Café Vervloet in Wijk 28 Wippolder

Cappuccino was fantastic, lovely sunshine. Owner comes for a nice chat. If you make a joke about him, he walks away.

He even comes to make coffee at home, outside opening hours! Wow 🤩 what a party. Only he brings his own music, here he insists that it must be on. Otherwise it won't make cappuccino....

Excellent food and snacks, owner is a bit of a strange guy but funny

I happened to be near the café, and the owner approached me with the question: "Hey, would you like a cappu-met?" To which I of course immediately replied 'yes', and just a few minutes later I was sitting with a delicious cup of coffee in my hands, enjoying the coziness that the owner Vervloet brought with him. Great!

Although the owner had trouble with the request for something other than cappuccino, a delicious steaming cup of freshly brewed tea was placed in front of me shortly afterwards. This was combined with a cheerful chat and good music. Highly recommended!

Delicious cappuccino. And that while I normally don't like coffee. Only in a shop near Berlin was this equaled. Original entrance. Gives a unique personal private club experience. Recommendation: Cappuccino with Amaretto

Hard to find but definitely worth the time. By far the best cappuccino in Delft.

Can’t find the entrance! The place still exist?

This place is known in Delft for its cappu (with), for a reason. Simply Ge-ni-aal! Just be careful at the step at the front door. If you twist your ankle here you will be out of action for a month. (Literal)

Great coffee! The options in menu are limited but the owner explains that with logical reasons (Aiming for the best in small number of menu items rather than falling for capitalism) Friendly staff and food options available as well. Don’t forget to hear the story behind the 11 shoe pairs. Would visit again for sure!

A cup of coffee takes a while, but then you have something. Staff very friendly. It's a shame that Americano is missing from the menu

You always have to call to confirm the opening times beforehand, they are a bit irregular. Otherwise excellent service!

Great and friendly service. Coffee is great! Only point of improvement would be the latte art. But honestly, who cares for aesthetics over the taste?
