The food was there on time, hot, and friendly service!

On August 3rd, I placed an online order for pickup. The lady called me 1 minute later and indicated that the oven was turned off; otherwise, I don't mind that as long as I get my money back. Unfortunately, I did not receive my refund. The lady says that the customer must cancel an order via Thuisbezorgd, not the restaurant. I contacted Thuisbezorgd afterwards, and they indicated that the lady said the order was ready but was not picked up. That is incorrect. I was already on my way in the car, so I could have simply picked up my order. The lady therefore kept the money for herself and thought she could easily scam me. I will contact an anti-fraud agency about this, as I do not want other people to be victims of this restaurant. Regards, Rocher

I waited 35 minutes for a large portion of fries, but it was super salty and the woman took a super long time to take my order because she didn't hear me or something 1 star!!!

The food took a super long time, we got stale fries (they get deep-fried twice), it took her half an hour before she would take my order, and the atmosphere is really boring.

They are not stingy with the kapsalon portions they make! It's really delicious too.

Kids went to grab some fries, came back. Paid 17.50 for 2: Fries War, 1 Kipcorn, 1 Mexicano. Let's do some calculations: Fries War 4.75 x 2 is 9.50, 1 Kipcorn is 3.00, 1 Mexicano is 3.00, so 15.50 euros, so paid 2 euros too much. Please be very careful with the prices here, and the fries are so salty, so after a few fries they went straight into the trash 😳

What unfriendly staff, they give me really dirty looks the whole time. And they deliberately give too little change and don't let you finish speaking when you ask something.

Even one star is too much for this chip shop. Ordered food via Thuisbezorgd. Forty-five minutes later, I received a call saying the pizza I had ordered was out of stock. I indicated I wanted to cancel the order. That wasn't possible at all, because they had already made the fries and we had to sort it out with Thuisbezorgd. The tone the lady adopted was truly absurd. Tried to cancel the order via Thuisbezorgd, but it didn't work because only the chip shop could do that. Called back asking if the lady wanted to cancel the order. Swear words came out, ridiculous!!! PLEASE do not order here!!!

We regularly order from their website. The food is always good quality, the delivery drivers are friendly, and they always call if the delivery takes a little longer. A really good cafeteria. The kapsalon is highly recommended.

The food is good, but you always have to wait a very long time. Time for them to realize you need more staff.

The people who run this restaurant are friendly, and even though they were supposed to be closing, they still made us delicious croquette sandwiches. With all the sauces we could want. Thanks for this delicious Midnight snack.

0000 there on a Friday. According to Google and their own sign, they should be open. Nope, closed. Adjust your hours then. Super annoying if you go all the way there for free.

This is one of the slowest chip shops I've ever been to. There was no one there, and it took 40 minutes for a kapsalon and two pizzas. No apology or update. Both pizzas were burnt. This is a truly deserved one star.

I ordered a pizza sucuk with extra sucuk for €11.50, which cost me €1.50 extra. No problem, if it had actually been on my pizza. It came with 8 thin slices of sucuk. When I called, the lady said she had put extra on top. Does that mean you normally get 4 slices? When I said I thought 4 slices for €1.50 was a bit low, I was told that all the extras cost a euro. My advice: order somewhere else!

Nice female employee, food always great

Ordered food via Thuisbezorgd on Saturday evening at 23:59. Then called the restaurant at 02:00 to ask how long it would take. Turns out they were closed in the meantime! I reported via Thuisbezorgd that I had not received anything. They contacted the restaurant and they indicated that they had delivered it immediately. No one was at my home, so I don't know who received my food, but this really makes no sense. Cafetaria Eethuis Nijmegen refuses to give me my money back, even though I have now paid €20 for an order that has never been delivered. This is bizarre.

Then I get cold food, and half of it isn't even right. That evening I also felt sick. For me this was the last time at this chip shop. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS. I had to give a star otherwise I wouldn't even give a star.

We ordered here via home delivery. The food we received was cold, we had to heat it up ourselves. Not really what you pay for

Everything was great. Delicious homemade spring rolls and chicken satay and the curry (extra spicy at my request) brought the authentic taste I know from Thailand.

Authentic Thai food was delicious. Best I've had in the Netherlands. The people are also super friendly. Chicken satay was also particularly tasty and the fries were top notch. Great and cheap.

There's nothing wrong with purchased snacks, but if you order a Hawaiian chicken sandwich that they have to think about, Kiribati will give you something nasty. And that was thrown into a bag, all over the fat.... No, they won't see me there again, yuck.

Looks neat. Friendly young lady helps me. Döner dish delicious, but I think the salad could be a little better. Presented with old-fashioned shawarma bread. Lady working hard because it is quiet. Yes, because she cleans and a good catering entrepreneur knows that cleaning is so important. She looks Asian, but I can't find anything about that in the menu. Almost 5 stars!!!

The service is always correct and friendly. The prices are reasonable and the quality of the food is good. I have been a regular customer for years and can certainly recommend this cafeteria.
