You're all top-notch here. Incredibly friendly, polite, helpful, good quality snacks, and just plain fun, hardworking people. After disappointing experiences with Kwalitaria Stadsweiden, we'd rather drive a bit further for a great experience. Keep it up, guys. You've got a new regular.

We ordered food today at 5:31 PM, and they arrived at 7:28 PM. We waited about two hours for our food; it was just cold. If you want to order food and have it hot, definitely don't order at the gate.

I've been coming here for a while now, and it's always a pleasure! The cafeteria always looks neat, modern, and cozy – you immediately feel at ease the moment you walk in. The staff is super friendly, recognizes you immediately, and always takes the time for a chat. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality you get. Everything is freshly prepared, and you can taste it. The fries are always nice and crispy, the snacks are perfectly cooked, and the sandwiches and platters are also excellent. You can tell they make the food with care and love. The delivery is always excellent! The food arrives on time, nice and hot, and fresh. Everything is neatly packaged and tastes just as good as when you eat it in the cafe. Really great service. In short: this is the kind of place you'll want to come back to. Delicious food, nice people, and a cozy atmosphere – what more could you ask for? Highly recommended! 🍟❤️

I was at De Poort Cafetaria in Harderwijk with my family. The service was really good! The bald man working there was very friendly. He smiled when we came in and immediately said hello. We didn't have to wait long for our food, and he brought it with a big smile. He also asked if everything was alright and if we had enough sauce. I thought that was really nice, because they don't usually ask that at other snack bars. It just felt cozy, like they genuinely want to help you and that you're welcome. The fries were nice and crispy, and the food looked nice. I give it 9 out of 10 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good service, delicious food, and friendly people — definitely a place I want to go back to.

Cafetaria de Poort is highly recommended! The atmosphere is always pleasant and the staff is super friendly. The prices are good and the quality is top-notch; you really get your money's worth. And if you have delivery, the food always arrives faster than expected—perfect! I love coming here and recommend it to everyone.

Finally found a cafeteria in Harderwijk that has delicious satay sauce. Everything was well packaged and still warm after delivery, even the sausage, which is often lukewarm at other places, was well packaged and hot here... I know where I'll be ordering my food from now on👍🏻

Placed an order at 5:45 PM. It was supposed to be delivered in 45 minutes. At 7:00 PM, I called to ask where it was and was told it was being made and would be there within 15 minutes. The order arrived at 7:30 PM, but that was just the drinks. Finally, at 7:40 PM, I received the food, which was lukewarm. Absolutely terrible. It wasn't a complicated order: a croquette sandwich, chicken nuggets, and a few drinks. I usually order from here, but not anymore.

The atmosphere is ruined because the boss, I believe a bald guy, keeps nagging the staff. The staff are just trying their best, though. The food was good, but I'm not complaining about that.

The fries were great, as were the croquettes. It was also very busy inside with staff, which made it quite noisy. It must have been rush hour, and it couldn't have been otherwise. Otherwise, there were plenty of seats inside.

All in all, simply fantastic! Delicious fries special and all the Dutch fried classics available with a vegetarian alternative. It doesn't get more authentic than this, and the prices are right, too 😊

Highly recommended. Simple snack bar, but top quality. We are moored in the harbour of Molecaten and come here regularly in the summer.

Cafetaria Smeepoortstraat 10, 3841 EJ, in the center of Harderwijk friendly staff and good service, I thought I would get everything served in one container but it was one plate, the fries were crispy, the amount of sauces well dosed, a real recommendation is the soft ice cream, great, nice and soft, creamy and not too sweet, my compliments 👍

We ordered a kapsalon. It was tasty, although the ratio of vegetables to meat felt a bit off — there were too many vegetables compared to the amount of meat. Also, it would be great if the food could be served on larger plates. The portion formed quite a pile, and some of it fell off because it didn’t fit well on the plate. Please consider using bigger plates for better presentation and comfort. Be prepared for a bit of a wait, especially during busy times. I noticed there were many online orders being prepared, which caused some delay for dine-in customers. That said, the staff were friendly and the food was overall good.

There's nothing like an evening of comedy. The manager is constantly complaining to the staff and people with small orders have to wait more than 25 minutes. After we unpacked our order, the milkshake turned out to be missing, so we had to walk back while the food was getting cold. I would recommend finding another snack bar.

Nice snack bar... nice people Seems a bit gothic but fries were great. Not wheelchair accessible... of course they will help you, but I doubt whether the wheelchair can enter.

Tasty food, made with care and it has good quality. Prices are quite low, but the quality is excellent. Ordering is always a thing, expect your food to arrive on average 10 minutes later than planned, especially on Fridays

While this has always been our favorite spot for fries, snacks and good delivery, I wonder what has gone wrong in recent months. The quality of the food is suddenly mediocre with limp or well-done fries and lukewarm or cold delivery. Delivery time was always lightning fast, but now it sometimes takes more than 45 minutes. Orders are delivered incorrectly due to the carelessness of the delivery person. As soon as you want to call about this, the telephone line is busy for more than 20 minutes for the reason that someone was on the phone for a long time, which seems to me to be a good thing for a snack bar. The only way to get the correct order or your money back is to go to the snack bar to seek redress. When you explain the story you are looked at sheepishly and (I think) the owner has little room for self-reflection or excuses. The order could be remade, but we had to continue so we asked for the money back. I would have expected at least both as compensation for double the inconvenience. When you indicate that you are very concerned that someone will be on the phone for 20 minutes, you will receive a brutal answer. After receiving the money back, we left and will not be returning for a while. While we gave this place 5 stars six months ago, we now give it only 2 stars. Judging by Thuisbezorgd and Google Reviews from the last few months, we are unfortunately not the only one, which is a shame...

We wanted to eat something in the Cafeteria De Poort in Holland. We also looked at the menu. They wanted between €21 and €24 for a pizza. We just drank a beer there. That was expensive enough. A beer 035 just under 5 €. A cyclist still costs €6.50.

I don't know what happened at the Gate. New inexperienced people? but the last 2 times the delivery was far below par. Waiting more than an hour... can happen once, add ice cream and apologize 1st X. Fine. Too late again today, we saw the delivery man driving back online... ? Called, apologies, fine. This time, however, the fries were cold, hard and unedible. Frikandellen no longer looked good, croquette was crushed, fries were everywhere in the bag. We ordered here because of the attention for gluten-free snacks, but this was the last time for a while.

The service and quality of the food are always top notch at this snack bar. The location is also beautiful, near the city wall and the variety is fantastic! The delivery person called me this time because I did not respond to the bell. I'm so happy with this. Would have been very sad if I hadn't been able to receive my food. This could have ended very badly, but the skill of this delivery person has ensured that I can now enjoy a delicious meal. Because of this I gave a 10% tip, which I normally don't do. It's a fantastic snack bar and I wish them all the best!

Exquisite! Ordered beef hamburger with cheese on Monday, together with fries, egg emulsion and south-eastern Indonesian sauce made from fresh peanuts. All in all a good balance, with fresh notes of pickle to offset the fatty and ripe flavors of the cheese-covered beef slice, just like the lightly candied potato batôn, combined with the creamy egg emulsion, or the spicy sauce of fresh peanuts. This was all introduced with a fresh starter of fresh pointed cabbage, dressed with a vinaigrette and garnished with fresh cucumber and red onion julienne. And all this from a picturesque and attractive restaurant in the heart of Harderwijk. Neat delivery service that worked very hard unnoticed and kindly wished us a nice day. All in all a sublime experience and a wonderful evening. Our thanks are great!

Very nice staff, especially that enthusiastic red-haired employee. It was almost closing time when we were still hungry. Despite the late time we were still helped. This was real service to the customer, and that's what it's all about.

The food was well delicious! Only the owner should not be so rude to his staff, who are often teenagers. I felt sorry for them! With texts "you are sleeping" "you are wasting your time" was replaced by shame

Good business, friendly service, Patrick below orders on the 1st of 2024 and expects everyone to be in top shape after New Year's Eve. Firstly, the business is open every day of the week with some exceptions to deliver their food to people when it is very busy, secondly, peanut sauce and fat are replaced every day! Be a bit more positive and if there is something wrong you can also report it to the store, I can guarantee that something will be done about it.

I don't know why this gets a good rating, but the fries are overcooked and overcooked with old fat. Peanut sauce wasn't tasty either and the staff didn't really feel like it either.

Softijs zoals het hoort te zijn. Net als de kroketten, zijn geen kleine rommel kroketten maar gewoon zoals het hoort.

Vlotte bediening, groot aanbod snacks, snel geholpen en ook op de vraag of er behalve vegetarisch ook vegan opties waren werd meteen gereageerd met twee opties. Nog steeds niet veel maar al 200% beter dan zijn collega cafetaria “friends”. Op de vraag of er ook vegan Mayo was was helaas het antwoord… zo ver zijn we nog niet. Toch maar weer een patatje ketchup dan, met…. Een vegan kipkorn Conclusie tot nu toe… Harderwijk is niet echt een stad voor veganisten en het patatje lukt nog net. Maar dan met ketchup.

IK ben nog nooit in de zaak geweest, dus daar kan ik niet over oordelen. maar wat ik bestel via Thuisbezorgt is altijd goed en vers en warm. Ben super te vreden.
