I've had hamburgers and chicken nuggets delivered a few times. There's a tiny drop of sauce on the hamburgers. You can barely taste it. And I don't get any dipping sauces with the chicken nuggets. Even though you're supposed to get two. Otherwise, they were hot and delicious. I hope they'll pay attention to this in the future.

They're turning people away on the spot. What an incredibly antisocial way to treat customers. They clearly can't handle the pressure. Absolutely ridiculous.

Had to wait a really long time for food, like 50 minutes. First time and never again.

We had the 23rd order that was still waiting! It's truly awful... the staff works incredibly slowly. I'll never come here again; it's absolutely ridiculous. I've never had to WAIT this long at a fast food restaurant!

The cleanest Burger King you've ever seen. Normally, I didn't prefer to eat at Burger King branches because they were dirty, but this one was really quiet, delicious, and most importantly, hygienic and clean!

Great burgers and snacks, but chronically understaffed, and my last two drive-through orders weren't what I ordered. This can easily be rectified, but it always takes time for both Burger King and me. The restaurant doesn't encourage people to dine in.

What a disaster. I went twice and both times it was complete chaos. The wrong order was taken, then the wrong order was delivered again after a very long wait.

1. The staff doesn't speak Dutch. (Scandalous). 2. Long waits. 3. The food was cold. 4. No sauce on the Woopers. 5. Poorly topped. I won't go here again. I also advise against eating here.

An extremely disappointing experience. The order was completely wrong; the fries were as salty as butter, and my double whopper consisted of only one hamburger, all for almost ten euros! Moreover, the food was lukewarm. The burgers I ordered, with and without pickles, had been mixed up, and the long chicken I ordered had been changed to chicken nuggets, which, while listed on the receipt, were not actually ordered. All in all, a place best avoided. Even my request for a refund for the undelivered goods couldn't be processed, and I had to report to the restaurant. So, we won't be doing that. If the restaurant had been busy, it would have been fine, but there were only two people in the restaurant at the time of the order. My tip: check your receipt and the contents of your order. That will prevent disappointment. I'll definitely never go there again, and they'll just throw that money where the sun never shines.

That BBQ burger is just the best.

If I could give the service 10 stars, I would. Unfortunately, my order recently went a bit wrong. I contacted them by phone (they were very easy to reach, by the way) and they arranged for me to receive a new one. Since my order was placed through Thuiszorgd, they unfortunately couldn't deliver it later, so they agreed that I could pick up a new one the next time (coincidentally, the next day). No sooner said than done. Excellent service again!!!!! Small P.S. Aside from the fact that there are a lot of annoying young people, the staff is doing their best to manage things and maintain order. Burger King has definitely been a better choice lately compared to McDonald's and KFC, and this branch confirms that. An endless drink machine with the most bizarre drinks ever? Strawberry Sprite? Never heard of it before, but it was delicious. And there are 30 other drink options. The food was also delicious. The portions are decent, and the King Fusion comes in a returnable cup, so you genuinely get double what you would get with a McFlurry. And all for the same price. The food arriving a bit late, as you read in other reviews, is somewhat true. My friend and I waited 15 minutes, but it was worth it. A great branch. Keep up the good work!

The food is certainly delicious, but it took about 15 minutes to get it. Several tables weren't very clean and were a bit sticky. Overall, an average Burger King experience.

I ordered through the drive-thru, and after ordering, I had to wait over 30 minutes!! with only two cars ahead of me. It wasn't even busy. This isn't an option for a quick bite.

Order a menu and some other items for delivery. Fries and drinks are missing. The food tastes like it's from 1926: cold, tough, and flavorless. Ugh.

It takes soooooo long to get your food. I was there on a Thursday evening around 6:15, and I had to wait 45 minutes for one hamburger.

It's the worst place I've ever seen in my life. We waited over an hour for food, and finally they said they couldn't deliver it and didn't answer why anyone was helping. The staff did nothing, just watched people and didn't serve food. It was extremely dirty and lawless. This filthy restaurant should close soon.

They've never heard of the "fast" in fast food at this branch. At one point, the wait for food stretched to 45-60 minutes. Disgraceful. After we'd been waiting for half an hour, someone (a rather rude and grumpy manager or something) made a round to explain why it was taking so long. People with children were offered a free ice cream, but the rest wasn't compensated at all. Blame was mainly placed on a lack of staff and too many new staff, but a peek behind the scenes revealed it was a disorganized mess. Couldn't rate the food. After waiting for 45 minutes due to another appointment that was approaching, we finally canceled our order, requested a refund, and received it again after waiting too long.

Last night at 7 PM I ordered fries and a burger, nothing more. Just after 8 PM, it was finally ready. It was a complete mess behind the counter; they were throwing everything away because it had gotten cold, and then the drive-thru wasn't even open. I think it was busy, but at some point you have to inform people at the door that it might take a while. The food was good, that's for sure.

Absolutely terrible!! We've been stuck in driveway for 50 minutes now and it still doesn't move. Absolutely unacceptable. If there hadn't been a high curb next to it, we would have driven away long ago. 😡😡

Just ordered food at 9:00 PM. The place was completely full, the plate was overflowing with orders, but no one received anything. There were three delivery workers all waiting; one said she'd been waiting for two hours. Another woman had ordered delivery at 6:00 PM and came to pick it up herself at 9:00 PM. None of the staff knew what to do; "no one could do anything about it."

Paid one euro too much for my drink and it took fifteen minutes for it to arrive

There were plenty of ads for the plant-based whopper, but it wasn't on the digital menu. The staff was reasonably friendly but didn't speak Dutch. I didn't find the veggie chicken burger with extra bacon particularly special, especially the bun. I enjoyed the bacon for a long time. The fries were better than at McDonald's, but that's quick. A bit limp and not very plentiful. We sat in the back but still felt a cold draft every now and then. The toilet was clean. The teenager was happy, the parents less so. Slightly better than McDonald's, but we still hate it.

Terrible place. Burgers were burnt. Floor was sticky. The vending machine was warm and out of ice. Order was wrong...

The worst whopper ever. It just wasn't good. Very expensive, and the atmosphere is absolutely awful. Everyone can see that. The staff is friendly but clearly inexperienced, unsuitable, or not properly trained.

What a terrible place. We had to wait almost 20 minutes for our food at the drive-thru, even on a weeknight. The burgers were dry. The music inside was way too loud. The staff was disinterested. The restrooms were filthy. It's a real shame because we love Burger King, but not in Sliedrecht anymore.

Service is terrible, admin was angry because I asked to exchange my coffee for a normal one, with milk. Coffee latte supposed to be much more milky than cappuccino, and your coffee latte doesn’t have milk. Coffee is completely disgusting. I also ordered large meal and medium meal and loaded fries were the same sizes. If you have time better to go to the other Burger King.

This Burger King lags far behind its competitors. The atmosphere is completely lacking, the staff isn't particularly friendly, and the food doesn't live up to BK's principles. They even manage to screw up the ice cream.

One of the workers, a woman, has a long, artificial braid that constantly hangs down and gets into the food, because her hair should be covered. It's clear the workers don't wash their hands either. Everything is very dirty, and the tables are also dirty and it’s disgusting to sit at them.

Last week, when we ate, it wasn't very busy. We ordered and then waited for our order (which took quite a while). Then, by chance, we saw it was already ready and on the counter...hello, why isn't it served neatly at the table? If you want your Long chicken burger tasting like "the fish hamburger they fried right before" this is the place!

We went here on a Saturday evening around 6 p.m. and had a meal together. A fairly new location, the interior is quite well done, but the state of everything surprised me. It's as if it was just put there but not maintained. The tables were very dirty, and in the entire time we were there, we didn't see a single employee cleaning them. We were there for quite a while, because the food took a long time to arrive. Nothing bad about the quality of the food; that's definitely worth the 3 stars, and it was fine. We were seated near the counter and saw things there that made you think, "Is this really happening?" A milkshake cup fell over the counter, and the employee simply placed a tray full of food on it, and someone else took it away a little later. Strange, isn't it, those dirty tables when you work like this? Luckily, not our food, but you'll be served your food with half of someone else's milkshake thrown in for free. Restroom: Well, judge for yourself from the photo. Not neat, the rinser is taped up, and the faucet has a very unusual spray setting, making it a watery mess. Drinks are only allowed in returnable cups. Three cups worked, but the fourth didn't, it was stuck. It was a hassle, back to the counter, back to the machine again. I hate that hassle. I'd rather pay more for disposable cups, but that option isn't available. Being able to pour your own drinks is nice! The drink selection is bizarre; I'd never heard of Fanta grape or Sprite strawberry. The "flame-grilled" smell is a bit overpowering, and it also seems fake because you can't see any actual fire cooking anywhere. Probably a marketing tactic aimed at the restaurant? That's how it comes across. Thanks to the food, the three stars. We went there to try it, and we did, but we won't be eating there again.

This place has been open for a few weeks now, so we were hoping it would be running smoothly by now. Unfortunately, nothing could be further from the truth. Almost half of the ordering kiosks were broken or closed, causing a queue around lunchtime. The screen displaying the orders was broken or off. Several items, such as chicken nuggets and strawberry milkshakes, were also unavailable. We had to wait a very long time for our order, and the staff only spoke English. The food itself was tasty, but we also had to wait a very long time for it. The drive-through was also closed, and the parking lot itself was rather unclear. Update Sept 2025: Tried again... Over 10 (!!!) euros for a sandwich with a thin piece of chicken, some cheddar, bacon, and mayo? Which was also lukewarm and soggy. The wait time around lunch on a Saturday afternoon was also too long. Unfortunately, little improvement compared to our previous experience.

Always delicious double whopper

Ordering went pretty well, but then the trouble started. A woman went completely berserk when she called out the order number. I'd ordered a whopper, thinking it was generously topped, but it wasn't. When I opened the burger, there was a head of lettuce inside. Drinking it was unbearable; it was three-quarters water and a quarter just the drink itself. While eating, we also heard the song "I Want a Chick Like Jade Anna" playing. It was nice that KingAlert was also at Burger King.

I come here regularly because there's no BK near me. Every time I go, something's wrong with my order. So, check carefully!

Normally, I'm generally quite happy with Burger King. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about this location. It's very dirty inside; there's trash everywhere. I also had to wait 15 minutes for a cheeseburger, which is already quite long, and to make matters worse, the burger was cold when it finally arrived. Very disappointing.

It's truly disgusting here; the plastic cups are simply disgusting to touch. You really don't want to drink from them. The food was lukewarm to cold. And to top it all off, everyone in our family had stomach problems that evening. Another point: if you ask a staff member something, it would be nice if you could just speak Dutch.

Typical Burger King, impersonal as always, but the food wasn't really hot, the toilet was dirty, and the faucet was broken. The deposit machine only worked halfway (I had to wait three days to get my deposit back). This Burger King was just not good.

Very mediocre, a shame because it was good to begin with. But the acoustics are simply terrible, it's very noisy, and the music is loud. It's very distracting. Furthermore, the lights are bright, and there are small flies flying around. And the staff apparently doesn't speak Dutch, and that's next to a village like Sliedrecht.

What a filthy mess it is! All the tables were dirty and hadn't been cleared, all the trash cans were overflowing, and the restrooms were so filthy it was unsafe. And you don't get your complete order, so you have to chase it up yourself. I stopped by the drive-thru the day before, and when I get home, I'm missing a burger. I won't be coming back here again.

Very bad, read the other reviews, they don't lie! We went with three people, and all three got the stomach flu. Plus, you'll find flies or insects inside. By the way, the drink machines are never cleaned; dried splatter is everywhere. Exaggerated? See for yourself and go, or better yet, don't go. My tip: close the place down!

Went there tonight for a strawberry milkshake. Paid and drove on to the last window as stated. I got the milkshake... it had no taste at all, it was simply undrinkable. I went back, because it's not the first time this has happened. The gentleman promised me that I would get a new one and I had to drive on, because otherwise I wouldn't be able to let the other cars pass. No problem! I just waited and waited and FINALLY someone came after 20 minutes to tell me that the syrup was gone and if I wanted a different flavor. I said no, because I didn't want that. He then said then I'll see what I can do for you. I said that's fine. And I just waited, waited and waited some more and watched cars drive through the drive and people come in. After 30 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I drove to the back, because I was completely fed up!!!!!! I got a big mouth that I really wanted the strawberry flavor and they said it didn't work. So this was a lie, because it was gone!!!!! Horrible. I got really angry and said that I thought it was ridiculous and that they had to come up with a solution. They closed the window and started laughing and acting stupid while these pancakes themselves don't know what a bit of respect and customer service is. I know the manager and I'm not going to mention any names, but you really can't do this!!!!!!!! After waiting a long time, they opened the window and he asked if I wanted my money back. I said yes and when I finally got my money back, he wished me a nice day... He didn't even apologize or anything. I didn't say anything back and drove away angrily... I always came here to bring my money and still often, but now you will never see me again. What an arrogant company. Very welcoming staff. I'm French, and it was quite difficult to understand what was written on the terminals. I used Google Lens to translate, and then I had help from the staff with the cup because here, they operate a deposit system. You pay €1 for the cup, which you then get reimbursed at reception. Not reachable by phone. Really annoying

In the past ordered double whopper, I got a single. First time burger king location Sliedrecht. Now for the second time and exactly the same. I paid for double but get a single. Last time I go there, a lot of money for nothing in the end.

Perhaps the best BK in the Netherlands. Everything works. Burger (Double Bacon XL) good and fresh. Modern, nice setting, nice staff.

We drove there especially at the request of my grandson. Open at 11:00 is stated on the site. But unfortunately at 11:30 it was not open yet. When people felt at the door they suddenly opened. For us a big mistake, we didn't feel like it anymore. We just drove to the Mac there you can never go wrong.

Food cold, order incomplete, restaurant itself is a dirty, greasy mess. You can be happy if you leave with your shoes on and they haven't been lost somewhere because they're stuck to the floor.

Really super expensive, long wait and difficult to reach

Following my first review, it's time to adjust. A year ago there was drama twice. Orders were not going well, queues were long, food was cold and staff was not looking forward to it. Last Saturday, May 3, after a year, let's try again. We were quickly helped at the drive, and the woman in question also kept asking what we wanted with our order in terms of sauces and drinks, no or cheese and bacon, just as it should be. Also very polite and friendly help at the checkout window, my compliments to this woman (Somali) great, so they can seat several people. Last time there was drama, there was no hello, no questions were answered, enjoy your meal and goodbye, I had not heard from this Dutch woman a year ago. So my compliments on how we were helped by this (Somali) woman last Saturday. If it stays this way, you will certainly see us more often, and it should be said that the positive side is not just the negative 😉

While we were there, trash cans were being emptied and metal was clattering very loudly. In addition, 1 drinking machine was not working properly.

To start with the food was quite fine, just hot and made as ordered. Didn't take very long either, don't expect it around 9:00 PM. It takes a very long time before you are helped in the Drive, then you see staff leisurely taking a smoke break while a restaurant is full, people are waiting in the Drive. Ridiculously long wait for your order 24/3 at 21:15. Easy for the manager to look at the schedule to see who was closing and to speak to that person!!!
