It says it will open at 10, but sorry, it's still closed at 10:20.

Exactly what you can expect from a fast food chain: tasty burgers and made quickly. I did arrive at a quiet time. The restaurant could have been decorated a bit more atmospherically, but otherwise met my expectations perfectly. I did miss the free Wi-Fi that was advertised on the wall, though.

They serve better and tastier burgers here than the Yellow Arch firm. I enjoy going there.

An order for us. Had to wait 26 minutes because they were all standing around chatting in the kitchen. Burgers are placed on the tray and then the fries still have to be fried. Burgers cold by then. Bacon for the loaded fries was out of stock. They only found out while making them. A real disgrace for Burger King

Fine Burger King, not an abundance of staff so it can sometimes take a while before you get something to eat. But the people do their best and that makes it more than sufficient.

Unfortunately, our visit was disappointing. We had to wait a long time for our order, and one employee preferred to make phone calls instead of taking orders. Better service and more attention to waiting customers would be appreciated. Hopefully, this will be improved in the future.

We had to wait for 2 burgers from 13:44 to 15:22.

After waiting for 30minutes i decided to cancel my order. The only guy who was preparing the orders went home and nobody came in his place. Understaffed probably but would not recommend this place.

Extremely long waits, cold burgers, wrong orders (almost every time I come). I think it is one of the absolute worst Burger King branches in the Netherlands.

Was there around 8:00 PM and they were cleaning up; a door was already being locked. It was very quiet, few people. Strange, considering it's located by the highway. The fries were soggy and not cooked through.

The staff is lazy, they don't want to work. With a minimum number of customers, we waited 20 minutes for our order. The guys at the counter have time for everything except their work. The manager calmly watches over all this

The absolute worst place. On June 21st at 2 PM, we wanted to eat there. So we ordered at the self-service kiosk: one small cheeseburger meal. That was a mistake. We got order number 821. Then we went to the counter. They were just putting out order number 807. We waited 10 minutes – and then the slow guy who was putting orders together by himself had finally gotten to number 809. There were loads of people waiting. He didn't care at all. A snail was fast by comparison. This isn't a fast-food restaurant, it's an outrage. You can read about it in the other reviews, too. So we just drove on to the McDonald's nearby: ordered at the kiosk and got everything within 3 minutes.

We had to wait half an hour for fries, it was unbelievable.

After 30 minutes, you are still standing still at the drive-thru, with one car in front of you, but don't worry, you can enjoy all the staff gossip via the intercom.

Only a few customers in the place and complete chaos in the kitchen. Staff are joking around and hanging out. Had to wait 30 minutes for food.

For an organization that prepares fast food, it's very slow.

Staff, 2 ladies, worked incredibly hard... but it was clearly understaffed. Nothing to complain about, as the place was clean and the food fresh/warm.

For a roadside Burger King, it was incredibly crowded 🤷, but otherwise everything was fine, although the worst part was that the bathrooms cost extra.

Personally, I always find it a bit less relaxing, but my son wanted a quick bite.

Stand in the drive-thru for half an hour only to be told that we couldn't order because it was too “busy”. The woman was very unfriendly, said she couldn't do anything about it, and slammed the window shut in the middle of the conversation!

What a dump this place is! You order 2 Big King burgers, we unpack them, and they turn out to be 2 buns cut in half. I rushed inside to complain, and they said this is supposed to be with the chicken burgers, but it's beef🫣. Later, I put it next to the real burger and look at the difference. The staff is very impersonal, acting like you don't exist. They also forgot half the order. I've walked back and forth so many times by now that I've already burned off the calories from the food😂 I won't be eating here again!

Questionable burger king. Takes a long time to cook. The food is like nothing, but I ordered a latte, but it tastes like pure coffee. Burgers ok.

The lady behind the counter is very unhygienic; she puts her hand in her nose while scooping fries. Anti-social behavior towards customers and staff. Her name is Danielle.

The food is well prepared and tastes great. No dry buns like at other fast food chains. It is usually busy because it is located next to the highway. Definitely worth the wait. The children can play in the play area, and there is plenty of seating inside and outside. With a nice terrace. The only downside is the paid toilets, but on the other hand, they are clean.

Bk Gilze. Eating took forever and the food was cold. The fries were filled with 10 fries... according to the employee, due to inflation. Skip this one!

This is without a doubt the worst Burger King I have ever visited. Especially when compared to the one in Maasmechelen, where it actually is good. The hygiene is downright substandard. It is dirty and it stinks terribly. Moreover, we had to wait for more than 30 minutes while there was only one order ahead of us. That is truly unacceptable. The food was just as disappointing. The fries were not cooked properly and the burger was clearly not prepared correctly. All together, it gave a very unkempt and unprofessional impression. What made it even worse was that the staff seemed to be busy with their mobile phones rather than with the customers. In such a dirty environment, you don't gain confidence in the hygiene or food safety, and you wonder how seriously they take health. In short, this restaurant urgently needs a thorough overhaul, because in this state, it is not a pleasant experience for anyone.

I drove past the location of this Burger King. When I ordered, I had my food within 5 minutes. I got stuck while ordering, but the staff spontaneously came to help me, so despite my rush, I was able to move on quickly and received my food on time. The quality of the food was also top-notch, and that is why I give this restaurant 5 stars.

Disgusting customer service!! They put the food on a tray, said takeout, then threw it in a bag, left half on the tray, and the young man in glasses walked away! I don't recommend it!!!

What a lousy Burger King. I’ve really been standing in line for the drive-thru for over 40 minutes for an ice cream and there are only 2 cars in front of me!!!! When I get out and ask why it’s taking so long, he says it’s busy at the front too?? Well, it’s no McDonald’s..

Real staff shortage, had to wait 1.5 hours for food. The entire screen was filled with orders. The staff that was there really did their best, but it was definitely slow food rather than fast food. Also a complete mess because there were no people keeping things tidy.

We had dinner today. We had to wait a long time because it was busy. But the staff did everything they could to prepare the food as quickly as possible. We received excellent service. A big thumbs up for the hard-working staff.

We ordered our food tonight at 8:05 PM and our order was ready at 8:57 PM! Scandalous! And I can't even blame the staff. They really are doing their best. There is a severe staffing shortage. Burger King really needs to address this. This is not good publicity for Burger King. Due to the understaffing, it was also super messy in this branch. I really feel sorry for the employees. Burger King management should be deeply ashamed!

It was very busy around dinnertime and I had to wait a long time. I also ordered an ice cream with my order, but it was sold out.

The staff made a mess of things. Order for 4 people where several things were wrong. (Fries instead of Twisters, not enough sauce, one straw missing, and no napkins). It was resolved correctly, but it wasn't busy, so it was unnecessary. The food tasted good. Worthless deposit system on cups; you have to return them to get cash back. Toilets are paid only.

Slow food. There was no fast service today. Otherwise, the food was fine.

Demanded a refund after waiting 20 minutes; even a snail is faster from the Netherlands to Belgium. We definitely would have stood there for another 20 minutes if we had waited! HUGE, terrible place!

We got our food quickly and everything was nice and hot. The service was excellent. We received an incorrect order and were able to keep it. This makes all the difference.

Just quickly grabbed something to satisfy my evening hunger. Normally, I don't really care about the service in a fast-food restaurant, but I was just helped by a (I'm guessing) young Syrian man, and if I owned a restaurant, I would have wanted people with his energy. Excellent and fast service, 5 stars, bro! :)

A very bland burger. The meat was cold and the toppings were tasteless. The fries were also somewhat tasteless. The price, as you can see in the attached photo, wasn't very attractive.

The drive-thru takes too long. With a 30-minute wait, I could have driven home, done my grocery shopping, and then cooked dinner myself.

My daughter gave her presentation about Burger King, and when she simply asked at the counter if she could get some supplies for her presentation, she got an answer she never expected. She was allowed to come along and received literally everything in a bag with the BK logo on it. She also got a tour and was allowed to create her own burger. An experience she'll never forget!!! Thank you, and she got a 9 for her presentation.

The wait was very long, and the portions were smaller than in other Burger King locations in Germany. I have no idea if that was because it was a branch in the Netherlands.

Order column incomplete, no savings blue on it even though it's available. Service is terrible in English. We're in the Netherlands. If you want to work there as a waiter, you have to speak Dutch.

The first time I went here they gave me 2 nuggets less. The second time today at 8:55 PM. Already closed….

It's a lot of things, but not fast food. Gosh, this is taking forever! I've been waiting for at least 19 minutes, and only 3 orders have gone out and 15 have arrived...

Well. A ton of orders waiting, a work pace of trala la la. But the best part! The brown pearl behind the counter had a burning question... "Are you going to eat all that yourself..." We're talking about a menu and an ice cream, not exactly food for an orphanage. Too bad, otherwise it's a nice place, but the staff are useless.

We went to KFC once. We had fries with cheese sauce and bacon. The cheese sauce had flown over them, the fries were cold, and the bacon was still frozen. Complaining at the counter doesn't get us anywhere. They say, "Well, you get what you get." And that's what you have to accept. I don't complain easily, but this really takes the cake.

The food and atmosphere are no different than usual, but the order preparation time and time again is incredibly slow. I had to wait 23 minutes for a single cheeseburger, and I've never seen the drive-thru open.

We had to wait a bit longer for our food (because everything is freshly made), but we didn't complain. After about 15-20 minutes, I picked up my food and was told by a young man named Hidde that we could get a free ice cream from him after our meal for the wait. He was so incredibly sweet, and you can tell he cares about the customers. He's definitely the reason I keep coming back. I HIGHLY recommend this Burger King! (The manager and the store manager are also great!)

De wachttijd was 3 kwartier. En er waren twee medewerkers bezig maar het leek wel alsof ze op vakantie waren, zo rustig en langzaam gingen werken. Ik zou nooit meer willen stoppen.

2 man personeel op een drukke zaterdag 40 minuten moeten wachten op 2 hamburger menu's Koude friet die al 20 min in een warmhoudbak ligt. niet heen gaan

Even wat halen in de drive. We hadden een coupon voor 1 van de artikelen en die presenteerde we bij het afrekenen. Kregen een heel verhaal dat we dit bij bestellen moeten doen en dat het order nu moet worden aangepast en dat dit extra werk is. Hang dan gewoon even een briefje bij de telecom waar je dit aangeeft. Staat helemaal nergens aangegeven. We reden weg met eten en toen bleken ze de kipnuggetes van 2 menus vergeten. Wij weer terug, vreten kregen we maar geen excuses of iets. Mochten we ooit terugkomem dan checken we eerst al het vreten voor we wegrijden.

Het is lang geleden dat ik zo vriendelijk te woord ben gestaan. Reedt door de drive je word al vrolijk van zijn stem. En het eten was niks op aan te merken👌

Delicious burgers. Big king with jalapeños and it could even be done on the cheeseburger. Super nice lady who helped me.

5 stars for the good service. My son received a girl toy with his menu and asked if he could exchange it. Then an employee said that the boys' toys were gone but that he could come and make ice cream in the kitchen. Then my daughter, nephew and niece were also invited. Four very happy children, so a big compliment for the service!
