Just got some food and drinks, it was delicious and what a nice man, service was top-notch!

It's a good thing they're the only ones delivering fries and snacks where we were staying. But these prices are just ridiculous. Simple fries and standard snacks. Frikandel sandwich for €6? Cheap hamburger for the absolute top price 😂

I got a snack here for the first time today. The absolute winner: the beef croquette. Large, well-filled, great flavor—exactly how I expect it when I order it out, but which I couldn't get in Noordwijk-Binnen before. The spicy bami disc is also a winner! Other snacks were fine, as were the fries. The snack bar is simple; the display could be a bit more inviting. Tip! Try to be a bit more distinctive, for example with homemade stewed beef, rich farmer's fries, or a good butcher's meatball. Tip 2: Invest in your fries. Ensure excellent quality, and you will be far ahead of the other snack bars in Noordwijk-Binnen.

We had a good meal and the staff were super friendly. I didn't find the interior very atmospheric, but we had a lovely meal outside under the watchful eyes of two seagulls. There is paid parking in one of the streets opposite; this wasn't clearly indicated, so pay attention to which street you park in, as they check frequently.

My favorite neighbor. Best service and atmosphere in all of Noordwijk. He really is such a sweet man and since yesterday he has a new milkshake and soft ice cream machine. You can taste it!🤩❤️

We order weekly. Unfortunately, things sometimes go wrong. Lately, more often than sometimes. Today we didn't receive the peanut sauce. I called and it was supposed to be delivered immediately. After 10 minutes I called again and she was surprised that it hadn't arrived yet. It was really on its way. Another 10 minutes later (no sauce) I called again. Again she was very surprised. After another 10 minutes I was really fed up. Called one more time and it really should be here almost. In the meantime, the snack could go back into the freezer. Great! The delivery person arrived, I spoke to him but I wasn't spoken to politely. He said: "Yeah, it's busy!" Sorry, but you can't tell me that all this takes so long. Perhaps I should look for another snack bar after all.

It is super neat and clean inside. Staff very friendly and genuine. The food is tasty and well prepared. Had a nice chat with the owner and just a great atmosphere!

They have delicious fries here, and they give you plenty of sauce. I will definitely be back.

Went there again today. Friendly, fast, nonsensical, and the snacks were a bit overcooked. The furniture was mediocre, and the front door doesn't close well, so it's often left open, which makes it feel cold. It's not a welcoming restaurant, but it's a good snack bar.

Really a bad place. Waited at home for more than 2 hours with my small children because they had forgotten just about everything. Definitely not recommended.

The veggie burger is unfortunately truly tasteless. A piece of cardboard in a bun. A shame, because veggie can be delicious too.

Super Snack Bar, the neighbor's employees always smile! Quality and price are great, not too expensive. I've been coming here for a while and will definitely come back! The schnitzel menu is highly recommended.

A few years ago, when these two friendly gentlemen settled here, they were both super friendly, sympathetic, generous and above all modest. Because I don't remember their names, I'll call one “the taller one” and the other “the shorter one.” The shorter one gave me his number because I am alone with my 3-year-old son and ordering via home delivery is very expensive and the food is not eaten because it is too much. Because they don't have a card at the door, I was always allowed to pay for the small order the next day or the next time. And so I did. Although I saw the friendliness (apart from the taller man, who always smiles, you see, and the girls, including the girl with the beautiful eyes behind the cash register) and the modesty slowly fade and turn into a kind of self-evident attitude, both m A mother like me order there. Until 30-6... I texted the shorter one at 6:00 PM asking if I could order fries and two veal croquettes for myself and my son. See also screenshots. Haven't received anything at 7:00 PM, normally they are at my door within half an hour. I texted again to ask if it was busy. See also the app contact in the photos. Afterwards I received an FURIOUS call from the shorter one (I think, because that's his number, and the taller one is always a lot more nuanced and sympathetic); “You are no longer allowed to text me and order! You send me 100 messages (I messaged 3 times: the order and twice the question whether he had forgotten it, in 2 hours!), are you crazy or something? WHAT ARE YOU THINKING? From now on you will just order normally, yes?!” I was very shocked by this so I clammed up and just said; "okay sorry". But he continued his rampage. I hung up. One of his delivery people brought my order ten minutes later (at 8:00 PM, so 2 hours after my order). Never heard of it again. I thought maybe stressed and busy. Can happen. But even then I won't let myself be shouted at in such a way. So an apology was not only appropriate, but also expected by me. But nothing. He apparently thinks it is permissible to shout and curse at me in this way. I don't know if the taller one knows about it. I don't think so because when he called me and cursed at me, he was clearly standing outside in the wind. The point is understandable and it was service from them, he didn't have to do it and was therefore very accommodating and kind in my situation. And I understand if he does not want to receive orders via the app. But I didn't ask for it. It was out of customer friendliness and I appreciated that. I ordered a total of 3 times that way. All other times (every week over the years, since they started, you can do the math) I have always just picked up my order in the store. Again, I have no idea if the taller guy knows about this or not, but I don't think this is a way to interact, especially with regular customers from the start. From now on we will go to Van Westerop. I feel bad for the taller man, I don't think he would have handled it this way. I really thought this company was great. Friendly and quality, although the latter has deteriorated and prices have risen drastically. I SINCERELY granted it to them, especially considering my husband's origins and then residence and the city they come from is the same... but I will not be treated/shouted at that way. Shame. Ps photos were not allowed to be posted. The screenshots show that at 6 p.m. I ask if I can order for my son and me. And whether I can pay with a tikk (since they don't have a PIN machine). That wasn't necessary. At 7 p.m. I ask if it is busy, I receive a voice memo saying yes, it is busy, etc. I write; how nice! I'll see it appear. 7:45 PM I write that my son (3 years old) has to go to bed and I ask if it will still work? Get voice memo again, yes, they are coming to you now. No excuses, nothing. And then I got called and yelled at.

Vandaag op weg naar het strand hier een tussenstop gemaakt. Wat een vriendelijke (ik denk) eigenaar! Heel aardig naar ons en onze kinderen. En wat een ruime porties! Zowel de friet als de saus.

bereiding is prima, eten wordt snel en heet bezorgd. Kwaliteit van het eten is laag....alsof het zeer goedkope snacks zijn. Ik werk zelf in een restaurant als kokkin en ik proef dat het een lage kwaliteit is. Jammer, als je goede bereiders en snelle bezorgers heb, zou je betere kwaliteit moeten verkopen. Dan zouden ze echt een 10 krijgen

Een aanwinst voor Noordwijk!! Ik woon op Noordwijk aan Zee maar dit is nu al onze snackbar. Betaalbaar schoon en vriendelijk personeel. Patat snacks alles is heerlijk. Ik zou deze zaak zeker een keer proberen ! Hier kunnen de overige snackbars in Noordwijk wat van leren!!
