Burger King in Wijk 00 Binnensingelgebied

I was really shocked. First, a blonde hair in my burger and then in my drink. Then I wanted to grab a napkin from my bag and pulled out this one. I don't want to know what this is!! 😡

The staff was very polite, but they sadly made our veggie hamburgers with non-vegan cheese! I know it was an accident, but it's sad for me as a vegan. The taste was fine, but the vegan patties were a bit hard on the edges (maybe cook them for a shorter time?)

I literally only ordered one burger. It was completely cold. The cheese wasn't even close to melting. And then I'm on the train and can't go back. I have to be able to assume that if I order takeout, it's at least warm. 10 euros to the moon.

Today I went to Burger King at Enschede Central Station. I ordered to eat in, but when my number was called, I received my takeaway food in a bag. When I calmly pointed this out to the employee, she replied rudely and irritably that they were out of trays. Shortly after, my friend's order came through – she received her food on a tray as usual. When I asked again, I was given a tray with the words, "We just cleaned it, sorry" – unfortunately, in a rather provocative tone. I felt disrespected and embarrassed, especially since other customers saw everything. The food was okay, but the service was very disappointing. This kind of customer service is unacceptable.

One of the best Burger King experiences I’ve had in the past decade! 🍔 Everything was fresh, hot, and perfectly prepared. The fries were freshly cooked and crispy — something you rarely find elsewhere. Even the drink was perfectly fizzy and refreshing. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Since I don’t speak Dutch, I had to communicate in English, and they immediately switched languages without hesitation or attitude. That really made me feel welcome — not something you always experience as a tourist in the Netherlands. Overall, excellent food and top-notch service. 👏 Highly recommended!

Apparently, they've been acquired by another franchise owner. This owner refuses to participate in the national deals. It seems like some kind of fraud to me.

Been here three times. Three different crispy chicken burgers. One time, the burger came with BBQ sauce, even though it wasn't supposed to. Twice, it was okay. A bit cold. But this last time, it was just awful and disgusting. What kind of crispy chicken is this? I paid over 20 euros to get this disgusting thing.

Burgers are always good, but the service at this location is subpar; the staff wasn't very enthusiastic, and it showed. The many flies in the restaurant also made us happy to be done quickly.

German/English The Burger King is quite small, and the atmosphere feels a bit strange. I can well imagine it getting very uncomfortable once more people arrive – especially since the restaurant is located right next to the train station. The food was good as usual, but the selection at the ordering terminal was disappointing. There were hardly any King menu items to choose from, and regardless of whether you wanted a drink or ice cream, they only offered reusable cups, which you had to buy separately because no other cups were available. One of us chose a drink without ice cream and still got one with ice cream. There was also a small insect in the Fanta. Although they immediately apologized and exchanged the drink, it still spoiled the overall impression. Conclusion: The food was of the usual Burger King quality, but the atmosphere, the limited selection, and the issue with the drink were overall unsatisfactory. _____ The Burger King is quite small, and the atmosphere feels a bit odd. The food itself was as good as always, but the selection at the self-order kiosk was disappointing. One of us selected a drink without ice but still received it with ice. To make matters worse, there was a small insect in the Fanta. The staff did apologize and immediately replaced the drink, but it still left a bad impression. Waited 25 minutes for the food even though the place was almost empty. Then the food was incomplete. The reorder number wasn't called, and so the food ended up cold.

Very friendly staff, very good and hot food. Our train was late, and we were allowed to wait inside, as we had already bought food, of course.

Nice BK and friendly staff. I only come here for takeout. The burger was still warm when I got it, and the fries were still crispy. Orders are always good, unlike the chicken shop on Spaansland.

Unfriendly, grumpy, and bored staff, no restroom, dirty and uncomfortable atmosphere. The vegan nuggets are good, though, and the only reason I go there sometimes.

Bah bah long chicken was inedible cheese was cold and bread dry and fell apart when holding. They don't know napkins here so dirty.

Food: This Burger King is the worst of all Burger Kings I've ever visited. The buns smell badly 🤮 the filling is poor. Very few mayonnaise. The frie has no taste. Service: Very unpleasant service. The personal treats the customers as their enemy. Mood: It's small, the restaurant is situated in the building of the train station. It feels like you eat in a hobo diner. I give 2 stars just because the meat isn't absolutely bad.

Ordered a king size chocode milkshake, the milkshake was very small and just tasted like ice cream, even the medium coke was large and also for such a price it is absolutely not worth it, very disappointed, expected more

Chicken nuggets were quite fresh, same as the fries. Burger was quite dry. An hour later I had to go to the toilet 4 times because of the intense stomach pain that left me. Not recommended

A lot better than McDonald’s realy a lot better even the cheapest burger here taste very good. In the app there’s always several deals to get and you’ll get twice the fun for the same price if you use the app. The employee the elderly woman is a blessing and a very kind lady.

We don't go to Burger King that often, but when we do order food there, the employees are sometimes exceptionally friendly. Order yourself at the column in combination with I have not yet succeeded in using online coupons. Unfortunately, they cannot add reward points or redeem your rewards at the cash register.

Rodney has been serving me kindness and good service for the last years. Don't ever let go of this dude BK, he's an absolute gem.

Food was nice, quality wasn't the best but tasted good

Personally, Burger King is the best fast food chain for me, compared to KFC and MC. Here at Enschede station there are very few active staff, who are often a bit slower, so it can sometimes take a while before you receive your order. But it remains tasty! The twister fries here are the best. Sometimes some strange characters walk in, but yes, you are at Enschede station. Could be a little cleaner, but still doable compared to some other places..

The burgers are served cold. The worst burger I have ever had. Even though, there was no other customers at that time.

What arrogance those girls radiate! She just barely flew away with those eyelashes of hers… leader who has nothing to say! The tables were so dirty I don't want to know what the kitchen looks like! Never seen such a mess together! Maybe useful if the boss reads the reviews... Only negative comments about customer service!

Too small, badly maintained, long waiting times, incomplete or wrong order 2 out of 2 times, very mediocre quality for the price of the so-called "special"... For a few euros more you can have a nice meal in a regular restaurant. Not returning to Burger King anytime soon...

It opens at 11 a.m. on Wednesdays. I get there at 11am sharp and she sticks a note on the window. We don't leave until 11.15 or 11.20am! Worthless, definitely overslept.

Absolutely bad service, 10 min waiting for a small menu, I almost lost my train because of that. I mean, McDonald's dispatch any smart menu in max 5 min.

What an experience... amtuel is not customer friendly at all and Noob... is even worse. Looks completely disinterested... takes fries and licks her fingers and then returns to the customer with the same hands... for me, BK Enschede has always been quality, but this... let's not even talk about the reaction I got when I got some of it said….

If you like to eat a hamburger that is really well topped and has at least 1 cm of meat in diameter, then choose the B.K. Many varieties and you eat a meal that is really filling.

After a concert I had to wait for the train and go to the Burger King, a really pleasant and helpful man behind the counter, it was busy but he really had everything under control

It's just a Burger King, you don't have to expect anything, if it's not ok, just report it to the counter and they'll fix it.

Personeel was redelijk vriendelijk en netjes. Er is geen toilet aanwezig!! Tafel was niet goed schoongemaakt. Er zaten een 6 tal wat opgeschoten jongetjes van een jaar of 15/16 elkaar omver te duwen en te schreeuwen door het restaurant waar niks van werd gezegd, erg jammer. Kom hier om te eten.

Het eten is oké. Personeel mag wel wat vriendelijker zijn!

Wrong opening times on google :( its only opened till 23:00 on Mondays, tuesdays, Wednesdays and Sundays. Only Friday and Saturday its opened till 24:00, otherwise nice food

I don't know if it was a bad day for them but they got my order wrong(My drink was incorrect)and when I asked for the right one they guy filled the cup like 3/4 and gave it to me. Food was great tho. Even for a busy day service was quick as well.

Het personeel is top. Ze kennen alleen tukkertje Lorenzo (Sterre) niet. Verder een dikke aanrader.
