Cafetaria Denia in Wijk 16 Zaandam Noord

I've been here a few times since my mother moved here. It's a great place, with excellent fries and snacks. It's just a shame you have to pay cash, but the ATM is literally right next door, so that's not a problem. We'll be eating in the restaurant soon too.

Called for two dishes for mother in nursing home and she was very happy with them.

Paid more than €11! for 2 double espressos. After 10 minutes, when asked, it turned out that the coffee machine was not working. Much too expensive and very bad service! Never experienced this before

I don't quite understand the positive reactions. I'm particularly disgusted by the way customers are treated. For example: A child, about six years old, dropped an ice cream spoon and fell under a car. His father said, "Just ask for a new spoon." She could get one, but it cost 10 cents. And then there's the impatience on their faces and the encouragement when a child can't figure out which ice cream they want quickly enough. It's truly appalling. I have to say, the young people who work there are not to blame. If you talk to others about it, you hear more stories like this. Happy with the new snack bar on the Zaan.

Cafetaria Denia – Excellent service! We've been ordering from Cafetaria Denia for years and are always satisfied. This time, however, something went wrong: when we got home, we found half a chicken in our order instead of a whole one. One phone call to Simon, and it was promptly resolved. Simon immediately admitted that they'd accidentally given us the wrong bag and asked if we lived nearby. Less than 15 minutes later, a lady was at the door with a warm half chicken and two milkshakes as an apology. What fantastic service! Mistakes happen, but it's how a company handles them that matters. Cafetaria Denia handled that perfectly. We'll continue to enjoy ordering from them. Thanks Simon and the team!

Great employees. Food for a democratic price!! I spent 6 euros for fries war and a croquette, so that's nice! It was really ready in 5 minutes. Just a good Dutch snack bar. 10/10

Great food. Stopped here after visiting zaanse schans and looking for a more affordable place for food. Only 1km away and have a good selection of both Dutch and Turkish foods. In a local neighbourhood it’s not fancy but i certainly recommend.

Een van de beste snackbars in Zaanstad. Uitgebreid assortiment. En Nederlander die pizza, diner, shoarma maakt. Kippedingen is de specialiteit.

Niet lekker en te duur voor wat aardappelen zonder smaak. Slap gebakken. Glutenvrij is er niet te vinden.

We hadden shoarma, een kidsbox en een pizza. Alles was ondanks de drukte snel klaar en lekker. Vriendelijk personeel en een leuke sfeer. Ook om daar te eten lijkt me niks mis mee maar niet geschikt om gezellig te tafelen.

De eerste indruk is gelijk goed, mede dankzij het vriendelijke personeel, de moderne inrichting een een groot assortiment lekker eten.
