FEBO Zaandam - Gedempte Gracht 13 in Wijk 21 Oude Haven

Just run off the zebra crossing by a delivery person.... good advertising

I would like to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your FEBO branch. Unfortunately, the quality of the food served did not meet the minimum expectations a consumer can reasonably have. For example, the food was often overcooked and not cut sufficiently, making it tasteless and unpleasant. When I specifically requested softer baked goods, they were cooked too softly, rendering the dishes inedible and even having to be thrown away. This inconsistency in preparation and quality is not only disappointing from a consumer perspective but can also be perceived as a deficiency in the provision of proper service. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and take appropriate action to prevent similar experiences from recurring in the future. Sincerely,

Just a quick bite. You've come to the right place.

The worst Phoebus in Holland is here in Zaandam. Always completely empty. It closes very early. When you need to open a shop just to launder money... here's an example.

Neat, clean restaurant with fresh food. Friendly staff. However, there are few seats, and the only table is occupied by delivery drivers in their helmets. They are prominently displayed, forcing customers who want to eat in to sit at the somewhat uninviting bar.

Friendly gentlemen behind the counter. I got the most perfect chicken burger I've ever had at FEBO. If it were up to me, you guys get a raise. The atmosphere in the store was a bit dull. Maybe some background music?

A regular snack bar and vending machine where you can get various snacks, burgers and fries.

I often order through Febo, and Febo is the best. They always check if it's correct. I think that's very good. The food is always nice and hot and delivered quickly. And the staff is very friendly. This only applies to Febo, located at 13 Gracht.

The fries isn't tasty and salty

Rude people and inedible sandwiches

At 2:30 pm ordered a frikandel special at the cash register, a little later it was served as if it had come from the fryer, it turned out to be lukewarm and came from the vending machine. Was inedible and therefore not worthy of Febo and the person behind it stood there with disinterest. I say never again to this place! 😡🤮 Advice: Go to that other Febo or Smullers, it's cheaper.

Nice clean store and you get your food quickly!

Friendly staff, the food was good

Perfectly helped by Sam!!! It is a beautifully maintained property. Furthermore, the food was super tasty. I will definitely come here again!

We had a delicious meal, we were helped well and received fast service

A certain Sam works there, claims to be a manager, but probably has to go back to school. The Febo and that one Sam likes to meet up with friends instead of helping customers. They also sit there in groups giggling. He flirts with girls and does not help customers or with little motivation. It's like a clubhouse for teenagers and Sam has a big mouth in front of his friends. Fire Sam, go fill shelves at Action. Suits you more.

Disinterested staff with attitude.

Patat was aardig. Milshakes altijd goed.

Super service! Alles was naar wens en heerlijk warm. Aardig personeel! Bedankt Sam!!

FEBOtje is altijd goed!

Never had such bad fries. It differs in every FEBO though.

Good and helpful staff. Not much to add.

Lekker Satékroket en kippetjes gehaald. Goed gebakken en fijne mensen.

Vriendelijk personeel, heerlijke snacks!

Fresh products but the staff is a bit slow. And not cheap either.. but again, the products are fresh.

Febo is Febo.
