Often fast delivery with excellent quality! There was one instance where something went wrong, but they politely called us to make it right. As compensation, we received a free, neatly packaged order: see photo.

Ate inside, good atmosphere, good food.

I'm not from the area and popped in spontaneously. Luckily, they really know how things work at this cafeteria. Friendly and fast service, and the food was delicious. My leftover pizza was neatly wrapped and I was even offered a container of sauce to take home. Absolutely fantastic! 👍🏼

So I ALWAYS order here, nowadays much more often via their own website instead of home delivery, because I have noticed that my portions are considerably better filled hahaha, I like a lot, so thank you! They often deliver bizarrely quickly! And yes, things sometimes go wrong. And that sucks at that moment. Extremely rude service in this cafeteria. I had been there before and thought, they must be having a bad day. It happens. But the 2nd time last Monday January 6, 2025 I was treated with so much grumpiness and rude behavior that I suspect that these men feel so discriminated against in our society and especially by women, perhaps white women or non-Turkish, that their hatred and contempt flows from their pores and their mouths. Ordered a pizza today. By accident, the wrong address was still entered. After I wanted to give the new address by phone, I was asked to contact Thuisbezorgd. However, they told me that they had to solve this with the restaurant. Contacted again, again sent directly back to Thuisbezorgd. After I was unable to cancel the order, I tried to solve it with Cicek again, after all, I had already paid and the order was still going through. At first, they didn't answer. Then they called me back and asked me if I was 'a mongoloid' and 'if I'm about to get my period'.

Since Charlie was closed on Sunday, we moved to Cafeteria Cicek. Ordered a dish of chicken shawarma. A large and a small dish. That's highly recommended. Delicious fries and raw vegetables. We were kindly received by the staff. We had such a great time.👍👍👍

I had food here a while ago and that was the last time for me as the food was really inedible; fries consisting of all kinds of different leftovers of hard pieces, different types of fries and potato slices and half-cold frikadellen. In addition, the cafeteria looks quite dingy and the hygiene leaves much to be desired; staff who pick their noses, sit with their hands down their pants and then touch their food with those same hands.

Tasty fries for a good price! Too bad there are no vegan snacks. That would be really great.

Ordered 2 pizzas today via the official website (not via the well-known orange delivery service). Fantastic experience! Hot pizzas within half an hour that were large, deliciously cheesy and very filling. The delivery person was friendly. All in all great and highly recommended!

For the price/quality ratio, people nowadays are better off going to Perfectaria Janssen, a little further away, in Groenestraat. Good fries instead of the limp mess at a hair salon, the lettuce crispy instead of dry, enough meat instead of little... And I could go on and on...

Placed an order at this restaurant via home delivery. I order home delivery more often and I always add to the description that they have to call my mobile phone number. I called them 3 times to ask how long it would take. The last time I called them I got an answer that they had a Polish person on the phone and not me and that they had already had the food at the door for 7 minutes. I waited from 1:13 to 2:45 for my food. I've called them before to ask where the food is, so they've had my number for a long time. I was also rudely spoken to about how they were very busy and when I told them I would come by tomorrow I got a big beak.

After 50 minutes of calling where it was and after 1 hour and 15 (!) minutes I finally received the order: A large pita bread with chicken shawarma and salad. Placed an order at 6:05 PM. According to home delivery, it would be delivered at 6:35 PM. I called again at 7:05 PM. The order was in the car and on its way. Can happen when it's busy, I completely understand. But after 20 minutes the food still wasn't there. So I called again. The food was still on its way. I reported that it was less than a 20 minute drive and it turned out to be the only order in our area, so it should have already been delivered. It was mentioned that the next time we ordered we would get something free with delivery, but I don't think that will happen again. A car drove around and eventually it turned out to be coming for us. The excuse was that many new houses had been built and so he couldn't find it. We have lived there for ten years, so it is not a new house. The result was that the order was delivered 1 hour later and was still cold. So we won't order anymore.
