Understaffed at McDrive. I felt sorry for the girl who was in two positions: taking orders/working the cash register and picking up food.

Just placed an order for 37 euros and I received the order wrong, half of it was missing so I called them back and got the supposedly correct order, but the wrong one was thrown in, it was really not okay so I went inside and got a new one, everything looked good, I had checked it, but it turned out not to be enough, I received 9 chicken nuggets instead of 20 and to go all the way back is also something I will never come back here again

Very dirty shop, all the tables are dirty and there are food scraps stuck to the floor everywhere.

I've honestly never been to such a filthy McDonald's. Food and drinks are piled high on the walls, all the tables are sticky, and you wouldn't even let a dog lie on the floor. Yuck.

First, a lot of fumbling to get my food. Then, after searching, they finally managed to find a bag. Then, when I got home, I realized my order wasn't complete. I did pay for it, though.

Messy, full trash cans, dirty restrooms, no toilet paper. When we were eating in the restaurant, it smelled strongly of urine, not very appetizing when you're eating a hamburger. Poor hygiene. After all the bad reviews, it's about time something was done about it, but apparently, they're doing nothing about it.

Don't eat here; the tables, walls, floor, and restroom are filthy. If you don't even have basic hygiene, you should consider what's going on in the kitchen. Oh, and don't expect to get your entire order the first time. For some reason, they've been forgetting half the order for years, from sauces and toppings to entire burgers and other items.

Not good... digital signs don't work, receipts don't come out of the digital signs, toilets are really dirty, and there's no toilet paper. Table numbers aren't accepted, and online deals are often rejected. This is a real shame. Staff don't keep the dining areas clean or tidy, and trash cans are overflowing.

I visited this location this afternoon and was hesitant to eat there because it looked messy. Overflowing trash bins, printed table numbers on the floor and at the cash register. Anyway, I was hungry, so I ordered something. After ordering, I didn't receive a receipt, so I went to the cash register and was surprised to see some young staff members chasing each other. Look at how much fun they have together. Having fun while working should be allowed, but when people are standing at the counter with a question, it doesn't look professional. The food was otherwise good.

Takeaway. Fries were way too salty.

Went here last night. This time, I didn't have a pleasant experience. There were no number signs at the display, so I placed my order at the cash register. They didn't ask if we were going to drink it here or take it away. They charged me a plastic surcharge. While we were going to drink it at McDonald's, they were right. The man in the white shirt came over and said I'd get my money back and he'd bring it. He didn't... After finishing our drinks, I went back to the cash register. The man in the white shirt was busy making calls. After waiting, I finally got my money back.

Horrible experience, and if you go to the restroom, you leave the building without eating. Simply disgusting!

It's still a McDonald's, of course; they generally all look the same, but this one is nice and spacious and often clean. The staff is young but usually cheerful.

This McDonald's is always the epitome of filthy. Tables aren't cleaned, food is served cold, and the staff is extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. Hopefully, this restaurant will eventually reach the standard of the average McDonald's.

These people sent us 3 windows and still no order. No explanation, no food. A bit of a shame that the lady who was appointed as manager acted as if there was panic while there were 2 cars and 4 people in the store, says enough about the capacity of the staff

I’ve visited this place several times. While the food is generally okay, the experience has consistently been let down by poor hygiene and lack of attention to detail. Each time, the restrooms have been unclean and often missing toilet paper. This seems to be a recurring issue, which is quite disappointing. During my most recent visit for breakfast, the order was incomplete — no butter, no sugar or milk for the coffee, and not even a stirrer. After asking, we did receive the sugar and milk, but were told butter wasn’t available. Outside the restaurant, the area is often messy, with trash falling or pulled out of bins by birds. This gives an overall impression of neglect, both inside and out.

How bad here. No, never again for us. First we lost the receipt, oh sorry, well ok then. Then finally we ate, it was just cold, returned, we got new. And what a filthy mess, all tables dirty, trash cans full. Floor is sticky on all sides. Staff is watching, and just walks past the dirty tables 100 times but they don't clean it up. I don't think they even see it. Really filthy. Definitely not for us again.

Horrible mess after 12 o'clock. Take-away only (nowhere clearly communicated) but almost everyone is eating from the take-away bag in the restaurant, which means even more mess. Food was fine.

All very dirty. Lots of trash on the ground. There are no benches and it is very dirty in those places. Tables are not clean. And the toilets are downright gross, no hand soap available.

First they lose our receipt, so we waited half an hour and no food. When I asked the staff, they were laughing about the fact that the receipt was in the wrong place. Then we were served ice cold food. Back to the counter, couldn't say sorry yet. Very unfriendly and especially stupid staff.

There is always something at Mc Donald Schuttersveldplein in Enschede. There is far too much freedom among the staff. If they don't feel like doing something, they just say it's broken. Not something to be proud of McDonald!

Top service, I received my food in 5 minutes, deliciously fresh, everything nice and warm, the staff helped me friendly, really a customer-friendly mac! COME HERE MORE OFTEN!!!

This is not the first time I have been to this McDonald's and they have never served me like a fast food restaurant should, fast!!! They are very slow!! The chefs do not wear hair protection or gloves. This McDonald's is a disgrace and cannot even be considered a fast food restaurant. Of all the times I have come here, there was one time when a hair got into my nuggets and the lady just looked at me and ignored me. In order not to upset me, I simply left so as not to stoop to the level of this horrible worker. Today I came to McDonald's and it took about 15 minutes for them to serve me at the drive-thru. I had to get out of the way of the drive-thru and come on my own to place my order. Anyway, I do not recommend it. If you are in a hurry, this is not a fast food restaurant that will serve you quickly. It will take about 30 minutes for your food to be served.

Went for Sunday ice cream at McDonald's on Thursday, November 17. Normally you are used to your cup being full of ice cream and caramel sauce on top. Now half a cup of ice cream with caramel sauce. The ice cream was half melted because the staff chatted more with each other than paying attention to whether another order was ready. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, a manager came to us. Head office had told them that the cups should not be filled more than half full because they would have to keep refilling the ice machine, which could lead to wasted ice at the end of the evening. Any leftover ice must then be thrown away. (A customer walks past us with a cone of soft ice cream. There was as much ice cream on it as in our two cups combined. Scandalous) A complaint to the head office was of no use because it would be sent directly to this branch and the manager would not do anything with it anyway. McDonald's SHAME on you. Food arrived at good temperature but missed the milkshake and flurry. I think chocolate is the new gold because my choco milkshake was more milk than shake and the flurry only had a small drop of chocolate. So food is fine, but don't start with dessert.

Just went through Mc Drive. Ordered 3 burgers. At home I find out that I only received 2 burgers. I drive back and indicate that I am missing a burger and that the other one has now become cold. The employee indicated that I could still get the burger I missed, but not the other one. When I asked whether I should eat them cold, I received a very blunt "yes and have a nice evening."

A shocking experience at this branch. During my visit I found a fake nail in my fries, incredibly disgusting and completely unacceptable! When I reported this, the staff offered me 2 free menus as compensation. This makes no sense, because after such an experience I don't want to eat here anymore. It seems like they want to buy off the problem instead of tackling it seriously. This should never have happened, and I absolutely do not recommend this establishment! Next time I'd rather go to KFC, where I can count on a clean and decent meal!

The entire order came in cold, fries cold, Big Mac cold and quarter pounder cold. The quarter pounder even missed all toppings as you can see in the picture. There was no lattice just the hard stams and very few. None of the usual toppings are present. A waste of money and a waste of food. Eaten it half ended up in the trash can. Just been there, normally at Kip6 a small coke for 1.25 but it was not stated that I had to pay 3.10. The manager could do nothing, was grumpy, what poor service and a scam, only because the first employee did not respond properly. chicken 6 was cold, got new ones but not wholeheartedly. The restaurant was filthy, the floor was full of everything, garbage bins were overflowing. is already known as expensive bad reputation. Music was really loud.

Pin doesn't work in Mcdrive. First: There will only be a note with this information at the ordering column. So if you are already in line and cannot pay by card, you cannot go back. Secondly: asking super rudely at the ordering kiosk whether we have cash. This could perhaps be accompanied by an apology that the PIN does not work and that they therefore first ask whether it is a problem to pay in cash. Some friendliness in tone would be a plus. Third: I want to have my coupons scanned at the first window. I am grumpily informed that the scan of the app is not working either, again no excuses. In fact, an accusation is made that this is said to be on the note at the ordering column. So that wasn't there. After I indicate that I have two coupons that save quite a bit of money on the order and what to do next, I get a glassy look after which she casually says, that will be X euros (of course the full amount). When I indicate that I want to cancel the order, she responds in disbelief with 'you don't want the order at all?!' After my 'no' I get the most monotonous and curt 'have a nice evening'. Was here last Saturday. Never seen such a dirty McDonalds. We had to find a place where we wanted to sit. There was (a lot of) waste on and under almost all tables, half milkshakes/melted soft ice cream on the floor, wet benches, etc. The restaurant was not even half full, but the staff seemed to have no time/priority for cleaning. The toilets were cordoned off with bar stools. The fries were lukewarm, there was the wrong burger on the bun (this was quickly resolved when we reported this). Shame, room for improvement!

Nastiest restroom I ever had to use. No toilet paper, toilet clogged and actual feces smeared on the paper holder. I almost threw up but I had to go.

WHEN YOU HAVE AN ORDER FOR A COOKIE, IF THERE ARE NO DEFROSTED COOKIES, PUT THE SHITTING COOKIE TO DEFROST AND EXPLAIN IT TO THE CUSTOMER AND ASK IF THEY STILL WANT THE COOKIE AND DON'T MIND WAITING OR IF THE CUSTOMER WANTS SOMETHING ELSE. Worst Mac I've ever been to. Every now and then I try to get a cappuccino here. Invariably problems, or extreme waiting times of up to half an hour, when it is not busy. The device regularly does not work at all and you have to wait in the drive for fifteen minutes for nothing. Constructive criticism gets nowhere. It is better to continue to the Zuiderval.

We initially didn’t get our full order, but mistakes happen. The important thing is the 11/10 customer service of the extremely kind night Afro-rocking manager which quickly gave us the missing items plus a bit extra. Truly very positive surprise. Would 100% recommend

Very nice restaurant with outside lighting and drive-in. Ma. Can relax outside and enjoy food and coffee. Plenty of free parking spaces in front of the door. Recommendation, I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Staff unfriendly, my number was called and from my table I could see the tray being thumped onto the counter with an arc (and a bang). The kid had already left for the kitchen... Better just mcDrive there because you won't miss anything inside.
