Starbucks in Centrum

I ordered a chocolate roll and got a cinnamon roll instead. They didn't even contact me, as if they were out of chocolate rolls. The cinnamon roll was also really dry, which made it extra disappointing. The delivery driver was also fantastic, though, lol.

Shaking iced caramel latte isn't an option? Only with espresso? We've had it happen several times, and they shake it in the blender. In America, they do this as standard, but suddenly you can't... strange, isn't it?

After we had our coffee, my mother wanted to use the bathroom. But we were told she is not allowed because the toilets are reserved for customers, although we just had coffee. I suspect the reason for this treatment was her headscarf.

I've been here twice. The first time, I was here with my family, and two people (who weren't customers) went to the bathroom together and then stood there for half an hour. The staff did absolutely nothing about it. The second time, I had to go myself because of a girls' emergency. The woman working there spoke to me very rudely and told me I had to buy something first. I told her in a low voice that I just needed to quickly change my tampon, and she shouted throughout the store that I wasn't allowed to. It's so strange that the rest of the store apparently had to know this too. Truly terrible service; don't come here!

You order a hot chocolate (not a hot one) without whipped cream... You get less than 1/3 of it, and the rest is filled with ice cubes and whipped cream. Another order without whipped cream, and yes, we add whipped cream again. The staff (except for the guy with glasses) could definitely improve their friendliness. They're not exactly snapping at people. No, not a great Starbucks, and I've been to several.

The location is perfect, close to the square, where you can spend a lovely time sitting outside, especially on nice days, watching the passersby. The products are the classic Starbucks taste. The only problem is that the only toilet available is locked. It used to be open, but I think they had some problems; they locked it the last time I went in May 2025, which is unacceptable and unpleasant.

Excellent coffee in a traditionally dishonorable packaging with a protruding sticker. Incredibly noisy music background, I think even health-threatening. Guests without their own headphones cannot hear each other.

Beautiful and modern Starbucks in the heart of Eindhoven. Nicely decorated, menu is the same everywhere as are the prices. It's just a shame that there are very few Dutch-speaking staff. For the rest, a great Starbucks for a quick coffee.

Ordering a cookies and cream frappucino at Starbucks Eindhoven was quick and easy. The employees could be a little friendlier, but otherwise there was no problem. The waiting time was a bit too long and the tables outside were not clean at all. They also made an order mistake, so we had to wait even longer. The drink was nice, but it's not something I would go back and order again and it wasn't worth the wait.

Order not in order. The sticker indicates what was ordered and in 2 cases it was done incorrectly. When I reported it, I did receive a new one, but before me there was a lady whose order was also wrong.

English-speaking girl who gives a big mouth when you politely indicate that your order does not taste as normal. She argues and made strange comments to me. Not friendly there at all and much more expensive than the one at the station + they always make my frappochino way too watery there.

It's a shame how dirty the place is. Starbucks does nothing to keep the place clean. The government should take action.

Our experience at Starbucks with ordering a classic hot chocolate and a caramel Frappuccino was delightful. The staff provided excellent service with their friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring our order was prepared with care. Additionally, we were highly satisfied with the quality of ingredients used and the exceptional taste of our beverages. This positive experience encourages us to make future visits to Starbucks.

There are better places for coffee in Eindhoven (for less money too). But as a quick alternative, this is a great place. The people behind the counter are friendly and we were helped quickly. The place looks clean and the various tables on the window side have wireless charging points.

Latte macchiato vanilla sugar-free was nice and warm. Unfortunately, a slice of cake was dried out.

Very antisocial staff. First of all, don't ask for your name and then say nothing when our drinks are ready. Rude. Frappuccinos were also too watery. They may be more polite. And the drinks were very watery. Plus they didn't ask for your name or call you when the drinks were done.

Dirty tables, tea not in a mug, English speaking staff. Rock hard garden chairs. Not again

What collegiality!! You will be standing with the sales stall on the 18septemberplein during Carnival. You've been getting coffee there all week and you're not even allowed to use the toilet when you're working there. HEMA still closed, nice and friendly! We're going to drink our own coffee right away, too bad! Not even for a fee.

Very unprofessional and you would have bad experience if you ever think to work there so what about being a customer lol. Don’t waste your time and money!

Nice Starbucks near Eindhoven station. The coffee is great and so are the cakes. This particular Starbucks is always very busy so seating is not always guaranteed.

Fortunately, you can still pay in cash. Oh yes, they don't give change back. Only exact payment. What a great place. I'm done with steelbucks.

huge crowded store with little staff!! three employees and more then 25 customers? waited in line for 10 minutes and waited another 20 for my drinks. was not the best experience for sure and they need to consider hiring more people the employees are having a hard time.

Is dit de Starbucks anno 2023? Dan was dit mijn laatste bezoek. Personeel kijkt je niet aan bij het opnemen van de bestelling. Zijn meer met elkaar bezig dan service verlenen. Het restaurant was een zooitje, veel afval op de grond en tafeltjes niet opgeruimd/schoon. Mijn drankje was veel zoeter dan normaal maar er werd gezegd dat dit de standaard was. Leidinggevende was ver te zoeken.

That was the best coffee from Starbucks ever. Thanks to Juan! I showed him what I want and everything was made like I wanted. The place was clean and stuff was very nice and helpful!

Personeel spreekt alleen maar Engels. Het toilet is een angstaanjagende afgrond van viesheid. Als het personeel dezelfde toilet gebruikt ben ik bang dat het de hygiëne van de gehele koffiebar geen goed doet.

I don't really recommend having a drink there. It's been a long time since I've been going to this Starbucks for coffee too. Tables are often littered with rubbish. I don't think enough staff works there. The coffee they prepare is usually not tasty. They often have problems. For example, there is never soap in the store. Pos devices break down, their ice runs out, the system breaks down, they can't store the desserts correctly...

Honestly great Starbucks and lovely location, the baristas are really friendly and helpful. They accidentally made the wrong drink for me but I told them about it and they didn't hesitate to help and remake it for me. Also the toilet was really clean ( I think they completely clean it every night) and they even had handsoap to use.

Toogoodtogo box, de 4e die ik haal in 6 weken. Kreeg 3 grote groene smoothies, terwijl er nog producten in de vitrines lagen tegen sluitingstijd. Vandaag grote blunder. Wat moet ik in mijn uppie met 3 smoothies? Op kerstavond nota bene. Tot nu toe altijd ok kwa producten, maar dit is de box die ze tussen de middag geven, en die wil ik nooit. Jammer, de box van de concurrentie was veel beter

Modern starbucks with table build in wireless chargers for your phone. Friendly hard working staff. Americano was ok. Couldnt find the toilet. Interior was alright. Very modern, but maybe bit too lifeless.

Er is geen terras en tja, niet echt gezellig ingericht. De stoelen waren wel erg goed.

Conveniently located Starbucks for the city centre. Short queue at a Saturday lunchtime but served promptly. One of the few 'fast food' places that have a free toilet.

Iced americano smaakte goed maar vreemde indeling van de ruimte. Verder kwam het personeel ontzettend ongeïnteresseerd over en werd er niet echt efficient gewerkt. Er stonden 4 personen koffie te bereiden en 1 persoon orders aan te nemen, echter waren de vier barista’s drukker met kletsen dan met orders weg te werken.
