Cafetaria Denia in Wijk 16 Zaandam Noord

I've been here a few times since my mother moved here. It's a great place, with excellent fries and snacks. It's just a shame you have to pay cash, but the ATM is literally right next door, so that's not a problem. We'll be eating in the restaurant soon too.

Called for two dishes for mother in nursing home and she was very happy with them.

Paid more than €11! for 2 double espressos. After 10 minutes, when asked, it turned out that the coffee machine was not working. Much too expensive and very bad service! Never experienced this before

I don't really understand the positive reactions. I am particularly disappointed with the way in which customers are treated. To give an example. A child of about 6 years old dropped an ice cream scoop and fell under a car. Father said, just ask for a new spoon. She could get that for 10 cents. And then the impatience that can be read on the faces and the exhortations when a child does not know quickly enough which ice cream they want. That's really shocking. I have to say, the young people who work there are not to blame. If you talk about it with others, you will hear more stories like this. Happy with the new snack bar at the Zaan.

Cafeteria Denia – Excellent service! We have been ordering from Cafetaria Denia for years and are always satisfied. This time, however, something went wrong: when we got home, our order turned out to contain half a chicken instead of a whole chicken. One phone call to Simon and it was promptly resolved. Simon immediately admitted that they had accidentally given us the wrong bag and asked if we lived nearby. Less than 15 minutes later a lady was at the door with a warm half chicken and two milkshakes as an apology. What great service! Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a company handles them. Cafeteria Denia has done that perfectly. We will continue to order here with great pleasure. Thanks Simon and team!

Great employees. Food for a democratic price!! I spent 6 euros for fries war and a croquette, so that's nice! It was really ready in 5 minutes. Just a good Dutch snack bar. 10/10

Great food. Stopped here after visiting zaanse schans and looking for a more affordable place for food. Only 1km away and have a good selection of both Dutch and Turkish foods. In a local neighbourhood it’s not fancy but i certainly recommend.

Een van de beste snackbars in Zaanstad. Uitgebreid assortiment. En Nederlander die pizza, diner, shoarma maakt. Kippedingen is de specialiteit.

Niet lekker en te duur voor wat aardappelen zonder smaak. Slap gebakken. Glutenvrij is er niet te vinden.

We hadden shoarma, een kidsbox en een pizza. Alles was ondanks de drukte snel klaar en lekker. Vriendelijk personeel en een leuke sfeer. Ook om daar te eten lijkt me niks mis mee maar niet geschikt om gezellig te tafelen.

De eerste indruk is gelijk goed, mede dankzij het vriendelijke personeel, de moderne inrichting een een groot assortiment lekker eten.
