At first, when we walked by, we thought it looked like a pretty sketchy place, but we decided to give it a try — and it turned out to be a very good experience. We paid €20 for a shisha mix called Love 66. It wasn’t excellent, but definitely decent and worth the price (I’ve had much worse before, and I’m used to higher standards). We also ordered Chivas with Coca-Cola for €10, which I felt was a fair price for what we got. The man working there was very friendly, attentive, and changed our coals often, which I really appreciated. Since there aren’t many shisha spots in Amsterdam, I’d say you can’t go wrong with this place — just don’t judge it by how it looks from the outside. Plus, they had some really nice R&B music playing, which added to the vibe.

Came on Sunday and called in advance to confirm pricing was cheaper compared to local options and that they accepted card. Made the long commute to find out they require drink purchases for every person which brings it to be more expensive than local options. Conveniently never mentioned this when speaking on the phone. The pack isn’t bad but it’s not great either. Does a decent job on replacing coals. When paying told me they don’t accept card and to go to an ATM. After venting my frustration that I confirmed this wasn’t true with him prior, he suddenly had a card reader available. This situation paired with the fact that I had gone out of my way for cheaper prices and ended up paying more left me feeling dissatisfied with the whole experience. Edit: Changing review from 2 stars to 1 stars. I confirmed in person as well as over the phone about taking card. There was no one else who checked out in the time that I was there for a problem to have manifested in the card reader. The card reader worked perfectly fine when I used it and you never brought it up that there was an issue with the card reader when you suddenly pulled it out once I started complaining in front of other customers. I don’t appreciate the misinformation or skewing of the story.

I went with my partner almost at closing. The owners treated us in an incredible way, despite us being a little overindulged, he gave us his best smile and gave us the best experience. He offered us food for free and it was the best. Very nice hookah lounge! If you're looking for some place where you can sit in peace, relax and have a nice conversation or just sit with the laptop - than it's definitely your choice. The interior is simple, but cozy and tidy. You can always order some non-alcoholic or alcoholic drinks. And the best part for me is the service - the guy working there is so friendly and unobtrusive, that you feel very comfortable from the very moment you enter the place. Definitely recommend to visit!

Very authentic shisha and one of the cheapest in Amsterdam €15, it lasts long and tastes good. The owner changes the coal frequently and uses high quality ones so the shisha tastes good and if there's any problem, he's always happy to fix it immediately.

Die shisha bar, ist schön altmodisch eingerichtet. Der Chef ist sehr freundlich, nett und kümmert sich ordentlich gut um seine Gäste. Die shisha selber war sehr gut, und mann konnte lange dran rauchen, da der Chef jedes mal mit neuer Kohle ankam. Kann die shisha bar nur empfehlen.

I used to visit this place almost every day when I lived in Amsterdam from 2017-2020. Liked the vibe and that I could show up and chill on my laptop while trying out some nice Egyptian Hookah. Have been in Amsterdam for the last 2 weeks and visited here. Only to find that it’s been closed every time. Wondering if they shut down. (No one picks up the phone). Would be sad though. It’s a great place. With a friendly crowd. Love from India.

Ambiente: La decoración aspecto encantador, música contemporánea y televisiones. Hay ventilación interior y opción para sentarse fuera. Menú: La comida y las bebidas eran adecuadas y porciones razonables. Con la opción de shisha o dejar que le pinten las manos hace que destaque de los restaurantes /otro café de la zona. Los cócteles eran increíbles. Además, está situado en el mercado de la calle y durante tiempo de limpiar el mercado la calle era tranquila. We waren hier na de weekmarkt op dit gedeelte van de Albert Cuypstraat is het veel vis , dus het rook buiten wel een beetje naar vis. Binnen alleen maar luie banken met kleine tafeltjes om te eten. We waren rond 18.30 uur er waren al diverse personen in de zaak aanwezig. Er waren ook een paar gasten die rookten een waterpijp stond wel raar te kijken. Maar het stoorde ons niet. Vooraf een paar Kipwings en voor mij een heet worstje op een slablaatje. Het hoofd gerecht Steek van 200 gram met grote friet en salade met pepersaus. Mijn partner had weer kipwings met friet en sla. We namen koffie toe . Het was in het begin een beetje vreemd , maar gingen toch vodaan naar huis.
