Best fries in Nijmegen and the surrounding area. I should know because I've tried everything. They're not fussy about a few snacks. Friendly service that's always up for a chat :)

The food was truly a 10/10! We had loaded fries, a vegan meatball, and a vegan meat croquette. The tables inside could be a bit cleaner, but otherwise, it was highly recommended.

Girls are sexually harassed there. It's extremely unprofessional, and strange, sexually suggestive comments are made to girls who just want to use the restroom. The food is also truly awful. Extremely unhygienic.

Well, we didn't have any customers, but it all looked dingy, so you really think you should wipe the tables with a cloth. I wanted a catamaran but with ketchup instead of special, the child who helped me burst out laughing and said so you just want a large fries with 2 frikandels and ketchup, yes, it's not that difficult to speak to a customer normally, is it? We also ran out of wooden forks and got a grimy fork. Special place, we will not come again, the fries were all very small pieces and the service was therefore worthless

SCANDALOUSLY charging €13.50 for an 8cm schnitzel without fries or anything. And then there were the Bali fries, no bacon or chicken pieces to be found, and the prawn crackers they described weren't included either. This is a complete scam, and I advise everyone not to order anything from here. Nice words on the menu, but no results. What a disgrace!

Delicious fries, but unsanitary! The employee was drunk, wearing a dirty, greasy T-shirt, and grabbed the onions specifically for the fries with his bare hands! Not recommended!

Just forget the sauce on a special fries, the only thing that should be on it. They don't answer calls either. Bad.

Bad experience. I asked for a vegan croquette, which became a vegetable croquette without consultation (there is a significant difference) and the price became higher. Anyway, then it was served on a bun and the staff told me to google whether it was vegan. The toilet was rancid and smelled. In addition, the prices for other snacks are also expensive. Pity.

Best burger i ever had. Vegan chicken was very crispy and when I wanted something spicy on my burger , they added kimchi, which happened to be my favourite. The staff seems to have a bit of trouble/ are slow sometimes but it's ok bc were just humans.

No recommendation!!! Dirty, tables were only wiped down briefly after request, I don't even want to describe the toilet... Dried fries with shell, meatball shriveled, not enough sauce, far too expensive.

If you come in the afternoon while it is still very quiet, have something to eat, a nasty smell upon entering, a filthy, poorly maintained toilet, so I told the woman to go to the toilet somewhere else. This place used to be much better, no longer recommended!

Placed at a great location in the city centre of Nijmegen. It is in the middle of a square full with bars and shops. In front of the Friterie there are terrasses where you have a drink. The Friterie & Zo is a chips restaurant who make their chips themselves. The chips are served with loads of different sauses and additional Dutch snacks.

Tasty fries, but unfortunately poor Dutch-speaking staff and no cash payments. How can you, as an entrepreneur, not accept cash payments in these times of crisis? The purchase of stock is also done by a potato because the fries were gone.

Wasn't tasty, paid 10 euros for a nasty chicken burger and even though we ordered online to pick it up, it took way too long. Not recommended

Went there for something to eat after a concert. Service was quick and very friendly! Portions were large and tasty!

Last night just before closing time we were kindly helped by the lady behind the counter. Even though she said she was closing but we were still very welcome, she deserved 5 stars! And the fries were also super tasty!

What incredibly friendly staff and the food is all delicious. Vegans also have plenty of choice and understand that even more will become available. Deliciously tasty

Tasty, fresh fries! The snacks are of somewhat lower quality, but all in all a great snack bar.

Normally very satisfied, especially with the vegan karma fries. Ordered vegan nachos today but got vegetarian. Miscommunication can always happen, but it is a pity that no inquiries were made and when calls were made, this was not addressed. Shame! Vega variant was also really disappointing actually.. Fantastic fries with a good bite. I personally found the hamburger a bit disappointing; not bad, but not very special. Fries are their strong point.

A very nice little chip shop with a classic ambience and modern offerings. It may be a little hidden between the other catering options, but it was convincing. Nice staff and moderate prices. English is even spoken here. Our portions were very large. It was also positive that no plastic crockery or cutlery was used!

Simply good fries! Crispy fried. Last time fries stew, this time fries pulled pork 😲 with fries sauce, that was gone quickly! So delicious 😁 Friendly staff... worth it.

Good fries but the environment disappoints. Not cozy.

We tried 2 new dishes here. The Bali and the Mexican. First of all, it looks very festive (see photos). The flavors are good, the quantity is fine! The large terrace is also lovely when the weather is good (and we had that). Although it looked very festive, it might be better not to put the sauces all over the home-made artisanal fries. The last part of the fries becomes very 'wet' and mushy. This causes you to lose the taste of the fries.

Fries are really good, but we got old date sauce (overheard personell say that). Decor looks really outdated and there was a flattened corpse of a bug on the wall.
