A lovely café where everyone is welcome. You can quickly strike up a conversation with locals. I often ride my motorcycle to Axel with my wife. André is a great owner. He's been running the café for 50 years. Hats off. We feel at home there. Ives and Linda

Westkade 65Café De Rijnvaart Highly recommended! Enjoy the cozy terrace overlooking the Sas Van Gent lake, where boats sail in and out. Carnival in Sas Van Gent is also worth a visit, with performances by singer Shancy on the final day at Café De Rijnvaart.
