FEBO Wormerveer - Drive in Wijk 51 Wormerveer

Had to wait an hour and a half for 3 snacks. Had to call twice. The person on the phone lied, saying they were already on my street but couldn't find the house number (there are 14 house numbers and they are all right next to each other, nothing difficult about that for someone with normal intelligence). I looked out the window and walked out the door and saw absolutely no one. It still took another 10 minutes before they arrived. Filed a complaint via the website and never heard anything back, hence this 1 star. They really don't care at all. What an arrogant company this is! I've always had a soft spot for them, but that's over now. Do not order here!!!!!!!

Delivery is taking way too long...!!! It's a weekday and after 1 hour and 30 minutes I still haven't received anything. It concerns a small order of 1 portion of fries and 3 snacks. Called 15 times and no one answers!

A Febo is a Febo, but this one is just a little bit different. And I've been to many of them... It's clean! Clean benches and tables... love it!

Terrible, terrible, terrible. If you have no staff or too few, then don't take orders. Focus solely on the drive-thru. Food an hour late and they forgot the fries too. Unreachable by phone. Scandalous Febo owner!!

You go through the drive-thru, there is absolutely no one there, and you stand waiting for 25 minutes while you don't see anyone inside busy with food. Worst "fast food" experience of my entire life.

Ice cream was good but burgers no because they put inside many sousage and meat very small.

Terrible fries! Ordered a small portion via the drive-thru because I was really hungry on my way somewhere. I don't know if I ate oil or small pieces of potato that I couldn't even hold. There was more sauce than the fries combined. And that for almost €5!! Not recommended!

A year ago I wrote this: After placing an order, I called 1 hour and 15 minutes later to ask if my order was on its way yet. You get told that it will be going in in 10 minutes and will be on its way after that..... Wow, 1 hour and 45 minutes later. Missing 1 portion of fries. And 3 milkshakes, but 2 straws are easier..... Now the same story again; called half an hour ago. Yes, due to an absent delivery person, things are running a bit late. I think you should go offline for delivery in that case. It’s been 2 hours by now.

Tasty grilled burgers, peanut sauce, and fries, just a shame that everything is so expensive and you have to pay 2.50 delivery costs even if you order for 20 euros.

The fries were cold and the staff very unfriendly when I came back with the cold fries. I didn't receive any new ones either.

A medium portion of fries with satay sauce and the chosen "well-done" option. For €5, you get a half-filled container with half a container of sauce on the side. It is certainly not well-done; in fact, it is simply undercooked. They were quite generous with the salt, though. I think about three times the amount. The one star is for the snacks, which are of good quality.

Scandalous, the fries were so mediocre. There were ten fries in the container, but it's filled with paper inside, meaning you get even less! I already mentioned this last time. I don't understand why I paid 5 euros just now for barely any fries. It's a disgrace. I'm not going back.

Ordered food. The fries were absolutely inedible... like they weren't cooked properly. The double cheeseburger tasted like it had been smashed together. The food was also lukewarm! Not worth a star, sorry.

Poor quality and way too expensive

I got a grilled burger for the first time in years. But it was a huge disappointment! The thin patty was barely noticeable, and the delicious sauce that had been on it tasted like cocktail sauce. It's a shame, because I was really looking forward to it. €4 for a burger like this is simply too much.

I ordered, and due to circumstances (one delivery driver), they called to say it would be late and asked if that was okay. Yes, it was okay, and as compensation, they included two milkshakes, along with an apology. Thank you for the service.

The bami slices are getting smaller and smaller and were baked too long (very dry)... and you pay €3 for them these days. Every other snack bar sells them three times as big and cheaper. No more Febo for me. It was cold and bleak otherwise.

Convenient! Grab a FEBO drive-thru and enjoy your warm burger in the spacious parking lot.

Always good at FEBO. Fresh croquettes, great flavor, and never a long wait. Truly quintessentially Dutch and ideal for a quick bite.

Febo is always good, but to eat there you almost have to pay with gold, it's so expensive...it's a shame

An average Febo. Bland and boring. The brown fruit basket tastes average. Not a top Febo.

I thought I'd grab something, but the drive-thru store was closed. The window said, "Due to crowds and limited staff, we're temporarily closed," but then I don't know when they'll reopen. So I just shut it down completely.

I'm honestly starting to get fed up with it. The last three times I've been to FEBO, it's been the same old thing every time. The fries are just not right. The taste and texture are different than usual, but in a way you can't ignore. It feels like there's something wrong with the frying oil or the fries themselves, but whatever it is: it's not what you'd expect from FEBO. It's not even that they're soggy—it's just completely wrong and tastes strange. The same problem three times in a row means this isn't a coincidence anymore. And another thing: if you order large fries, they should be large. But I just get a medium-sized container. For the price you pay, that's truly outrageous. You simply don't get what you deserve, and it feels like you're being ripped off. In short: I'm deeply disappointed. Three visits, three times the same mistakes. FEBO really needs to take this seriously, because this way they're only driving customers away.

Yesterday at 4:56 PM, I placed an order with this FEBO. You could choose "as soon as possible" or from 5:45 PM. So it made sense that we chose "as soon as possible," especially with small children at home. But what did we get? An email saying the delivery time would be 6:00 PM... disappointing, but okay. What happened next was absolutely outrageous. By 6:20 PM, still nothing had been delivered. Called → no answer. By 6:30 PM, still nothing. The order finally arrived around 7:00 PM. Almost two hours later, with hungry children. And now for the worst part: the quality of the food. The fries smelled and tasted rancid, as if they had been fried in old grease. We didn't even dare give them to the children. The cheese soufflé had a foul smell and taste; I threw it away immediately. The grilled burgers and crispy chicken were dark and didn't taste as you'd expect from FEBO. Only the chicken burger was somewhat edible, probably thanks to the sauce that masked the flavor. Everything was also sloppily packed into a bag. Only afterward did I read the Google reviews: months of complaints about two-hour waits, bad food, and subpar quality. The owner responded that improvements were coming, but after so long, that seems like an empty promise. If you run a franchise like FEBO, there are quality standards you have to meet. This is bad for the brand and misleading for the customer. Can't handle the pressure? Then don't offer delivery on times/days you can't deliver. Or communicate it beforehand. It's not that hard. Conclusion: first and last time. You can't accept money for bad food and bad service. This was downright disrespectful to both customers and the children who ended up without fries.

FOOD POISONING My wife and I vomited that same evening just a few hours after eating. Terrible, and we won't be returning to this restaurant anytime soon. Utterly disappointing!

Our local dutch friends took us here. We had fries and croquette sandwich. The service was good as he seemed on his own. The meal was very good and loved the fries 🍟 with Dutches mayonnaise. The price wasn't to bad. Our first Dutch food here.

Every month over the last 4 months, febo have increased their prices, since last month and this month, for the same order of 19€is now 22€, maybe you could explain why so many increased in prices on a monthly basis???

Food was good but missed my satay burger and can't get in touch with our Febo in Wormerveer so a bit annoyed 😒

We waited 2 hours for our food and it arrived cold, my milkshake was just milk and I could barely taste the banana flavor. We tried calling but their 075 number doesn't work. 👎

Ordered 2 small fries mayo, all leftover fries, a lot of small hard fries and very few fries didn't look good. Also cold... they should be ashamed of giving that to customers.

FEBO, shame on you! A Clubburger or Baconburger (had both) for 7.50 euros. The burger is 2 mm thick. And doesn't even cover 2/3 of the bun. See photos. This really isn't possible. Update: The FEBO customer service in Amsterdam sent an email. Heard nothing more.

Went to the Febo on Sunday afternoon. The branch was really a mess, the tables were not clean, the floor still had leftovers of food, probably from the previous day, there were still receipts from the previous day on the floor, burgers were really a mockery, the toilets were not clean

Twenty minutes late, already called after 10 minutes late and reported this. The woman on the phone lied and said the delivery person was at my door, even though I said he wasn't. After this we had to wait another 10 minutes. The fries were nasty and soggy/limp. And instead of veal croquettes I got beef croquettes. But of course they are suddenly no longer reachable. So never order here!!

VERY BAD SERVICE for a customer who has not received his order after 1 hour!!!!!!! “We only work with 2” is used as an excuse. The weather is nice, which is why only 2 are put up... of course, this is not how a company can treat its customers. Scandalous!!! Not me as a customer anymore!

Friday with daughter, son-in-law and my wife There, 4 grilled burgers, 1 large portion of fries, 4 milkshakes for €37. In the past, the bun was thin and the meat was of normal thickness, but nowadays it is the other way around, the meat is now only 1/3 of what it was, little sous and lettuce. Fries lukewarm milkshake too thick and the strawberry flavor was also hard to find. This is not just at this branch, this is Febo policy. After this I ate a delicious cheese sandwich at home to fill my stomach. Febo was no longer good, too expensive for the products supplied. They don't see me there anymore.

Not really customer friendly and the doors are open against each other at 9 degrees… you have to sit inside with your winter coat, hat and scarf… maybe they do that so that people leave quickly!

Was 9.70€ kwijt voor een grote friet oorlog en frikandel speciaal. Dit kleine mager gevulde bakje moet een grote friet voorstellen. Met 2x 0.15 toeslag voor een papieren bakje. Dat is lekker cashen zeg! Laat maar zitten volgende x. We gaan wel gezellig naar de snackbar in het dorp die wél op een eerlijke manier zijn geld verdient zonder lange wachttijden. Dit zogenaamde grote frietje is een medium bij de snackbar. En het duurt hier altijd een eeuwigheid. Jammer Febo!

De lekkerste kalfsvlees kroketten en satésaus, de patat vindt ik niet zo geweldig........ beetje grondige smaak.

Al eerder gegeten maar van de week door de drive, wat een ontzettend aardige jongen werkt daar! Hij heeft er echt lol in en dat maakte mijn dag ook weer goed. Wel jammer dat de prijzen zo ontzettend hoog zijn anders zou ik er vaker even heen gaan.

Medewerker van de Febo, bood aan me motor in de gaten te houden, zn kettingslot als extra beveiliging. En beloofde ook dagen erna n oogje in het zeil te houden.. zeer gewaardeerde bezorger.

Tsja de eerste keer bij deze FEBO drive viel erg tegen. Patat was slap, De satékroket had een vreemde smaak(niet opgegeten) Het wachten duurde best lang, ongeveer 13 minuten. FEBO is goed in de stad op drukke plekken maar niet hier.

De patat is prima maar de kroket op het broodje met mosterdsaus die er zo lekker uit ziet op het plaatje is zowat leeg van binnen.

Eten is er altijd plenty en goed. Keuze in overvloed en met niets is iets mis.

We hadden een grillburger, een kipburger en samen een patat oorlog. Het duurde even voordat de bestelling klaar was. Ze schreeuwden het door de zaak als je bestelling klaar was. Niet echt leuk voor de bezoekers die zitten te eten. Maar de broodjes waren droog en kruimelig. Niet vers dus en de patat was slap en allemaal kleine stukjes dus geen grote frieten. Kortom geen goede Febo. We gaan de volgende keer wel naar subway want die zit er naast.

Geweldig! Febo drive! Hoef je helemaal niet meer te bewegen om aan je calorieën te komen. Febo: wie (uit omgeving 020) is er niet groooot mee geworden. :)

Tegenwoordig zijn de kroketten een stuk droger van structuur. De patat is echt veel te zout, en niet 1x of 2x maar elke keer. Waarom ik dan toch nog terug ga? Ik ben beter gewend en hoop dan soms stiekem op die lekkere smeuïge roomboter kalfskroket. Helaas ..

Meh, bestelling klopt vaak niet. Maar word wel opgelost.

Wijzigingen in personeel gehad?? Het was ooit een TOP locatie qua snelheid uitstraling en fijne burgers. Lijkt er op dat er niet meer volgens Febo doelstellingen gewerkt wordt. Ik hoef zelfs geen gratis hapje meer van deze Febo.

Prima voor snelle hap, niet te veel van verwachten

Super service bij Febo Wormerveer! Bij afhalen was de bestelling helaas niet compleet, maar werd na telefonisch contact heel snel nog bezorgd.

Zeer aardige dame die ons hielp. Febo is altijd ok. Je komt niet voor de sfeer. Viel mij op dat alles schoon en netjes was. Het wás ook rustig maar tóch.
