Delivery is fast, pick up is with good service, food is great

After a while, I ate at Alfida again, and it was extremely delicious. 🫡♥️ 10/10. Clean tables. Nice atmosphere, and friendly staff. 😅 The only downside is that they don't accept Mastercard or credit cards, and if you try to pay with them, it won't work.

As always, the pizzas were fantastic. The delivery driver forgot the sauces and said he'd bring them later. I said no problem and didn't need to come specifically for the sauces, but they were still delivered 5 minutes later. Truly fantastic, and the food and service were both fantastic!

Had ordered pizza shoarma but the wrong pizza was delivered, fortunately this was resolved quickly and well, they brought a new pizza and were allowed to keep the wrong one for free, the staff is also very customer friendly, both pizzas were very tasty, definitely recommended.

Ordered / picked up a number of times. However, this time disappointed. Waited 1.5 hours, which is of course possible when it is busy. But then also forgot to put the sauce with the kapsalon and the cheese layer was quite thick and then you already spent more than €15. Ordering quality food somewhere seems difficult in the Heerlen area.

Food came hour late like usual. When you call to them you hear that "food is on the way, might take 5min" and food arrives hour later IF you are lucky. Pizza was barely warm and look like the container was shaken on purpose and some slices were weirdly sized like Pizza was assembled from leftovers. At least I received my sauce this time. Two previous orders came without sauces and I didn't even receive a Tikkie for it. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

As often ordered a Döner pizza here. Normally always super tasty, but I think it was a bit burnt due to the crowds, so it didn't taste good. I called about this and explained it and I immediately received a whole new pizza that tasted delicious again. Great service!

Ordered food here for the first time today. The Döner Special (dish) 2x, Pizza Taco and the Döner Calzone were very tasty. Ordering via the website was easy and the food was delivered on time. Everything was to our liking and we will definitely place another order.

Ordered a kapsalon and a durum + fries mayonnaise. Delivery took a very long time.. called it was very busy. Okay no problem. Once the food arrived I was able to throw away my part of the order. Fries mayonnaise were completely undercooked as if they had been taken straight out of the bag. And I had indicated no tomatoes in the durum due to allergies and they still left tomatoes in it. The fries in the Kapsalon were also undercooked. Too bad we ordered here so often and the last few times it was really disappointing, but today is a real disappointment. Hopefully next time it will be as it should be, otherwise it will be the last time for us

When the food is ordered, it arrives and we receive a full load of garlic in the bag over our food. Called for a new one, they said you will get the entire order again. Then they bring it to you, you only get half an order and it is wrong and not yet cooked.... in my experience I will never order from this place again!!!

Net voor sluitingstijd een pizza taco besteld. Goed belegd, verse sla, lekkere saus, goede bodem, heet, snel bezorgt en niet te vergeten een erg vriendelijke bezorg knul. Zoals verwacht weer goede kwaliteit en service. Meer saus was gewenst, maar dat is een klein puntje. En dat allemaal net voor sluitingstijd! Netjes!

Gebeld voor bestelling voor 3personen. Bij aflevering maar voor 2 personen gekregen. Aan delivery jongen doorgegeven dat er 1 döner menu mist. Wel alles ( 3 menu's) betaald aan delivery jongen. Het eten kwam niet. Zelf naar Alfida gelopen. Man bleef bij hoog en laag volhouden dat er maar voor 2 personen besteld was en dat het 3de menu niet aan delivery moeten betalen. 8,50€ kwijt en geen eten maar een illusie rijker. EENS MAAR NOOIT MEER!!!!!!

ik vond het erg zoutig , de knoflooksaus smaakte meer naar mayonaise . het was wel goed verzorgd en goed warm . de pitas waren goed het vlees aan zich ook .

De schnitzels zijn altijd erg lekker, maar vraag altijd de saus apart omdat de schnitzel anders soppig wordt. Vandaag was het er toch overheen gedaan. Ook geen frietaus zoals aangegeven maar knoflook en bbq saus. Heb het idee dat mijn bestelling niet goed gelezen is. Erg jammer....
