The woman at the drive-in did not speak Dutch; you ask for a menu, but then she doesn't ask what kind of drink you want, such as a large menu, or what kind of fries you want. She was also very hard to understand, and the order did not appear on the screen. Then you get to the counter, and she comes over with a cola. I pointed out that she hadn't asked me about the drink. To which she replied that I wanted a menu, and that includes cola. I pointed out that I could choose a different drink, which she agreed with. Subsequently, I received the correct drink. When I was finished, I looked for a napkin, but there wasn't one included. Pure amateurism.

Had to wait 25 minutes for 1 regular hamburger. A mother with her kids next to me had to wait like 20 mins for some ice cream. A few other groups of people waiting near me were also all complaining, "this is not normal". This happened at 22:00 in the evening, well passed regular dinner time. I won't be coming back here again. This wasn't the first time this happened to me here either. Sorry, I just can't wait that long for "fast food".

They can't even deliver the right products/taste from an order of 2 products! How is that even possible! If it costs more than 7 euros for a dessert, you should at least expect it to be right. I was the only one in the drive-thru! What amateurs! #&%%€@ This doesn't make me any better with my filthy, sour-puff investors!

Worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. The service was terrible, the place was extremely dirty, and overall just a really bad experience. Definitely wouldn’t come back and honestly, don’t stop here.

Not bad for a burger joint. The food was good (burgers), but the loaded bacon fries were disappointing. The BBQ loaded fries were tastier but a bit chewy. It is nice, though, that you can drink unlimited with many different flavors. An extra plus is the cutlery included with your menu.

Why is there a crazy Dutch-speaking person at the drive-thru?

I am Dutch. I was born here. I speak Dutch. Why am I being spoken to in English at this drive-thru? And why doesn't the person understand what my order is? Do I have to adapt in my own country now, or should it be the other way around? What an absolute disconnect the hospitality industry has become.

Disgusting, no words for it, sorry. Repeating your menu four times and they still get it wrong, after which you just get the wrong menu again, even though this one isn't correct. Feel terrible for the money you pay.

The Burger King Sliedrecht is easily accessible with excellent parking. The food was a bit disappointing: parts of the Whopper, such as the tomato, were still cold, the cheese hadn't melted yet, and the burger wasn't really warm. The service wasn't optimal either: the employee spoke poor Dutch and wasn't very customer-friendly.

Nothing to complain about. Sandwiches fresh, fries good, service great, clean shop and terrace. Top notch!

Very slow service and poor management. Customers shouldn’t have to wait this long for their orders. It seems the restaurant is often understaffed, and that affects the overall experience. As someone who provides hospitality staff in the Papendrecht area, I know how important proper staffing is. If you’re looking for reliable staff, feel free to contact me. HOW OFTEN CAN SOMETHING GO WRONG? The last 4 times, something went wrong every single time. People pay money for the food. That is what people work for, too.

Filthy restaurant, shoes stick to the floor, tables dirty, asked to wipe them down they brought a napkin. Trash cans overflowing. Toilets even dirtier than dirty.

This Burger King is often closed on weekdays, even though their website states that it should be open.

It's not bad, but it could be improved, for example, with air conditioning.

Slow service. And the service at the counter is terrible. The food is okay. That cup return service is worthless. The machine has never worked. It's always messing around, and then you still have to go to the counter. That system is nonsense. People don't know how the parking lot works either; they don't even look at the arrows, etc. Ordered an ice cream to go and took a 15-minute wait. A complete farce at this Burger King.

The shift leader is just sitting there with an egg in her mouth while making the sandwiches. That is not polite. There were only two people standing there and she was just standing there; that young man did it properly. That woman deserves better.

May 21, 2026, through the drive-thru. And where you are normally greeted by a bored voice full of disinterest (not at this one, by the way), tonight there was a guy who turned it into a party!!!!!! Amazing. They should make this mandatory at every drive-thru. What a nice surprise. I don't know your name, but thank you for the service!!!

Last week, we got two veggie bacon burgers from Burger King. Like many other reviews, we also had to wait well over 20 minutes. This normally takes a bit longer for a veggie burger, but there were really hardly any orders and the store was empty except for a few people. When we finally got our burgers, we also discovered that at least the bacon wasn't vegetarian! So yes, ask about this before you order or order something else...

We waited an incredibly long time for our order, even though there were really only a few people in the restaurant. On top of that, there were about five orders on the board. Additionally, we had ordered a veggie burger, but after waiting an hour, the question was whether it was actually a veggie burger. It strongly looked like regular bacon had been put on it instead of vegetarian. Don't go here if you want to grab a quick bite, because your stomach will have to rumble for an hour before you get your food.

Terrible! I’m not one for reviews, but I just had to share this. This was my second time there; the first time wasn't good either, but I gave it another chance. The buns were cold, the cheese wasn't melted. The fries were lukewarm. My husband went to a staff member and was told that they couldn't get the burgers any hotter than this. So when I went back, the response was that they should just put my buns in the microwave!?!?!!? This really took the cake. I asked for my money back and I’m never coming here again!!!

I came home sick after eating there. Today I went with my children and it was disappointing. I asked for three cups for soda and they only gave me two because the rest were dirty; the waiter searched until he found one. Then the soda machine had very few flavors and was extremely dirty. The bathroom was dirty and there was no soap. My children and I got home with stomach aches and went straight to the bathroom. I vomited five times. I would never go back there.

Barely anything comes out of the tap in the toilet. Washing hands is almost impossible. The steel is so weak that soap residue simply stays put.

Have been waiting in the drive-thru for 50 minutes already, think I'll still be here tonight too. The slowest drive-thru ever. Someone walks past the window the whole time but nobody does anything, what nonsense. Don't go here.

Food is good, but Terrible service. Second time I had to wait for over an hour, had to check when it was coming and then finding out they lost my order completely. To top it off they didn't deliver what was on the order. BK is good in general, but this one is terrible in service.

I have never experienced anything like this before. After ordering at the drive-thru, we came to a standstill right in front of the pickup window. This lasted for over half an hour before we finally went to ask what was going on. We were told there was a shortage of staff, but nothing was arranged or communicated, causing the entire drive-thru to be gridlocked for 45 minutes. In the end, we drove away without food, but we did pay. This was a truly worthless experience.

Today I stood in the drive-thru for an hour while there were only about 6 cars in front of me. When I went to check at the counters, there was simply no one there. Finally it was my turn after 45 minutes, I was told that they were very busy in the restaurant and that was why it was taking a bit longer, even though the restaurant was only half full. When I finally got to the counter after an hour, she asked what I had ordered because she couldn't remember. Finally got my order after explaining clearly what we had ordered, but they forgot the tomato on the Whopper, the cheese on the Long Chicken, and there was no sauce with it. But of course, we have to pay extra for that and stand in line for an hour. Worst Burger King I have ever been to. Never go here; the food wasn't good either.

Waiting a ridiculously long time for your order 24/3 at 21:15. Easy for the manager to look at the roster to see who was closed and call them out on it !!! After 11 months, the wait for your food is still way too long for a "fast" food restaurant. Standard wait of fifteen minutes for your food. One person is standing there preparing the orders while the rest are messing around.

Wrong delivery order, dirty, not tasty. Delivering one burger with an empty cup takes 15+ minutes. Bizarre that this chain still exists.

Prepared quickly and tasted very good

I saw some bad reviews but decided to see for myself. The place is dirty. The food tasted like it had been sitting for a while. The sauce we paid for was missing, so I went to the register and asked for the missing sauce. The lady took my receipt, said "OK," and threw it in the trash. I stood at the register for about 10 minutes waiting for the sauce, which I ultimately didn't receive. Honestly, I don't recommend it.

I waited 20 minutes for 2 burgers and fries. The staff was either disinterested or had lost track of who was ordering. The fries were better than I'm used to from Burger King; the burger wasn't very warm. The order was correct, however, with the toppings removed (without cheese), which isn't always the case at Burger King. The soda machine was almost out of every flavor, and the available flavors had no sugar or sweetener left. The deposit machine wasn't working either. There seems to be a complete lack of management at this location, both on the shop floor and among the employees, and some of the employees seem completely disinterested. The food itself was good, so I still got 2 stars for that. The interior is modern and looks good. However, the tables and floor were dirty and sticky. It's a shame that this modern-looking location is so poorly managed.

It's very messy there; the manager has no control over the staff. We were given too little and the wrong cups. You looked around and saw other people experiencing the same thing. 😞

All tables were spotlessly clean. Orders were ready within a minute, even though it was quite quiet on a Monday evening. The food was relatively good, with plenty of sauce.

Had food delivered to my home. + Delivery was very fast (within 30 minutes) + Friendly delivery person - Received old fries, which were rock hard, so I threw them away. - Burgers weren't very fresh either, and there was only a little sauce on them. I won't be ordering from here again.

Next time, I'll just get a sandwich across the street; sandwiches from the gas station are much tastier! I expected so much, but yuck! What a disappointment... Now almost 24 hours later, the stomach aches are over.... No, never, ever again for us!!! I'll drive past it quickly...

Went in here yesterday for a quick bite. Forget about that last one. Four unmotivated guys behind the counter. It took me an hour to get my order. Inside, it's a complete mess, dirty everywhere. I'll definitely drive through next time.

Friendly staff, refuses to let you buy a soft drink at the counter. They want to send you to the screens for that. I also don't understand what the "fast" in "fast food" means when you wait 20 minutes for 2 euro crackers 😂🙏 almost every time I come here.

Saturday, 7:15 PM. We waited 15 minutes, during which 5 orders were delivered. We still had 20 orders left, so the wait was still 60 minutes. We asked for a refund and drove to the restaurant with the golden arches. I don't know what was wrong, but the kitchen was very slow. Maybe because half of the staff didn't speak Dutch? If the wait time was >60 minutes, they should have stopped taking new orders.

It's complete chaos. We've been waiting for 55 minutes now, and there are six more orders ahead of us before ours is even taken. The staff completely ignores us when we complain or ask questions. No one's eating. I went to check on the kitchen, and everyone seems to be speaking a different language. What a mess! I'm simply not being spoken to. A manager was supposed to come so I could get my money back, but he never showed up, and this at eight o'clock in the evening...

Twister fries and chili cheese balls are always delicious. Just be sure to check when picking up your order that you're getting the correct one and not someone else's.

Just grabbed a quick bite. Ordering was easy, but finding a clean table wasn't easy. Nine staff members were behind the counter, and there were lots of dirty tables. About ten minutes into our visit, someone started wiping down tables. Hopefully, she changed her gloves before disappearing back behind the counter. I was struck by the staff's disinterest. Food was shoved onto the table without a "bon appétit" or a friendly look.

I've had hamburgers and chicken nuggets delivered a few times. There's a tiny drop of sauce on the hamburgers. You can barely taste it. And I don't get any dipping sauces with the chicken nuggets. Even though you're supposed to get two. Otherwise, they were hot and delicious. I hope they'll pay attention to this in the future.

Simply awful. I regularly go to Burger King, always good, but this Burger King A15 Sliedrecht NEVER AGAIN. Ordered through the drive-in, no sauces, cold fries, cold whopper that was personalized, torn bag, and everything shoved in, and then a staff member goes against the customer to prove him wrong. This is below the standard of what Burger King stands for. I advise everyone against visiting this branch.

Great burgers and snacks, but chronically understaffed, and my last two drive-through orders weren't what I ordered. This can easily be rectified, but it always takes time for both Burger King and me. The restaurant doesn't encourage people to dine in.

What a disaster. I went twice and both times it was complete chaos. The wrong order was taken, then the wrong order was delivered again after a very long wait.

An extremely disappointing experience. The order was completely wrong; the fries were as salty as butter, and my double whopper consisted of only one hamburger, all for almost ten euros! Moreover, the food was lukewarm. The burgers I ordered, with and without pickles, had been mixed up, and the long chicken I ordered had been changed to chicken nuggets, which, while listed on the receipt, were not actually ordered. All in all, a place best avoided. Even my request for a refund for the undelivered goods couldn't be processed, and I had to report to the restaurant. So, we won't be doing that. If the restaurant had been busy, it would have been fine, but there were only two people in the restaurant at the time of the order. My tip: check your receipt and the contents of your order. That will prevent disappointment. I'll definitely never go there again, and they'll just throw that money where the sun never shines.

If I could give the service 10 stars, I would. Unfortunately, my order recently went a bit wrong. I contacted them by phone (they were very easy to reach, by the way) and they arranged for me to receive a new one. Since my order was placed through Thuiszorgd, they unfortunately couldn't deliver it later, so they agreed that I could pick up a new one the next time (coincidentally, the next day). No sooner said than done. Excellent service again!!!!! Small P.S. Aside from the fact that there are a lot of annoying young people, the staff is doing their best to manage things and maintain order. Burger King has definitely been a better choice lately compared to McDonald's and KFC, and this branch confirms that. An endless drink machine with the most bizarre drinks ever? Strawberry Sprite? Never heard of it before, but it was delicious. And there are 30 other drink options. The food was also delicious. The portions are decent, and the King Fusion comes in a returnable cup, so you genuinely get double what you would get with a McFlurry. And all for the same price. The food arriving a bit late, as you read in other reviews, is somewhat true. My friend and I waited 15 minutes, but it was worth it. A great branch. Keep up the good work!

I think it was busy, but at some point you have to inform people at the door that it might take a while. The food was good, that's for sure.

They've never heard of the "fast" in fast food at this branch. At one point, the wait for food stretched to 45-60 minutes. Disgraceful. People with children were offered a free ice cream, but the rest wasn't compensated at all. Blame was mainly placed on a lack of staff and too many new staff, but a peek behind the scenes revealed it was a disorganized mess. Couldn't rate the food. After waiting for 45 minutes due to another appointment that was approaching, we finally canceled our order, requested a refund, and received it again after waiting too long.

Just ordered food at 9:00 PM. The place was completely full, the plate was overflowing with orders, but no one received anything. There were three delivery workers all waiting; one said she'd been waiting for two hours. Another woman had ordered delivery at 6:00 PM and came to pick it up herself at 9:00 PM. None of the staff knew what to do; "no one could do anything about it."

There were plenty of ads for the plant-based whopper, but it wasn't on the digital menu. The staff was reasonably friendly but didn't speak Dutch. I didn't find the veggie chicken burger with extra bacon particularly special, especially the bun. I enjoyed the bacon for a long time. The fries were better than at McDonald's, but that's quick. A bit limp and not very plentiful. We sat in the back but still felt a cold draft every now and then. The toilet was clean. The teenager was happy, the parents less so. Slightly better than McDonald's, but we still hate it.
