Favorite snack bar recently, good peanut sauce, tasty fries, friendly staff, and always ready quickly.

Super tasty, fresh egg balls! :)

Just before we drove back to the center of the country, I quickly grabbed an egg ball and raspatat from the cafeteria. It was delicious! The egg ball was clearly fresh, the yolk still a little soft. Fantastic!

I ordered Patatje Joppie here and that was certainly not a bad choice. The lady was also friendly.

I read in a previous comment that the owner was supposedly an unfriendly jerk. He's not at all. It might have just been a slightly unfriendly moment amidst all the friendliness. Oh yeah, the food is 5 stars, of course, although I wouldn't mind if the fries were cooked a tiny bit shorter. But that's just personal preference.

Definitely a good snack bar. However, the owner is super sweet and the owner is an unfriendly jerk. Oh well, it's probably just the balance of the universe.

One of the best and most pleasant snack bars in Groningen, on the edge of the Noorderplantsen.

Very nice and friendly place with good fries and a lot of vegetarian options. Will be back soon.

In this cafeteria the order is often incorrect. I ordered kapsalon with chicken, but got one with meat. I paid for extra sauce (ketchup and mayonnaise), but they put both in the same container. It seems like the staff does their job without enjoyment.

In short, Cafeteria Kerklaan is one of the best cafeterias in Groningen. Wide choice, good quality and friendly staff.

I've had many egg balls before, but the egg balls here are really the tastiest. The owner and staff are super friendly. Highly recommended for a snack there.

It was old-fashioned fun again. We ate a delicious Burgundian croquette and a crusty crispy fries, deliciously creamy on the inside. Will definitely go there again

We live around the corner and today we got the homemade satay for the first time. Best satay in Groningen, wonderfully tender!

I've been here before, the customer service couldn't be better, always excellent. (The KIKA STICK is highly recommended) I have been here a few times, the customer service can't get any better they always provide great help.

What a great snack bar! Perfectly cooked bear bite and the onion was not raw! Fries also great!

De Raspatat was prima, de vega croquet echt te vet, jammer. Mooi opnieuw ingericht!

Ze hebben hier patat (of friet), kroketten, frikandellen maar ook bamischijven, berehappen en gehaktballen.

Fijn, altijd vriendelijk personeel, prima aanbod, prima prijzen. Niks op aan te merken.

Goede portie patat, en heerlijke bubble tea. Aardig personeel.

Meer dan genoeg patat, prima kwaliteit, maar de slechtste eierbal die ik in tijden heb gehad. In de frituur opengebarsten en alle ragout eruit, want het was alleen een ei met een krokante korst. Hopelijk volgende keer beter, verder was alles top.

Na jaren van afwezigheid, wegens het wonen in Portugal, toch weer wegens omstandigheden terug gekeerd in de Kloosterstraat, het eten was zoals ik gewend was. 100% Top. Mensen bedankt!!

Favoriete cafetaria! We halen hier regelmatig wat te snacken als we zin hebben in iets lekkers. Top kwaliteit, perfect gebakken friet en de eierballen zijn heerlijk 😉 Zeker weten een aanrader!!

Na een flinke verbouwing is deze cafetaria volledig vernieuwd! Aan de ene kant jammer dat het authentieke sfeertje verdwenen is maar de cafetaria was ook wel toe aan een opfrisbeurt. Heerlijke huisgemaakte side-orders. De hamburger is uniek heerlijk, de diverse Chinese gerechten zijn prima en in een combinatie met een goed patatje, de beste cafetaria van Groningen. Let wel; op extreem drukke dagen kan de raspatat wat vettig zijn.

Vriendelijke bediening, goede frieten, zoals ze horen te zijn. Netjes met Corona veiligh Aanrader!

Altijd vriendelijke mensen, altijd lekkere patat. Zelf bestel ik altijd telefonisch en na 10 minuten is het klaar. Inmiddels vaste klant
