Unbelievable experience. A delivery driver felt the need to insult me ​​and my daughter for all sorts of things. And made serious threats. And all because the guy had to brake for a second as I was about to park. 16 years old and such a mouth. Simply bizarre. I will never order from here again.

Bad business! You order a pizza with extra meat for €32.00, so you've really paid for all the extras and toppings, but my pizza was practically empty, and some things were even forgotten! So I called to say something wasn't right. The owner and his wife said it was supposed to be included, but it wasn't! They immediately hung up the phone. So I called again. The owner and his wife were very aggressive and spoke out loud. I would never go there. These two are rough and don't hesitate to abuse you, as the newspapers say, but to be treated so rudely is unacceptable.

Worst pizza ever. What you order and what you get are not the same. I ordered three thick crusts, but I just got a thin crust, dry, and burnt pizza. And when I called the Sliedrecht branch to explain, they hung up on me twice, saying, "We're on rush hour and can't help you." We often eat at New York, and this was the first time we experienced this. This was the last time we'd choose New York Pizza.

It's okay to forget something. It happens. But then you have to wait an hour for it. And then you call politely. And you're treated very rudely. So, no more pizza here for me. There are plenty of other options in Sliedrecht.

We ordered Caprese pizza. It has been always very good, with pesto as well. Now it came without pesto (which is listed in the description on the website, so basically the product doesn't match the order...) and much less tasty than normally. We don't know what changed, but change it back.

I want to order at 10pm while they close at 10.30pm, it says on maps. I call them, they answer and tell me they are already closed. Very strange if you ask me, and certainly very unprofessional.

Been a customer at N.Y.P for quite a long time. but because the weekly emails with offers suddenly stopped coming, it just stopped... communication with the branch to explain why we suddenly no longer received emails from them yielded nothing... an email to the head office of this franchise chain was never answered ....that's a shame because the food was good and our method of looking forward to pizza was simply dependent on emails and no emails are something we don't think about, so that's the end of it....the staff was very bad young but generally good enough....location is fine but I think the vast majority are ordered....wondering if we will ever receive an email again....

Had ordered food unfortunately forgot to put in the comments that if possible we would be contacted by telephone regarding... a sleeping baby. That's why I called back straight away, a very unfriendly man on the phone who said it was fine without telling us which address and hung up. Pizzas arrived after more than an hour and were cold, the delivery person had already noticed this. Ordered and paid for a cookie but it was missing upon delivery. By telephone, the Manager indicated that he wanted to send a new pizza at that time, but that did not work out with our plans for the evening. We would be called back the next day, he wanted to arrange something for us. Now 3 weeks later, still haven't heard anything. From now on we will call Domino's, completely comparable product and better service.

Fijne tent, vind hem zo veel beter dan de Dominos. Kwa reviews vind ik het tegen vallen dat hij maar 3 sterren krijgt. Ik heb nog nooit slechte ervaring gehad met New york pizza. Ik bestel hier wekelijks.

Bestel al jaren pizza hier. De pizza hot & spicy en pizza tonijn zijn heel erg goed. Nog nooit problemen gehad!

Hmm valt weer tegen, het is dat ik trek had in pizza en het maar weer de kans gaf. Maar helaas, geen verbetering… vertrouw die pizza’s niet meer.

Ik bestel hier graag omdat de vegan pizza's zo lekker zijn, maar de ingrediënten zoals ik ze bestel kloppen helaas echt nóóit! Diegene die verantwoordelijk is voor de toppings en de nacontrole of het wel klopt moeten echt beter hun best doen.

Heerlijk gegeten, zeker aan te raden! Snelle bezorging en lief en beleefd personeel!

Top service. Door omstandigheden ruim te laat mijn pizza op moeten halen. Werd gewoon een verse voor me gemaakt. Dat is nog eens service.

Lekkere pizza, beter dan Domino's

Vanuit Rotterdam kom ik hier mijn pizza’s halen! Hier vind je echt de lekkerste pizza’s. Super schone zaak en vriendelijk personeel. Dat is een belangrijk onderdeel als je lekker een pizza besteld. Aanrader dus!

Pizzas online via de site besteld en afgehaald. Pizzas waren klaar op het aangegeven tijdstip. Personeel erg vriendelijk en pizzas rijkelijk belegd. Helemaal top dus

Op zich is de smaak best oké! Levering ook prima. Maar waarom is het nou altijd zo moeilijk om gewoon een bestelling rustig te lezen?! En als iemand vraagt om wat weg te laten op een pizza, dit dan ook daadwerkelijk weg te laten!?

Wat een prachtige winkel, het personeel en de eigenaar waren super aardig! De pizza en het desert was ook heerlijk, de dunne bodem is zeker aan te raden!

Pizza redelijk maar bezorgtijd langer dan 2 uur. Knoflooksaus ontbrak maar wel extra betaald.

Eerder deze week had ik besteld en toen was het erg druk. Ik had gebeld en ze hebben vriendelijk aangeven dat het wat langer zou gaan duren. Deze keer was het eten er eerder dan verwacht. Beide keren was het eten gewoon goed en warm. Goede service en vriendelijke bezorgers.

Tja, 2 bakken ijs besteld, want was zelf te lui om naar de winkel te lopen, plus: HIER hadden ze wel chocolate brownie B&J. Worden we gebeld: Cookie dough is op, onze excuses. Prima, dan maar de strawberry cheesecake. Wordt de ijs bezorgd, hebben ze ook geen chocolate brownie en moet ik maar, terwijl de bezorger aan de deur staat, een andere smaak kiezen. Dus: je besteld een bak chocolate brownie en een bak cookie dough en eindigt met 2 bakken strawberry cheesecake. 😂👍

Na wat miscommunicatie zeer goed opgelost. Perfecte service, goed geregeld en hele lekkere pizza's

1 (vd 4) pizza klopte niet tov internetbestelling. Bezorging duurde lang (circa 45min later dan planning via site). Aangegeven te pinnen maar bleek aan de deur niet mogelijk. Geen wisselgeld bij zich, waardoor hij een fooi afdwong. Maar de pizzas waren wel warm en lekker, daarom toch 3 sterren.

Aardige mensen en ook nog prima pizza

Garlic bread is echt een aanrader om een keer te proberen. De pizzas zijn standaart wat aan de kleine kant. Dit was voor mij een beetje een verrassing.
