We ate here a while ago, because of the Neapolitan pizzas! They came out of a mini oven in the kitchen and not from the stone oven. There were 8 of us, so the food didn't all arrive at the same time. Unfortunately, the pizzas weren't cooked through either; the ingredients were too wet, preventing the crust from baking properly. The starter was fine, and the wine was good.

The Pizza Margherita I had was actually quite tasty, but from "Neapolitan" I expect something different/better than what I got - see photo. Otherwise, we thought everything was great! Just a bit of a shame about the expectations.

We used to come here for lunch regularly and were always satisfied with the sandwiches, even though the bread looked more like regular baguette than focaccia. Unfortunately, the quality and service have deteriorated significantly lately. Last week, we were served completely burnt bread that was barely sliceable. Today, we waited 20 minutes for coffee and a whopping hour for two sandwiches. Moreover, when they finally arrived, they were clearly less filled and fresh than before: mostly bread, with some mortadella, pesto, and burrata. It is a shame, because we used to enjoy coming here. Unfortunately, we are now looking for another lunch spot. If consistent quality and service are important to you, we would not recommend this place at the moment.

I had a less than positive experience at DRUIV. The staff came across as curt and not very friendly, which did not improve the atmosphere. Additionally, I noticed that people were smoking outside in the garden, and that the staff came back inside afterwards with a distinct smell of smoke to serve at the table. I did not find that very pleasant while dining. The food itself was okay, but not exceptional or truly special. Most dishes were decent, but didn't stand out. An exception was the Pizza Salmone, which was actually good. The Pizza Gamba, on the other hand, was disappointing; the shrimp on the pizza were quite dry, making the whole thing a bit less tasty.

Delicious food. Pizzas with a sourdough crust, making them feel less "heavy" after eating them. The service, however, left something to be desired. Additionally, we had to wait an hour for our starter.

We've been there a few times already. I can really recommend it to everyone. Today we had the new pizza with shrimp and that was super tasty too. Even our 6-year-old daughter loves it there.

We had a delicious meal and drinks in the cozy and inviting atmosphere of Druiv in the heart of Gemert. Beautiful decor, a lovely view of the Ridderplein and, of course, the Castle! If you love good wines, you have come to the right place. Wide selection! The sharing platters are nicely diverse and prepared with great care. We enjoyed the various snacks and, of course, the pizza. The friendly service ensures that you want for nothing; highly recommended! We will definitely be coming here much more often 👍

We were at the opening of Druiv in Gemert and I will definitely be coming back here more often. We drove 60 minutes to get there and it was more than worth it! Delicious focaccia, antipasti platter, starters, and a Neapolitan pizza. Good service and friendly staff. In short; highly recommended!

The pizza with prawns was absolutely amazing!!! Highly recommended, the lemon really came through beautifully. We went to eat here on recommendation from Nijmegen and it was totally worth it. The young lady working there was very nice and hospitable. In short, a top-notch evening!

What a great addition to Gemert! The Neapolitan pizzas are truly delicious. The crust is just right, and the pizza is generously topped. Furthermore, the service is incredibly friendly; you immediately feel welcome, and there's a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. The wines on the menu are also delicious and perfectly complement the dishes. We'll definitely be back.

Celebrated my 50th birthday here with a group of 70 people, it was TOP.

We went to Buskens for Christmas dinner. Upon arrival, my mother-in-law (using a walker) had to use a ramp on the right side of the building. When we couldn't get in there because of Christmas trees and a closed door, I walked back to ask for permission. As I stepped onto the ramp, the whole thing crashed down with me on it. I walked inside and pointed it out to the staff. They barely responded. They did open the door so my mother-in-law could enter. I asked the woman who opened the door to come look at the plate. Again, no response. During dinner (which, by the way, wasn't worth the price in terms of portions and quality. Fries with a Christmas dinner are unacceptable for that price, and the rendang was cold. The meat, however, was excellent), my husband asked what they were going to do about it. Wasn't it time for a manager or owner? The answer we got was: they were looking into it. I asked if they realized how this could have turned out if my mother-in-law, instead of me, had fallen off. No response. I hurt my ankle, no interest whatsoever. I was promised that someone would follow my mother-in-law down the ramp when she left the building. I looked at her in disbelief and asked if they seriously thought we'd still use it. It was still loose. After we paid, my mother-in-law was handed her coat (no help putting it on, she's 84), and we were allowed to leave without a single friendly word. No goodbyes; we were ignored. My husband and I finally escorted my mother-in-law out. All they should have done was take the incident seriously. Ask about my well-being, apologize. It really could have been handled so easily. With a little customer service and empathy. That didn't happen. Such a shame.

Last Saturday, I had a delicious pizza at Buskens. My boyfriend and I were greeted with great enthusiasm by a super friendly staff member. We received a clear explanation of the menu and wine recommendations. The pizzas were perfect! 100% recommended!

Ate here last weekend. Nothing special. New York Pizza is just as good as this one.

Always had excellent food, and the atmosphere is cozy. However, I made a reservation, and the day before, they called me to say there was a party and that I and my guests would be sitting in the cafe area. Would I mind? No, no problem. But today, at 4:45 PM, they called me and said we couldn't come because the party was too crowded. It's ridiculous, luckily I was able to make a reservation elsewhere. But I really don't think this is acceptable. Just tell me right away.

The Burgemeester dinner was excellent and met expectations. I was able to arrange with the staff when the appetizer, main course, and dessert would be served. We had a wonderful and enjoyable evening.

Super cocktail, creatively prepared main course, and wonderful staff. She was the only one serving at the time and did a fantastic job. Friendly, competent, and helpful! The young man in the kitchen was also hard at work; you can see into the kitchen (!)

We came with a group for lunch and were actually satisfied. The food was mostly good, although we were a little less enthusiastic about the BFC sandwich and the Philly cheesesteak. The young ladies in the service were friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, when we left, we could hear the staff complaining about the tip we had given. A huge cliché at the end of the lunch and in my opinion insulting to your guests. Make sure you never do this in front of guests. A reason for me to doubt whether I want to come back here.

Waiting more than 2 hours for a main course and angry customers walking away, that is not the night out I had in mind. No sincere apology either.

Ate with jumbo card. Separate card no problem. But if you get half of normal... Fish had no taste. They couldn't do anything with it. Only pass it on to the kitchen. Long waits every time while they regularly had nothing to do. Fifteen minutes for a cup of coffee. First chocolates. Just have coffee afterwards. Never again.

Phew, normally I'm not one to complain, but at Christmas it really wasn't good. Okay, they were clearly understaffed, so I can understand why you have to wait a little longer. But waiting an hour and a half between the starter and a soup is a very long time. The bavette was almost well done, my very first beer was still on the table after four hours and we got the wrong drinks, which were also more expensive, but were still on the bill. The whitefish had skin that felt like rubber and the onion soup tasted more like sour cream pringles than soup. To make matters worse, my nephew got an entire glass of beer spilled all over his pants. As a Brabander I can still laugh about it, but if you ask for a drink, a waiter should not say: "Do you need anything?" All things considered, I can only conclude that it was a fairly amateurish experience.

Zeer jong en onervaren personeel die geen oog had voor de klanten. Helaas had ik een bavette die veel te pittig was. Dit aangegeven maar de kok was al naar huis, die hebben ze terug laten komen zodat ik iets nieuws kreeg, dit nog nooit mee gemaakt een kok die naar huis is terwijl klanten nog aan het eten zijn. Vervolgens konden we daarna geen toetje meer bestellen want volgens de bediening was het te druk om de toetsjes klaar te maken. Nou er zat 10 man binnen. Ze zullen echt het personeel beter moeten aansturen als deze zaak wil blijven bestaan.

Delicious 3-course dinner for only €25. Bavette is highly recommended. Friendly service and a very nice and enthusiastic chef 😀. We will definitely come and enjoy lunch again 😉.

Atmosphere too noisy, service was friendly Starter looked disgusting and I didn't even dare to touch it. Pork tenderloin and salmon are fried far too short, completely raw. Had to send it back twice to have more baked. Mustard soup is sickening and the dessert was sour. The chicken was tasty. And the ice cream cake.

Bijzonder fijne persoonlijke sfeer, aardig mensen en goed eten! Zeker een aanrader voor iedereen die iets nieuws wil proberen in Gemert en omgeving.

We zijn hier de afgelopen maanden regelmatig geweest, en iedere keer een succes! Soms drankje doen (heerlijke cocktails!), professioneel bereid door leuke barkeepster, en ook shared dining. Vanmiddag begonnen met heerlijke, mooi gegaarde coquilles, in aardbeien salsa. Een unieke combinatie die we beiden erg lekker vonden. Daarna een prachtige beef tataki, alweer zeer goed bereid. Omdat we nog meer wilden proeven nog een gegrilde diamanthaas in heerlijke truffeljus gekozen. Perfekt! Heerlijke witte en rode wijn erbij. Dit alles geserveerd door zeer deskundig en vriendelijk personeel in een prachtige gerestaureerde burgemeesterswoning. Kortom we komen zeker terug.

Prachtige ruimte, heel sfeervol. Mooi servies, leuke gerechten, leker gegeten. Op zaterdag komen er later op de avond weer nieuwe mensen binnen voor een borrel. Vooral het shared dining is erg leuk! Dat kan op iedere gang en kun je voor elke gang dus kiezen, of niet als je het liever anders wil.

Mijn verjaardagsfeest gevierd met familie en vrienden in een geweldige ambiance, met uitstekend vriendelijke personeel en voortreffelijke hapjes. Complimenten. Zeker een aanrader.

Vandaag daar geluncht, gekozen voor flatbread. De smaak van het eten was verfijnd, erg lekker. Bediening was vlot. Conclusie: zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Heerlijk muziekje , super eten, en het belangrijkste zeer vriendelijk en enthousiaste medewerkers, we zijn aangenaam verrast, en komen zeker vaker terug.

Heel gezellig terras met een mooi uitzicht op het kasteel. Stoeltjes zitten erg lekker. Van de grote borrelplank kom je wel wat kilootjes aan, maar wel lekker. Bediening heel vriendelijk. Inrichting eigentijds en gezellig. Goed toeven daar 👍

Vriendelijke bediening en lekker gegeten! Wij hebben voor zowel het voor- als het hoofdgerecht voor shared dining gekozen. Was veel, wellicht zelfs genoeg voor drie personen. Gerechten waren simpel, maar net even een andere touch eraan waardoor het specialer was. Waren aangenaam verrast! :) Zaten op het terras buiten op de verhoging, fijn plekje! Wij gaan hier zeker nog een keer terug, aanrader!

Eten zit tussen 2 een 3 sterren. Muizenhapjes en veel te duur. Garnalen-Aioli-gerechtje beetje zielig. Goedkoop sopbroodje erbij. Olie niet op smaak. Flatbrood geitenkaas en gegrilde groenten was lekker. Portie frites.. Bekertje wordt volgepropt met papier.. hierboven op wat frietjes: 'gebakken lucht' Bediening alleraardigst. Het is een mooi en sfeervol restaurant.
