Very cozy. Nice owner. Good beer.

The four of us thought it would be nice to have a beer here. The prices on the blackboard are no longer correct. The barman put some sliced ​​baguettes next to us and charged 6 euros for them. It was very empty so we thought he did this out of kindness, a bit of a shame to find out later that you pay triple for that without being informed.

Very nice café, stayed open longer because the taxis for our group arrived late, very friendly. Furthermore, very nice beers were tapped, in neat real beer glasses (not those BierWinst rip-off that you see more and more in Groningen). My mother enjoyed her 60th birthday drinks here and the whole group had a great time.

We rented the place upstairs. It was a bit inconvenient that you needed to go downstairs for a drink, but it was a decent trade off considering we had a private party

Hoe "bruin " kan een kroeg zijn! In Groningen zou het zeker mijn stamkroeg worden. Wel wat prijzig met de speciaalbiertjes.

Zeer fijn cafe, ik heb hier mijn promotiefeest gehad. Paul de eigenaar heeft t fantastisch geregeld. Heel tevreden, onvergetelijke avond.

Wel een rustige plek maar de bediening was niet erg vriendelijk.

We stopped here for a couple drinks and we were welcomed by a very friendly barman. Groningen being a student city, all the other pubs around were filled to the brim with students and had a bit of a noisy atmosphere. This one is more of a traditional pub, more attractive to the mature crowd.
