I was here yesterday with my best friend, who used to come here more often. Besides the fries and snacks being delicious, it was also really nice that the owner came over for a chat; it’s great when you recognize your customers! 🥰 We’ll be dropping by more often 😀

This snack bar has stayed the same. Both the selection and the prices. They don't deliver, so make the effort to come here. There aren't many businesses like this, so support them!

Anyone who hasn't been there should go. While it's still there. If nobody does it like this anymore, things will change. So that the next generation can experience it too, I highly recommend going there – in every respect.

A very friendly cafeteria. A real family business. Quality is a top priority. Always polite service. They deliberately keep prices low despite inflation. The fries are fried strictly separately from the snacks. Our daughter, who has celiac disease (gluten intolerance), tolerates these fries well time after time. Highly recommended, therefore, due to the pure oil.

Always a friendly welcome from people who have been running their snack bar with love for years. The food is prepared for you while you have pleasant conversations with the owners and their son. The food is always good and the croquette sandwiches are fantastic. De Goudenregen is a snack bar definitely worth a visit, and as far as we are concerned, it deserves more than 5 stars.

Unfortunately, the fries were not good. They tasted like old oil and were not crispy. The bun was covered in sauce.

Highly recommended for your wallet! Upon entering, I was greeted by the couple who have been running this business for 30 years. I placed my order and had a nice chat with the owner. The prices are modern (positive price), which is a credit to these entrepreneurs. The quality of the fries is excellent, no soggy bits in between. The frikandel with sauce is richly flavorful and not a cheap frikandel. The croquette sandwich was also good. The croquette is well filled and nice and crunchy. Because of the positive reviews, I drove 20km specifically to this place, and it was excellent. I will definitely be back!

The fries and snacks here are incredibly delicious and made with passion. The staff is very friendly, and the food is definitely not expensive. Highly recommended!

First time tonight. Finally found a chip shop in Leeuwarden where the food is tasty and also for a NORMAL price👍💰 Good taste peanut sauce. And where the hamburger special sandwiches are not only a sauce with onion, But also with fried onion, a fresh silver onion, lettuce, and egg on it🤌 Fries were not overcooked but just right. And the owner is nice to have a chat. So until next time ✌️🖐️

I've had better food there in the past (As an example) I got 5 euros of fries where we hardly had any fries on our plate at home. The Friekandel spe had no mayo in the bear bite, the minced meat was almost black, really bad.....it's a shame that it has to be this way

When i first moved into the neighbourhood I was happy there was a snackbar nearby but i never would expect it to be so cheap! The greatest thing is for the price the food is great!! No complaints at all :)

It is a snack bar where you can get a good meal, nice to still have this in the neighborhood. What dampens the atmosphere a little is that the building is also a pick-up point for packages.

Very friendly people, especially to students. The food taste great, it's affordable, and it's quick. I always lookout for what their monthly special is. Overall a great place to eat at!

Been back for years, it was still good, went again today May 6, they have delicious hamburger sandwiches with plenty of vegetables and even a piece of bacon.

Good fries shop. Honest and not expensive. You should always help self-employed entrepreneurs.

Have eaten here a few times now and have been more than satisfied so far! Friendly staff, cozy atmosphere, and most importantly, delicious food! The egg ball was freshly made and you could taste it. And they have a nice promotion every month. We are fans!

I have known the owner Gerrit for a few years through a very good friend of the two of us Arnold, who came to Bilgaard in the shop that was next to Aldi in those years. The service there was already top notch and where he is now, Hoekie Goudrain, it is also top notch and if he has the time, if you want to tell him something, he will come and sit with you, which is not much like him. Everyone who works there is customer friendly at its best

Perfecte snackbar! In Leeuwarden aan het werk geweest,voor grote ploeg collega s snacks gehaald en nog nooit wat fout gegaan en dat ging om grote bestellingen Super!

Zijn altijd vriendelijke mensen helpen je goed en somige dingen zijn zeker lekker en voor de jonge kinderen hebben ze snoep in bakjes voor 5 cent maar ook zakjes voor 50cent

Is ook een afhaalpunt van Homerr. Als ik een pakket ophaal, neem ik ook altijd wat te eten mee. Aleida ken ik nog van vroeger, van de lagere school. Patat is prima, lekkere grote gehaktbal met de pindasaus apart, wel zo handig.
