They give them stale bread rolls. Everything thrown away along the way.

The food is often good, and the service is generally quite neat. Occasionally, there are one or two ladies at the drive-thru who need to be reset to factory settings (they are usually at the second window or come to your car to bring food if you need to park for a moment). Sometimes it just seems like they want to throw your order through your window and they talk like they're talking to a dog or something.

Terrible! I came specifically for my favorite Frozen Choco at 1:30 AM, but the cup was almost entirely filled with ice. It was empty after just one drink. Absolutely ridiculous and feels like theft. I will never come here again and will share this with my friends and on social media.

Unhygienic restaurant, broken (especially sharp) trays, dirty tables and greasy chairs, a constant breeze that makes your food cold quickly—in short, almost everything is filthy, and upon entering the restroom, to my surprise, there was even a pair of discarded underwear lying there with quite a few things left inside as well.

Unfortunately, the management at McDonald's has been asleep at the wheel for years, and there are never any fun promotions or specials on the December calendar, unlike in every other country.

TIP: Never eat inside McDonald's; only get takeout or use the drive-through. The tables are covered in filth (fries, sticky residue, etc.). The only good thing about this Mac is eating in the free restrooms (although they aren't always the cleanest).

A month ago, I made a reservation for my son's birthday party; that wasn't a problem—phone numbers, time, date, number of children, etc... They even pointed out the children's corner that could be closed off, noted everything in a book or diary, arrived at the agreed time (between 17:30 and 18:00 on July 15, 2026). And they knew nothing about it; they didn't know they had a calendar and kept insisting that they don't take reservations. Be warned: do not make appointments with staff or management at this location!

Also, 2 Quarter Pounders that had a very strange taste (which has happened frequently at this location). I recommend driving on to Maasdijk, where they can guarantee the quality!

My order number was called for two McFlurries, but at the counter I was told that this was a mistake and I had to wait. You order the FIFA World Cup Meal Big Mac + McFlurry Spicy Orange Value Meal 2x online and pay the full price. (no World Cup cups and no drinks) And only half is delivered. This is already the second time this promotion has happened, and then they just blithely say it's sold out, yeah right, and later you have to drive by to pick it up yourself.

Busy restaurant, was hit in the parking lot by someone in a hurry at the takeaway counter outside, very dangerous crossing. Unpleasantly crowded inside. Coffee was good though, staff friendly. Parking is a nightmare. Not worth a repeat visit.

One of the worst locations I've been to... I've been there 3 times. But the taste and quality are better at Spijkenisse and Hoogvliet. Trash can checks every 2 minutes; the trash cans are being stuffed with trays.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it. I bought a bacon and egg sandwich today. The bacon was old and smelled like cold cuts that had been sitting around for a long time. I threw the bun away. Be careful with your breakfast orders (egg and bacon). This was my last visit to this McDonald's.

Last night around 9:00 PM, I ordered and ate a McChicken menu. Later, I saw that a McChicken menu is supposed to include something from the Friends offer. So, I drove back, ordered another cappuccino, and politely asked if I could still get that Friends offer. To my surprise, I was told that this is only offered with a "Friends McChicken menu," even though the menu is exactly the same. The employee was completely unhelpful and clearly didn't consider the customer. This feels like deception and poor service. The attitude was unfriendly, and customer focus was completely absent. I advise people against coming here. McDonald's should listen to their customers better and be more consistent with their promotions.

This McDonald's is open late, and orders were taken quickly and courteously. The order was ready quickly, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. This is a prime example of McDonald's. I'd happily return.

We (2 adults and 3 kids) went there for dinner after an event in Schiedam, and the service was great! 🤗 The only difference was that the fries were a bit soft. We love crispy fries, so this was a bit disappointing. Everything else went smoothly.

All staff members are very friendly and go out of their way to make a visit to McDonald's a fun experience for young and old.

Cold fries, dirty tables, a mess.

How can you manage to get an incomplete order three times in a row? Forgetting to pack fries with your menu orders, missing sauces you paid for. Veggie instead of not veggie. Apparently, you're supposed to open and check your order before you go home. And when you confront the "manager" about it because you have to come back to pick up the missing item, there's no excuse.

If anything is wrong with your order as long you have proof and the receipt they got you covered, staff is nice and friendly and even complimented my shirt once only improvement is to better announce closure. Keep up the great work 👍

The service and professionalism of the restaurant manager that day was not the best. It started with the machine that had no paper; I went to order the rump steak and they just gave me the number and left, they didn't even bother to put a new roll in the machines. Then my order appeared to be ready for pickup but it wasn't ready and the number disappeared from the screen! I asked why they removed it, I didn't get an answer, and more than 45 minutes later the lunch arrived.

Prices are rising and the burgers are getting smaller. I ordered the Quarter Pounder and was surprised at how small it was. The meat patties are bigger than the small bun. The Royal TS used to be my first choice. I expected at least the same size here and was disappointed. Next time, I'll order the TS again, hoping it's still as big as it used to be. At these prices, McDonald's is no longer worth it!

According to the sign on the door, the restaurant is open until 00:00 and the McDrive until 2:00. But if you want to get something at 23:30, you will find a closed door and a closed McDrive. So the McDrive closed 2.5 hours before the planned closing time! Employee only gestured that they were closed because they still had to clean... I would remove the sign with the opening hours in front of the door and place the actual opening hours on the site/Google maps.
