difficult to explain that I wanted a bowl of water for the dog. They could use some attention to cleanliness. The food was just fine.

The McDrive is as you'd expect. The parking lot doesn't have a threatening atmosphere at night.

This McDonald's is ripping you off. I ordered a Big Mac Chicken twice in one week, and instead of the Big Mac Chicken, I got a regular burger.

What is this? What are you paying for? Not only did I order two rolls, but one was cold, and I also got this blob of bread, and I don't know whether to eat it or cry. It's a complete disaster.

Smiling people. But too slowly. Food was not looking good ketchup was allover the burger. the bun melted in half. meat was felling out The oil smelled very old. The restaurant hall is very dirty. either there aren't enough people here today or everything is very poorly organized.

Nice mc drive and nice service. The hamburgers were warm. And the MC croquette the same, I like that, same as my son a warm fries, everything that should be warm was warm, and what should be cold. Nice!

Since Timash works here the quality is much better. He is fast and friendly. Always a nice chat, but not too long because he always has to work hard. Timash, thank you. Because of you this is my favorite McDonalds.

It remains a McDonald's so you can't expect anything from it

Well, not the cosiest Mac. The air conditioning was very high, so not really nice. In the morning the terrace in the shade. But fine for a breakfast with coffee.

What a chaos, as if they can't handle the crowds. The toilets were very dirty, no toilet paper and I had to wait a long time for my order. Nobody had time to explain it to me, unfortunately. I will definitely not go there again!

According to the sign on the door, the restaurant is open until 00:00 and the McDrive until 2:00. But if you want to get something at 23:30, you will find a closed door and a closed McDrive. So the McDrive closed 2.5 hours before the planned closing time! Employee only gestured that they were closed because they still had to clean... I would remove the sign with the opening hours in front of the door and place the actual opening hours on the site/Google maps.

Today the most disgusting chicken nuggets of my life here. Lukewarm and cold at the same time, as tough as it could be. And that new hot lover sauce tastes like ebola in a bag. Chili chicken was good though

Nice atmosphere, but too many mistakes are made and then not reachable. Also many people can not speak proper Dutch and the menagers.... yes... no Nice to drive to Maasdijk if you have the possibility!

Varying experiences. Sometimes fast, sometimes slow. Package usually complete, but sometimes not, staff clear and understandable but sometimes not. Parking lot rather dull with annoying bumps. Sometimes clean, sometimes trash everywhere.

I have been to this McDonald's a few times now. The food is good and the atmosphere is also like you see at every mc. The only downside I find is the parking. The area is quite cramped and parking spaces are usually full during meal times. A quick bite or dinner at this McDonald's is definitely recommended 👍🏻

Too busy, good food and nice staff but really freezing inside

In itself fine, but in combination with the app not possible. Who plans to go to the Mac hours in advance? Then the app for "the deals" is useful. With a spontaneous visit it is not possible because not a second to look at the app to choose whether to use a deal. Out of irritation I just pay the normal price 🤷‍♀️ So: McDonalds, can you make the app easier!?

It's not normal here, every time you forget something or do something wrong, you pay for it, you get it forgotten

I order a veggie scrispy mcchicken burger and I get a real scrispy mcchicken.

Drove through the mcdrive, it was already difficult to order. Had to keep asking what she said, difficult to understand. Ultimately we succeeded, but unfortunately on the highway you discover that you are missing half of a sandwich... a bit sloppy.

Men's toilet closed: now you have to: a): Do your big message to the ladies b): urinating in public/ .. uhm Pooping in the parking lot with napkins c): McDonalds must also provide men's toilets with 2 lockable toilets, also useful if one is occupied.

Completely the wrong order delivered via Thuiszorgd are not reachable by phone called McDonald's. Cannot deliver again €39-(3 persons) paid bad service now everything is cold. Someone else has received our order enjoy it

The drive thru was not great. My Dutch is not great, and the operator's English not great. Their menu also does not have all the options, and you pay for ketchup.

1 of the worst McDonalds I've ever been to.

Usually slow to deliver orders. Hamburgers were way too salty and the Big Mac sauce was out of date because it tasted nasty.

It's open till 4am. You would never sleep hungry

They take too long to prepare the food and they put flies in your drinks and they are rude

Usually everything is cold.. they had some kind of malfunction.. it wasn't really reported until I asked and coupons couldn't be redeemed.. no effort was made to adjust anything. well then no mac.. because the normal prices aren't worth it.. now got a delicious different burger from the competitor..

Really terrible, our own staff comes from the toilet without washing their hands.

Beautiful McDonald's with friendly staff which makes the experience a lot better. I will definitely come back here again.

McDrive is super fast and the food is hot. I didn't like the atmosphere inside, the restaurant was laid out in such a way that everyone could easily see each other eating, but unfortunately there was little privacy.

Toko to cry. As customers, we are forced to ask the employee whether we can add sauce to the macflurry or nuggets. When we ask whether the bicycle lamp that you receive with the nuggets is still available in connection with the promotion, the employee says and I quote: "Then I'll have to go and have a look." Disgusting service!!! Edit: I have now looked in the bag and eaten, but what a dry condition!!! The mozzerella sticks were not creamy and I didn't get any sauce! I'll never come back here again

You pay the top price here for extremely disgusting food, the price/quality ratio is terribly poor, the staff is super unfriendly and everything on the menu is certainly not worth your money. If I could make a recommendation, I would go to Burger King, where you can get a more than decent meal for 10 euros (especially with the coupons via the app), while at the Mac you can still walk out hungry for 40 euros, this applies to all McDonald's restaurants.

Been through the drive for the umpteenth time incomplete order! The manager contacted by telephone said you can come and get him. So I have to waste my gas that was to accommodate them. Was able to get the burger I paid for. This man is ridiculous, they should be fired immediately

I went through the Drive-in for the first time in my life. I think this branch is the nicest and fastest in the region. It's a bit of a downer that the smoothies and the chocolate milkshake have been removed from the range. 😞

I got hot here for the first time ever!! snacks eaten! It was a bit of a wait at the MC Drive, but.....hot snacks and warm fries.....delicious!

New Year's Eve which should be fun. Ends up with our daughter sick in her bed. After she received a gluten-free hamburger at McDonald's Vlaardingen instead of the requested gluten-free sandwich. It's a shame that they handle this sloppily. Because celiac disease means that you cannot tolerate a crumb of gluten and certainly not a whole sandwich. I am writing this review mainly so that there is more understanding for celiac patients and people start taking the gluten-free diet seriously. Celiac disease patients are people who do not eat gluten-free for fun. But because their intestines get sick from gluten. I hope that you (McDonalds Vlaardingen) can learn something from this and pay more attention and take food allergies, etc. more seriously.
