We ate fries here on Saturday, and I was yelled at as soon as I ordered. The fries were supposed to be €3, and so were the bear bites. It ended up being €12. How I ended up paying €20 is beyond me. I asked for a receipt, but I couldn't get one. Keep my money, but you've driven me away from your restaurant for the rest of my life with your rude behavior and absurd prices (read: scam). I recommend everyone do the same. Enjoy the €8 you wrongfully charged me.

I have to give one star, but I'd rather give zero. After a pleasant afternoon, we ordered two fries and two snacks and we were charged 19 euros. It was ridiculous. They didn't even bring it to us; they just shouted at us that our food was ready. We were chased away forever!

My previous review wasn't about the food, but about the long wait on a previous visit. Even though it was quiet both on the terrace and inside, it took a very long time before we were helped. Instead of taking this feedback seriously, the owner reacted aggressively. He blamed the heat, which wasn't true in this case. To my surprise, on a subsequent visit, I was even told I was no longer welcome – simply because of that previous, honest review. Incomprehensible and unprofessional. For the prices charged here, you should expect not only quality on the plate, but also customer friendliness and respect. It's a shame that criticism is taken so personally here.

Unfriendly person, waited more than 30 minutes for a croquette sandwich.

I have been coming to this cafeteria for over 25 years. It has never been poorly maintained. Same owner with the same quality. Here you also get really well-maintained food

A while ago I got a berehap with peanut sauce. The sauce was indeed much better than elsewhere, which I had hoped for. I like peanut sauce, not the satay/curry sauce that they add at some other cafeterias. Went again today, got two croquettes with berehap peanut sauce. There was hardly any sauce, just disappointing. Also, the atmosphere there was icy. One person (man with curls) trying to talk to another (smaller man), the other person doesn't respond at all, doesn't even look up. Not again for the time being. I'll go to another address or bake at home.

You order a Duner sandwich without lettuce. Due to miscommunication, lettuce is still there. It can happen, but just fish the lettuce out of my sandwich without gloves... The potato slices are limp and probably fried three times. The meat is pale and smells strange... Damn! And then I also add the unfriendly employee on the phone. Once and never again!!!

Good food! Good price, and very neat and very clean! Emdr toilet was really very clean, and the restaurant was also nice and clean friendly people, although in themselves very friendly! Only the atmosphere was good, only a bit cramped. But top restaurant definitely recommended. Food was ready quickly.

It's a shame that such businesses exist, they make your order wrong, you say something about it and are simply threatened over the phone, really a shame, better not to call them, then they will kick you, they shout over the phone and also say that they are doing a good job and then I'm talking about the boss of the store, what an idiot. PS: the chain lock was not for you, I thought, go inside quickly, then I'm done, you start threatening again, then I'm done, first on the phone, then in the store, I want to keep it tidy, but you were immediately angry on the phone, again, the lock I had with me was from my bike, I had no intention of doing that, but oh well.

Paid 4 euros too much. Called but couldn't convince the gentleman. Mr. difficult to understand and very quickly angry. Not for us again.

Tasty Hair salons all friendly and good food

Great food, very clean place where you can safely get fries and snacks.

The food was inedible, so to speak. The owner is rude to his staff; he barks like a dog in front of you, the customer. He also has no faith in the staff. I won't be coming here again.

Food is great, specifically for deaf people it will be a 10+. However, my ears work fine. Owner communicates at a very low level. Wasn't given much time to look at the menu and staff was treated very sadly. Time for retirement I would say. Just put a cheerful manager on it and you're done. Don't come anymore for a while

Fine in itself, but the food is not really very special

My friend and I both ordered fries war from the lady behind the counter. After we sat down, the gentleman standing next to her said "we don't have a fries war, we don't have a fries war" and he kept repeating it in an angry tone. I didn't really know what to do, because I saw both peanut and mayo on the menu, and if they didn't have that, surely the lady would have mentioned it when ordering?? The atmosphere felt awkward and I didn't feel welcome. Later my friend said that "fries party" was on the menu, so that must be their fries war? The place smelled strongly of old frying fat, and while waiting the smell got stronger and then it started to smell burnt, so I walked outside. My hair smelled like deep fryers until I took a shower, I have never had this at any other cafeteria. Maybe this was just a bad day because I was here a few months ago and everything smelled clean, but in any case we won't be back.

Tasty food for a decent price. Staff is a bit introverted, not very friendly but not offensive either. Deliciously eaten on the terrace.

Owner often criticizes staff. The lady is still trying to have a friendly conversation with the guests due to the tense atmosphere.

Small order placed. Hamburger sandwich was not included. Called several times but was not answered. Given the reviews, there is no point in going after the hamburger sandwich. Limp croquettes falling apart. Once and never again.

Good cafeteria and very clean frying baskets. Looked like new, so clean. Other cafeterias can follow this example. And the food was very tasty and good.
