Fries with mayonnaise and 2 Fiandel close to €18, and inedible too... I'll drive fast to McDonald's... You should be ashamed of yourselves with those prices for such disgusting food.

Fine for a cafeteria, best in the neighborhood.

It is really so annoying; you order two things to take away, you get home, and it’s not right. How difficult can it be to take an order when there are two people in the shop?

The food here is fine, but the hospitality and customer service are terrible. You regret walking in. And especially the ladies who work here.

The food was ready quickly and the service was friendly. Otherwise, the food wasn't very special. Mainly recommended if you need a quick bite to eat. The mango-flavored milkshake wasn't really my thing; perhaps the traditional flavors are better. Plenty of seating, the restrooms were clean, and we ate within 20 minutes. The price was comparable to the average snack bar.

Had some delicious fries with peanut sauce, a perfect peanut sauce, really very tasty, and then had a soft ice cream which was also tasty and firm, friendly staff.

Ordered food through Thuiszorgd, but the order was missing a few things. We called Charly after she told us to pick up Mom and arrange it with Thuiszorgd. This is the second time this has happened. We won't be ordering food from here again; I hope they close soon. They have no service whatsoever. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else. They were treated rudely here.

The owner was very rude and disrespectful to the staff who had only been working there for a month. The table was not clean and I was given a cloth and had to clean my own table. There was also some unfriendly talk from the woman at the bar. Otherwise the food was delicious.

Wow, we placed an order through Thuisbezorgd, but it arrived incomplete. After calling the cafeteria, we were told to pick up the missing snack or they would write it down for next time. There was no way to deliver it. To get a refund, because of course, this order had already been paid for in full, we had to contact Thuisbezorgd. Strange behavior, this was the last time this happened! You should be more considerate...

Today we went for a sandwich with an omelet. The bread was dry, and the vegetables were also damaged. I think you should also check the vegetables you put next to it to see if they're still good. I returned it, and the girl simply didn't respond, not even a new one or a credit. Such a shame, but I found this very unfriendly! It was an expensive 10 euros for a thrown-away omelet.

The order was incorrect. We called and were met with a very rude employee who blamed the delivery driver, even though he had prepared it. He refused to do anything, and we had to come and exchange it, even though we had opted for delivery because we didn't have any transportation. We paid 20 euros for three items and were treated so rudely.

I usually come here quite often, but lately it's gone downhill. The staff is friendly, but they're not good at making snacks. This is the fourth time in a row that my soufflé has no cheese in it. Another failure today, the last time I'll order anything here. Such a shame; time to find a new place.

What a terrible experience. We only came for two milkshakes and waited at the ice cream counter for over fifteen minutes. There were five people behind the counter, and it wasn't even busy, yet no one bothered to look at us. Meanwhile, other customers at the fries counter, who came after us, were being helped. After fifteen minutes of being ignored, we left without ordering. Truly disappointing, with so many staff members, you should expect someone to pay attention and actually help customers. We certainly won't be back.

Had to wait a very long time for my order. Finally, the snacks arrived. The fries arrived much later than I'd asked for them! They said it was a large order. It wasn't that busy, but there was a lot of football talk with a customer. The snack size was minimal for a maximal price! Not recommended.

Ordered today 19-10-24 for €60 including delivery costs. Upon delivery we were missing 2 special frikandels. We called and had to come get them. Excuse me? We have paid delivery costs and your delivery is incomplete. Would prefer to pick it up, but then the delivery costs will be refunded. No, that is not possible, you must arrange this via home delivery. They already see me coming, yes, I want the delivery costs back because their delivery is incomplete. No, nothing was possible, either you come and get it or we will write it down for next time. Well there won't be a next time.

A bit of a distorted picture perhaps because it was busy.... Food is fine (depending a bit) on what you order.. but it is fine to sit there... The longest I have ever had to wait is half an hour... Would be nice though this is said in advance. But without a doubt, for the best croquette you simply have to go to Charly and if you don't want to wait, you can call half an hour in advance

Food was way too expensive, a small bowl of sauce for 2 euros!!?! fries are soaking wet because of the grease. Staff made unkind comments to us. Never go there again. Also because it seems like you get the food in a garbage bag.

Dear Charly van Apeldoorn. Friendly staff. Unfortunately, for today's prices, this is quite a stretch, especially for an average family with children if you all want to eat a snack and fries. But that's not just 'normal' for Charly these days. (That's why I give 3 stars instead of 5 for service, it is certainly not due to the staff but to the management) 💡Tip for customers: Buy your sauces in the supermarket because for the price of 1 or 2 portions of mayonnaise or other sauce you can get a whole bottle in the store. 💡Tip for management: Accommodate large families with a promotion, such as a happy hour for (cheaper portions of family bags or free sauce).

A very good quality cafeteria 😋 I live in Munich and when I visit family I always get a French fries war and of course lots of frikandels 😋 They don't have those in Munich 😉 I'm already looking forward to next time 😋

Ordered via home delivery. Missing fries and cheese soufflé. Called but can't do anything, after delivery is not possible because 'that's not how the system works'. Money back is also not possible for those products because 'that's not how home delivery works'. In other words, money away and less food. From now on, call your manager or think solution-oriented. Of course it doesn't work that way.

Order placed, but a number of items were not delivered. A suitable solution was not offered and so we paid for something we did not receive.

Just what you would expect from a cafeteria, neat and clean, the friendliness of the staff could be a bit better!! Personally, I don't think it's that great as if you are less in a wheelchair...... that still needs work.....

If you want to be scammed, you should definitely order food here. Fries mayo €4.75, Frikandel special €4.75, 1 can of Heineken €4.35 (a six-pack so €26.10). You're just a total idiot if you pay these kinds of ridiculously high prices, and if you do, this gang of scammers will only make everything more expensive. Just go to cafeterias like Daantje op Zuid, where the food is much better and the prices are normal.

We found the restaurant by chance on the way home. It spoke to us as we drove past. The inside is very nicely decorated in pink and purple. The toilets are small but very clean. The food was okay. However, we had already eaten better. The cheeseburger is highly recommended. The nuggets... well... okay. And the fries are good too. I still had the party snacks but they weren't to my taste at all. Nevertheless, the restaurant must be good, because a lot of craftsmen came by and the things they ordered looked very tasty. We probably just ordered the wrong thing.

Haven't been to Charly's for a while, but it was substandard again. The fries were once again dark and hard, as if old fries were being fried on new ones. For these prices, the quality really should be high. Croquette was tasty, that's why not 1 star.

Quite reasonable in itself if the prices were not so absurdly high. What I find worse is that I can no longer buy a burger more than half an hour before closing time because the grill is already turned off. And let's be honest…. €11.25 for 2 frikandels and a hogweed is really not worth anything, paid just over half last week on the Asselsestraat...

As a KPN employee you are immediately called a scammer. Not a friendly experience.

I walked in as a KPN employee and was called a scammer by a slightly older, bald man. only thing that is a scam is their prices.

My colleagues called me that they were working in Apeldoorn and wanted to eat fries here, when the staff arrived they immediately called them scammers, poor staff, not well trained.

prices are skyrocketing. And yes, I know that everything is getting more and more expensive, but to now charge €4.50 for a special fries, €4.50 for a special frikandel and €11.10 for 3 people of fries?!, seems a bit excessive to me. For that kind of money, you certainly shouldn't expect well-done fries and fried frikandel.

Always satisfied before. After initially ordering it to eat on site, I decided to take it home because of restless children. When we got home, the frikandel was missing and the fries were cold. After calling about this, we could come pick it up or have it written down for next time. Pick up is not an option. Spending 2 restless children and spending €5 in fuel on a €2.75 frikandel isn't really profitable either. There's no need to write down for next time, because it won't come.

Placed an order today via home delivery. Unfortunately, 1 item (over 5 euros) was missing from the order. Can happen... so I called Charly. A nice lady laughingly said that a sausage sandwich had indeed been found. She couldn't solve it other than for me to come and get it. No money back or compensation on next order. Coming and getting it was the only option for them, well not for me. Otherwise I would have picked it up anyway. Asked if I could speak to the owner. The lady is going to arrange that for me and I hear in the background: I don't feel like doing this, I'm really not looking forward to this. She then tells me that unfortunately he cannot answer the phone, I indicate that I have heard something different. She then wants to disconnect the connection, with the only text being that I can still come and get the sandwich. The friendly tone has disappeared...I can certainly sympathize with the fact that something is being forgotten. I also support all hard-working entrepreneurs in these very challenging times. I have a very high regard for how you deal with mistakes and subsequently with customers. And tonight I am especially disappointed in how you as a customer are treated. That sandwich can be stolen from me, but not a decent conversation and attention to your customer. In my opinion, that is your right to exist!

Ordered large fries satay/mayo yesterday. When I got home I was disappointed with the amount of satay sauce. I expected a bit more for that price (€6.20) Fries themselves were well cooked, not too soft.

I indeed only called once, in which it was stated that I could not recover anything from you, but that I had to go to Uber and if I wanted hot food I had to order and pay again with you, so why would I call a second time if that was the case? is indicated in the 1st conversation?
