1 star is actually already too much. The quality of the food was really bad. I ordered the New York Burger, which, according to the description, is supposed to come with a different sauce. Instead, there was only ketchup on it. Additionally, the burger was completely burnt. I couldn't even take a single bite myself. I gave the rest of the burger to the dog, but even he spat it out. I tried to contact you by phone, but you were no longer reachable. Unfortunately, Thuisbezorgd couldn't do anything for me either. For about €20, I ultimately received food that I couldn't eat at all. A very disappointing experience. I therefore advise others not to order from here.

Had super tasty veggie cheeseburgers with crispy fries! Better than McDonald's. And it was served nicely at the table! We will definitely be back!

Delicious burgers, my favorite place, and I've eaten a lot of burgers, especially the halal beef option. The cheeseburger with fries and garlic cream is my go-to order; sometimes on busy days delivery takes a bit longer, otherwise great.

very bad experience seriously... when i ate there the worker was smoking at the door so all the smoke came in on top of it now i order food on thuisbezorgd, i waited 1h30 and it doesnt come, when i call it says restaurant is closed.. but in google maps it says open ! and i was able to order and i know on Tuesday night they are open... very disappointed by how not serious they are !!

Food took almost 2 hours to deliver, I live 10 minutes away by car.

I had told the delivery driver to call me upon arrival. The driver supposedly called, but didn't come through. So I called the shop and said: "Hey, what's going on here?" After 45 minutes they said he had called, even though I didn't receive any notification at all, and he was supposed to arrive 15-20 minutes later to deliver the food. Eventually, he arrived half an hour later. I received the order in a bag from him and he cycled away. Two seconds later, the bag ripped open and one of the three burgers fell to the ground. The bag was completely melted and the other two burgers had fallen apart inside the bag. I had to clean up the entire floor and someone didn't get a burger. This is simply outrageous.

What a terrible company, ordered at 11pm and at 1am I received a phone call saying it could no longer be delivered.

Don't order here if you need your food at a specific time. They're completely incapable of fulfilling customer requests, and even a phone call to let them know they'll be late is completely unacceptable. For that price, it's ridiculous. I usually always order from Smokey's, highly recommended, and it's better to be early than late! 👍🏼

Really bad! Had to wait 2 hours for 2 cold burgers and the wrong cola. They haven't responded at all..

We live around the corner, and it still took an hour and a half for the lukewarm burgers to arrive. The delivery driver even admitted they're incredibly lazy there and that it's not even busy. Those burgers were probably sitting in that pannier the whole time.

I'm seeing mixed reviews. I used the buy-one-get-one deal today, and it was good. Delivery took 10 minutes longer, but the delivery driver called promptly. The restaurant was impossible to reach, which was a shame. The food was great. Tasty and juicy burgers. Exceeded expectations.

No service, no delivery, even if it was within 30 minutes as they said. They don't respond. Even when you call to ask where it is, they don't answer. This is a rude company. I definitely advise against ordering from them. I won't do it again.

A burger restaurant with multiple vegan options. We had the vegan cheese and the crunchy vegan with fries and salad (combo deal); it was all tasty and plentiful. It is a shame, though, that the vegan options are charged extra🙁 The salad was large and tasty. Two different “vegan” dressings came with it👍🏻. In short… for a quick bite, this was perfectly fine.

The food is usually fine, but they advertise a maximum delivery time of 30 minutes. I had to wait 52 minutes for 2 cold burgers. I filled out the complaint form they sent themselves and sent 4 emails, but received no response to anything. Bizarrely bad service.

It's gotten really bad! If you order around 5:00 PM during peak dinner hours, I understand it might take a little longer. But if you order at 10:30 PM and don't get your food until 12:01 AM, that's absolutely ridiculous! After waiting an hour, you call, and they tell you the delivery driver is already on his way and will be there "in five minutes"—but that turns out to be completely false.

Good place for a quick, decent burger. Not full restaurant quality but better than fast food. Tasty burgers and a very good selection of choices. Most ingredients look and taste good. The egg on the burgers needs to be improved.

The manager in enschede is despotic with his employees. A friend an I have been shocked by his behaviour, he was yelling and insulting them.

Worthless place. Sat at a table for 10 minutes, no one comes to help. Go to the counter to order, you are simply sent away because it is too busy. Certainly no customer friendliness to be found! Worthless!

Terrible experience from start to finish. First, the phone service was awful—rude and unhelpful when I called to check on my order. Then, the food took almost 2 hours to arrive, far beyond what’s reasonable. By the time it got here, it was cold, and my patience was completely gone. The slogan for this place should be: "Burgerme: Where your food comes late, and the service is worse." Save yourself the frustration and order elsewhere if you actually want your meal in a timely manner. Never ordering from here again.

Ordered from burgerme Enschede last night at 22:00 and got our food around 00:10. 2 hours later, with missing sauces. Absolute terrible service, no compensation or even an apology. Unbelievably incompetent, meat also didn’t taste fresh. Never again will order from there and would never recommend it to anyone.

Posted a bad review on Thuisbezorgd after a bad meal. Then received a sudden call from the restaurant to get a voucher for this restaurant; This was politely rejected and then he continued to urge me to accept it and then order from this place again. Yes, no thanks. Instead of that you offer your customers money for a potentially better review, you might be better off working on your current attitude in the kitchen. Everyone makes a mistake sometimes, but unfortunately money won't fix that. Good luck with your restaurant. You guys need it.

Overall a very decent burger joint! We sat outside and the seating arrangement was very pleasant, the burgers were very nice, and would recommend this place to anyone

Even though the food is good, the service provided by the employees and especially the boss is not up to standard. I even worked at this place for a little while, and was fired after only 1 day because i had to call in sick due to covid-19. I was never paid for the days that i did work. The boss also smokes inside of the restaurant, and often does weed outside together with the employees. In short, i do not recommend this place. The employees are mean and the boss is arrogant, there are better places you can go for the same price and food quality.

Het lukte mij niet om via de telefoon een account aan te maken. Dus ik belde naar Burgerme Enschede. Daar kreeg ik Stefan aan de telefoon. Wat een vriendelijke, servicegerichte maar ook geestige werknemer. Burgerme mag trots zijn op zulke werknemers!

Ordered at 5:00 PM and it was supposed to arrive at 6:30 PM. At 6:55 PM nothing had arrived so I decided to call. I was then told it would take another half hour, but I would be given priority. At 7:45 PM still no sign of life so decided to call again. The gentleman on the phone said that they were only starting to work on it at that moment and he promised me that it would be there in a maximum of 10 minutes. Fortunately, I was promised a muffin for the inconvenience. It finally arrived at 8:15 PM. I understand that an order takes longer, but I would have preferred to have been informed so that I did not have to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes for my food. The burger itself was mostly tasteless and the hot wings had broken bones. Unfortunately, the promised muffin was not put in the bag either…

Food arrived half an hour late, fries were lukewarm and tough and the burger was also lukewarm. If you give options for delivery times, stick to them...

I was impressed with the overall service, especially how neatly the food was packed. However, the food itself was completely bland. It was so tasteless that I felt like I was eating nothing. The only thing with any flavor was the sauce I ordered on the side. Both the burger and chicken wings lacked any taste at all, which was quite disappointing.

Worse than bad. Eggnogs are already drinking wine at 11 o'clock in the morning when you walk past them.

One of the worst hamburger that I've tried in Netherlands. I'm sorry to write it so baldy, but there is no other way to put it.

Ik heb dit eten laten bezorgen. Het eten was niet superwarm. We hadden 4 x combideal. De burgers waren lekker en de friet was ook goed. Ik vind de prijzen wel behoorlijk hoog. €59 in totaal voor 4 burgers en 4 friet zonder saus. Wat ik echt belachelijk vind is dat er €2,99 voor bezorging wordt gevraagd. Let wel: ik doe een bestelling van bijna €60. En daarnaast €0,05 voor elke saus vanwege de verpakking. Iets dat de overheid al lang heeft afgeschaft en dus gewoon extra winst is voor de onderneming. Daarnaast vragen ze ook nog een €0,25 voor een pin of Apple betaling. Ook weer extra winst voor het restaurant. Na dit alles vragen ze hoeveel fooi je wil geven??? Deze kosten horen bij het ondernemen van een restaurant die behoor je niet door te berekenen aan de klant. Zo krijgt je koerier nooit fooi want die steekt de restaurant eigenaar in zijn zak

A while back I had dinner with my daughter, we normally come to you once a month, but what was my surprise was the last time there was smoking in the restaurant, so I don't think I can come to you anymore, so I won't be with you anymore.

I've ordered burgers before and they were very tasty, only now instead of 45 minutes. delivery time already waiting 1.5 hours for delivery.. the phone is not answered, even have time to quietly type this review while calling..

Food ordered at 6:12 PM would be delivered at 6:48 PM. It is now 7:31 PM and still nothing. Trying to make telephone contact, 10 minutes on the line and no one picks up.

It was absolutely delicious, i haven't tasted a burger as great as this in a while! will definitely order again

Goede burgers, ze letten tegenwoordig goed op alle aanpassingen die je aan de burger doet. Ook wordt er snel bezorgd.

Grilled chicken met dubbel vlees, perfect bereid en uitstekende smaak. Onverwacht goed.

Zojuist 12 chicken burgers gehad met vrienden. Ze waren echt heerlijk. Mooi snel, en goede burgers. Voor wat het waard is, mijn complimenten.

2 portie chicken nuggets op locatie besteld. Sta je na een half uur nog steeds te wachten. In de keuken staan er 10 medewerkers alleen om zich heen te kijken met een behoorlijk aantal kassabonnen voor zich. Snap wel dat er binnen 35 minuten niets wordt bezorgd/geserveerd als je zo'n slecht verzorgende, trage medewerkers voor je hebt werken. Erg jammer en teleurstellend.

Het eten is super lekker ik bestel hier best vaak. Maar stop met die 35 min bezorgingstijd want vaak word die tijd niet eens gehaald en heb ik het eten al op.😜😜

Ik heb hier een tijdje geleden burgers besteld. De bezorging was, zoals op de site duidelijk is aangegeven, binnen 35 minuten bij mij thuis. De bezorger sprak geen Nederlands, maar was wel vriendelijk. Volgens mij waren de sauzen op de burgers wel omgewisseld, maar dit is geen groot probleem. Ik vind het ook erg handig dat de verpakkingen van de friet/patat sluitbaar zijn.

Burgers zijn matig. Vlees is niet echt lekker. Zit een beetje tussen fabrieksvlees en een verse burger in. Dat voor deze prijzen. Alles er omheen is zeer goed. Dus erg! jammer van de burgers. Frietjes zijn top, de chicken nuggets zijn absoluut de lekkerste die er zijn. Mooi smaakvol saus assortiment. Milkshake zijn goed. Mooi restaurant met vriendelijke eigenaren. Maar dan toch de burger, wat het hoofdgerecht is... Jammer!

The Chicken burger was very dry, it almost had no sauce. I had to put my own mayo on it.

La comida es muy buena y la selección de productos veganos es muy completa. Mi unico problema fue que no había donde lavarse las manos y el baño estaba bastante descuidado, no sucio, pero sí en malas condiciones.

Update: middels een korting op de volgende bestelling is mijn review in behandeling genomen. Snelle bezorging maar matig eten. Heb een menu met burger en fingerfood besteld maar de burger was erg droog en viel al uit elkaar voordat ik er een hap van nam. De kip erop was prima, weinig smaak in het geheel. Frietjes wel lekker krokant. Ik betaal liever meer voor eten waarvan ik het gevoel krijg dat het met liefde is bereid dan dit menu waarvan elke euro als een teveel voelde.

Kipburger was aangebrand en de patat koud en de hamburger lauw. Duur eten voor 25€

Samengevat: wel lekker. Onze bestelling was in ongeveer een half uur afgeleverd, dus daar niks over te klagen! De bestelling smaakte goed, maar daar blijft het bij, niks bijzonders. De burger was een prima formaat, de portie patat was kleiner dan verwacht. Prijs/kwaliteit is oké, maar net wat aan de prijzige kant.

День был жаркий. Мы гуляли и немного устали. Решили отдохнуть и пообедать. Это кафе находится на самом оживленном перекрестке города. Здесь можно услышать любую речь. Готовят вкусно. Подача красивая. Персонал - отдельный респект: не оставили без внимания даже нашу собаку - угостили колбаской и принесли миску воды. Цены обычные для этой сети. Спасибо.

Leckerer Burger, nette Mitarbeiter ,jedoch waren die Pommes leider nicht so gut.

Eindelijk eens een burger toko die goede hamburgers hebben. Rijkelijk belegd en een super snelle bezorging.

Burger was ok, maar niet super. We hadden bezorgd gekozen en de site gaf aan ca. 50 minuten. Binnen 30 mins stonden ze er al, we waren onderweg. We hadden ook aangegeven dat het voor de deur gezet mocht worden. De bezorger was weggereden mwt de burgers. We hadden gebeld en hij kwam terug. Was erg brutaal aan de telefoon, lichaamshouding ook. Ik zou zi'n bezorger niet als reclame voor mijn zaak willen. Ik betwijfel of ik nogmaals bestel. Heel jammer.

Het is dat de burgers lekker zijn en we ze toch, tot nu toe, steeds opnieuw een kans geven. De klachten lopen uiteen van verkeerde bestellingen, tot lange levertijden tot koud eten. Ze lossen dit altijd netjes op maar dat is natuurlijk niet wat je wilt. De 2 euro korting voucher met excuses krijg je er tegenwoordig standaard bij. Kennelijk weten ze van hun eigen tekortkomingen. Nogmaals de burgers zijn, als ze warm zijn goed maar door de slechte bezorging is de kans groot dat de weegschaal voor bestellen naar een andere restaurant doorslaat. Het eten 5 sterren, bezorging van het juiste eten, warm en op tijd een 1.

Hartstikke goeie service, bezorger genaamd Jason denk ik heeft heel snel geleverd en kwam met een hele vriendelijke houding en hield rekening mee dat ik nogal hoog woon, Ik ben blij dat jullie zulke bezorgers hebben aangenomen want ik vind het persoonlijk heel belangrijk dat mensen de juiste service bieden en het eten was ook verrukkelijk en eten was lekker warm toen het bij ons aankwam, Proficiat burgerME ga zo door!

We ordered online to be delivered for July 4th. It originally said 30 min, but was delivered in 15! We thought it was amazing service, but it looked like the hamburger patties were very old. Like they were sitting out for at least 20 minutes before the burger was put together. I would not have minded waiting a few minutes longer to guarantee that the hamburger patty was freshly grilled before being delivered. Also forgotten was the salad dressing for my wife's salad. Maybe it was a fluke, but old patties should never be used and should always be freshly cooked to order. I will still order from here because the size of the hamburgers are amazing.

I have been here several times and every time, the burgers don't disappoint. Burgers are build from scratch. All fresh ingredients. They do not skip on the extras also when making the burger. I will still be going back so i can try more of the menu but every burger I have tried was amazing! I would submit a photo, but when making a new listing, TripAdvisor does not permit it until after the listing is approved. Also, it is less than a 4 min walk from the train station. VERY CLOSE!
