Very bad experience. We ordered food and almost everything was disappointing. The snacks were tasteless and the fries were tough. For the onion rings, which were quite expensive, we only received three small pieces. The biggest problem was the spoiled schnitzel. It tasted sour and didn't seem good anymore. The vegetables in the salad were also discolored and looked anything but fresh. I became ill after the meal, which was very worrying for us. Subsequently, we tried to contact them multiple times to report this and reach a solution. We called repeatedly and tried to get in touch, but received no answer and no response. The combination of the poor quality of the food and the complete lack of customer service means that we will never order here again. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company.

Great local spot. Just like the old days. The fries are delicious, and so are the snacks. I barely had to wait. Just ride your bike over, chat, and enjoy. I hope they stay around for a long time. :)

Cozy pub and a very good snack bar.

Filthy scammers. Every time I go there they make the joppie sauce fries more expensive. Now have to pay 5 euros (???!) for this. Once and never again!!! Also very rude, snarky staff.

Great chip shop with fresh fries and delicious snacks. Delicious homemade bamiballs and good cuts. And great owners.

That bite was absolutely disgusting, these employees made us wait 3 hours for a simple fries. If you don't order from them you will be treated strangely. (you're hungry but you don't get any to eat)

We had ordered from Den Hap en den Tap, it said it would take an hour and ten minutes, in the end we waited 2.5 hours when we called they didn't really think of a solution!

we waited 3 hours for a small order. Called 3 times and they were not friendly on the phone and came up with a stupid excuse. fries were limp, lukewarm and not crispy. And the food was quite pricey man

was okay but the fries were very soggy and tough at the same time. the joppie sauce also had almost no taste and very little was on top. And it was no longer warm. Wouldn't order more often myself.

Had a party here with friends and the service was great, if you hadn't finished your drink yet there were already new ones Very friendly staff We really had a great evening Highly recommended!!!!

I recently waited 3 hours for the food to be delivered. The food itself is good, but the mushroom sauce was really bad. It didn't taste like mushroom sauce.

Nice indoor terrace, friendly staff. And most importantly, normal prices.

Party 🎉 had 20-4 2024 it was FANTASTIC well cared for lovely host and perfect service we enjoyed it immensely cozy atmosphere highly recommended

We have had bad food or forgotten products for 3 weeks in a row. Joppie forgot sauce once and sometimes a snack. Last time, the veal croquette was so fried that there was no ragu left in it, and the beef croquette was so fatty that you could fill a frying pan. And the fries were soggy too. Quality Extremely disappointing

Excellent food for a great price

I had to wait more than 2 hours for my order!! The fries were good but not very hot. It's a real shame that it took over 2 hours for my order to arrive. I will NEVER order from here again and advise others not to do so either.

Ordered food, arrives cold. Incomprehensible if they are 2km away. Description is not read, it clearly states what I did not want on my burger, but this was not complied with. Would NOT recommend it!

Simply the tastiest fries in Helmond.

Delicious fries and delicious snacks and sauces from our own kitchen. The spare ribs in particular are great, great marinade and fall off the bone.

Quickly prepared, tasty food. And made milkshakes especially for us. Not on the menu but home made. Celebrated Halloween there last year and our daughter won the best costume! Really nice cozy place. I'm glad they are our eighth neighbors!

Gezellige cafetaria . Leuk om kleine feestjes te houden.

Heel vriendelijk personeel en heerlijke eten vooral de burgers moet je uitkijken dat je je vingers er niet bij op eet 😉😜

Local bar that is perfect for organizing small low key events. Warm atmosphere. Well organized. Had a great time.

Ik vond het echt een super gezellig café.. Lieve man achter de bar kwam meteen met je in contact en verder erg gezellige mensen kregen nog iets lekkers bij het drinken. Morgen weer terug want dan komt er een zanger nu al zin in❤️
