The security staff were not welcoming and seemed discriminatory toward foreigners. The overall experience was disappointing, mainly because of the way the security guards treated people

I was unfortunately assaulted by the toilet attendant. My partner and I had been on the terrace for over an hour and had bought several drinks. I have an overactive bladder, and after a few beers I need to use the toilet more frequently. On my final trip to the toilets, a woman standing at the bottom of the stairs said something to me in Dutch. I smiled, said “hi,” and continued upstairs. Halfway up the stairs, I suddenly felt myself being pulled backwards. The woman had grabbed my ankle, causing me to almost fall. I managed to pull free and continued upstairs, telling her to leave me alone. She then followed me into the men’s toilets while I was using the urinal, shouting at me in Dutch and waving what appeared to be a radio. I repeatedly asked her to leave me alone and explained that I didn’t understand what she wanted. Eventually, she left. When I returned to the terrace, I saw her shouting at the staff. The staff then explained that there is a €2 charge to use the toilets, despite us already being paying customers who had been there for over an hour. At no point did I refuse to pay—I was simply trying to understand why I had been physically grabbed and then followed into the men’s toilets rather than someone calmly explaining there was a charge. Security attended, and I explained exactly what had happened, but my concerns appeared to be dismissed. If the roles were reversed and a male member of staff grabbed a woman’s ankle, causing her to nearly fall down the stairs, before following her into the toilets while she was partially undressed, it would quite rightly be considered completely unacceptable. I could easily have fallen down the stairs or instinctively lashed out while trying to regain my balance, potentially injuring both myself and the attendant. This behaviour was unacceptable and, in my view, amounts to assault. I will be making an official complaint. Charging for toilet use is entirely your choice, but good customer service costs nothing. A simple explanation from staff or a clearly visible sign informing customers of the €2 charge would have prevented this entire incident.

They are super racist , they let me in when it was emty they need costumers , i let my purse inside i get outside to smoke after did not let me in because of my nationality , in the end they let me in to get my purse !!! the worst club i ever visit

This bar was really good.We got bad bed,and we said about that to barmen and he take to us the new one for free and he was steel so nice.It was my first time when i said that something wrong,so i’m so happy.Thanx’s him,really!!!Youre a good man!!!

This gentleman(security guard) is the biggest racist, denied access because of my id(said there was a student party), meanwhile let 2 women around 30-40 years old to come in. Then he didn’t like the fact that i wanted to take a photo of the club, followed of twisting my hand and asking me to delete it and at the same time swearing me. But happily he loves the camera as you can see. Don’t visit this club if you are foreign. And I friendly advice to this insecure man to talk more about his problems with a specialist.

The atmosphere is fantastic, it's a great club with good music! The only thing that needs to change are the two unfriendly doormen who try to put women down with comments like "You're going to end up alone, and for all I care, you can freeze to death out here." This was because we weren't aware of the rules in Eindhoven regarding collecting coats before 4:00 AM (we're not from Brabant). These "doormen," if you can even call them that, are the reason for the bad review, which is a shame for the owner and the great club.

I just wanted to give you a big compliment! Last Saturday I felt incredibly welcome and safe with security, and I was also thoroughly frisked. Respect for the security. You really create a nice atmosphere, thank you for that!

Very unfriendly security staff last weekend. The security guards feel quite upset... they probably don't have any say in the matter at home when they behave this way towards others on the job, haha!

I ordered Texel's Skuumkoppe on tap. Either it was just iced tea or something was seriously wrong, but Skuumkoppe definitely doesn't taste like that! I left immediately. I'll never go back because of this.

Woman with a fanny pack was allowed in, man with the same bag was refused. Says enough...

Unfriendly staff. Not allowed to come in because as a boy I carried an essentials bag. When I mentioned that my friends were coming in with a shoulder bag, he said “yes, these are women after all”. We won't go there again.

Discrimination is not allowed, but apparently the owner is fine with the doormen doing this

Very unfriendly staff. Yesterday, access was denied without reason by the guard who also refused to provide an explanation. The gentleman clearly enjoyed sending random people away. We came in later, but the atmosphere inside wasn't very pleasant either, so we left quickly. I definitely won't be coming back here again!
