Guys, this is a perfect cafe for a nice date.

Had a beer here during the four-day event. Nice and quiet, away from all the festivities.

Nice drink, lots of beer options

Very nice place for a drink! We added a Maxim platter and some meatballs in satay sauce. Mmm…. Delicious beer and red wine: absolutely great (especially if you skipped lunch)!

The atmosphere was good. The snacks were good. Each around 7€ and beer around 5€. I just was maybe a little tinny tiny uncomfortable at the very beginning because they just come to you to ask for order which is odd for me but probably casual among native. I need time to see your menu!

We enjoyed the friendly atmosphere last night, the friendly and customer-oriented service, the delicious drinks boards and, as icing on the cake, a delicious Piña Colada (virgin). For years I had been looking for a repeat of my ultimate Aruba-Piña experience. Femke didn't hesitate for a moment and successfully took on the challenge. Too nice! We will definitely come back!

It has been the center of the neighborhood for many years. A mixed group of students, graduates and scientists. Young, hip and fun crowd. Nice selection of beers and drinks.

Super nice cafe / beer place in the pretty neighbourhood of Bottendaal! They have many beer options, including local breweries like the Hemel. I also really like the nachos with pulled pork that they serve.

On behalf of Beweegbareoverkappingen.nl we were able to install the scissor arm awnings and the folding arm awning from Café Maxim. Kris and Femke know what hospitality means and know their guests. It was also nice to see how involved the staff and local residents were during the installation process of the new sun blinds. We really enjoyed working at the neighborhood pub in the Bottendaal district of Nijmegen. Partly because we were welcomed with cake in the morning and were able to enjoy the (special) beers on the menu at Maxim after work. A place for us that we will definitely visit when we are in the area.

Maxim is a cozy pub for young and old. A living room where you immediately feel at home. Fantastic service; always friendly and attentive to the guests! Leuke kroeg, vriendelijke bediening. Niks mis mee voor gezellige avond. Wel vaak wat te druk.

Wat een heerlijke plek om te genieten met een drankje, sfeer is lekker ontspannen, dus goed, bediening is goed, de 39 bloedbroeders smaakte me weer fantastisch.

Mooi café, leuke locatie buiten het centrum. Vaak gezellig druk! Dineren is niet mogelijk, wel hapjes. Ruim voldoende keuze in drankjes, speciaal bieren. Vriendelijk personeel Tip voor de eigenaar: kleine kaart met enkele hoofdgerechten zou wenselijk zijn.
