Cafetaria Heistraat in Wijk 10 Binnenstad

Very bad experience. We ordered food and almost everything was disappointing. The snacks were tasteless and the fries were tough. For the onion rings, which were quite expensive, we only received three small pieces. The biggest problem was the spoiled schnitzel. It tasted sour and didn't seem good anymore. The vegetables in the salad were also discolored and looked anything but fresh. I became ill after the meal, which was very worrying for us. Subsequently, we tried to contact them multiple times to report this and reach a solution. We called repeatedly and tried to get in touch, but received no answer and no response. The combination of the poor quality of the food and the complete lack of customer service means that we will never order here again. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company.

Regular and French fries. Lots of choice. You can sit at a table. No real terrace. Tasty, diverse ice cream menu.

Friendly service, good quality.

Ugh, what a filthy mess this place is.. Dirtiest fries ever, they use old oil. They also give you dirty looks when you walk in and hygiene is nowhere to be found. Flies on the food in the display case and where they make the hamburger buns. NEVER AGAIN. Threw everything straight into the bin at home. Think you're only welcome here if you belong to the beer club. Could have eaten better a few meters further down in De Rijpel..

Cafetaria Brandevoort forgot to include the snacks, so I gave them a quick call and they delivered them promptly within 10 minutes. Top-notch service and delicious, well-fried, not-too-greasy fries! Keep up the good work.
