We got our food quickly and everything was nice and hot. The service was excellent. We received an incorrect order and were able to keep it. This makes all the difference.

Good food, but it takes the longest to get served. It was very quiet, but the staff seemed more interested in each other.

Just quickly grabbed something to satisfy my evening hunger. Normally, I don't really care about the service in a fast-food restaurant, but I was just helped by a (I'm guessing) young Syrian man, and if I owned a restaurant, I would have wanted people with his energy. Excellent and fast service, 5 stars, bro! :)

The drive-thru takes too long. With a 30-minute wait, I could have driven home, done my grocery shopping, and then cooked dinner myself.

A very bland burger. The meat was cold and the toppings were tasteless. The fries were also somewhat tasteless. The price, as you can see in the attached photo, wasn't very attractive.

My daughter gave her presentation about Burger King, and when she simply asked at the counter if she could get some supplies for her presentation, she got an answer she never expected. She was allowed to come along and received literally everything in a bag with the BK logo on it. She also got a tour and was allowed to create her own burger. An experience she'll never forget!!! Thank you, and she got a 9 for her presentation.

The wait was very long, and the portions were smaller than in other Burger King locations in Germany. I have no idea if that was because it was a branch in the Netherlands.

Order column incomplete, no savings blue on it even though it's available. Service is terrible in English. We're in the Netherlands. If you want to work there as a waiter, you have to speak Dutch.

The first time I went here they gave me 2 nuggets less. The second time today at 8:55 PM. Already closed….

Worst Burger King experience ever. Literally had to wait 20 minutes for my order, which, of course, was cold. Unfriendly staff.

It's a lot of things, but not fast food. Gosh, this is taking forever! I've been waiting for at least 19 minutes, and only 3 orders have gone out and 15 have arrived...

Well. A ton of orders waiting, a work pace of trala la la. But the best part! The brown pearl behind the counter had a burning question... "Are you going to eat all that yourself..." We're talking about a menu and an ice cream, not exactly food for an orphanage. Too bad, otherwise it's a nice place, but the staff are useless.

We went to KFC once. We had fries with cheese sauce and bacon. The cheese sauce had flown over them, the fries were cold, and the bacon was still frozen. Complaining at the counter doesn't get us anywhere. They say, "Well, you get what you get." And that's what you have to accept. I don't complain easily, but this really takes the cake.

NOT ENOUGH SPACE IN THE PARKING LOT FOR LKWs, especially in the evening.

The food and atmosphere are no different than usual, but the order preparation time and time again is incredibly slow. I had to wait 23 minutes for a single cheeseburger, and I've never seen the drive-thru open.

We had to wait a bit longer for our food (because everything is freshly made), but we didn't complain. After about 15-20 minutes, I picked up my food and was told by a young man named Hidde that we could get a free ice cream from him after our meal for the wait. He was so incredibly sweet, and you can tell he cares about the customers. He's definitely the reason I keep coming back. I HIGHLY recommend this Burger King! (The manager and the store manager are also great!)

De wachttijd was 3 kwartier. En er waren twee medewerkers bezig maar het leek wel alsof ze op vakantie waren, zo rustig en langzaam gingen werken. Ik zou nooit meer willen stoppen.

2 man personeel op een drukke zaterdag 40 minuten moeten wachten op 2 hamburger menu's Koude friet die al 20 min in een warmhoudbak ligt. niet heen gaan

Even wat halen in de drive. We hadden een coupon voor 1 van de artikelen en die presenteerde we bij het afrekenen. Kregen een heel verhaal dat we dit bij bestellen moeten doen en dat het order nu moet worden aangepast en dat dit extra werk is. Hang dan gewoon even een briefje bij de telecom waar je dit aangeeft. Staat helemaal nergens aangegeven. We reden weg met eten en toen bleken ze de kipnuggetes van 2 menus vergeten. Wij weer terug, vreten kregen we maar geen excuses of iets. Mochten we ooit terugkomem dan checken we eerst al het vreten voor we wegrijden.

Het is lang geleden dat ik zo vriendelijk te woord ben gestaan. Reedt door de drive je word al vrolijk van zijn stem. En het eten was niks op aan te merken👌

Ugh ice cold bacon on my burger, then my whole meal was cold of course and the fries were not cooked properly, that's outrageous for 20 euros

Delicious burgers. Big king with jalapeños and it could even be done on the cheeseburger. Super nice lady who helped me.

5 stars for the good service. My son received a girl toy with his menu and asked if he could exchange it. Then an employee said that the boys' toys were gone but that he could come and make ice cream in the kitchen. Then my daughter, nephew and niece were also invited. Four very happy children, so a big compliment for the service!

Worst BK. There are several employees standing around and still waiting forever for their fast food (with 5 guests in the whole store) The food was completely cold. Quite expensive for that. It wasn't worth it! Toilets cost extra.

In reality, the burgers don't look like they do in the photo: withered things that are supposed to represent a burger, hardly any vegetables and really bone-dry buns that you have to wait 20 minutes for. What a grave atmosphere there. Never again.

Great service! We wanted to claim our veggie whopper and the manager thought this was nice instead of annoying (we had this at another Burger King). Because they still had to figure it out, we were also rewarded.

We were "greeted" by a very very poor English speaking person. Who was offended when we said we couldn't understand her. She babbled something unintelligible and then we left. And then we had a delicious dinner at La Place opposite. No more Burger King for me!! (Unfortunately I now have to give 1 star, otherwise I can't continue. But this wasn't even worth half a star!)

Burger King Gilze. Drinking cups were so greasy that the grease floated on the drink, I ordered ice tea but got something else. Staff had plenty of time with the orders while it was quiet. 1st time but also the last time.

Wait, wait and wait again. This is unheard of here, waiting 15 minutes to order and then waiting 40 minutes for the food. Is this FAST food? It's warm, but it's absurdly warm inside. Where is the air conditioning, you can't do this to your customers and staff. Due to the extreme crowds, it is almost closing time and the cups for the drinks can no longer be returned. This is simply below the acceptable level at most.

A drama to get the order correct... then the contents of the bag were incorrect... a small bag of fries that represented a large one... Chili balls were like chewing gum... and cold... just like the fries and the burger.... Brrrr...never going back again..!

Very bad burger King. Have you stand in line at the drive for half an hour with several cars only to be told that the drive is closed. Never experienced anything like this before!

You shouldn't be here for FASTfood. We waited for over an hour for our order (with only 15 orders in front of us). After all this time I also received cold fries. There were only 4 staff, even though it was a busy Saturday (Black Saturday), incomprehensible. The staff was also unfriendly.

Classic burger king... 1 hour wait for 4 sandwiches.

Very unfriendly manager. 0 respect. Were the only customers and preparing an order for 1 customer was already too much and especially when I asked for my drinking cup, she first rolled her eyes in front of the customer before complaining to a student worker that I asked for my cup. Then she comes outside to smoke and almost knocks you over because she feels too good for this world. If they treat you like that you won't feel like eating anymore.

Slow. Order a burger and an ice cream. Let them make the ice cream, but the burger will have to wait a little longer. My ice cream cup sits on the counter for 7 minutes before my order is ready. So a cup of gunk instead of ice. The ice cream included a cup with a euro deposit. And then the thing is still delivered in a disposable paper container 😕 1 burger and an ice cream took all together 10 minutes with 1 person waiting in front of me

Atmosphere was the highlight of this restaurant. More than enough seating, so we hardly had to worry about having nowhere to sit. It's true that they forgot to put my bacon (worth 1 euro) on my hamburger! For the rest, just a great Burger King, but I expected much worse.

Like any Burger King. The quality and service are the same everywhere. But a tasty bite.

It is unfortunate for the staff that there is a serious shortage of staff. Then it's time for Burger King management to consider that they have to pay more so that people actually want to work. Great chaos due to crowds. So far the food has always been good, but the wait times are extreme. I especially blame the higher authorities, staff are working to death, which will probably result in staff leaving soon.

Definitely don't go here if you are in a hurry. Waiting for fast food for more than 35 minutes and the fries are not yet completely warm. Other customers become grumpy because of the long wait, which really doesn't improve the atmosphere Not recommended if you are in a hurry or if you want to have a relaxing bite to eat. In a restaurant I wouldn't even pay this amount for this service. The so-called Fuze Tea is carbonated, tastes like cola and therefore should not have the brand name Fuzetea. Furthermore, you are forced to take the reusable cup for +1€ on site. Allergies are not taken into account as you cannot cancel any ingredients from the burgers. This is also an indictment of the freshness of the burgers. The toilets, which cost 80ct, have a turnstile where you have to pay twice to go through.

Went for dinner with the kids today, I think the employees are really nice. The way they work gives me a good feeling that I will definitely come back more often, but only after this branch. You don't see these employees everywhere, this is how it should be, friendly and customer-oriented! the food was also tasty, fries were exactly as they should be, new and reheated, which other things do.

Waited 40 minutes for the food, the kitchen was far too small for such a busy location. Never again!

Wasn't busy when we arrived. It took quite a while before we got the food and what we got was incomplete. Doesn't deserve a prize for beauty for a fast food restaurant. Food was tasty.

I cannot express enough how bad the food was. The bread of the burgers was hard and dry, the burgers were cold and hard, tasted and looked like they had been there for some time. It also had a strong chemical taste which didn't make it any better. The chicken nuggets looked like the sole of a shoe and the taste was again very disappointing. The staff, on the other hand, was very friendly, made a new fresh burger without making a fuss about it, but from the structure you could already tell that the previous burgers had been there for some time. I now know for sure that this will be Burger King's last time for me.

Reasonably large, fairly quiet. Quality varies greatly.

The food was good for a quick snack. The Kids menu was without any toys (sold out). Staff was all standing behind the counter, while all trashcans were full and some even overflowing. Same for the tables, trashy and very sticky.
