The drive-thru was way too small. Great service. Special order was ready quickly.

For the umpteenth time, more than half of my order hasn't been delivered. The food we did receive was cold. They are unreachable by phone.

Just a regular Burger King. Service was fast but nothing special. The chicken burger could have used an extra piece of chicken. The burger bun was twice as big.

Pretty decent for a Belgian Championship. But rather bleak inside.

The payment counter was completely wrong. High curb and three times. And it's NOT the inexperienced driver's fault!?! The counter should have been 4 meters further away or the curve should have been wider.

Worthless cold food and no lettuce on the burger, worthless for quite a lot of money, real rubbish to eat.

It looked like a children's playground; they were playing around under the post-mix machine, and the staff didn't say anything. Maybe it's because they were still children themselves and not very friendly. The food was mediocre.

The ice cream machine was out of order

I've been waiting an hour for my order. I called Burger King and they couldn't help me. Strange, right? This is so bad.

I just ordered two cheese chicken and bacon dishes. They were inedible, sloppy, and soggy in the bread. I saw someone through the window scratching their head over the food. It's not normal. I regret ordering them. 17 ero gone and ate away. The young man was friendly. Never again, sorry.

Brian (some manager) is unhygienic. He has eczema, scratches over his food, doesn't wash his hands, and eats in between meals. He's not polite to his colleagues, which makes the atmosphere when you come in unfriendly. The food is re-fried, making the chicken nuggets tough. Brian curses at colleagues in front of customers, and none of them wear gloves, which I find disgusting. And they don't wash their hands.

I ordered Twister fries, but they were all gone. I didn't get my €0.45 back. Very disappointing!

Wrong burger. Burger was clearly reheated as the bun was soggy and the meat was hard and tough. Fries were cold and wet. Wrong drink (I paid extra for my drink, got a cheap tiny bottle of Coca Cola instead) Called multiple times to have them fix the issue, they just dont pick up. If you call back again, they just disconnect.

I ordered two burgers and six chili cheese nuggets. One burger had the wrong ingredients, one burger had the cheese on the side, and I received four chicken nuggets. I waited 45 minutes for these.

No soft drinks available, cold burgers, grumpy staff, but the fries were good!

The food was awful, the cheese and bacon fries, which are the only plus point of Burger King (because the burgers are awful in most locations anyway), were also one level below the bottom, both vending machines wanted to fly off into space while pouring the cola (I'm emphasizing both, and it's impossible for them to break down at the same time, so apparently no one cares about these locations), the nuggets had the texture of paper and had absolutely no taste, Burger King, as usual, reminds us that there's one level later microwaveable food from Albert Heijn

Drivethrough is terribly designed

Ordering at the ordering terminal works fine and the waiting time is fine.

Inexperienced staff, order taken incorrectly, and cold/tough food for pickup. (And the drive-through is terrible!)

It takes an hour for ice cream, they are super slow!!!

Only the bend in the driveway is really made so stupid 💩

The food quality is better than at McDonald's. Fast service. The atmosphere is very peaceful.

Unfortunately, special orders weren't handled well. You order without tomato, and you get a burger with tomato. The burger's sticker says "without tomato." At the counter, you have to wait a long time and are not customer-friendly, except for one woman.

Hygiene was lacking, the table was dirty, the food was cold, the wait was long even though it wasn't even busy, and the staff wasn't very friendly. You're required to use a returnable cup. However, they were empty, so we were given a paper one without any explanation. Apparently, a euro sign was scrawled on the bottom so we could get our deposit back. Also, be sure to be careful with allergies, because if you order a customized burger, it comes with everything.

Burger is as cold as my ice tea, man man man

Two hours before closing time, and the staff were already closing the doors while people were still inside. The staff was unfriendly and unclear, the worst Burger King I've ever been to.

Just as good as the Mc, a bit faster and quieter inside... it probably depends on when you visit.

The drinking device you have to get your drink from is not very hygienic and is really dirty. A cloth should be used on all tables as I don't think it is cleaned very often.

In Helmond you should always be careful with reheated food

After waiting for over an hour, I was finally informed that my order had been canceled. This is extremely disappointing and shows a lack of respect for the customer. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service at all.

Never order anything from them through Thuisbezorgd! Waited two hours and still nothing. The manager flat-out lied, saying the problem was with Thuisbezorgd. This was refuted by TB.

You walk in and it's immediately noticeable how messy it is. All the tables are dirty and sticky. The floor is filthy, and there's food and straws everywhere. The food arrived relatively quickly but tasteless. The drinks machine had been cleaned with a dirty cloth because you can still see the dried residue on it. Next to the drinks machine is a container of black water with the cloth in it. DISGUSTING. I think this is truly the dirtiest Burger King branch.

Came to this restaurant in the evening to eat before work, ordered three burgers and one fries for takeaway. There were two people in the restaurant, we ended up waiting 25-30 minutes for the order and had to cancel the order as we were already late for work and at one point three employees couldn't cope. Ended up being late for work and left hungry.

Called 10 times, nothing received, no answer, order placed exactly 1 hour ago.

I ate here with my friend. The first thing I noticed was that the floor was super dirty, with sauce and fries all over the floor in some places. The price was reasonable, and it tasted good too. But it took 15 minutes for a small order...

I came here to get a milkshake, and then had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for it to be ready. There were three other people in the restaurant with me. Then I got it HALF full! I told the employee who walked away, and their eyes rolled at me. The milkshake itself wasn't very tasty either; it was too thick and bubbly and tasted strange. The restaurant decor is nice, but it's dirty everywhere and everything is sticky. I'll never go here again.

Vaak een grote vieze puinhoop binnen. Vloer plakt en tafels zijn vies. Bij de drive worden halve bestellingen in je hand geduwd en als je even kijkt of je bestelling klopt voor je wegrijd, wordt je ook nog afgesnauwd dat je niet vlug genoeg bent. Geef je aan dat de bestelling intern niet goed is gegaan, dan is het ook meteen in de aanval ipv te kijken wat er fout is gegaan. Friet is slap en véél te véél zout erop. Beetje meer aandacht aan het eten en klantvriendelijkheid, zeker met die enorme prijzen.

The food was disappointing. The double cheeseburger was cold and the cheese hadn't melted. The same was true for the double bacon king, which also had a very strange, fake grilled flavor. The sauces I got with the nuggets tasted heavily synthetic and inedible. The nuggets and the caramel sundae were the best, but not as good as McDonald's. My youngest had to go to the bathroom almost immediately after coming home and shit all over the toilet.

The food is what you'd expect from Burger King, but the prices are really outrageous these days. I'd rather go to a real restaurant for a €20 menu. The hygiene here is absolutely terrible: a flooded toilet (without a warning on the door), crumbs on the table, a dirty floor, overflowing trash cans, and so on. Not recommended.

Anyway better than 'that other fast food chain', here the food still has taste and temperature.

I ordered 2 Big King. Both were cold, the buns seemed mega stale and hard... I will add that there was practically no sauce in both burgers. Definitely the worst fast food in the area.

Ordered three menus of which two drinks were incorrect (received Green Tea instead of Peach and Coca-Cola Zero instead of regular Coca-Cola). The King Jr. Menus had the correct drinks but the paid toys were not delivered! Then you try to call the branch no less than three times to clarify, but each time the call is rejected prematurely. Scandalous!

There used to be a nice freestyle machine here, with many drink options. Unfortunately, this has been cut. However, having to wait 12 minutes for just a drinking cup to then be allowed to fill it yourself at the current soft drink tap should not be worthy of the label "fast-food".

Not the first time there, that they forget to add the sauce. Why am I paying for it if I don't get it?

Got the wrong burger again. Happens more often. Please hire better employees! The menu has become smaller and more expensive, but the quality has not improved. Little topping on the burger, less fries. The burger looks flat and old. You don't get full from eating at Burger King.

After a few years, I tried again. 3 years ago I also got a bad review because of missing items in my order and this time again. They forgot a double whopper with cheese and the fries sauce. So nothing has changed in 3 years or we were just unlucky. Advice: check your order before you leave.

Very bad experience. Music was way too loud. The chocolate milkshake tasted like nothing, the fries were way too salty and the hamburger was inedible. The sauce was so overpowering and not tasty at all. No more burger King Helmond for me.

Really bad experience with Burger King Helmond. I placed an order via Uber Eats, but my food never arrived. When I tried to contact the restaurant, they did not answer the phone several times. No way to get clarity or help with my order. Absolutely unprofessional and no customer service at all. For me the last time I order something here.

Took a while, hamburger (bbqmaster) was lukewarm, vanilla milkshake was very tasty, the ice cream (king fusion twix) was also very tasty!! The loaded cheese and bbq fries were also undercooked... also a fork or something was missing for the loaded fries

Everything is dirty, nothing works, the staff clearly doesn't feel like it and they are all as unhygienic as can be. One was constantly scratching himself and touched everything with his hands and then touched the fries with those same bare hands. Floor tiles are broken, some liquid is on the floor and they guarded it with stripe but they would not clean it. Outdoor tables are extremely dirty.

There have been 2 large holes in the floor for several months, but in the meantime even half the floor is loose and the tiles are cracked, just a dangerous situation! Ladies toilets no toilet paper and very dirty. The soft drink machine produces almost brown-colored Sprite, the coke barely has a spark and the ice cube machine has been out of order for months. The food tastes great, but that's where my positive words quickly end. At the competitor's, people were standing outside, so I went to the BK... next time I'll stand in line there too. The staff could also benefit from a refresher and a customer-friendliness course.

Ordering at the drive-through, employee says she can't accept my coupon codes (and she was super grumpy), because she had already entered them herself, which is strange. And then didn't get a discount on it and got some wrong things.

Not normally expensive.... we were there with 3 people, no extras but 3 medium menus, 1 of which had a milkshake, 50 euros further.... I don't think that's worth the money... I also opted to go there. unfortunately not edible.

The scanning app does not work with this Burger King. When scanning, the app indicates that it has been scanned correctly, but no points are credited. I have experienced this more than 10 times now. Last Sunday no points were added again and the points can no longer be added manually using the receipt, so I threw it away. The surprises/toys from the children's menus were also completely gone!!.

The drive trough has a horrible corner right before the first window, a B segment car can’t make the corner and still reach the window. Terrible design. The rest is classic Burger King, with a lot of vegetarian options. The location itself is nice.

Food is great, but this burger king is unreliable! We recently wanted to go here in the evening around 9:00 PM, but when we arrived they were closed. The website says they are open until 11pm. Can only happen once due to staff shortages, a pity, but fine. Today we arrive here at 11:30 and they are closed again. The website says they open at 10am. Very unfortunate! It's a shame to drive all the way and keep being disappointed.

Absolutely the worst fast food I've ever had. I'm easily satisfied with fast food but this was absolutely inedible. The fries were cold, the long chicken only had a few small pieces of lettuce on it, I could hold the fries in my small hand. The service was really bad. Employees were talking on their phones and didn't pay attention when someone was at the checkout window. I've heard from many people that you won't see many cars there because things aren't going well. The prices are really more expensive than McDonald's where you get hot and good food. This is the last time I ever eat at Burger King and I will never have this experience again.

Beautiful, easily accessible location on the edge of Helmond. With free parking.

Drive thru is a little bit slow but the taste of the burger itself makes up for it.

The place really need to be renovated or closed. Even floor tiles are missing!
