A really nice place, I've been coming here for years. The staff is polite and helpful, the shisha is by far the best in Amsterdam and the surrounding area. The place has a charming, authentic atmosphere, and I feel welcome here with my wife too; no staring or other nasty things you don't want when you're out with your wife. Top-notch place.

I absolutely do not recommend this establishment. We had made a reservation well in advance, but upon arrival, we were blithely told that it was full and that we were out of luck. They didn't even bother to check our reservation. Additionally, the staff was very unprofessional and unfriendly. We felt like we were simply being lied to, without any apology or attempt to find a solution. The way we were treated was disrespectful and very disappointing. My advice to everyone: save yourself the frustration and spend your time and money instead at a place where customers are taken seriously and treated with respect. There are plenty of better alternatives. Based on our experience, I strongly advise against this establishment.

We had reserved for the Morocco match with 4 people; we arrived and they had just given our table away to someone else. That really isn't acceptable when you've reserved for it. And then we were unceremoniously directed elsewhere 5 minutes before the match started. I give this place 1 star for this reason, and let's not even talk about the other things that weren't right. I would definitely advise everyone against eating here; it's an unhygienic place.

Super nice shisha lounge and bar with tasty food and drinks! Delicious tea and plenty of choice in shisha flavors. A place to go often to unwind. The service is excellent with friendly staff who are there for you and can also have a nice chat with you. I go there and will definitely go there more often! A solid 10.

My experience was very bad and I will not be coming back here. The staff was very unfriendly and disrespectful. I did not feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The service was slow and the atmosphere was unpleasant. The quality is absolutely not worth the price. I hope the owner provides better training to the staff in customer service, because respect for customers should come first.🤙🏻

The staff treated us unfairly because some members of our group were supporting a different team. We experienced unnecessary harassment, even though the café should be welcoming to everyone, regardless of which team they support. After the match, one staff member tried to charge only our group an extra €25 per person, while no other customers were asked to pay this fee. We refused to pay the unjustified amount and told him we would call the police. He then withdrew his demand.

Didn’t expect much, but got positively surprised! Service was attentive and really friendly. The food was really good as well as the nargile. The only downside was the nargile wasn’t cleaned properly as the water was extremely milky with undefinable particles.

We searched for a long time for a decent hookah bar in Amsterdam. We were very pleased; the hookah smoked for almost two hours, and the atmosphere and service were excellent. I highly recommend it!

I was looking for a good shisha place and chose Cafe Mazazik because of its high ratings. The shisha was very good, and the service was excellent—friendly and attentive. The only drawbacks were that the venue is quite small and could benefit from better ventilation and brighter lighting. Overall, it was an okay experience, but personally I wouldn’t return, as the atmosphere wasn’t quite what I was looking for.

The waiter dropped my shades on the ground and got them all scratches, and did not even have the decency to apologize.

Very easy to reach from Noorderpark station - there is a bus number 34 stopping right next to the lounge. Walking takes 10 minutes. The space is big enough, and the ventilation is good. The atmosphere is very chill and you can work at peace. The waiters were very friendly, talkative and helpful. My friend ordered pasta but decided to return it as they were allergic to some ingredient, and the staff did not charge it and recommended to order something else. Definitely worth trying the shisha! It was really good, there are a lot of flavours. In my opnion, the price is not expensive. Overall, 5/5 🌟 experience, shisha, atmosphere, food, service!

Excellent shisha in Amsterdam! The atmosphere is fantastic, the place is clean and beautifully decorated. The shishas are top quality, well-prepared, and very flavorful. The staff is welcoming, attentive, and offers great advice. On top of that, the food is absolutely delicious, with tasty and beautifully presented dishes. It's a comfortable place to spend a wonderful time with friends or even as a couple. I highly recommend it!

Visiting from London, and this is the best shisha place in Amsterdam (we've tried them all)! Shisha was good, sometimes does get harsh but the staff try to fix it. Very decently priced and their Morrocan tea is so nice, worth a try! Lovely service and the staff are very kind, somewhat difficult to find parking depending in what time you come, and when its busy it is quite cramped. Is a bit cold in the lounge so make sure you bring a jacket (especially in winter).

Peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you. The place is more suitable for smokers. Their food is very delicious. And their bathroom (excuse the expression) has a bidet 👍🏻 and is always clean. The only downside is that the place is very cramped and the ventilation is nonexistent (they need to install an exhaust fan).

In a 5-day business trip, I somehow managed to come here 6 times. Yes… sometimes twice a day. Easily the best shisha in Amsterdam — smooth, consistent, and done right. The place has a great, modest vibe, good music (not trying too hard), and genuinely friendly staff who make you feel like a regular from day one. And the Egyptian-style tea? Perfect. Strong, comforting, and exactly what you need between meetings or late at night. Only downside they open only at 3:00 pm. If you’re in Amsterdam and want quality shisha without the chaos — this is the spot.

They were so nice they let me sit at ome of the best spots for over 5 hours doing work without even once requesting me to order more from the menu. I came all the way from California and I I smoke shisha everyday this was a great space to chill out. The vibe was everything. There are not enough reviews on this place. I met the owner and he was a very nice genuine man. The place is cozy and inviting. There are a lot of men at the location with a few ladies that’ trickles in but nonetheless it was absolutely amazing. I had the mango tango shisha and it was €25 and a drink of Bombay with cranberry and pineapple juice €10 it was (bomb 💣) Overall great experience this will be my top visit when I come back ❤️. Idk if this helps but I’m an African American female that listens to k camp, chrisbrown, and al green if you catch my drift 🤣. The location plays Arabic music and Afro beats so if that’s not your vibe pop in your headphones, vibe out and people watch lol. Yall be easy
