I think the lady ran the entire McDonald's drive-thru by herself; taking orders and handing them out on a Sunday afternoon at 4:00 PM deserves a raise.

There are 5 people standing around doing nothing and I have been waiting for my food for 20 minutes. I must add that there aren't many customers, so it shouldn't take this long. And the grill is being cleaned with a dirty cloth.

Ordered food via Thuisbezorgd, and again the order wasn't complete. I'm getting my money back within 5 days... but I still haven't received any food and what we got was lukewarm. MC Netherlands should be ashamed to put the right M on this branch... yuck

They said the ice cream machine was broken and then we saw people with a McFlurry even the worker said it is always broken go to KFC and never to McDonald's 0 stars

What a filthy location for McDonald's. Outside it's a filthy mess, trash cans are full and standing wide open. Inside, you stick to the floor, and the toilet is terrible. Orders are never complete; you always have to chase after them. Staff who don't walk normally but shuffle, look grumpy, and have that look of "I have to but would rather not." Food is lukewarm or soggy. In short, doomed to close.

We went there for dinner. Man, what a mess it is there. Tables aren't cleaned, the wrong order is brought that we didn't order at all. And one more thing, the toilet is really filthy beyond words. If you say anything about it, they just stand there laughing at you. Never coming back here again. If I were the manager there, I would kick the staff out.

We had to wait longer for our food than the customers who had ordered later. My daughter went to ask at the counter, and was told that the cheese sticks still needed to be fetched. Okay, that’s possible. Eventually, we received our order, but the cheese sticks were cold. How is that possible? We had also ordered drinks in takeaway cups with a surcharge, because we often don't finish our drinks quickly and want to take them with us anyway. Yet, we ended up getting the drinks in reusable cups after all. I asked for takeaway cups at the counter, and they were placed empty in front of me. The employee, with a grumpy face, suggested I could pour it myself. I did just that at the counter. This employee has never heard of customer friendliness. A few years ago, we were very satisfied at this McDonald's; the staff was nice and it was clean. There is nothing left of that now, which is a real shame.

Normally, I’m not one to write reviews, but what we experienced at McDonald's Schuttersveld was truly beyond words. We usually come here twice a year for the fair, but this was probably the last time. The absolute low point was the hygiene. The toilets were downright filthy: there was filth everywhere and no toilet paper or soap was available. When I had to change my daughter in the disabled toilet, I simply felt unwell at the thought of having to stand there; there, too, the poop was literally on the walls/floor. This is absolutely unacceptable for a restaurant frequented by many children. The service was also a mess: Ordering: As always, the receipt printer at the kiosk was broken. Waiting times: We were with two families. Although the other family ordered earlier, we had already finished our food while they still hadn't received anything after 10 minutes. We had to go and ask for it ourselves. I didn't understand what was wrong either. Staff: It seemed as if no one knew what the procedure was. We saw one order being carried through the restaurant by three different employees because they couldn't find the table number. A total lack of coordination. Food quality: The fries were lukewarm and not fresh, and the burgers were very dry. Only the chicken nuggets seemed fresh. The restaurant itself didn't look clean either. You expect a certain standard from a large chain like McDonald's, but this branch completely misses the mark. What is going on here? I hope management takes this up, because this is simply unacceptable.

We don't go to McDonald's often, but every time something is missing from the order. Either half the drinks are missing, no fries, no sauces, or menus are forgotten. Even if you eat it there, you have to chase after it. Can't they read what's on the receipt? Something about checking before you bring the food. So bad!!!!!

I've honestly never been to such a filthy McDonald's. The food and drinks are splattered high on the walls, all the tables are sticky, and you wouldn't even feed a pig on the floor. Yuck.

Just ordered 6 burgers through Thuisbezorgd. Waited an hour and a half and still no update. Tried calling them five times and they didn't answer. Thuisbezorgd was also unavailable and there was no way to file a complaint. What terrible service from both Thuisbezorgd and McDonald's. People, make sure you don't pay upfront! We'll never do that again.

This is my second time here and I'll never forget this place! It's messy and dirty!! Ordered incorrectly, served incorrectly, Coke spilled, fries scattered. I don't recommend it!

It's a very long wait, on a Mac Drive it's a 20-minute wait when there are only 2 cars.

This is normally our favorite stop for a toilet break or a quick drink before we continue shopping ;-) Well, I was really shocked last Monday. I don't think anyone uses the toilet anymore, no toilet paper, no soap, and definitely don't put your hands in the dryer, except for the unfriendly staff who didn't say a word. Everything looked absolutely filthy! We're going to find a new stop, or this really needs to improve soon.

I ordered three double big tastys and received all three singles (under 2835), and that's not the first time. I called more than six times to discuss it with the manager, but no one answers. A very bad experience.

I just spent almost 20 minutes in the drive-thru with only four cars ahead of me. It took ages for the car in front to get helped. I didn't even get an apology for the long wait. And this isn't the first time this has happened here. I also regularly have to wait a very long time for my food inside.

Always friendly service, never cold or just on the edge. The toilets could be a bit cleaner, and the tables could be cleaner too.

Cold food, wrong order. My daughter had Fristy instead of apple juice, and I got cola instead of iced tea. The order was placed on the counter; we had to figure it out ourselves when it was ready. Never again.

I've rarely seen such bad McDonald's; food takes three to four business days. There aren't any clean tables in the entire restaurant. It's probably because every trash can is full. No one works with receipts; nobody has a receipt. The restrooms also smell worse than three dead rats; they look absolutely disgusting. You literally run away after seeing the restroom. It took so long that I left because I was afraid my food would be as dirty as the restaurant itself.

Horrible, it's just a mess. Dirty tables, overflowing trash bins. Orders are in chaos because the receipts aren't printed. Way too expensive for what you get. Not fast food prices. Demolish it, time for a nice lunchroom in the residential area.

I think the person responsible for cleaning the toilets has passed away. The delightful aroma of six-week-old urine greets you upon entering, and I doubt they've ever heard of wiping everything down with a cloth. Truly awful!

I felt sorry for the staff; the fact that there wasn't a manager present at all was really awful for your staff. The trash cans were overflowing, everywhere. A man came in, too filthy to look at, and he proceeded to empty the trash right in front of us. I went back three times for my cheeseburger, and your staff handled it very nicely. Believe me, I wasn't the only one in the store at the time. So yes, that's why I'm posting this, so it doesn't become some kind of ghetto there...yes, you can call me. De Rozen.

Order consists of 4 menus but when I get home I only get 3 drinks and all the fries are less than half full and then I get a happy meal without nuggets but I pay the full price and don't even get half the order. It's very bad that I live too far away otherwise they would have gotten it over the counter, so I'm left with disappointed children.

We waited 10 minutes before they even started preparing our order. What kind of time is that? The frappuccino machine was broken, the sauces weren't delivered, the order was incomplete, and the burger was stale. In short, this McDonald's has either seen better days or needs a good kick up the xxx.

Understaffed at McDrive. I felt sorry for the girl who was in two positions: taking orders/working the cash register and picking up food.

Just placed an order for 37 euros and I received the order wrong, half of it was missing so I called them back and got the supposedly correct order, but the wrong one was thrown in, it was really not okay so I went inside and got a new one, everything looked good, I had checked it, but it turned out not to be enough, I received 9 chicken nuggets instead of 20 and to go all the way back is also something I will never come back here again

Don't eat here; the tables, walls, floor, and restroom are filthy. If you don't even have basic hygiene, you should consider what's going on in the kitchen. Oh, and don't expect to get your entire order the first time. For some reason, they've been forgetting half the order for years, from sauces and toppings to entire burgers and other items.

Messy, full trash cans, dirty restrooms, no toilet paper. When we were eating in the restaurant, it smelled strongly of urine, not very appetizing when you're eating a hamburger. Poor hygiene. After all the bad reviews, it's about time something was done about it, but apparently, they're doing nothing about it.

First, a lot of fumbling to get my food. Then, after searching, they finally managed to find a bag. Then, when I got home, I realized my order wasn't complete. I did pay for it, though.

Not good... digital signs don't work, receipts don't come out of the digital signs, toilets are really dirty, and there's no toilet paper. Table numbers aren't accepted, and online deals are often rejected. This is a real shame. Staff don't keep the dining areas clean or tidy, and trash cans are overflowing.

I visited this location this afternoon and was hesitant to eat there because it looked messy. Overflowing trash bins, printed table numbers on the floor and at the cash register. Anyway, I was hungry, so I ordered something. After ordering, I didn't receive a receipt, so I went to the cash register and was surprised to see some young staff members chasing each other. Look at how much fun they have together. Having fun while working should be allowed, but when people are standing at the counter with a question, it doesn't look professional. The food was otherwise good.

Went here last night. This time, I didn't have a pleasant experience. There were no number signs at the display, so I placed my order at the cash register. They didn't ask if we were going to drink it here or take it away. They charged me a plastic surcharge. While we were going to drink it at McDonald's, they were right. The man in the white shirt came over and said I'd get my money back and he'd bring it. He didn't... After finishing our drinks, I went back to the cash register. The man in the white shirt was busy making calls. After waiting, I finally got my money back.

Horrible experience, and if you go to the restroom, you leave the building without eating. Simply disgusting!

It's still a McDonald's, of course; they generally all look the same, but this one is nice and spacious and often clean. The staff is young but usually cheerful.

This McDonald's is always the epitome of filthy. Tables aren't cleaned, food is served cold, and the staff is extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. Hopefully, this restaurant will eventually reach the standard of the average McDonald's.

I’ve visited this place several times. While the food is generally okay, the experience has consistently been let down by poor hygiene and lack of attention to detail. Each time, the restrooms have been unclean and often missing toilet paper. This seems to be a recurring issue, which is quite disappointing. During my most recent visit for breakfast, the order was incomplete — no butter, no sugar or milk for the coffee, and not even a stirrer. After asking, we did receive the sugar and milk, but were told butter wasn’t available. Outside the restaurant, the area is often messy, with trash falling or pulled out of bins by birds. This gives an overall impression of neglect, both inside and out.

How bad here. No, never again for us. First we lost the receipt, oh sorry, well ok then. Then finally we ate, it was just cold, returned, we got new. And what a filthy mess, all tables dirty, trash cans full. Floor is sticky on all sides. Staff is watching, and just walks past the dirty tables 100 times but they don't clean it up. I don't think they even see it. Really filthy. Definitely not for us again.

All very dirty. Lots of trash on the ground. There are no benches and it is very dirty in those places. Tables are not clean. And the toilets are downright gross, no hand soap available.

First they put it at another table where the people who received it actually brought it to us themselves. Then there is still eggshell in the egg sandwich, which is great.
