Café Bracke in Wijk 33 Heerlen-Centrum

The salads were decent, but what a filthy men's restroom! If the women's restroom is like this, I definitely won't be back.

The pizza was a good deal at around €8, not the best, but great as a snack while having some beers. The beers were fairly priced and decent 👍🏻

Very bad, we were not given anything to drink anymore because according to them we had had enough, which was not the case.

Ate salad at Bracke Pancratiusplein twice. 1st time Caesar salad with old pre-fried chicken. Today with 2 people tuna salad. Loveless, a layer of lettuce from a bag, a layer of dry tuna from a can, a layer of egg in slices and from the tube of mayonnaise on top.. reported that it was not tasty and had no feedback.. too bad.. I won't eat anything here anymore.

Service was poor, this day it was very sunny and there was also a terrace outside. However, they paid little to no attention to this, so you had to wait a long time. Staff (not all) very blunt and curt, even cut off while ordering. Prices compared to what you get is very expensive, food is dry and has little taste. Also a glass was dirty and something was hard caked on the bottom.

Cozy pub, the food is simple but that's great for drinks.

Great place! Good service! Music, waayyy tooo loud! Went on a Friday evening with colleagues and we could not hear each other. My voice was scratchy after maybe 2 hours of screaming small talk. The music was club level in energy and volume. Please choose whether to be a bar or a club. Reluctant to go again.

Sat down for a bite to eat. Ordered a hamburger but it was inedible. Dry, greasy and almost black. Had an old aftertaste. After a few bites, enough of it. Luckily there were still fries. Indicate to the waiter that she can pass this on to the cook. The glass of white wine was nice. Don't think I'll go back again.

Cozy café with very friendly and attentive employees. And a great owner who has time for everyone. I really like coming there. And a Gulpener beer, the best of all.

Fastest service ever. You order something, and before you even put down the menu your drink is already there, this was not a one-off but the entire evening and with different staff members, chapeau! There is little to complain about in terms of menu, extensive drinks menu and various rotating taps for a reasonable price. Regarding food, there is breakfast, lunch and dinner, but my only point of criticism is that there is not too much choice for dinner. (Pizza, salads, nachos, fries and pancakes)

Nice ambience. Went there at Easter, there was a lot going on outside but it was easy to get a seat inside. The house beer is recommended. Friendly staff and owner!

We sat at a table near the bar. The staff was very pushy to bring new drinks. My empty glass was taken away twice. Very irritating! I think they are trained to make sales. They keep searching. While we ordered enough drinks ourselves. This is not how it should be.

Haven't eaten at this place yet. Nice cafe but there is a very bad toilet smell upon entering.

We were here for a beer after a disappointing concert in the new jail. Nice beer, got a free nut, didn't eat so I can't say anything about the food.

Had lunch at Café Bracke for the first time. Direct contact on the fairly full terrace to order drinks and lunch afterwards. Clear menu and sufficient choice. Delicious food and friendly service. Highly recommended.

Bad service, don't ask if you want something to drink. And all this while we waited OVER 45 minutes for our lunch! And also bad food, not properly seasoned and put on the plate. Don't come back here again

Een gezellige café voor als je met je familie of vrienden wat wilt gaan drinken! De bediening is prima 👍🏻. Over het eten kan ik weinig zeggen want wij hebben alleen wat snacks gehad en geen gerechten. Uiteraard waren deze snacks lekker! Wanneer er kermis is, is het nog meer gezellig!

Heel jammer dit, slechts twee dames in de bediening op een vol terras. Snap dat dat niet kan, maar een half uur wachten om iets te bestellen… dan maar afrekenen! Borrelplank mag voor dat geld de naam borrelplank niet dragen, plak ham of kaas doe je op een tosti, niet op een plank… Verder geborreld bij de buren…

Het was een gezellige cafe toen de echte Bracke er in zat , maar na de overname blijft het toch nog gezellig.

(het eten geef ik vier sterren omdat ik nog nauwelijks heb gegeten, dus hier weet ik eigenlijk veel te weinig van) Erg gezellig (eet)café in Heerlen-centrum. Gerund door Grieken, en erg goed opgepakt na het definitieve vertrek van de familie Bracke. Eigenlijk overall 4,5 ster. Een aanrader!👍🏼

Hier is het altijd super gezellig en de bediening is altijd vriendelijk.

Onlangs overgenomen door een nieuwe eigenaar, het stadscafe van Heerlen. Er zijn inmiddels subtiele veranderingen geweest dat ook de gewone Heerlenaar niet ontgaan is. Gezellig terras en cafe, waar jong en oud elkaar ontmoet. Vlotte dames en heren zorgen voor een perfecte bediening. Helaas zijn de plaatsen op het terras beperkt. Het plein aan de overkant dient als uitbreiding van de terrassen van de lokale cafehouders mits er geen evenement gepland is op het plein. Een eerste stap in de goede richting voor een gezellig Heerlen.
