The food itself was simply delicious. It tasted great. I was a bit hesitant after reading the review I'm reading now. Hopefully, nothing untoward! It took a bit longer than expected, but as I said, they were on their way. Without any complaints afterward, I would definitely order from here again. :) Addition: It was simply excellent.

I come from Tegelen and I think this chip shop is the best in Hatert, friendly as they are not there

I recently had a scandalous experience. I ordered kapsalon shawarma medium with little sauce. When we got home that turned out not to be the case at all. There was no garlic sauce in it and it was super spicy. Call you to report the complaint and ask for a solution. Do they still ask what can we do? How about making a new one. No, that wasn't possible. Not customer friendly at all. Never order there again, you selfish people.

I ordered a plate of shawarma with a spicy roll and a drink. I didn't really like the shawarma; it was quite watery and not real shawarma, but a ready-made supermarket shawarma pitta bread was fine. The whiskey sauce was a bit watery, and the sambal was too brown, not really sambal. The benches were nice, but the tables were quite sticky from grease. There was a lot of food leftovers on the floor that hadn't been cleaned up. It's a shame, and the atmosphere could use a bit more attention. It's so empty inside.

Ordered a kapsalon with garlic sauce and a milkshake. Again, no straw and no sauce on the kapsalon...

The food here is excellent. Sometimes the wait is a bit long, but that's understandable considering how many customers order here. A real asset to Nijmegen.

Ordered food via Thuisbezorgd.nl. The app showed a delivery time of 20 to 40 minutes. An hour and a half later still no food. Eventually called and indicated that it would take at least another 20 minutes. When we indicated that we wanted to cancel, it could suddenly be faster. Last time we ordered here!

Visited this evening for the first time, but certainly not the last. Had a delicious lamb shawarma, croquette and fries were also excellent. Nice staff, definitely see you soon.

They only deliver until 9 p.m. all week, which is really that early. Nowadays, only after the competitor who delivers until 0:00.

I had a croquette that was really, really greasy, it was dripping off. Furthermore, good service, prompt delivery. The fries were really tasty and the kapsalon good and well stocked. I will order from here again and then go to the hair salon myself.

Don't go here. No service and will claim I'm lying. On my own birthday, I forgot to eat €20 and said I had to count carefully. Arrogant staff and hangs up the phone during the call. Karma will be a bitch😉.

Don't deliver everything and deny it and then they admit it. The fries are tough. No service.

Cafeteria that mainly focuses on delivery. In the shop itself you don't feel comfortable sitting in the chairs there. Assortment is reasonable.

I order here regularly! Especially when I feel like having a dish or fries! Good service, are always friendly and the minimum order price is also quite low compared to others. Very nice for people who live alone!

Horrible experience. We ordered a simple duner and a schotel, not only we had to wait one and a half hour (double of the expected time delivery) but our food was left at the neighbors and the driver just left. Extremely unprofessional!! Do not recommend!

Took 2 hours to be exact. Food was cold and fries looked like they had been fried at least 3 times.

Last weekend during a party at Cafetaria Hatert, I ordered a large bowl of party snacks. Besides the fact that they delivered quickly, the snacks were super tasty and still hot! Always nice, but especially to think that they came all the way to Nijmegen-Noord for us. When paying online we thought something went wrong, so we also paid in cash upon delivery. The delivery person was super friendly and immediately indicated that if it turned out to be written off, we could contact us. The next day we found out that the money had also been debited and we had paid twice. This was also no problem & the excess payment was refunded. All in all: great!!

Very bad food.. Turkish pizza was a weak bite, Kapsalon meat was too dry and slightly black and the rest of the order was also inedible.. after half an hour I had to run to the toilet and my brother-in-law had to spend the whole evening stomach cramps...the tent itself doesn't look good anymore either. It's a waste of money to order there.

Tasty fries. I always call in my order because they are not very fast. Update: I'm still calling in my orders even though the new owners are significantly faster. Great cafeteria!

Very good fries, delivery person very friendly. And I just got a can of coke with it. That was certainly welcome!

This is the worst place I have ever eaten from. I open my hair salon and all the cheese stuck to the foil. Even the fries special were incredibly bad. Everything that is on a special fries was dolloped into one place! Never again. Waste of money.

Waited a while but quality was great. Kapsalon is perfect and no chunks of meat.

Fries were a bit soggy but the crockery was good, we even got 2 large bottles of drinks for free!

What a bad thing. The food arrived late, the delivery person said he was there but I had to wait a long time downstairs. Our snacks were also half burnt. They forgot the drinks so we had to call for this. Delivery man said he would be there in 5 minutes, but again was much later. Not recommended and certainly not worth repeating.

What a bad tent! Order placed via Thuisbezorgd at 8 p.m.! And still nothing at 9:30 PM! It is blamed on 'a problem at Thuisbezorgd'. Every bit of business solves such a problem! But no, this company, with a 'great' boss who I was allowed to speak to personally 🤣😂🤣😂 NOT! Called several times. Long story (what it really was!) made short, I had to reach Thuisbezorgd myself! After another half hour of waiting, someone comes on the line again with the promise: 'I will call Thuisbezorgd' After waiting another half hour I try to reach that guy, but get 'the voicemail service!' 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 What an outrage!!! I will NEVER order here again!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

For the umpteenth time I didn't get what I ordered. Ordered a meatball from the gravy. You clearly get a fried meatball (crispy outside, white inside). Then you call and they act like they're crazy.

After waiting 2 hours and calling twice (it's on its way, sir), they managed to find my address. Unfortunately no sorry because the chicken fillet (chicken fillet dish) was dripping with fat, the fries were also dripping with fat and were even weaker than ... Well, what could be weaker and the food was not exactly warm. Fortunately, the whiskey sauce looked good in the container. Still something worked out. And me?...... I ate delicious Greek-style yoghurt and a chicken fillet dish from the wheelie bin.... Still 3 stars because they keep saying so nicely on the phone that it is on its way. Oh well, it was probably busy because it felt like Sunday on this Monday evening.

well great. order is not delivered. and they don't answer the phone.. This is another one of those Home Delivered mistakes... Not responding and not delivering or delivering poorly... Thank you (perhaps Home Delivered should also be addressed once in a while)

The first few times there was nothing wrong with ordering, nowadays you have to wait an hour and a half for your order and the staff gets angry if you say something about it... blame is often placed on "fake orders", but they use that excuse slightly. too often! very unfortunate

After waiting 1 hour, I called cafeteria Hatert. they use an excuse that they have received fake orders, and they also say over the phone that they tried to call me, they don't even have the right phone number for me. conclusion I can whistle at my food SO I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM CAFETERIA HATERT AGAIN

Ordered for delivery at 7:00 PM. You call yourself at 7:30 PM and the delivery person is not on his way because it is busy. 45 minutes later it's still not there. Strange if you live on delivery...
